<p><em>This qualitative descriptive research aims to describe the functions of the verbal reaction or speech utterances that was spoken by MA (Mpok Atiek). The verbal reactions or speech utterances are analyzed through the theory of  Searle (1996) which is applied to describe the functions of those verbal reactions. In collecting the data, this research used the non-participated observation method. Then, at the data analysis step, this research used qualitative research method with three steps of activity, they were data reduction, data analyzing, and make a conclusion/ verification. After that, every utterances or verbal reaction of MA when she had been in hyperekplexia were categorized into five functions of utterances. The results of data analysis were described based on the findings. The source of data in this research was taken from the videos of MA in Youtube and the data were the utterances or the verbal expression of MA when she had been in Hyperekplexia. Based on the data analysis, the reaction of verbal hyperekplexia of MA is dominated by utterances which have expressive function because they showed how the psychological condition of someone with hyperekplexia when they got shocked. Besides that, it was also found that some of them have assertive, directive, and commissive functions.</em></p>

This research aims to examine the speech act functions found on Instagram @punapibali and describe the types of speech acts used by the informant and news writer. Thus, this study was conducted using the qualitative descriptive method and by using the pragmatics fundamentals proposed by Wijana (1996) and the speech act function theory of Searle (1979) as the basis for examining the speech act functions used by the informant and news writer according to its type. The data were collected through the observation method accompanied by an act of scrutinizing speeches and sentences of the informant and news writer @punapibali. The oral data were collected from the conversations use to know the intonation and tone of the speech delivered. The data analysis results are presented descriptively. The results of data analysis showed there are 40 types of speech acts used in the caption of Instagram @punapibali. The expressive function is manifested in the act of asking for an apology, thanking someone, and congratulating someone. The directive function includes the act of asking, suggesting, advising, and urging. The commissive function includes expressing abilities and promising. The assertive function includes notifying, affirming, and stating. The declarative function is manifested in the act of declaration.

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the regeneration of endek weaving craftsmen in Klungkung, Bali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Klungkung, Bali. The technique of collecting data through interviews was conducted on four groups of informants, namely business owners, craftsmen, children of craftsmen, and community leaders. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that regeneration attempts have not yet been successful due to several factors, including: 1) the younger generation’s lack of interest in weaving, 2) the number of promising job alternatives, and 3) the lack of love and pride in the younger generation for endek woven fabric products. The regeneration process functions through outreach carried out by networks of family, friends, and neighbors.Keywords: regeneration, socialization, weaving Mengungkap Regenerasi Pengrajin Tenun Endek di BaliAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui regenerasi pengrajin tenun endek di Klungkung, Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Klungkung, Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dilakukan terhadap empat kelompok informan yaitu pemilik usaha, pengrajin, anak pengrajin, dan tokoh masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya regenerasi belum berhasil karena beberapa faktor, antara lain: 1) kurangnya minat generasi muda dalam menenun, 2) banyaknya alternatif pekerjaan yang menjanjikan, dan 3) kurangnya rasa cinta dan bangga pada yang lebih muda. generasi untuk produk kain tenun endek. Proses regenerasi berfungsi melalui sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh jaringan keluarga, teman, dan tetangga. Kata kunci: regenerasi, sosialisasi, tenun

AbstractThe growing of character values has an important role to build the development of the learners potencyin order to behuman who are faithful and devoting to Almighty God, gracious, competitive, honorable, having good moral, polite and be able to interact to society. Through education given, learners is expected to be able toimprove independently, use and review knowledge, internalize and personalize the character values and be graciousso these can be implemented in their everyday behavior.This study aims to describe the planning of the main character values implementation in the IPS learning conducted by IPS teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua, describe the executing of the main character values implementation in the IPS learning conducted by IPS teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua, describe the assessment of the main character values implementationin the IPS learning conducted by IPS teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua.This research method uses observation method, interview, and documentation bya qualitative research approach. The research is held in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua. The data analysis is by data reduction, display data and Verification.The results of this study and discussion illustrate, This research suggests that  the results of research can be used as additional repertoire of the application of character values about the analysis of character values implementation in IPS learning. For teachers, it can improve their creativity to design and revise the learning process plan by the implementation of character values according to school conditions and subject matter in order to make the  learners be able to improve independently, use and review knowledge, internalize and personalize the character values and be graciousso these can be implemented in their everyday behaviorKeywords: Analysis, Implementation, Character Value, IPS (Social Studies) AbstrakPenanaman nilai karakter memiliki peran penting untuk membentuk  berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia,mampu bersaing, beretika, bermoral, sopan santun dan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat. Melalui pendidikan diharapkan peserta didik mampu secara mandiri meningkatkan dan menggunakan pengetahuannya, mengkaji dan menginternalisasi serta mempersonalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dan akhlak mulia sehingga terwujud dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan,  penilaian implementasi nilai karakter utama dalam pembelajaran IPS yang dilakukan oleh guru IPS di SMP Negeri 3 Kelua. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Kelua. Analisis data dengan reduksi data, data display dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ini, menggambarkan bahwa: Perencanaan implementasi pendidikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Kelua dengan menyiapkan Silabus dan RPP terlebih dahulu, Pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Kelua dengan cara tugas kelompok dengan presentase dan diskusi, Penilaian implementasi pendidikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Kelua dengan menyiapkan lebih dahulu lembaran penilaian untuk peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyarankan hasil penelitian bisa dijadikan sebagai tambahan khasanah penerapan nilai karakter tentang analisis implementasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS. Bagi guru bisa meningkatkan kreatifitasnya merancang dan merevisi rencana proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan nilai karakter sesuai kondisi sekolah dan materi pelajaran. Yang menjadikan peserta didik mampu mandiri, meningkatkan dan menggunakan pengetahuannya, mengkaji dan menginternalisasi serta mempersonalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dan akhlak mulia terwujud dalam perilaku sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: Analisis, Implementasi, Nilai Karakter, IPS

AbstractThis study aims to analyze multiculturalism in Indonesia in terms of the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work.This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, which describes multiculturalism in Indonesia as seen from the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work. The data source used in this study is literature related to multiculturalism in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification.The research results point to multiculturalism as an approach and as a National Policy. As stated above, multiculturalism is an ideological way out of the problem of the decline in the forces of integration and awareness of nationalism of a nation as a result of changes at the global level. The problems discussed in this study are as follows. 1) What do speakers mean in the context of children's answers to hakunlah urang in the Banjar family? 2) What is meant by partners in the context of children's answers to hakunlah urang in the Banjar family? The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) what the speaker meant in the context of children's answers to hakunlah urang in the Banjar family 2) what is meant by partners talking in the context of children's answers to hakunlah urang in the Banjar family. Type of qualitative descriptive research. Data sources were disclosed by the Banjar community in Kampung Tabah, Banjar Regency. The time of data collection is January 2019 until March 2019. The technique of data collection is recording and recording. This research uses three steps of work, namely (1) providing data; (2) data analysis; and (3) presentation of the results of data analysis. The theory used is speech act. Data analysis results. 1). the purpose of the speaker in this title. Asking to buy something. b. asking to get something c. asking to do something immediately. d. forbid something. e. remind something. Meanwhile the purpose of the partners talking a. accept with pleasure b. accept by force. c. reject firmly. The conclusion is that the purpose of the speaker is to make the couple do something, while the couple's intention is to accept, accept by force, and refuse altogether

The Purpose of this study is to describe the use of directive speech acts of prohibition in the Spirited Away movie which are based on the pattern of prohibitions in Japanese. It also aims to find out the factors that influence the prohibition of speech based on the context of the conversation and categorized them into direct or indirect speech. The data of this research were taken from the utterance of the characters containing the directive speech acts of prohibition. The use of prohibition directive speech acts is analyzed based on the prohibition pattern in Japanese in accordance with the theory of Namatame. This type of research uses the qualitative descriptive research method with a pragmatic approach. From the results of data analysis it was found that the use of illocutionary speech forms directly prohibits,which are: the patterns of  ~ V ru na, ~ te wa ikenai, ~ naide, ~ dame, and ~ janai. Ilocutionary forms are directly used by people who have strong authority over their partners. With his authority the speaker does not need to use indirect speech which usually emphasizes modesty.

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program

This paper discusses service-based leadership in Islamic schools. Leadership demands a transformation from the heart and changes in character. True leadership starts from within and then moves outside to serve those they lead. This is where the importance of the character and integrity of a leader to become a true leader and accepted by other people or parties. This research is a qualitative-descriptive research which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Data sources in this study include principals, staff, students. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. As for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data analysis. The results of this research are (a) the principal's leadership has a variety of models that are extraordinary depending on the situation and conditions. (b) Service-based leadership is a new trend for achieving desired quality goals.

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of Harapan Bangsa City PAUD education. Qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are based on data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. PAUD institutional constraints include educational qualifications, experience, infrastructure, managers, welfare. Efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers by providing scholarships, workshops, seminars, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as maintaining smooth communication with both foundations, teachers, and parents.Keywords: Professionalism, PAUD Teachers, Quality of Education Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru PAUD dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Harapan Bangsa Kota Padang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sementara teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berdasarkan pada reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kendala lembaga PAUD di antaranya kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, sarana prasarana, pengelola, kesejahteraan. Upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAUD dengan memberikan beasiswa, workshop, seminar, fasilitas sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta tetap menjaga lancarnya komunikasi baik dengan pihak yayasan, guru, dan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Profesionalitas, Guru PAUD, Mutu Pendidikan.

Three Stages

This research aims to find out how the application of S}araf in reading yellow book using qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of the study were lecturers of science s}araf, lecturers of Qiraah and Mut}alaáh as well as students of  Arabic program at IAIN Bone. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in three stages continuously including data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification withdrawal stage. The results shows that S}araf learning materials are divided into three stages; S}araf 1, S}araf2 and S}araf 3 by using various methods, including lecturing, discussions, demontation of bags }rif and tadrib. Tadrib/exercise was carried out with bag exercise }rif, practicing to make sentences, analyzing the function and form of words and giving harakat to a reading.  The application of s}araf in reading the yellow book was began by giving harakat to a text to determine its meaning. S}araf, that has a study on the formation of the word is very instrumental in this case. Mastery of the bag will make it easier to read a reading, whether it has harakat or not. The understanding of an Arabic text is not limited to the mastery of any existing mufradat, but rather must pay attention to the form of the word used.
