The study was conducted to determine the profile of the written argumentation skills of class XI students at SMA Negeri Sukabumi Regency. The method in this study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects were class XI students of SMA Negeri Sukabumi with a total of 36 students, who had followed the motion system material. The instrument used was in the form of problem descriptions to measure students' argumentation skills with 10 questions that referred to the Toulmin Argumentation Pattern (TAP) argumentation skill indicators. The results showed that students' written argumentation skills were still at level 1-2, students at that level could only include claims, data, warrant and backing indicators in their answers. Whereas the refutational indicators (rebuttal) students have not been able to provide answers using refutation or reinforcement, so that the quality of student argumentation in Sukabumi District High School is still low and needs to be trained so that students' written argumentation skills can develop. Abstrak. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui profil keterampilan argumentasi tertulis siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan jumlah 36 siswa, yang telah mengikuti materi sistem gerak. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal uraian untuk mengukur keterampilan argumentasi siswa dengan jumlah 10 soal yang mengacu pada indikator keterampilan argumentasi Toulmin Argumentation Pattern (TAP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan argmentasi tertulis siswa masih berada di level 1-2, siswa pada level tersebut hanya bisa menyertakan indikator klaim (claim), data (data), jaminan (warrant) dan dukungan (backing) dalam jawabannya. Sedangkan pada indikator sanggahan (rebuttal) siswa belum bisa memberikan jawaban dengan menggunakan sanggahan maupun penguatan, sehingga kualitas argumentasi siswa di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Sukabumi masih rendah dan perlu untuk dilatihkan agar keterampilan argumentasi tertulis siswa dapat berkembang. Teaching supervision by principal in Aceh Besar State High Schools (especially in Excellent Senior High School 2 of Ali Hasjmy and Senior High School 1 Baitussalam) is one of factors to improve the quality of professional teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the activities, techniques, implementations, supporting and inhibiting factors in teaching supervision by principals in improving teacher performance. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, and teachers. This study used qualitative approach and descriptive method. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of teaching supervision were the principals had other activities outside the school and did not have adequate time for the supervision, principal’s demonstration technique was still conventional, there was lack of fund, and there were teachers who were not creative and some of them were susceptible to illness (age factor).

The purpose of this research is to learn more about how project-based learning models are planned, implemented, and evaluated at Sekolah Alam Cikeas Junior High School. This study employed a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were used to gather data. This research shows thatthe management of project-based learning environmental education programs is carried out by the Sekolah Alam Cikeas Junior High School very well.The quality of the learning implementation has exceeded the quality of the implementation of environmentally sound learning when compared to other schools. The implementation of Project-Based Learning at Sekolah Alam Cikeas Junior High School, which focuses on character and moral development, will produce students who can compete in academics and overall quality.Management that has been done in an organised manner makes Project Based Learning implemented in a more measured manner and produces output as expected without wasting existing resources.

The purpose of this study is to determine the KBIH strategy in improving prime service in the form of customer needs or practical pilgrims as well as the needs of customers or pilgrims emotionally and the process of providing services in KBIH Maqdis in terms of improving excellent service for prospective pilgrims. The method used in this study is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research steps are taken by: determining the location of research, collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation then analyzing data by means of data reduction then data classification and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the KBIH Maqdis strategy in improving excellent service is quite good because this can be seen from the practical needs given by KBIH Maqdis to prospective pilgrims. The KBIH Maqdis party provides good service in terms of its service, supervisor, management and chairman. Because the effort to provide good service is expected that pilgrims feel satisfied so that they can tell others about the quality of services provided by KBIH Maqdis to worshipers. The process of implementing service delivery can also look good, that is seen from the provision of excellent service in KBIH Maqdis, Bandung.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi KBIH dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima berupa kebutuhan pelanggan atau jamaah secara praktis maupun kebutuhan para pelanggan atau jamaah secara emosional dan proses dari pemberian pelayanan yang ada di KBIH Maqdis dalam hal meningkatkan pelayanan prima terhadap calon jamaah.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian ditempuh dengan: penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi selanjutnya analisis data dengan cara reduksi data kemudian klasifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi KBIH Maqdis dalam Meningkatkan pelayanan prima cukup baik karena hal ini dapat dilihat dari kebutuhan secara praktis yang diberikan KBIH Maqdis kepada calon jamaah haji. Pihak KBIH Maqdis memberikan pelayanan yang baik dari segi pelayanannya pembimbing, pengurus maupun ketuanya. Karena dengan upaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik diharapkan jamaah haji merasa puas sehingga dapat memberitahu kepada orang lain tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah. Proses pelaksanaan pemberian pelayanan pun dapat terlihat baik yakni dilihat dari pemberian pelayanan prima yang ada di KBIH Maqdis Kota Bandung.

This study aimed to describe the quality of Indonesian variety of writing used by high school students in Central Jakarta and East Jakarta. The focus of this research is the spelling rules. The method used is descriptive method. Fourty high school students writing in Central Jakarta and East Jakarta were selected as the sample, they are consisting of twenty men and twenty women with regard to social factors. The findings indicate that female teenage student, female students in Central Jakarta more careful in the use of the letters, punctuation, and spelling than male teenage student in East Jakarta. Students whose parents are having different ethnic tend to be more careful in the use of letters and writing words than students whose parents is coming from same ethnic. As for the use of punctuation on students whose parents is coming from same ethnic tend to be more careful than teenage student whose parents are having different ethnic.

The purpose of this article is to explain the extension activities of political education for voters in order to improve public understanding of voters, in this case represented by the Students of Senior High School in the district of Tanjung Priok. The method used is a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques in this study using a descriptive model. The conclusion of this article is all parties must be able to support the efforts of the election organizers in terms of improving the quality of electoral processes; Increase voter participation; Improving public confidence in the democratic process; Generating volunteerism and civil society in the elections and democratization agenda.

Penelitian ini membahas kemampuan guru bahasa Sunda di SMP Piloting Project Kurikulum 2013 dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan menilai kemampuan mendongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 pada tahun pelajaran 2015-2016. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah (1) perkembangan Kurikulum 2013 yang sangat dinamis dan; (2) pedoman pelaksanaannya yang terus berubah, sehingga muncul pertanyaan apakah perubahan ini sampai kepada guru bahasa Sunda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan menilai pembelajaran khususnya materi dongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Sunda kelas VII, dengan teknik observasi dan study dokumenter. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) guru bahasa Sunda mampu merencanakan pengajaran dongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013; (2) dalam proses pembelajarannya perlu ditingkatkan dan; (3) guru bahasa Sunda mampu menilai pengajaran dongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. ABSTRACTThis article discusses the ability of Sundanese teachers in junior high school Piloting Project Curriculum 2013 in planning, implementing, and assessing the ability of storytelling based on Curriculum 2013 in the academic year 2015-2016. The backgrounds of this study were (1) the development of Curriculum 2013, which is very dynamic and; (2) the implementation guidance that is constantly changing, so the question arises whether this change reaches the teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of teachers to plan, implement, and assess fairytale learning materials based on curriculum 2013. This research employed descriptive method with qualitative approach. The population and sample is Sundanese language teacher of Grade VII. It used observation and documentary study. The instrument was the observation sheet. The conclusion of this study are that (1) the Sundanese teacher is able to plan teaching fairytale based on Curriculum 2013; (2) the learning process needs to be improved; and (3) the Sundanese teacher is able to assess fairytale learning based on the Curriculum 2013.

This paper intends to analyze the principal's benchmarking strategy in improving the quality of human resources at SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in an institution, namely to develop competitiveness. This study is to examine Describe and analyze the quality of the implementation of public services by the district government in public services through the Public Service Mall (MPP) in the Sumedang patent district. Seeing the supporting factors and servants in the process of public service that refers to KememPan number 31 of 2019 there are still not many maximums from the start of the regent's regulations that have not yet come out even though the service has begun to run, this study will analyze how public services should be carried out in the process of implementing the pub service system lik through the Mall Public Services (MPP) in Sumedang Regency. Borrowing and returning library books is a process of circulation service activities. This research is motivated by the fact that library circulation service management is very important in order to improve the quality of existing services, where officers must understand the problems in the implementation of circulation in the library. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of circulation service management in the Rejang Lebong 6 Junior High School Library. The type of approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of circulation service management at the Rejang Lebong 6 Junior High School Library has not run optimally, this is indicated by the many problems in circulation services. There are still officers who do not understand how to use the library so that the service has not been running optimally. On the other hand, library infrastructure is still lacking, so that it has an impact on library management, which will have implications for the learning process in schools.

The performance of the school head master is one of the efforts of the school head master to improve the graduate quality. The aim of this research is to describe the work of the school head master in improving the students’ quality of MTsN Meurebo. The method of the study is descriptive method through qualitative approach. The data collection techniques are: observations, interviews and documentations. The subjects of the research are: the school head master, school administrative chairman, teachers. The result of the study shows that: 1) the ability of school headmaster in improving the quality of the graduates is met the graduate criteria because the school head master has run various abilities to support the achievement of the graduates’ quality, both abilities as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, and innovator . 2), In practice , it is indeed need motivation of the school head master and all the school members to manifest the graduates quality. 3), the school head master is able to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the school, so that it can be used as a reference in making decisions concerning the improvement of the quality of graduates. In its implementation that various efforts require s a consensus commitment of all the school members in order to achieve the optimal quality of the school graduates.
