The aim of the study was to assess the morphofunctional state and the level of motor activity of young people with phenotypic signs of hereditary connective tissue disorders. The study involved 320 students studying at the educational institution «Polessky State University» at the age of 17 to 20 years. In the course of the study the quantitative characteristics of the occurrence of phenotypic markers of hereditary connective tissue disorders in young people were determined, the functional characteristics of the body were estimated using anthropometry indicators, a functional test with dosed physical activity, and the level of motor activity of the subjects was assessed. As a result of the study, a high incidence of external signs of hereditary connective tissue disorders was revealed (in 39.1 % of the studied young people). The revealed functional features of the body of individuals with phenotypic manifestations of hereditary connective tissue disorders are expressed in an unfavorable reaction of the cardiovascular system to physical activity, unsatisfactory indicators of adaptation of functional systems, and a low level of motor activity. The carried out analysis of the data on the functional state of individuals with phenotypic manifestations of hereditary connective tissue disorders allows us to choose the optimal criteria for differentiating physical activity based on the identified features and functional disorders.

This paper examines the dynamics of changes in the indicators of the psychophysiological state of students of the Siberian State University of Railway Transport. The indicators of motor activity, vital index (ZHI) and respiratory system were considered. The purpose of the study is to identify the physical and functional capabilities of the body of first-year students, as well as to analyze the level of health. The objectives of the study are to determine the level of psychophysiological state of students in dynamics. Research hypothesis: the source of physical education should be on motor activity that is appropriate for development, in order to promote self-efficacy and pleasure, as well as encourage continuous participation in physical activity; through the acquisition of motivational experience by students in physical education and sports, physical and functional development is achieved, as well as self-esteem, goal orientation and tasks; the effectiveness of physical development can be achieved by changing the approaches to the implementation of FC programs, sports facilities, recruitment, as well as the organization of school-university continuity. Research methods: analysis, systematization, generalization. The results of the research showed a decrease in physical fitness and activity in general, as well as the need to develop motor abilities and improve the level of physical health of students.

BACKGROUND Young people with genetic conditions often face challenges coping with their health condition. It can be difficult for them to meet someone with a similar condition, which is important for reinforcement of chronic illness management recommendations. Social media is used by 97% of young people in the United States and may provide those with these disorders a space for emotional expression and support. However, there is a scarcity of literature related to the use of social media among adolescents with genetic conditions as an indicator of their perception regarding their own condition. OBJECTIVE The purpose of this pilot study was to obtain preliminary data to assess and understand social media use by young people with connective tissue disorders and determine whether they use social media to connect with patients with similar conditions or whether they would be interested in doing so. METHODS We undertook a pilot study of selected connective tissue disorders occurring in young people between the ages of 11 and 25 years, including Marfan syndrome; Ehlers-Danlos syndrome subtypes classical, classical-like, cardiac-valvular, and vascular; Beals congenital contractual arachnodactyly; and Alport hereditary nephritis. The study took place within one pediatric clinical system. Patients were identified through electronic medical record search and International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision, coding at a Midwest university–based clinical system. Study subjects completed a short survey describing their experiences with their connective tissue disorders, their means of self-expression, their existing network of persons to communicate with, and their use of social media. Data analysis included nominal and bivariate regressions to compare social media use in relation to age. RESULTS Our 31 participants (42% response rate) were 55% female (17/31) and their average age was 18 years (SD 5). All participants used social media and there were no statistically significant differences between social media use and age. The majority of participants (25/30, 83%) reported that they never used social media to discuss their condition (<i>P</i>=.09), and only 17% (5/30) knew someone online with a similar condition (<i>P</i>=.50). Most participants (19/30, 63%) said they would communicate with someone with a similar disorder (<i>P</i>=.64). CONCLUSIONS We found that young individuals with connective tissue disorders use at least one type of social media. A majority did not use social media to discuss their condition or know someone online with a similar condition. However, many persons were interested in finding others similarly affected. Social media could serve as a platform for young people with connective tissue disorders to connect. Peer support is important in disease management and adolescent development. Future studies should aim at understanding social media use among young people with connective tissue disorders and helping them connect with other people who have similar conditions.

Topicality. Hypokinesia is a condition of insufficient motor activity of the body with limited pace and volume of movement, and is currently the fourth leading cause of endemic death in the world. It is known that hypokinesia can affect the metabolism of components of bone and cartilage, which is the basis for the development of pathological processes, but there are no biochemical markers of this process in the literature. Thus, currently, there is insufficient number of experimental scientific works devoted to the study of biochemical parameters characterizing the state of the connective tissue in the experiment to assess the impact of hypokinesia on the body, and this fact determines the relevance of the study. Aim. To study the dynamics of the main metabolites characterizing the state of the connective tissue in the blood serum in hypokinesia in rats of different ages. Materials and methods. The studies were performed on 42 white male rats aged 3 and 12 months, kept in the vivarium of the Sytenko Institute of Spine and Joint Pathology National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Kharkiv. The conditions of hypokinesia were reproduced using a specially designed device that limited the mobility of the animal without disturbing the ventilation of the body. Animals were removed from the experiment by decapitation in Day 7 and 30 of immobilization under thiopental anesthesia. The content of sialic acids in the serum was determined by the Hess method, chondroitin sulfate – by Nemeth-Csoka method modified by L. I. Slutsky, the fractional composition of glycosaminoglycans (GAG) – by the reaction with resoquine. Results and discussion. In the study of the rat serum, it was found that in intact animals of 3 and 12 months of age the content of sialic acids was different; it was 2.94 ± 0.16 and 1.98 ± 0.09 mmol/L, respectively. After 7 days of hypokinesia, their concentration in young animals did not change, but in older animals, this figure increased. By Day 30, the serum sialic acid levels suddenly increased compared to intact animals. In animals of 12 months of age, the concentration of sialic acids in the blood serum increased by both Day 7 and Day 30 of hypokinesia, especially at the end of the experiment. Hypokinesia also showed a significant increase in serum concentrations of chondroitin sulfates on Day 7 of the experiment in animals of both age groups. At the same time, the level of these metabolites on Day 30 was at the same level. In young rats on Day 7 the fraction of GAG remained unchanged, but on Day 30 there was a significant decrease. During this period, the second fraction of GAG increased. In animals aged 12 months on Day 7 and 30, the content of most GAG fractions was lower than the values characterizing the fractional composition of GAG in intact rats. Conclusions. Thus, the determination of sialic acids, GAG fractions and chondroitin sulfates in the serum can be presented as a set of biochemical tests to assess disorders of the connective tissue metabolism while limiting the motor activity of the body. It has been found that the 30-day hypokinesia causes significant disorders of the connective tissue, and it is reflected in changes in the biochemical parameters of the serum of experimental rats.

The article focuses on the fact that the leading condition for the physical development of a human is to achieve success in a healthy lifestyle. Healthy living is a practical action aimed at preventing diseases, strengthening all systems of the body and improving the overall well-being of the person. Optimal motor activity basis of the method of formation of healthy lifestyle, which influences different spheres of modern human life. Its need is determined by the patterns of normal growth and body development. It provides for the development and improvement of various processes of vital activity, support and promotion of health. Human physical activity with harmonious combination exercise, are indispensable means of preventing diseases, important factors for promoting human health and maintaining its efficiency. According to the definition of the World Health Organization, daily motor activity includes types of movements aimed at meeting the natural human needs (sleep, personal hygiene, eating, efforts spent on its preparation, purchase of products), as well as training and production activities, and specially organized physical activity combines various forms of exercise in its structure. The uniqueness of cycling is that during training you not only imitate mountain biking, but also exercise, and all this is done under pleasant music and under the guidance of an experienced trainer and lasts 45-55 minutes. During the exercise, almost all skeletal muscles are activated, and the load is distributed almost evenly into the upper and lower body. Variety of physical exercises, accuracy of dosing of loads, make the exercise on bikes accessible to people of different age categories. One of the main conditions for the physical development of young people, achieving success in a healthy life is health itself. Human health depends on the lifestyle that characterizes the conditions and features of daily life. Lifestyles cover different spheres: work, study, life, social life, culture, people's behavior and their spiritual values.

Modern additional education and upbringing of children reaches a new level of social needs. In the article, the authors present a new leisure for young people – hobby horsing (jumping on a toy horse), which shows the aesthetics and beauty in the movements of teenagers. The method of conducting a master class on the production of horses for teachers of additional education and the method of opening the movement of horses on the basis of centers of additional education of children is proposed. In the course of scientific and pedagogical research, it was revealed that hobbyhorses perform a type of movement with a certain cycle. Moving movements allow not only to increase the motor activity of a person for a certain period of time, but also to develop coordination of movements. The practical significance of the study is that students of Kuban State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism promote a new sports movement of youth and offer to introduce it in institutions of additional education in various regions of Russia as a socially-oriented project that performs the function of health-saving education. Additional education of children with the participation of students can get a new practice-oriented stage in the development of motor activity and creative cooperation of young people of different ages.

The cardiovascular system is actively involved in the adaptive reactions of the body. The deterioration of adaptive processes decreases the functional capabilities of the heart. Arterial hypertension is often known as the main cause of fatal cardiovascular events in adults. The aim of our study was to determine the adaptive capabilities of the cardiovascular system of adolescents with non-inflammatory cardiomyopathies depending on physical activity’s level. There were examined 92 patients with arterial hypertension and connective tissue dysplasia, the mean age was 15,4 ± 1,33 years. In order to study tolerance to the minimum physical activity and its influence on the state of the cardiovascular system in children, the Ruffier test was conducted. The vegetative reactions of central nervous system were performed by the orthostatic test. The functional state of the myocardium was assessed according to the results of the ultrasonic Doppler study of the heart. As a result of the study, it was found that in connective tissue dysplasia and arterial hypertension adaptation mechanisms were affected, accompanied by a weakening of cardiac functional capabilities. This happens against the background of a decrease in the functioning of the left ventricle. These changes are accompanied by hyperactivation of the autonomic nervous system in patients in the studied groups. The physical activity and physical development of children affect the adaptive capabilities of a growing organism. This is due to the fact that the children in group with AH and CTD were less physically active than children without myocardial pathology. Adolescents who showed the reduced results of Ruffier's test and had regular sports sections need change of a mode of training and further inspection.

The article reveals modern approaches to optimizing motor activity of student youth. The importance of motor activity in the life of students, its impact on physical development, physical fitness, psycho-emotional state of those involved is substantiated. The analysis of scientific publications devoted to the problem of optimization of motor activity, youth health and modeling of motor modes of students of higher education institutions is carried out. The problem of lack of motor activity in young people has been identified, which requires the search for new scientific approaches and effective solutions. It is determined that one of the most effective ways to optimize physical activity is the introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the process of physical education of higher education institutions. Today, cardiovascular diseases, which are associated with insufficient physical activity, are becoming more common. And in a pandemic, lockdown, distance learning, there is a rapid decline in physical activity, which negatively affects not only the physical fitness of young people, but can also lead to diseases such as atherosclerosis, hypertension, angina and myocardial infarction, and so on. Their spread in our time is not accidental, it is directly related to changes in the motor regime of the majority of the population, due to modern living conditions: the rapid pace of technology, the growth of information, increasing mental stress.

The research examines the problem of the impact of health and recreational physical activity on the body of the elderly by means of fitness. It is established that regular physical activity, clearly dosed and carefully selected by means, methods and interests, increases the level of efficiency, motor training, morphofunctional state of the elderly. The purpose of the study - based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature to substantiate the theoretical and methodological support of health and recreational motor activity and to identify its impact on the body of the elderly. Research methods: theoretical analysis of special scientific and methodical literature, documentary materials, abstraction, logical-theoretical analysis, method of synthesis, method of systematization. Results. It is determined that physical activity is the first factor of longevity, prolongation of life expectancy. Health and recreational motor activity improve well-being, delay the aging of the body due to organized activities, improve the functional and psychophysiological state of the body. During the scientific research the peculiarities of the influence of health and recreational physical activity on the body of the elderly were singled out. The positive effect of dosed classes of health and recreational motor activity can be traced to all the main functions of the aging organism. The main tasks of using the means of health and recreational physical activity in old age are identified. In the course of the research, the basic rules that should be followed during health fitness training with the elderly are highlighted.

Research methods. To obtain the most significant research results and their interpretation, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis and synthesis, systematization, generalization of information presented in scientific sources of information. Medical and biological support of physical culture is most justified, connected with the influence of physical exercises on the human body, the subject of which is the problems of human physical development, the activity of the main functional systems of the body, biochemical processes in the implementation of motor activity. This is due to the study of human health, the health-improving effect of motor exercises, adaptation to physical activity, determination of the influence of intense muscular activity on the body systems, adaptive changes in the life support system and regulation of human motor activity. Human motor activity associated with physical activity is one of the main factors that ensures normal vital activity, the basis for mental and physical development in ontogenesis. At the same time, mainly in the biomedical sciences, the physical qualities of a person are considered as natural (biological) properties without taking into account the integral individuality. Medical and biological education in physical culture of a person has recently been due to the active study of integrative approaches to the physical condition of a person. A future teacher of physical culture in the learning process should form a universal competence based on the sports and physical culture of the individual, reflecting its integrative nature. An integrated factor in physical culture and sports is movement, the direction of which is determined by operational, current and long-term goals of physical activity.
