Fish is an important species that benefits human life in several ways. Fisheries are the best food provider and also aquarium is used at home and public places which becomes decoration cum mind relaxing item. There are lot of attack to fish which goes unnoticed. Large number fish die due to the ammonia (NH3) produced as a by product of protea metabolism and is the most common waste product of fish. There is a given level of ammonia that becomes dangerous and leads to death of the fish. One of the solutions to this issue is to monitor ammonia in aquarium for fish protection and alert generation. A prototype is developed for monitoring the ammonia in the fish tank using Intern is used for protection and alert generation. Ammonia is monitored by measuring pH values. In this project a prototype model is developed that is connected through Internet of Things (IoT) such that it can be monitored in a remote station through mobile app. The prototype model includes an LCD display for local readout. The project will reach the benefit to many engaged in fisheries industry and also who are using Aquarium.

Introduction: COVID-19 is a unique disease that was first confirmed in Wuhan, Wubei, China in late 2019 and within 6 months the virus spread rapidly throughout the world. The obscurity in overcoming this virus is the background of the interventions applied. Several interventions conducted, such as nationwide lockdowns, quarantine and isolation. In addition to avoid the virus transmission, these interventions also have psychological impacts that affect the mental health. Methods: We did a review of the mental health outcomes referring to several interventions amid COVID-19 outbreak using two databases. Out of 302 papers found by the search engine, 5 articles were counted in this review. Discussion: Most reviewed researches proclaimed adverse mental health problems, along with anxiety, stress, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Stressors consist of infection fears, grieves, boredom, stigma, faulty information, short sleep duration, and minimum social activities. Several researchers have proposed abiding effects. Conclusion: Social interventions which are imposed limit the process of meeting the needs of human life. It is crucial to point out the mental health of the population and take charge to diminish its adverse effects for the time being. Therefore, the Government needs to implement a strict and fair policy, especially on the issue of community survival. Public health protocol socialization needs to be done, especially in controlling the transmission of viruses in public places, such as malls, public transportations, schools, workplaces, and many other.

Plant production is crucial for space journeys self-autonomy by contributing to the dietary intake necessary to sustain the physical and psychological well-being of space colonists, as well as for contributing to atmospheric revitalization, water purification and waste product recycling. Choosing the appropriate cultivar is equally important as the species selection, since cultivar influences the obtained fresh biomass, water use efficiency (WUE), growing cycle duration, qualitative features and postharvest performance. Two differently pigmented butterhead Lactuca sativa L. (red and green Salanova) cultivars were assessed in terms of morphometric, mineral, bioactive and physiological parameters. The experiment was carried out in a controlled environment growth chamber using a closed soilless system (nutrient film technique). Red Salanova registered a biomass of 130 g at harvest, which was 22.1% greater than green Salanova, and a water uptake of 1.42 L during the full growing period corresponding to WUE of 91.9 g L–1, which was 13.8% higher than that of green Salanova. At harvest, green Salanova had accumulated more P, K, Ca, Mg and 37.2% more nitrate than red Salanova, which however had higher relative water content, leaf total and osmotic potential and higher SPAD index. Red Salanova also exhibited at harvest around two-fold higher lipophilic antioxidant activity and total phenols, and around six-fold higher total ascorbic acid levels. These latter characteristics improved the antioxidant capacity of red Salanova enabling it to use light more efficiently and deliver better overall performance and yield than green Salanova. Moreover, the higher phenolics and total ascorbic acid contents of red Salanova constitute natural sources of antioxidants for enriching the human diet and render it an optimal candidate cultivar for near-term missions.

This study is carried out in tribal district Kurram, Pakistan under positivistic methodology with the aim to investigate the role of family institution in honour killing. The results of the study concluded that honour killing is family oriented act that threatens social status and reputation of family. This barbaric act is carried out inside home as well as in public places by the male family members to restore the lost honour. Mostly women become easy victims of such killings while family members of the male offender usually try to avoid his killing by providing him with protection. Creating awareness among tribal people about direction and magnitude of human loss, promotion of the teachings of Islam about human life and liberty and replacing the concept of bravery with cowardice regarding honour killing were presented as some of the recommendations.

Urban public art is an art exhibition held in public places, contextualized with their surroundings and its audience. Technology is a significant trend in public art due to its connection possibilities with human life, fostering different kinds of interaction. In this way, this work presents an installation proposal consisting of an environment for creating collaborative random music from interaction with mobile devices in public spaces. Everyone participating in the installation is a composer and interaction is a chance agent, although it follows John Cage's composition methods. In order to probe technology, we carried out two pilot studies, followed by a workshop for the installation itself. Those two pilot studies led us to a new version that was put into practice during the workshop. During the workshop, participants' interaction generated fourteen compositions, and the sounds resulting from the collaborative composition were made available to the public through a website.

Purpose The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a huge loss of human life worldwide and presents an unprecedented challenge to public health, food systems and the world of work. Tens of millions of people are at risk of falling into extreme poverty due to loss of their carriers. Mainly, the people who work in public places are impacted due to this decease. The frontline warriors such as doctors, health workers, sweepers and policemen showed their effort to reduce the spreading of the virus. In this paper gives the detailed view of how the corona virus evaluated and how it spread from one person to another person and how we prevent this virus. The purpose of the paper, detailed about the diagnosis of the virus in the human body. There are some tests associated to know the presence of virus in our body; these are nose test, chest scan and CT scan of lungs. Design/methodology/approach Molecular analysis methods such as antibody or enzyme tests are used to assess whether the infection is present. The most common lancing techniques include using a cotton swab is in the back of the neck. Then hands over the sample to the doctor for examination. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is performed on the sample. This test screens for viral DNA. A CO19 PCR test can detect unique SARS-2 gene products. If one of these genes is ignored, it will return as an invalid result This test is useful only for patients who are already suffering from COVID-19. You cannot know if anyone has the infection, and they cannot say for sure whether they ever did. Serological tests are particularly useful for detecting cases of infection with mild or no symptom. Findings In this paper, the different tests provided to diagnosis the virus and the prevention measures to be taken to prevent the virus from spreading from one person to another are explained. Originality/value This work presents the original contribution and information of the COVID-19 pandemic.
