The implementation of community service aims to provide tips for writing classroom action research articles so that this activity can motivate teachers to write and improve their abilities in researching and writing articles where the benefits can be implemented in the classroom. Facts on the ground indicate that the obligation of teachers to write PTK is a "horror" and burdensome for teachers. That is because the teacher is not used to writing and researching. Hope after community service in both schools, the teacher can overcome problems in class and make the research culture the best solution in school.

Classroom Action Research Training for Aisyiyah PAUD Central Java Teachers to Improve the Quality of Learning delivered by the Principal and Teacher Training of PAUD 'Aisyiyah PWA Central Java, this activity aims to: 1) instill awareness in PAUD 'Aisyiyah teachers on the importance of Classroom Action Research 2) improve skills prepare proposals for Classroom Action Research 3) provide assistance related to Classroom Action Research, 4) train teachers to be able to provide treatment to the subjects studied, so that they experience positive changes. The methods used in this training are presentations, discussions, case studies. This training activity was attended by 142 teachers from PAUD 'Aisyiyah in Central Java. The results of the service are theoretically successful, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of the training participants who actively ask questions about the problems they encounter related to the steps of preparing the CAR proposal, but judging from the practice of preparing the proposal the results have not been satisfactory, because only 15% of participants can prepare a CAR proposal properly. and 33% is considered sufficient, while 52% of participants have not succeeded in compiling a CAR proposal. It is not easy to write CAR, it requires independent effort training from the teacher concerned to solve the problems faced in PBM. In general, PAUD 'Aisyiyah Central Java teachers need further assistance in writing Classroom Action Research.

Writing scientific papers is an important activity to improve teachers' quality, competence, and professionalism. Its implementation is marked by, among others, self-improvement through scientific research in the form of Classroom Action Research. During teaching and learning activities, teachers can research by developing various instruments and learning strategies. However, teachers rarely put their research results in writing in research reports and scientific articles. This community service activity aims to assist teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research reports and articles and explaining tricks to publish Classroom Action Research articles in reputable national journals. The implementation of the activities uses the methods of training, discussion, and direct mentoring so that the teacher can feel the process. This service activity received a good response, with the teacher's enthusiasm during the exercise, active discussions, and scientific reports and articles compilation. In the final discussion of this community service activity, teachers are very interested in publishing the results of their research, and it's just that teachers lack information about reputable journals. Through this activity, the ability of teachers to research and publish their research results can become practical innovations in the world of education, especially classroom learning.

The purpose of implementing Community Service is to provide knowledge to teachers which includes: Strategy for writing classroom action research. The material for writing classroom action research strategies begins with introducing the activities that must be carried out by the teacher before classroom action research, explaining to the teacher to find problems that can be raised as research material, solutions that can be used as alternative learning improvements, classroom action research concepts, research designs class action, compiling a proposal for classroom action research proposal, assessing classroom action research reports, student value data is valuable data that can be analyzed and described as main data and describes how to search references from various sources. Participants also received guidance on writing classroom action research on classroom action research tutorials and practice activities. The trainees were 15 teachers from SDN 001 Rimba Sekampung. After training, the results obtained are: Increased teacher's ability to seek effective learning, Understanding Classroom Action Research Concepts, Understanding Classroom Action Research Design Arrangements, Compiling Classroom Action Research Proposals, Can provide assessment of Classroom Action Research reports.

Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

AbstrakPendidikan dasar merupakan sekolah yang memiliki peran yang strategis dan fundamental bagi pembangunan bangsa. Sehingga penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah dasar harus diarahkan dan menunjang secara optimal demi mencapai tuuan pendidikan nasional. Peraturan baru yang mengharuskan syarat pernah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi guru sebagai syarat naik golongan menjadi sebuah kendala yang cukup berat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan guru SD tidak terbiasa menulis atau melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Guru harus membuat dalam memenuhi kewajibannya jika ingin naik golongan dan pangkat khususnya dari IV a ke IV b atau dari pangkat Pembina ke Pembina tingkat 1 ke atas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah menjadikan guru mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah antara lain PTK agar mampu dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan profesi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru ialah bagaimana mengoptimalkan pembuatan penelitian tindakan kelas guru-guru SD di desa Geneng. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencapai target. Capaian tersebut ialah guru mampu menghasilkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang baik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru. Ketercapaian target pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru dari target 30 guru. Sehingga, ketercapaian peserta 83% atau dapat dinilai baik. Simpulan dalam kegiatan ini ialah ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dinilai baik. Kata kunci: PTK; guru SD; karya tulis ilmiah. AbstractBasic education is a school that has a strategic and fundamental role for nation building. Related to the implementation of education in elementary schools must be aimed at optimally supporting and achieving national education. The new regulation which requires the requirement to carry out Classroom Action Research for teachers as a condition for boarding a class is a considerable obstacle. This is because elementary school teachers are not used to writing or conducting Classroom Action Research. The teacher must make it in fulfilling his obligations if he wants to rise in class and rank especially from IV a to IV b or from the rank of coach to coach level 1 and above. The purpose of this activity is to make teachers able to make scientific papers including PTK so that they can be utilized for professional development. The problem faced by the teacher is how to optimize the making of classroom action research for elementary school teachers in Geneng Village. Service activities are carried out using a Workshop approach. The activity uses lecture, discussion and practice methods. The results of this activity reach the target. The achievement is that the teacher is able to produce good classroom action research. The implementation of community service was followed by 25 teachers. The achievement of the target of implementing community service was followed by 25 teachers from the target of 30 teachers. So, the participants' achievement is 83% or can be considered good. [Bahasa]: Penguasaan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa resmi internasional merupakan tuntutan bagi siswa agar mampu bersaing di era globalisasi. Masyarakat di daerah destinasi wisata seperti Lombok membutuhkan penguasaan Bahasa Inggris yang baik agar memudahkan mereka untuk mencari lapangan pekerjaan. Oleh karenanya siswa di sekolah harus mendapatkan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang baik agar memiliki kompetensi yang memadai. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis narasi bahasa Inggris bagi siswa kelas IX melalui pemanfaatan gambar berseri. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan pengabdian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan partisipan sebanyak 24 siswa kelas IX. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media gambar berseri dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis naratif dalam Bahasa Inggris. Kata kunci: gambar berseri, bahasa Inggris, kemampuan menulis [English]: Mastery of English as an official international language is a demand for students to be able to compete in the era of globalization. The residents in tourist destination areas such as Lombok need to master good English in order to be easier in finding jobs. Therefore students in schools must get good English learning in order to have adequate competence. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability to write English narratives for students of class IX through the use of serial images. The method used was classroom action research with 24 students as participants in IX grade. This article describes the results and the implementation of the paircheck method with a work sheet of participants which is the result of community service with the title “Training of Scientific Writing for Teachers of SD Tawar Timur Kota Padang West Sumatra.” In the process, teachers are guided in writing classroom action research through a participant’s worksheet that contains a summary of materials and direct exercise columns with a paired check table. Participants in this training are 26 teachers from 3 public elementary schools in East Tawar area, Padang City. The method used is qualitative-descriptive that explains the final outcome and the implementation of the training. After three days of training, the participants' writing skills increased, which was proved by pre-test and post-test.

Being a professional teachers is required a number of requirements, such as having an adequate professional education qualification and actively developing themselves through classroom action research activities. Meanwhile, Classroom Action Research activities by most teachers are considered as something difficult and confusing, including for teachers at MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone Takalar District who are community service partners. For this reason, as a solution to these problems, Classroom Action Research Training is conducted. The method used in this activity is the training method. Participants who were targeted partners were 25 teachers. In its implementation, the training takes place in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this training activity were carried out well and smoothly. The training carried out also produced a Classroom Action Research Guidelines that could be used teachers as a guide in preparing Classroom Action Research. In addition, the training received a positive response from the teachers. This is evidenced from the results of the training evaluation questionnaire analysis which showed that as many as 64% of participants gave a very useful category response. Thus, this Classroom Action Research Training can improve the motivation, knowledge and skills of MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone teachers in Takalar District in conducting Classroom Action Research. Sementara, kegiatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas oleh sebagian besar guru dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang sulit dan membingungkan, termasuk bagi guru-guru di MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar yang menjadi mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini. Untuk itu, sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pelatihan. Peserta yang menjadi mitra sasar sebanyak 25 guru. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pelatihan berlangsung dalam tiga tahapan, yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan juga menghasilkan Pedoman Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dapat dijadikan para guru sebagai panduan dalam menyusun Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Selain itu, pelaksanaan pelatihan mendapat respons positif dari para guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis kuesioner evaluasi pelatihan yang menunjukkan sebanyak 64% peserta memberikan respons kategori yang sangat bermanfaat. Dengan demikian, Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, motivasi dan keterampilan guru MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar dalam menyusun Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. The article discusses some issues concerning teacher and lesson efficiency of being paramount in amending programs on pedagogy and teaching methodologies. Lately, Classroom Action Research (CAR) has become an object of novel studies in the scope of improving class quality and efficiency. Actually, this approach is a professional development outlook in which teachers critically study their action data and seek to find improvement trends. The approach is spread early all over the world, however, for Armenian research context it is a comparatively new sphere. As a matter of fact, the article represents the effectiveness of the method and its applicability for the professional development of teachers. Accordingly, the need of implementing the discussing method has been highlighted on the sample of SOIE – School of International English.

Abstract: This community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of writing scientific papers in an effort to improve teacher professionalism. Training The methods used in community service activities are the lecture, discussion and question, and answer method. Results of community service activities overall it can be considered quite good, seen from the presence of trainees reaching 90% of the number of MA Manbaul Bayan East Lombok teachers. The implementation procedure in the classroom action research training was rated as well based on positive responses from the participants and the level of mastery of the participants reached 75% of all stages of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Training and Assistance
