Abstract: In modern construction concrete is very expensive and popular material where cement is the main composite. Every year we are producing billion tons of concrete. Production of cement is responsible for too much of CO2 production, in other words it is also responsible for global warming. Mostly India is facing the problem of pollution. Researchers have done a great job and found many ways to replace cement. For making geopolymer concrete by products of different industries may be used like. Fly ash, rice husk. In this investigation geopolymer concrete is prepared with GGBS. GGBS is a by-product of steel industry. It holds the coarse and fine aggregates in the matrix. In this investigation geopolymer concrete is prepared with GGBS and advantages and disadvantages are also investigated. It was an observation that it has good results over other concrete. GGBS is a good replacement of cement and it will help in reducing the production of CO2. as a result of this global warming can be reduced. Keywords: GGBS, Slag, Aggregates, Slump, Geo Polymer

Trials has been made to produce efficient GPC which gives maximum strength. By-Products from industries such as Fly-Ash, Metakaolin and GGBS can be used in concrete replacement which in-turn reduces carbon-di-oxide (CO2 ) emission affecting to green house. Using the above said products also leads to reduction of water demand in concrete and also shows comparatively no effects on long term effects in concrete, these by-products can effectively be used in concrete production. The high silica content in Fly-Ash and Metakaolin increases the bonding in concrete which in-turn increases the mechanical properties of concrete. Geopolymer concrete of M50 grade was proposed to be produced using fly-ash and Metakaolin instead of cement.Alklai solutions Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH), Sodium Silicate (Na2SiO3) were replaced with water for better bonding and mixing. Molarity of Sodium Hydroxide with 10M and 12M was considered for this study. Ratio of Alkaline solution were considered as 1:2,1:2.5&1:3 to determine the optimum ratio which gives effective strength. In this experimental study, tests were carried on concrete specimens with percentage replacement of Fly-Ash with Buff Metakaolin in variable percentages of 20,40,60,80&100. Mechanical properties of concrete specimens were studied and were compared with control mix results.

Concrete is the most used construction material in construction Industries all over the world. The main binding ingredient of concrete that is ordinary Portland cement is a major contributor of global warming. The cement industry is the second largest producer of the green house gas. The total world production of cement is expected to be around 4800 Mt by 2030, which clearly indicates the like impact on global warming indicates. In this regard, Utilization of industrial by-products from various industries as supplementary cementations material in concrete along with cement has been well recognized for its enhanced properties and potential to reduce environmental impacts. Self compacting Geopolymer concrete is a relatively new concrete, which can be a sustainable and Economical construction material as it is produced from combination of industrial by-products such as Fly ash and Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag replacing 100% of cement in concrete. Self compacting Geopolymer concrete is a special type of concrete which can be placed and consolidated under its own weight without any vibration and which at the same time is cohesive enough to be handled without segregation or bleeding. The self compacting geopolymer concrete such as filing ability passing ability and segregation resistance are estimated by using slump flow, V-Funnel, L-Box and J-ring test method for fresh state concrete. Hence Self-compacting Geopolymer concrete is the sustainable construction material in the modern world by solving current issues of pollution.

Abstract The extracellular matrix is a network of secreted macromolecules that provides a harmonious meshwork for the growth and homeostatic development of organisms. It conveys multiple signaling cascades affecting specific surface receptors that impact cell behavior. During cancer growth, this bioactive meshwork is remodeled and enriched in newly formed blood vessels, which provide nutrients and oxygen to the growing tumor cells. Remodeling of the tumor microenvironment leads to the formation of bioactive fragments that may have a distinct function from their parent molecules, and the balance among these factors directly influence cell viability and metastatic progression. Indeed, the matrix acts as a gatekeeper by regulating the access of cancer cells to nutrients. Here, we will critically evaluate the role of selected matrix constituents in regulating tumor angiogenesis and provide up-to-date information concerning their primary mechanisms of action.

The article considers the role of trust in the economy, the mechanisms of its accumulation and the possibility of using it as one of the growth factors in the future. The advantages and disadvantages of measuring the level of generalized trust using two alternative questions — about trusting people in general and trusting strangers — are analyzed. The results of the analysis of dynamics of the level of generalized trust among Russian youth, obtained within the study of the Institute for National Projects in 10 regions of Russia, are presented. It is shown that there are no significant changes in trust in people in general during the study at university. At the same time, the level of trust in strangers falls, which can negatively affect the level of trust in the country as a whole, and as a result have negative effects on the development of the economy in the future. Possible causes of the observed trends and the role of universities are discussed. Also the question about the connection between the level of education and generalized trust in countries with different quality of the institutional environment is raised.

The article deals with the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of tax policy in the country. The analysis of change of tax receipts to the state and local budgets is carried out. The role of tax payments in the economic development of the country is determined. The efficiency of the state tax policy in Ukraine is analyzed, its advantages and disadvantages are determined. The important role of tax payments in stimulating economic and social development is substantiated. The analysis of the elasticity of change of indicators of economic development of the country from the change of volume of tax receipts to the budget is carried out. The necessity of improving the existing policy of establishing, accrual, payment, and distribution of tax revenues as one of the most promising areas to stimulate economic growth is concluded. Fruits and vegetables are foods that come into contact with various types of microorganisms from planting to their consumption. A lack or poor sanitation of these products after harvest can cause high losses due to deterioration and/ or pathogenic microorganisms. There are practically no post-harvest fungicides or bactericides with a broad spectrum of action that have no toxic residual effects and are safe. However, to minimize such problems, the use of sanitizers is an efficient device against these microorganisms. Chlorine is the most prevalent sanitizing agent because of its broad spectrum, low cost and well-established practices. However, the inevitable formation of disinfection by-products, such as trihalomethanes (THMs) and haloacetic acids (HAAs), is considered one of the main threats to food safety. Alternative sanitizers, such as chlorine dioxide (ClO2) and ozone, are becoming popular as a substitute for traditional post-harvest treatments. Thus, this review addresses the use of chlorine, chlorine dioxide and ozone emphasizing aspects, such as usage, safe application, spectrum of action and legislation. In order to ensure the quality and safety of final products, the adoption of well-prepared sanitation and sanitation programs for post-harvest fruits and vegetables is essential.

IIntroduction: Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumours (p-NETs) are an important disease entity and comprise of peptide-secreting tumours often with a functional syndrome. : Accounting for a small percentage of all pancreatic tumours, they have a good overall survival rate when diagnosed early, with surgery being curative. The role of nuclear medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of these tumours is evident. However, the vast majority of patients will require extensive imaging in the form of conventional radiological techniques. It is important for clinicians to have a fundamental understanding of the p-NET appearances to aid prompt identification and to help direct management through neoplastic staging. Methods: This article will review the advantages and disadvantages of conventional radiological techniques in the context of p-NETs and highlight features that these tumours exhibit. Conclusion: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours are a unique collection of neoplasms that have markedly disparate clinical features but similar imaging characteristics. Most p-NETs are small and welldefined with homogenous enhancement following contrast administration, although larger and less welldifferentiated tumours can demonstrate areas of necrosis and cystic architecture with heterogeneous enhancement characteristics. : Prognosis is generally favourable for these tumours with various treatment options available. However, conventional radiological techniques will remain the foundation for the initial diagnosis and staging of these tumours, and a grasp of these modalities is extremely important for physicians.

Abstract The goal of glioma surgery is maximal safe resection in order to provide optimal tumor control and survival benefit to the patient. There are multiple imaging modalities beyond traditional contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) that have been incorporated into the preoperative workup of patients presenting with gliomas. The aim of these imaging modalities is to identify cortical and subcortical areas of eloquence, and their relationship to the lesion. In this article, multiple modalities are described with an emphasis on the underlying technology, clinical utilization, advantages, and disadvantages of each. functional MRI and its role in identifying hemispheric dominance and areas of language and motor are discussed. The nuances of magnetoencephalography and transcranial magnetic stimulation in localization of eloquent cortex are examined, as well as the role of diffusion tensor imaging in defining normal white matter tracts in glioma surgery. Lastly, we highlight the role of stimulated Raman spectroscopy in intraoperative histopathological diagnosis of tissue to guide tumor resection. Tumors may shift the normal arrangement of functional anatomy in the brain; thus, utilization of multiple modalities may be helpful in operative planning and patient counseling for successful surgery.

This review presents the comprehensive knowledge about the bidirectional relationship between polyphenols and the gut microbiome. The first part is related to polyphenols’ impacts on various microorganisms, especially bacteria, and their influence on intestinal pathogens. The research data on the mechanisms of polyphenol action were collected together and organized. The impact of various polyphenols groups on intestinal bacteria both on the whole “microbiota” and on particular species, including probiotics, are presented. Moreover, the impact of polyphenols present in food (bound to the matrix) was compared with the purified polyphenols (such as in dietary supplements) as well as polyphenols in the form of derivatives (such as glycosides) with those in the form of aglycones. The second part of the paper discusses in detail the mechanisms (pathways) and the role of bacterial biotransformation of the most important groups of polyphenols, including the production of bioactive metabolites with a significant impact on the human organism (both positive and negative).
