The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of leader behavior on the job satisfaction with locus of control as moderator variable. This research used primary and secondary data using the questionnaire, interview and documentation of 90 Ambon Port Employee Cooperation. Simple regression analysis, and MRA were employed to analyse the moderation effect. The result shows that leader behavior has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction. Locus of control does not moderating relationship between leader berhvaior and job satisfaction.

This study aims to know the effect of inflation on Murabahah (sale-purchase agrrement between the bank and the customer with known profit) financing in Sharia banks in Indonesia. The data in this study are secondary data from the official website of each Sharia bank and then analyzed by using simple regression analysis. The finding shows that the inflation rate has a positive and significant effect on Murabahah financing in Sharia banks in Indonesia. The positive coefficient indicates that an increase in inflation will make people greatly desire to apply for Murabahah financing because they are worried about a greater increase in inflation in the following year. This aldo occurs because the increase in inflation makes people save a lot in Sharia banks, so that banks must optimally use these funds in the form of financing operations of what is called Murabaha financing. The coefficient of determination is 0.9871, meaning that 98.71% of Murabahah financing in Sharia banks in Indonesia is explained by the inflation rate. Meanwhile, 1.29% is the variability of other variables on Murabahah financing, such as banking profit variables, CAR ratios, NPF ratios, and third party funds.

The data used in this study Primary data obtained directly from the object of research either through interviews or from the observation (observation) in the community in District Asparaga Gorontalo and secondary data that is sourced from documents in related institutions in District Asparaga Regency Gorontalo. Kinerja antara lain ditentukan oleh kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan dan disiplin kerja yang diterapkan. Maka dengan sendirinya pegawai akan senantiasa menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dan memberikan kontribusi yang baik bagi organisasi. Sehingga pegawai akan mencintai pekerjaannya. Dinas Pendidikan pada salah satu kabupaten  di Jawa Barat menjadi tempat penelitian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial maupun simultan. Belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai menjadi kajian permasalahan dalam penelitian ini.  Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 132 pegawai dengan sampel yang telah ditetapkan melalui sampel acak sebanyak 57 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kinerja pegawai secara parsial, diperoleh Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 24,5584 >  4,0162, (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial. Diperoleh Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 31,7205 >  4,0162. dan (3) secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diperoleh Fhitung  ≥ Ftabel yaitu (323,686 ≥ 3,1682). Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, harus memperhatikan kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh pegawai serta meningkatkan disiplin kerja dengan memberikan stimuli kepada pegawai.Kata Kunci: kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerjaREACH EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BY JOB PERFORMANCE  AND WORK DISCIPLINEThe performance determined by the perceived job satisfaction and discipline in working that is applied. Therefore, the employees naturally will continue to perform well and give a good contribution to the organization. So, the employees will love to their jobs. Department of Education in West Java was the location of this research. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and discipline in working toward employee performance partially or simultaneously. The employee performance which is not optimal became issues to be studied in this research. The method used was explanatory survey method. The populations in this research were 132 employees with predefined sample through random sample as much as 57 of employees. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and data were analyzed by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The result showed that: (1) job satisfaction has significant effect toward employee performance. By partially, it was obtained that Fcount> Ftable was 24.5584 > 4.0162, (2) the discipline in working has significant effect on employee performance partially. It was obtained that Fcount > Ftable was 31.7205 > 4.0162, and (3) simultaneously; job satisfaction and discipline in working have significant impact on employee performance. It was obtained that Fcount ≥ Ftable was (323.686 ≥ 3.1682). Therefore, to improve employee performance, job satisfaction should be considered which is felt by employees and improve discipline in working by providing stimuli to employees.Keywords: employee performance, job satisfaction, work discipline

This study aims to research determine the effect of job stress against job satisfaction employees in the branch offices of PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Variabel studied were job stress as the independent variable (X) and variable job satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The method used in this study is quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 31 respondents. Techniques used in the purposive sampling and quota sampling. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypothesis is a simple regression analysis using SPSS version 17.00. Based on the calculations, the p value for the correlation of job stress and job satisfaction of 0.001 (p < 0,05). Regression equation, Y = 116,144 – 0,656X and the level of influence (R Square) of job stress on job satisfaction is 0.284, which means that job stress affects job satisfaction by 28,4% and the remaining 71,6% is influenced by factors other than job stress. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so it can be concluded that there was a significant influence between job stress on job satisfaction of employees in branch offices PT. Pegadaian (Persero).

This article aims to determine the development of cooperatives in West Java at present, projections of the development of cooperatives in West Java in 2019 and the contribution of cooperatives to the economy of West Java.  The research methods used are explanatory research, data collection conducted by surveys, interviews, observations, and FGD and using a simple regression analysis approach of secondary data sourced from BPS, Kemenkop , Dinas KUKM West Java province. The results of the study show that the condition of cooperatives in terms of quantity in West Java can now be said to deteriorate. Inactive cooperatives are far more than active cooperatives. Whereas in previous years, namely in 2015-2017 active cooperatives dominated more than inactive cooperatives and West Java cooperative contributions to state revenues were still relatively small.

Job satisfaction is a crucial factor that determines the performance of the employees. However, plenty of researches has been studies on this topic, but very limited studies focus on Polytechnic employees. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction and employee performance in the context of Polytechnic employees. The quantitative and cross-sectional method was employed. A total of 130 respondents answered the survey. The simple regression analysis result reveals that job satisfaction significantly and positively influenced employee performance. This suggests that enhancing job satisfaction among Polytechnic employees is critically important to improving their performances. More details about its findings and implications are discussed.

This study aims to analyze spending and the characteristics of the poverty level in the province of West Papua and whether the special autonomy fund spending has an effect on fluctuations in levels of poverty in the province of West Papua from 2009-2019 after special autonomy. The method used in this research is quantitative and descriptive. The analysis technique uses secondary data and uses simple regression analysis. From the result of simple regression analysis with the help of the application program, the test results both simultaneously and partially show that the significance value (0,000) is smaller than the sensitivity degree value of 0,05 (5%) so it can be concluded that in a time series, spending on special autonomy funds has an effect on significant fluctuations in poverty levels in the province of West Papua, but not all of them because R2 (R Square) only 67% were 33% influenced by the village fund assistance program, but not measured in this study.

This work examined the effect of Treasury Single Account (TSA) implementation on the financial performance of commercial banks in Nigeria. The study employed expo-facto survey research design and seven big commercial banks in Nigeria. First Bank of Nigeria, Zenith Bank, Access Bank, UBA, Union Bank, Diamond Bank and Fidelity Bank were judgmentally sampled for this study. Secondary data were gathered through CBN statistical bulletin from 2013 to 2017 (that is two years before and two years after implementation of TSA). Customers deposit was used as proxy for independent variable (Treasury Single Account), while profit after tax, return on equity and return on assets are proxies for dependent variable (financial performance). The data collected were analyzed using comparable mean, while research hypotheses were tested using Simple regression analysis. The findings obtained from the statistical testing of the hypotheses of this study show that customers’ deposit has a significant effect on profit after tax, return on assets and return on equity of commercial banks in Nigeria. The study recommends that Government should create enabling grounds for commercial banks to operate and be profitable to enable investors to have confidence on the economy because banks drive every economy. Commercial banks should increase their customer deposit by engaging in aggressive marketing strategy that will attract private individuals and businesses in order to increase the volume of their liquidity. Merger and acquisition should be encouraged in order to increase the capital base of banks and to make them strong and viable. Also, banks should avoid over-reliance on government deposits and focus more on other banking activities as well as investments that would help in enhancing their performance.

ABSTRACTThe study investigates the effect of leadership style on employee’s work stress in ESS Transportation Management Service Telkom. The data were collected from 92 employees and obtained using a questionnaire consisted of 29 items with 6 point Likert scale. Desciptive analysis used to illustratedthe leadership style and work stress level inside the organization. Simple regression analysis was used to analyze the data and to measure the relation between independent and dependent variables. Employee perceives that the leadership style implemented in the organization was already appropriate and in line with their expectation regarding how their leader should engage the work relation. Meanwihle, the work stress level among employees were low. The regression analysis revealed the negative relation between leadership style and work stress level. When employeesperceived that their leader was act accordance to what their expectaion then the stress level will lessen. The coefficient of determination was 0.321. This mean the leadership style can only explain 32.1% of work stress, then the organization need to identify other factors which also affect the work stress. The comparison with the previous literatures also discussed.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap tingkat stres kerja karyawan di Divisi ESS Transportation Management Service Telkom. Data penelitian diperoleh daripenyebaran kuesioner terhadap 92 orang responden. Kuesioner yang digunakan memiliki 29 pertanyaan dengan skala Likert 6 poin. Teknik analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan tingkat gaya kepemimpinan dan tingkat stres yang dipersepsikan oleh karyawan. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara dua ariabel tersebut digunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa karyawan merasa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan sudahsesuai dengan apa yang mereka harapkan. Mereka menilai bahwa pemimpin sudah menerapkan gaya yang tepat dalam setiap kondisi yang terkait pekerjaan. Tingkat stres karyawan di perusahaan ini relatif rendah. Selanjutnya, analisis regresi memperlihatkan hubungan signifikan negatif antara gaya kepemimpinan dan tingkat stres. Karyawan yang merasa sesuai dengan gaya kepemimpinan atasan akan memiliki tingkat stres yang lebih rendah. Koefisien determinasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah 0.321. ini berarti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan hanya dapat menjelaskan tingkat stres sebesar 32.1% of work stress. Hasil ini menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor lain penyebab stres. Pembahasan di dalam penelitian ini akan menyajikan pula hasil riset terdahulu dari berbagai latar belakang budaya
