The sample used in the study amounted to 154 people with the criteria of students currently working on their thesis and aged 21-24 years, while the sampling method used accidental sampling technique. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Indonesian Career Adapt-Abilities Scale and the Career Anxiety Scale. Analysis of research data was using Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between vocational maturity and anxiety in facing the world of work in final year students. The hypothesis proposed in this study is Fear of Missing out and Subjective Well Being among teenagers Instagram’s users. This study uses a quantitative method and proportionate stratified random sampling technique for getting the samples. The subjects in this study were 129 students of SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta which are Instagram’s users between 15-18 years old. The measuring instruments used in this study are the Fear of Missing Out scale and Subjective Well Being scale. The data analysis used is Karl Pearson’s Product Moment correlation in SPSS 21.0 for Windows release. The analysis showed a correlation coefficient rxy= -0,209 with P=0,019 (p<0.05). It proves there is a significant negative relationship between Fear of Missing Out and Subjective Well Being. Therefore, the hypothesis proposed in this research is accepted. Rsquare value of 0,044 means that Fear of Missing Out gives effective contribution of 4,4% to Subjective Well Being.   Keywords: Fear of Missing Out, Subjective Well Being, Teenager, Instagram.

Early adulthood have a need to develop an intimate relationship through marriage (Santrock, 2002). Before deciding to hold the marriage, they conducted a series of decision-making process. Self-esteem is one of the variables that involved in individual decision-making. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the direction and strength of relationship between self-esteem and decision-making to get married among early adulthood Balinese women. A total of 196 Balinese women aged between 20 up to 40 years old and married becoming the subject of this quantitative correlational research. The sampling technique was two-stage cluster sampling. Measuring instruments used are the self-esteem scale (27 items; rxx` = 0,883) and decision-making to get married scale (16 items; rxx` = 0,824). Data were processed using Pearson Product Moment analysis, simple linear regression, and one-way ANOVA analysis. Statistical analysis show, there is significant correlation between self-esteem and decision-making to get married among early adulthood Balinese women (r= 0,723; p= 0,000). The coefficient of determination obtained for 0,523 which means that 52,3% of the variance that occurs in the decision-making to get married variable can be explained by the variance in self-esteem variable. F test analysis found that the mean scores for decision-making to get married did not differ significantly when assessed from the level of education (F= 1,169; p= 0,323) and birth order (F= 0,601; p= 0,550).   Keywords: Self-esteem, decision-making to get married, Balinese women, early adulthood

Abstract Social support is an exchange of resources between two individuals that are felt byboth the giver and the recipient with the aim of improving the welfare of the recipient. The social support received by entrepreneurs will certainly affect the smooth running of the business being run. One of the biggest fears that are owned by entrepreneurs, especially foodpreneurs, is fear of failure. The research objective was to determine the relationship between social support and fear of failure in foodpreneurs. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Multidimensional Scale Of Perceived Social Support (α = 0.81) and The Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (α = 0.87). The sample was obtained by using quota sampling technique with the criteria of entrepreneurs in the culinary field aged 18-34 years, having their own culinary business with a total sample of 342 people. The analysis results showed that there was a negative relationship between social support and fear of failure in foodpreneurs. So the higher the social support, the lower the fear of failure. Likewise, on the other hand, the lower the social support, the higher the fear of failure. Jadi semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin rendah fear of failure. Begitu juga sebaliknya bahwa semakin rendah dukungan sosial maka semakin tinggi fear of failure.

This study analyzed the macroeconomic and institutional determinants of total factor productivity (TFP) in the MINT (Mexico, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Turkey) countries during the period 1980–2014. Annual data covering the period between 1980 and 2014 were used. Data on real gross domestic product (real GDP), labor force, gross fixed capital formation, foreign direct investment (FDI), human capital, and inflation were sourced from the World Development Indicators published by the World Bank. Also, data on corruption, government stability, and law and order were obtained from the database of International Country Risk Guide. Panel autoregressive distributed lag (PARDL) regression technique was used to estimate the model. Results showed that TFP growth rate declined on average by 1.4 per cent and 1.8 per cent in Mexico and Turkey, respectively, while Indonesia and Nigeria did not experience productivity growth on the average. Results also showed that in the long run, human capital and government stability had positive and significant effects on TFP, while FDI and corruption had negative but significant effects on TFP. In the short run, there existed a significant negative relationship between TFP and inflation. However, the effects of human capital and corruption on TFP were positive and significant. The study concluded that human capital and corruption were key drivers of TFP in the MINT countries both in the long run and short run.

Abstract Background: Although the internet can be a source of reassurance and clarification for expectant women, it ‎could cause concerns or feelings of worry when reading about pregnancy-related ‎information. The current research sought to assess the feelings of worry and perceived reliability towards online pregnancy-related information and the associated factors among expectant women attending antenatal clinics at primary healthcare centers in Qatar. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was employed. The participants were recruited through a systematic random sampling technique. ‎A self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data from the participants. Descriptive and analytic statistics were used when appropriate‎.Results: A total of 327 expecting women completed the questionnaire. Most participants were aged between 26-34 years (74.1%), held a college/university degree (76.4%), and multigravidas (73.1%). About one-third of the women ‎(31.2‎%) reported feeling worried due to something they read online. The participants coped with these feelings by consulting their antenatal care provider at the next appointment (51.0%) or by talking with relatives and friends (47.0%). Furthermore, most women (79.2%) considered online pregnancy-related information to be reliable or highly reliable. Holding a college/university degree, primigravidae, and having no children were factors significantly associated with a high perception of reliability of online health information. Conclusion: Although online pregnancy information caused feelings of worry for some pregnant ‎women, most women perceived such information to be reliable. Thus, antenatal care providers should be equipped to guide pregnant women on how to access high-quality web-based information.
