This study aims to analyze spending and the characteristics of the poverty level in the province of West Papua and whether the special autonomy fund spending has an effect on fluctuations in levels of poverty in the province of West Papua from 2009-2019 after special autonomy. The method used in this research is quantitative and descriptive. The analysis technique uses secondary data and uses simple regression analysis. From the result of simple regression analysis with the help of the application program, the test results both simultaneously and partially show that the significance value (0,000) is smaller than the sensitivity degree value of 0,05 (5%) so it can be concluded that in a time series, spending on special autonomy funds has an effect on significant fluctuations in poverty levels in the province of West Papua, but not all of them because R2 (R Square) only 67% were 33% influenced by the village fund assistance program, but not measured in this study.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of leader behavior on the job satisfaction with locus of control as moderator variable. This research used primary and secondary data using the questionnaire, interview and documentation of 90 Ambon Port Employee Cooperation. Simple regression analysis, and MRA were employed to analyse the moderation effect. The result shows that leader behavior has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction. Locus of control does not moderating relationship between leader berhvaior and job satisfaction.

This study aims to know the effect of inflation on Murabahah (sale-purchase agrrement between the bank and the customer with known profit) financing in Sharia banks in Indonesia. The data in this study are secondary data from the official website of each Sharia bank and then analyzed by using simple regression analysis. The finding shows that the inflation rate has a positive and significant effect on Murabahah financing in Sharia banks in Indonesia. The positive coefficient indicates that an increase in inflation will make people greatly desire to apply for Murabahah financing because they are worried about a greater increase in inflation in the following year. This aldo occurs because the increase in inflation makes people save a lot in Sharia banks, so that banks must optimally use these funds in the form of financing operations of what is called Murabaha financing. The coefficient of determination is 0.9871, meaning that 98.71% of Murabahah financing in Sharia banks in Indonesia is explained by the inflation rate. Meanwhile, 1.29% is the variability of other variables on Murabahah financing, such as banking profit variables, CAR ratios, NPF ratios, and third party funds.

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Population on Rice Consumption in the District of Asparaga Gorontalo Regency can be fulfilled. The purpose of this study is to test the relationship between competency, organizational culture, love of money, and whistleblowing against prevention fraud with spiritual intelligence as moderation. The samples in this study were the village staff of West Halmahera Regency, namely the village head, village secretary, treasurer, head of the village administration section, head of the village development and empowerment section, and the section of village head community development of 213 people. The data in this study were taken using surveys with questionnaires and conducted validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing in this study using simple regression analysis and hierarchy. The results showed that out of the eight hypotheses submitted, only five hypotheses were supported and the rest are not supported.

This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

EFFECT OF INCOME ON BEEF CONSUMPTION IN KOTABUNAN VILLAGE EAST BOLAANG MONGONDOW REGENCY. Consumption of beef by society tends to increase in line with their income. The problem is whether people's income changes affect  beef consumption. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of income on beef consumption. Research has been conducted in the village of Kotabunan, District of Kotabunan East Bolaang Mongondow Regency.The data collection was conducted using a survey method. The data used are primary and secondary data. Determination of the sample villages have been done by purposive sampling, the village which has the largest population, and in the coastal area. Sample was selected by simple random sampling. The number of respondents as many as 44 households..Simple regression analysis was used to meet the goal of this study. Based on the results showed total incomes of respondents Rp. 143,070,000 with an average of Rp. 3,251,590.9/household /month. Total beef consumption 63.5 Kg / month, with an average expenditure of respondents to consume beef Rp. 134,886.36 or 4.9% of family income. Consumption of animal protein from livestock as much as 6 grams / capita / day, equivalent to 10.3 kg of meat / capita / year, 6.5 kg of eggs / capita / year, and 7.2 kg milk / capita / year is still not achieved. Based on the results of this study concluded that incomes significantly affect the consumption of beef in the village Kotabunan, District Kotabunan, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Abstract :This study aims to analyze the effect of the Adversity Quotient on students' entrepreneurial motivation at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The total population is 1,209 students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 300 students. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used as a technique for collecting it. Simple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect in increasing student entrepreneurial motivationAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efekAdversity Quotientterhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah populasi adalah 1.209 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random samplingdengan sampel berjumlah300 orang mahasiswa. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan angket sebagai teknik pengumulannya. Analisis regresi sederhana merupakan teknik analisis data yang dipakai dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa adversity quotient memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Leadership of principals in order to improve the performance of teachers and employees is very important, it is fitting discipline applied to every school, both government and private. A performance of good teachers and employees is a step towards achieving the goals of a school so that productivity is a determinant in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang. The research design used is quantitative research. <em>This research aims to know influence of product quality and after sales service on customer satisfaction using Xiaomi smartphones. The population and sample of this study were students of the economics faculty of the Krisnadwipayana University class of 2017 with a total of 58 students. Research analysis method using simple regression analysis technique and simultaneous regression analysis. The hypothesis test using the F test and t test. This study examines the existence of a logical-mathematical intelligence relationship to the learning discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District. To answer the relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence on learning discipline, researchers use a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this study was 40 fifth grade students of Pagar Air Elementary School. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and learning discipline of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the ups and downs of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of logical-mathematical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, r count is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% ie 0.370 0.320, meaning that logical-mathematical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and the discipline of learning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District.
