Human resources in a company is an asset that can realize the achievement of the company’s mission to obtain benefits. The Jayakarta Bandung Hotel has 90% of employees who are competent and certified, but there are still complaints about the services provided. Therefore, this study was done to determine the influence of competence on performance, motivation on performance, and organizational culture on performance; and the influence of the competence, motivation, and work culture on the employee performance. This study used a quantitative research method approach with descriptive statistics, the data collection tool of questionnaires. The population was all employees of The Jayakarta Bandung Hotel with a purposive sample of 66 employees. The results showed that: employees’ competence tended to be at a sufficient value (a significant effect on the performance); employees’ motivation tended to be at a good value (a significant effect on the performance); and work culture tendency tended to be at a sufficient value to affect the performance. In conclusion, statistical hypotheses were accepted, indicating direct influence of X1 on Y was 9.61%. The value of indirect effect of X1 through X2 on Y was 9.85%, and that of X1 through X3 on Y was 5.39%. The total effect of X1 was 24.80%.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect of organizational culture, competency, motivation, and compensation on employee performance in the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management. This study used quantitative research and descriptive analysis. The study analyzed two categories of data: primary and secondary data. The data collection method used is a observation and unstructured interviews. In this study, the population taken were all civil servants of the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management, totalling 172 employees. In contrast, the sample taken by the researcher was the entire population in the study. The research data were analyzed using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Path Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) Organizational Culture and Compensation have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management; and 2) Competence and motivation have a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management.

Position and role of Civil Servants as elements of the state apparatus is important tasked with carrying out services well. The form of service performance to the community is through efforts to provide health services to the communityespecially at the Health Center. Several factors related to employee performance are competency, motivation and organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Purbolinggo, East Lampung.The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. This type of research is quantitative research with the object of research are competence, motivation, organizational culture and employee performance. The study population was employees at the Puskesmas Purbolinggo with a total sample of 52 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that competency, motivation and organizational culture influence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Seeing the significance obtained, the most influential variable on employee performance is the organizational culture variable.Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Burnout is a condition of mental, and physical fatigue of a worker caused by a person's professional life. Engagement is the attachment that exists in an employee to a job where the employee works. The relationship between burnout and engagement in a company significantly affects the employees' performance and the company's results. This study aims to digitally record burnout, and engagement that exists in a company in improving its product quality. Digital-based monitoring is one of the tools that can be used to monitor employee performance activities in a measured manner to produce information that companies can use in decision-making. The method used quantitative research method approach using LISREL. Results achieved several variables that affect burnout and engagement related to employee work at that company. Implications for companies with the existence of employee digital data minimize burnout and increase employee engagement in the company. This digital data can be used as accurate information in looking at the condition of employees in a company.

One of the factors that affect the performance of employees in a company is working culture, which is very closely related factor in improving employee performance, because the creation of a good work culture and supported by a collaboration with fellow employees, then it will achieve results that can improve the performance of work employee.OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) very useful in reflecting the direction where the company is categorized based on its culture to support the mission and purpose, and also to be able to identify the elements in the culture that can resist the mission and goals. And Vision shows a state or desired level of achievement or expected by the organization or company will be realized at a certain point of time in the future.The purpose of this study is to analysis of work culture model of Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) in achieving the company's vision on PT. Yodi Intiguna Mandiri. The population of this study were 25 employees at PT. Yodi Intiguna Independent located at the office.By measuring the achievement of the vision of the company by means of questionnaires to 25 respondents who terdiir of 6 groups, each group having 4 questions to measure the level of achievement of the vision of the company, can be seen in the following table. Clan Culture Vision : 27,5 Achievement : 30,2. Adhocracy Culture Vision : 21,7 Achievement : 24,6. Market Cilture Vision : 31,7 Achievement : 23,8 (Not Achieve). Hierarchy Culture Vision : 19,2 Achievement : 21,4. Of the four current work culture among the company's vision and achievement, there are three cultures is achieved by culture Clan, Hierarchy, and Adhocracy. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Satisfaction and Performance based on the Characteristics of Compensation Systems and Organizational Culture in the Hospital of Dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative research method research design. Data collected using a questionnaire on 100 permanent employee respondents at Soepraoen Hospital Malang.Independent variables of this study are Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The dependent variable of this study is the Compensation System and Organizational Culture. PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)

In a company, employees are one of the most important elements in achieving company goals. The performance of an employee is certainly influenced by several factors that a manager needs to know. Managers must know the strengths and weaknesses of each manager in order to maximize potential and minimize employee shortages. The factors that influence an employee's performance are motivation, compensation and competence. Motivation is needed by an individual because basically humans need encouragement or inducement in order to work better. Motivation is given as a way to improve employee performance to carry out their responsibilities. The different competencies of each employee are also a factor in the good and bad performance of an employee. The competence of each employee must be improved in order to achieve company goals. Compensation also affects an employee's performance. Compensation can be in the form of money or other facilities. Compensation is given as remuneration by the company to employees who have carried out their duties and responsibilities.

This research examines and analyzes motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (division Customer Satisfaction) that have not been maximized, due to the achievement of the results of performance appraisal in the 2017L and 2018F periods there was a decrease in each assessment indicator which greatly impacted employee performance. The method used is quantitative research. With a population of 110 employees, PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction), with sampling techniques using Slovin formula with a total of 86 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture together (Simultaneous) significantly influence the Performance of Employees of PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Division Customer Satisfaction).

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of ability and job satisfaction on employee performance in Puruk Cahu Village, Murung Subdistrict, Murung Raya District, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research, which is a research model that requires the calculation of numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach, namely research that takes samples from the population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables of ability and job satisfaction have a significant effect and the changes change in line with the performance of the employees of the Puruk Cahu Village, Murung Village, Murung Raya District. This means that if the level of influence of ability and job satisfaction is felt to be higher, then the higher the performance will also result.
