The purpose of research: a comprehensive assessment of the compost mixer during operation. Research methods: the establishment of design features of the compost mixer was performed by the survey method provided for research sample, study of the quality of the technological process, operational-technological, energy and economic indicators, safety and ergonomics indicators were carried out by standardized methods according to DSTU 7435, DSTU 8424, DSTU 4397, DST 4748, CD 46.16.02.03, SOU 74.3-37-133. Research results: research of the product was carried out under us mixing of compost in piles. The research results show that the compost mixer satisfactorily performs the specified technological process. Mixing of the compost mass is carried out at a speed of 0.5 km / h. This loosens the burt, which is necessary to regulate the temperature and humidity of the burt, remove CO2 and saturate the mass with oxygen, which is necessary to improve the process of aerobic fermentation of the material laid for composting. The capacity of the compost mixer for the main time was 134 tons per hour and 113 tons per hour of variable time (taking into account the time for moving). No additional maintenance personnel are required to operate the unit, the compost mixer is operated by a machine operator. Labor costs are equal to 0.01 man-hours / ton. Direct operating costs are UAH 2.04 / t and an annual load of 760 hours. (3.0-3.5 years per day). Conclusions: During the technological process, the compost mixer provides uniform mixing of organic waste and the formation of a burr for its further fermentation. Maintaining the required temperature and humidity in the burr allows you to maintain the quality of compost and prevents the loss of its value. Compared to other trailed and self-propelled machines, the VK-3000 compost mixer has a performance that is sufficient for medium-sized enterprises. Direct operating costs are UAH 2.04 / t at a mixer price of UAH 900,000 The obtained high-quality biologically active fertilizers, thanks to the use of a compost mixer, provide an increase in crop yields by increasing soil fertility.

This study is aimed at finding out whether fishermen quality of life would differ if their expectation toward hierarchical needs such as physiological, safety, love belonging, self esteem, and self-actualization, differ also based on they put differently as priority. A survey method used by involving 73 fishermen as a sample. Two instruments were measuring quality of life and Maslow’s Needs. Instruments reliability are high and data analysed by correlational analysis, chi square, and verify by applying F and t-test. Research results show that around 80% of fishermen put physiological needs as the most priority, but not followed by safety need. It has been followed by love belonging as second priority, then safety, self-esteem, finally self-actualization. It is also found that there is no significant differences of quality of life between fishermen expectation, whether they put needs as priority or not. It could be concluded that fishermen expectation toward their needs can not be used in analysing the effect of needs on quality of life and needs are not a good predictor as well. The surprising finding is that fishermen from this area put belonging as a second hierarchy.

The main focus of this research is on the self-concept and pedagogical competence of the teacher and its influence on the quality of the learning process both partially and double. The research method used is a survey method in which the authors go directly to the empirical level by distributing questionnaires to 47 teachers. The processing and analysis techniques used are linear and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher's self-concept on the quality of the learning process (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the teacher's pedagogical competence on the quality of the learning process. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of self-concept and pedagogical competence of teachers together on the quality of the learning process. Therefore, the authors suggest: (1) So that the teacher improves health and appearance because the results of the study show that the weakness of the teacher's self-concept is in the appearance and significance of the body. So that the teacher needs to be given enlightenment related to how to maintain health and fitness through the implementation of joint gymnastics or conducting group discussions related to the dirt to maintain a prime body. (2) To face future competition and improve the quality of education it is deemed necessary to further increase the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially those related to planning and evaluation of learning.

The peel color is an important external quality of melon fruit. To explore the mechanisms of melon peel color formation, we performed an integrated analysis of transcriptome and metabolome with three different fruit peel samples (grey-green ‘W’, dark-green ‘B’, and yellow ‘H’). A total of 40 differentially expressed flavonoids were identified. Integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses revealed that flavonoid biosynthesis was associated with the fruit peel coloration of melon. Twelve differentially expressed genes regulated flavonoids synthesis. Among them, nine (two 4CL, F3H, three F3′H, IFS, FNS, and FLS) up-regulated genes were involved in the accumulation of flavones, flavanones, flavonols, and isoflavones, and three (2 ANS and UFGT) down-regulated genes were involved in the accumulation of anthocyanins. This study laid a foundation to understand the molecular mechanisms of melon peel coloration by exploring valuable genes and metabolites.

That teacher of literature who has not comprehended the significance of a work of Art, has never been endued with the spirit and power of his high calling. He stands unwittingly in the place of an apostle of “that external quality of bodies which may be shown to be in some sort typical of the Divine attributes.”“Those qualities, or types,” according to Ruskin, “on whose combination is dependent the power of mere material loveliness” are:“Infinity, or the type of Divine Incomprehensibility; Unity, or the type of the Divine Comprehensibility; Repose, or the type of the Divine Permanence; Symmetry, or the type of the Divine Justice; Purity, or the type of the Divine Energy; Moderation, or the type of Government by Law.”
