Digital Encyclopedia of Electrical Technology Development has 5 goals, namely the development of the recommended procedure, determine the development requirements, the recommended procedure to use, knowing the terms of use that can improve the success of the use of, and determine the impact of the use of Digital Encyclopedia of Electrical Technology-Based Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL ) that can provide contextual knowledge to the students about electricity as a source of learning physics junior level. Development model adopted in this study ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and 5 apply the constructivism learning component CTL, find, ask, modeling, and reflection. Product trials carried out in two phases, namely a small test group and large group trials. Small group trial to assess the practicalities, applicability, and ease. Large group trial to assess the practicalities and impact of the use.

ABSTRAK : Media pembelajaran menempati posisi penting sebagai salah satu komponen sistem pembelajaran. Tanpa media pembelajaran komunikasi tidak akan terjadi dan proses pembelajaran tidak akan bisa berjalan secara optimal. Kurangnya bahan ajar yang relevan dengan kondisi SMK Negeri 2 Singosari dan belum tersedianya media pembelajaran mandiri untuk siswa, sehingga pembelajaran belum tercapai sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dikembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran digital berbasis model pembelajaran REACT yang dapat membantu guru untuk menanamkan konsep pada siswa. Siswa diajak menemukan sendiri konsep yang dipelajarinya, bekerja sama, menerapkan konsep tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan mentransfer dalam kondisi baru. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Brog and Gall yang disusun dengan modifikasi sepuluh langkah, yaitu: (1) studi pendahuluan yang meliputi studi pustaka dan pengamatanlapangan, (2) pengembangan yang meliputi perencanaan media, penyusunan draf produk, validasi produk dan revisi validasi produk, dan (3) uji coba yang meliputi uji coba kelompok kecil, revisi uji coba kelompok kecil, uji coba kelompok besar, dan revisi produk akhir. Hasil uji coba didapatkan bahwa validasi produk oleh ahli media dengan persentase sebesar 94,87%, validasi oleh ahli materi I denganpersentase sebesar 94,56%, validasi oleh ahli materi II dengan persentase sebesar 93,48%, pada uji coba kelompok kecil yang melibatkan sepuluh siswa dengan persentase sebesar 89,70%, pada uji coba kelompok besar yang melibatkan dua puluh siswa dengan persentase sebesar 86,36%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran digital ini layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Sistem Antena, Contextual Teaching and Learning, REACT.ABSTRACT : Learning media occupy an important position as one component of the learning system. Without learning media communication will not occur and the learning process will not run optimally. The lack of teaching materials relevant to the condition of Singosari State Vocational High School 2 andthe unavailability of independent learning media for students, so that learning has not been achieved according to the learning objectives. Therefore, in meeting these needs a digital learning media was developed based on the REACT learning model that can help teachers to embed concepts in students. Students are invited to find their own concepts learned, work together, apply the concepts in everyday life and transfer in new conditions. The development model used is Brog and Gall which are compiled with ten-step modifications, namely: (1) preliminary studies which include literature studies and field observations, (2) development which includes media planning, product drafting, product validation and revisions to product validation, and (3) trials which included small group trials, revisions to small grouptrials, large group trials, and final product revisions. The results of product validation by media experts with a percentage of 94.87%, validation by material experts I with a percentage of 94.56%, validation by material experts II with a percentage of 93.48%, in a small group trial which involved ten students with apercentage of 89.70%, in a large group trial involving twenty students with a percentage of 86.36%. So it can be concluded that the development of digital learning media is feasible to be used as a learning media.Keywords : Learning Media, Antenna System, Contextual Teaching and Learning, REACT.

Abstract: This research is motivated by the existence of problems in the preparation of LKS being used in SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. LKS is a teaching material that also plays an important role in improving the quality of learning. Preparation of the appropriate LKS and in accordance with the curriculum used is expected to achieve the learning objectives, so it needs continuous LKS development activities. The purpose of this research is to develop LKS based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) on linear equation system material three valid, practical and effective variables.This type of research development is Research and Development (R & D) with the ADDIE development model. Stages of the ADDIE development model consist of analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The research instrument consists of Questionnaire and question instrument. Questionnaires consist of validation sheet by the material expert, validation assessment sheet by design expert, validation assessment sheet by media expert, individualized trial evaluation sheet, small group trial evaluation sheet, and evaluation field test sheet. while the question instrument consists of a pre-test and post-test questions. LKS developed, then validated by the validator. Validation results obtained LKS with revisions based on suggestions and comments validator. Validity is illustrated by the percentage of material expert, designer and media experts in 82,61% in "highly valid" category, 76,16% in "valid" category, 90% in "very valid" category. LKS was then piloted into three stages: individual trials with 3 medium and low-skilled students, small group trials with 6 students, and field trials conducted in the real classroom of class X MIA 2 with 34 students. Judging from the comparison of pre-test and post-test values obtained tcount of 15.37 and ttable of 2.03 then tcount > ttable stated there are significant differences. Based on the results of validation, test and test results of learning then obtained the results of research that shows the feasibility of LKS with CTL approach pertained in categories valid, practical and effective.Keywords: Student Worksheet, Contextual Teaching and Learning, the development model of ADDIE

Abstrak: Studi ini bertujuan untuk: (1) membantu siswa dalam belajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis CTL (2) mengetahui media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis CTL layak digunakan pada mata pelajaran PKn. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan produk Borg dan Gall yang dipadu dengan model pengembangan pembelajaran Dick dan Carey. Model pengembangan produk pembelajaran ini merupakan model yang disusun secara terprogram dengan urutan yang sistematis dan memenuhi karakteristik siswa dalam belajar. Model ini meliputi enam tahapan, yakni: studi literatur, perencanaan atau desain pengembangan, pengembangan produk, validasi ahli, uji coba, revisi, produk akhir.Subyek uji coba terdiri dari dua ahli materi mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, dua ahli desain pembelajaran, dua ahli rekayasa perangkat lunak dan desain grafis, tiga siswa untuk uji perorangan, sembilan siswa untuk uji kelompok kecil, dan tiga puluh empat siswa untuk uji lapangan. Data tentang kualitas produk pengembangan ini dikumpulkan dengan angket. Data-data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pengembangan media interaktif menunjukan validasi ahli menunujukkan bahwa keseluruhan rata-rata dikategorikan “Sangat Baik” dan uji kelayakan menunujukkan bahwa keseluruhan rata-rata dikategorikan “Sangat Baik”. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif Macromedia Flash dengan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.  Kata Kunci: Media Contextual Teaching and Learning, Hasil Belajar Abstract: This study aims to: (1) help students learn by using Interactive Learning Media Based CTL. (2) know that Interactive Learning Media Based CTL feasible to use on civics lesson. This type of research is the development of research that uses models Borg and Gall product development combined with learning development model of Dick and Carey. This learning product development model is a model that is prepared in a programmed sequence of systematic and meet the characteristics of the students in learning. This model includes six stages, namely: literature studies, planning or design development, product development, validation expert, testing, revision, the final product. The subject of the trial consists of two subject matter experts Subjects Engineering Energy Conversion, two expert instructional design, two expert software engineering and graphic design, three students for the test individuals, nine students for small group test, and fifty-eight students for field testing. Data about the quality of the products of this development are collected by questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of development of Interactive Learning Media by Experts’ validation indicate that the overall average categorized "Very Good" And the Feasibility test indicate that the overall average categorized "Very Good". Hypothesis testing results show that there are significant differences between the students learning outcome that to be learned by using Macromedia Flash Interactive Learning Media and Students learn outcome to be learned by conventional learning.  Keywords: Media, Contextual Teaching and Learning, Learning Outcomes

The research background is caused by students tend to feel bored when learning science. This study aims to develop LKS teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning in the school environment for science subjects for grade III elementary school, and to determine the feasibility of LKS teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning developed. This study uses the Research and Develpoment (R & D) method which was adapted from Sugiyono's research. The teaching materials developed through media expert validation, material expert validation, and learning expert validation. Then it was tested at Pakel Muhammadiyah Elementary School Yogyakarta Plus Program by using small group and large group trials. The research was carried out in accordance with the planned steps, in accordance with the development model adapted from Sugiyono's research, resulting in Contextual Teaching and Learning-based LKS teaching materials in the school environment on science subjects material for maintaining environmental health around class III SD Muhammadiyah Pakel Plus Program Yogyakarta, learning can be more effective. The evaluation data for teaching materials developed are as follows: media experts get a percentage of 93.3% in very decent criteria, material experts get a percentage of 81.67% in very feasible criteria, learning experts get a percentage of 80% in eligible criteria, small group trials the percentage of 91.1% is very feasible, the large group trial gets a percentage of 97.82% which is very feasible, the assessment of the small group trial teacher gets a percentage of 98.3% and is very feasible, and the assessment of large group testing teachers get a percentage of 100% which is very feasible. Based on these data, LKS teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning developed are appropriate for use in the learning process.

This study aims to produce learning media for basic basketball techniques based on Macromedia Flash for X grade high school students that can be used by students as a learning resource independently. The type of research used is research and development (R&D), namely the development of learning materials based on Macromedia Flash. This learning media development model was developed based on the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The subjects of the trial were students of class X SMA Methodist-8 Medan which consisted of small group trials of 15 students and large group trials of 30 students. The instrument used to collect data in this research and development is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the learning media for basic techniques of basketball based on Macromedia Flash for grade X SMA students were feasible to be used as a learning resource for students. This is indicated by several assessments that have been carried out by media experts, material experts and field trials. The final result of the assessment of the media expert shows that the basic basketball technique is declared "very good" with a percentage of 86% and the results of the assessment of the material expert show the category of "very good" with a percentage of 85%. The results of the small group trial got the "Good" category with a percentage of 90.76% and the results of the large group trial got the good category with a percentage of 95.38%.

This study aims to develop and know the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) video about Electrical Energy Materials for Class VI Students of Islamic Elementary School.  The method used in this study was Research and Development with ADDIE steps.  The ADDIE is a model consisting of five steps that are Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.  The study concludes that: 1) Analyze everything needed in development, 2) Design of CTL video framework in both layout and appearance, 3) Development of CTL video teaching materials from the collection of materials, preparation, validation, revision, and production of CTL videos, 4) Implementation CTL videos in learning, 5) Evaluation of the CTL video used concerning its effectiveness, practicality, and attractiveness in learning.  Subjects in this research were 30 student Islamic Elementary School of Siti Sulaechah Semarang, Central Java.  The data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method in this research is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. SPSS 16 is used for quantitative analysis.  The results showed as follows, 1) teachers need learning videos that are innovative, interesting, and can improve students environmental care attitudes; 2) the form of development in the form of CTL videos through the steps of analysis, design, development, application, and evaluation; and 3) Contextual Teaching and Learning-based Learning Videos can in increasing environmental attitudes (paired-sample t-test, α = 0.00 0.05).

The effect of E-learning and computer software program utilization in the Arabic language teaching among non-native speakers on the students’ achievement in the Malaysian context, was examined in this study. The Malaysian Government’s interest towards Arabic language teaching and learning among the non-native Malaysian speakers, has increased the progress of this teaching. Meanwhile, technological advancements have obliged teachers to employ computer multimedia in reaching some key parameters within the process of education. Challenges that teachers face in information delivery are explored in this study. The application of multimedia in teaching has facilitated teachers in the course outline preparation. Further, technology application in numerous life scopes, teaching included, is essential, especially in Arabic language teaching, specifically for non-native speakers. In achieving the sought after results, inductive analytical approach was used in this study. Considering the nonstop technology development, all the technological aspects of the Malaysian language centers were exploited, especially on the optimal application of present-day E-learning methods. Lastly, several recommendations to expand this technology for easy teaching and learning process were presented in this study

This research aims to develop an interactive blog based on digital literacy as a campaign medium for religious moderation of millennial generation. This research is a Research and Development (RnD) ADDIE model with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The validation or due diligence of interactive blog is carried out by media experts, material experts, and practitioners. The interactive blog trial was carried out in two stages: a small group trial consisting of 10 Early Childhood Christian Education students and a large group trial involving 55 Christian Religious Education students. For the blog feasibility assessment, media experts gave an average score of 4.5 which lies in Very Good category and material experts gave 4.00 which is included to the Good category as well. At the small group trial stage, the average value was 4.15 and the large group trial was 4.14, both in Good category. Thus, it can be concluded that interactive blog is quite feasible to be used as a medium for religious moderation campaigns based on digital literacy of millennials.Keywords: interactive blog; digital literacy; religious moderation; millennial generation
