Organizational commitment is the willingness of members to have a relationship with the organization. High organizational commitment will lead to high on aspects like performance, discipline and achievement. A positive psychological state must be possessed because it can affect organizational commitment. Psychological capital is a developmental condition of a person’s positive psychological state and the emergence of self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism so that it is related to organizational commitment. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment in ASN samples. Quantitative research in design and the data gathered from 125 ASN participants with at least one year of working experience in an organization or agency. Data were collected using psychological capital (PCQ) and organizational commitment scale (OCQ). Hypothesis testing was carried out with Pearson’s product moment correlation using SPSS. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment in state civil apparatus (r=0.87, p=0.000). It means the higher the psychological capital, the higher the organizational commitment.   Keywords: Organizational commitment, psychological capital, state civil apparatus

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship (1) Self Efficacy, (2) Academic Flow, (3) PAI Learning Achievement at SMK YPM (Maarif Education Foundation) 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo. The formulation of the issues discussed are: 1) Is there a positive relationship between self efficacy and learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) ?; 2) Is there a positive relationship between academic flow and PAI learning achievement ?; 3) Is there a positive relationship between self efficacy and academic flow with PAI learning achievement? The purpose of this research is to 1) to find out whether there is self efficacy with PAI learning achievement; 2) Knowing whether there is academic flow with PAI learning achievements d; 3) Knowing whether there is a relationship between self efficacy and academic flow with PAI learning achievement. The approach of this research is correlational quantitative research, which is a study that focuses on calculations to find the maximum relationship between the variables studied. The sampling technique uses cluster random respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS 16.00 program. The results of the study show: 1) There is a significant positive relationship between self efficacy and PAI grade X learning achievement, 2) There is a significant positive relationship between academic flow and PAI grade X learning achievement .; 3) There is a significant positive relationship between self efficacy and academic flow with the learning achievement of PAI grade X at SMK YPM 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo. (Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan (1) Self Efficacy, (2) Flow Akademik, (3) Prestasi Belajar PAI di SMK YPM (Yayasan Pendidikan Maarif) 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo. Rumusan masalah yang dibahas adalah: 1) Apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI)?; 2) Apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI ?; 3) Apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dan flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI ?. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk 1) untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya self efficacy dengan prestasi belajar PAI; 2) Mengetahui ada tidaknya flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI d; 3)Mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan self efficacy dan flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI . Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, yaitu suatu penelitian yang menitikberatkan pada perhitungan untuk mencari sebesar-besar hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan cluster random reponden. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.00.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan prestasi belajar PAI kelas X, 2) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI kelas X. ; 3) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI kelas X di SMK YPM 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo)

Masalah yang terjadi di ruang lingkung pendidikan dasar menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki efikasi diri yang rendah, hal ini terjadi ketika dalam menyelesaikan tugas, siswa mudah menyerah dan merasa sulit dalam mengerjakan soal yang sukar dan banyak, siswa tidak gigih dalam belajar dan tidak serius dalam menyimak materi. Selain itu, inisiatif siswa juga masih rendah, dan masih bergantung pada instruksi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tayangan kartun upin dan ipin dengan efikasi diri siswa kelas VI SDN Gugus Asri (Adiarsa Barat – Nagasari) Kecamatan Karawang Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, terdapat hubungan antara tayangan kartun upin dan ipin dengan efikasi diri siswa. Hal ini diperoleh thitung 3,152 > ttabel 1,986 dan r_xy 0,317 dengan signifikan 0,05 dan n = 96 menunjukkan bahwa hipoesis diterima. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tayangan kartun upin dan ipin dengan efikasi diri siswa memiliki hubungan yang rendah.  Kata kunci:  kartun upin dan ipin, efikasi diri siswa.   Problems that occur in the basic education environment show that students have low self-efficacy, this occurs when completing assignments, students easily give up and find it difficult to work on difficult and many questions, students are not persistent in learning and are not serious in listening to material. In addition, student initiative is still low, and still depends on teacher instructions. This study aims to determine the relationship between upin and ipin cartoon shows with self-efficacy of grade VI SDN Gugus Asri (Adiarsa Barat - Nagasari) West Karawang District. This research is a type of quantitative research. The results of hypothesis testing, there is a relationship between Upin and IPIN cartoon shows with student self-efficacy. It is obtained that tcount 3.152> t table 1.986 and r_xy 0.317 with a significant 0.05 and n = 96 indicating that hypoesis is accepted. From the results of this study it can be concluded that upin and ipin cartoon shows with student self-efficacy have a low relationship. Keywords: upin and ipin cartoon, student self-efficacy

Penambahan peluang kerja tidak sebanding dengan peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja dari waktu ke waktu. Untuk mendapatkan tenaga kerja yang berkualitas, perusahaan biasanya menggunakan sistem seleksi yang ketat, sehingga dapat membedakan kesiapan para kandidat, utamanya yang baru saja menyelesaikan pendidikannya untuk bekerja secara formal. Kesiapan Kerja adalah dimilikinya keahlian, pengetahuan, dan sikap dasar, serta pemahaman praktis yang memungkinkan lulusan memberikan kontribusi produktif bagi tujuan organisasi. Kesiapan Kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Salah satu faktor internal yang berperan adalah Modal Psikologis. Modal Psikologis adalah keadaan psikologis yang positif pada diri individu yang ditandai dengan self- efficacy, optimisme, harapan, dan resiliensi. Sedangkan salah satu faktor eksternal yang berperan adalah Dukungan Organisasi, yaitu persepsi karyawan terhadap sejauh mana organisasi memberi nilai positif terhadap kontribusi mereka serta peduli terhadap kesejahteraan mereka. Dukungan Organisasi telah ditemukan memiliki konsekuensi penting terhadap kinerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Suatu organisasi yang siap dalam memberikan imbalan terhadap usaha kerja karyawan dan memenuhi kebutuhan sosio-emosional akan meningkatkan komitmen karyawan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data diambil dengan menyebarkan kuesioner Work Readiness, Survey of Perceived Organizational Support, dan Psychological Capital pada mahasiswa peserta program internship di Perguruan Tinggi X, Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Modal Psikologis dan Dukungan Organisasi memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja (F= 14.349, p< 0,000). The increase in employment opportunities is not proportional to the increase in the number of workers over time. To acquire high quality workforce, companies use a strict selection system in order to distinguish the readiness of candidates, especially those who have just completed their education to work formally. Work Readiness is the possession of basic skills, knowledge and attitudes, as well as practical understanding that enable graduates to productively contribute to organizational goals. Work Readiness can be influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. One such internal factor is Psychological Capital. Psychological Capital is a positive psychological state within an individual that is characterized by self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience. Meanwhile, one of the external factors is Organizational Support that is employee perception of the extent to which the organization gives a positive value to their contribution and care for their well-being. Organizational support has been found to possess important consequences on employee performance and welfare. An organization that is ready to reward employees' work effort and meet their socio-emotional needs will increase employees’ work commitment. This research is a quantitative research. Data were taken by distributing the Work Readiness, Survey of Perceived Organizational Support, and Psychological Capital questionnaires to students participating in the internship program at X University, Jakarta. The result of this study indicates that Psychological Capital and Organizational Support significantly contribute to Work Readiness (F = 14,349, p <0,000).

Recognizing the importance of knowledge sharing, this study adopted social learning and social exchange perspectives to understand when employees may engage in knowledge sharing. Using data collected from 192 employees in various South Korean organizations, the findings demonstrate that there is a positive relationship between supervisor knowledge sharing and employee knowledge sharing. As employees perceive a high level of supervisor knowledge sharing, they are likely to engage in knowledge sharing based on social learning and social exchange theories. Furthermore, the study explores the moderating effects of learning goal orientation and affective organizational commitment in the relationship between supervisor knowledge sharing and employee knowledge sharing. The result supports the hypothesis that the relationship between supervisor knowledge sharing and employee knowledge sharing is strengthened when there is a high level of affective organizational commitment. Employees who obtain valuable knowledge from their supervisors are likely to engage in knowledge sharing when they are emotionally attached to their organization. However, in contrast to the hypothesis, the positive relationship between supervisor knowledge sharing and employee knowledge sharing was stronger at the lower levels of learning goal orientation (LGO) than at the higher levels of LGO.

This study demonstrates that psychological capital is essential in the process of developing and strengthening entrepreneurial intentions. We specifically investigate the mediating roles of optimism and self-efficacy facets of psychological capital in the relationship between entrepreneurial mentoring and intentions. The study was conducted among 1,272 young persons from Germany and East Africa (Uganda and Kenya). These included 784 final year university students and 488 wage employed. A multigroup analysis was applied to test for the effects of employment status and country differences. Results indicate that mentoring, optimism, and self-efficacy are positively correlated with entrepreneurial intentions. Findings also supported the hypothesized-mediated mediation model that mentoring impacts on entrepreneurial intentions through optimism and self-efficacy. The association of entrepreneurial mentoring on intentions was higher among the Germany participants than in the East African sample as well as among the students compared with employed individuals. Practical and theoretical implications of our findings are discussed.

The writing of this article is a survey research with the aim of knowing the relationship between mathematical disposition and self-efficacy of PGSD/ PGMI students in universities throughout Indonesia. This study used a total of 37 public and private universities with 357 students using questionnaire data collection techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive. In addition, data analysis used Spearman's Rho. The results explained that the mathematical disposition with self-efficacy of PGSD / PGMI students in Indonesia based on the average questionnaire filling reached a correlation coefficient of 0.612 which was included in the very strong category. Sig. Value (2-tailed) obtained 0,000 which is smaller than 0.01 which means that there is a significant relationship between mathematical disposition variables and self-efficacy. This caused a strong positive relationship between mathematical disposition and student self-efficacy. AbstrakPenulisan artikel ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan tujuan mengetahui hubungan disposisi matematis dan self-efficacy mahasiswa PGSD/PGMI yang berada di Universitas se-Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek yang berjumlah 37 universitas negeri dan swasta dengan 357 mahasiswa dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data penyebaran angket. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Selain itu, analisis data menggunakan Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa disposisi matematis dengan self-efficacy mahasiswa PGSD/PGMI yang berada di Indonesia berdasarkan rata-rata pengisian angket mencapai koefisien korelasi 0.612 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Nilai Sig. (2-tailed) didapat 0.000 yang lebih kecil dari 0.01 yang memiliki makna bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara variabel disposisi matematis dengan self-efficacy. Hal tersebut menyebabkan hubungan positif yang kuat antara disposisi matematis dengan self-efficacy mahasiswa.

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with coping stress on horticulture farmers. The study was conducted in Saribudolok sample random sampling with 160 horticultural farmers for vegetable farmers as sample. The methods of data collections is through coping stress scale (focused coping stress), self-efficacy scale, and social support scale (sosial support). The data analysis technique used multiple regression with the following results: 1) There is a positive relationship between self-efficacy with coping stress with Rxy = 0,464 with p 0,05; with 21.6% contribution 2) There is a positive relationship between social support relationship with coping stress with Rxy = 0,180 with p 0,05; with 3.2% contribution 3) There is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and social support with coping stress with F 23,072 and Rxy = 0,477 while R2 = 0,227 with p 0,05. The total effective contribution of self-efficacy variables and social support with stress coping is 22.7%. This means that there is still 77.3% influence from other factors to coping stress

The development of Islamic economics in banking practices in society develops innovatively. Various sharia banking products have become the people's choice in supporting their daily economic activities. The same thing also happened to students. The purpose of study is to analyze the religiosity effect of students' interest in saving for Islamic banking with knowledge as intervening variable. Multiple linear regression is an analytical technique used here, with hypothesis testing and path analysis to support its conclusions. The result of this study is that the level of religiosity significantly effects on students' interest in saving for Islamic banking with positive relationship. Likewise, knowledge is able mediate the relationship between the religiosity variable and students' interest in saving.

The economic competition is increasing day by day on both local and international level; therefore, it becomes the duty of organization to balance these processes along with job security. The study aimed to use the social determination theory (SDT) to evaluate the relationship between work engagement, happiness and organizational commitment. A quantitative research design was used to conduct the study, selecting 317 individuals working in three telecommunications companies (Orange, Zain, and Umniah). Regression analysis and Chi square analysis were carried out on the data collected through the questionnaire survey. The results showed a significant relationship between organizational commitment, work engagement and happiness. The Social Determination Theory (SDT) was also found to be relevant in evaluating the factors that are responsible for affecting the behavior of employees towards the organization. The study provides significant knowledge to practitioners in evaluating factors that increase job dissatisfaction or job insecurity among employees that leads to a reduction in the level of work commitment and engagement.
