The Bening Saguling is located on Jl. Babakan Cianjur, Kec. Cihampelas, Kab. West Bandung. Most of the people are housewives who do not work, with varying degrees of education, but most of them are junior and senior high school graduates. This is due to limited funds to continue to higher school levels, besides that there are other factors, namely the social structure factor that urges women to marry immediately at a young age which provides a great opportunity for women to become unproductive and only fully depend on their husbands who work as laborers. in a big city. The Bening Saguling NGO is a forum for the surrounding community to get training so that the community is able to improve the quality of life at large while still adhering to environmental preservation. The purpose of this research is to describe in more detail about women's empowerment through training on the use of patchwork as accessories through Youtube media in Bening Saguling. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which is the subject of this study, namely one training manager and 10 housewives. While the data collection technique is by means of observation, interview and documentation. The result of this training is to provide patchwork skills for low-educated women, providing a skill that can be of personal use and of sale value. The benefits of this activity are that the work can be sold so that it is expected to be able to improve the standard of living of the community and fill women's spare time with more useful activities.

AbstractThis research is motivated bye the large amount of spare time owned by housewives ehich has not been used optimally, but this free time is used to play smartphones. The purpose of this research is to describe in more detail about women's empowerment through training on the use of patchwork as accessories through Youtube media in Bening Saguling. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which is the subject of this study, one training Instructor and 10 housewives. While the data collection technique is by means of observation, interview and documentation. The way people organize their spare time, to a great extent, is the reflection of economic and cultural transformations of the society. It also applies to disabled people. It is not only a matter of how much free time people have, but also how they spend it, who helps them to organize it and with whom this free time is shared. In most societies disabled people constitute a group with the lowest level of activeness considering both their professional and their organization of leisure time. These two dimensions in the very essential way influence each other depending on the socio-demographic characteristics of the people. In the case of disabled people professional activity fulfils not only economic function but also holds essential functions of rehabilitation and integration. Making a proper use of free time has even greater influence on the progress in rehabilitation, especially in the social one. The study was aimed at examining the participation in free time of the disabled in the context of the vocational activeness.

El objetivo de este artículo es presentar las aportaciones de las personas usuarias sobre la intervención social de losTrabajadores sociales de los Servicios sociales de atención primaria en el ámbito local. La investigación se sitúa en el marco del paradigma fenomenológico, utilizando como método el estudio de caso y como técnica de recogida de datos la entrevista semi-directiva, a partir de un guion elaborado por temas, sobre los cuales se obtuvieron distintas reacciones por parte de las personas. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la intervención social del Trabajo Social en los Servicios Sociales de Atención Primaria está basada en la creación y mantenimiento del contexto de intervención profesional, prevaleciendo una relación de alianza de ayuda donde se comparten emociones, sentimientos e ideas y se construye un vínculo entre el trabajador social y la persona usuaria siendo importantes uno para el otro. El artículo aporta información novedosa sobre la intervención social del trabajo social desde las narraciones de las personas usuarias en relación a los abusos de poder al usuario haciéndose patente la violencia metafísica paternalista.The objective of this article is to present the contributions of the users about the social intervention of the social workers of the social services of primary attention. The research is located within the framework of the phenomenological paradigm, using as a method the case study and as a data collection technique the semi-directive interview, based on a script elaborated by themes, on which different reactions were obtained from the people. The results obtained show that the social intervention of Social Work in Primary Care Social Services is based on the creation and maintenance of the professional intervention context, prevailing a relationship of help alliance where emotions, feelings and ideas are shared and a link between the social worker and the user being important for each other. The article provides new information on the social intervention of social work from the narrations of the users in relation to the abuses of power to the user, making paternalistic metaphysical violence evident.

Homosexuals According to Ziauddin Sardar's book "Reading the Quran"This study aims to describe the homosexual discussion in Ziauddin Sardar's book Reading The Qur'an. As text research, the research method used is qualitative with an interpretive-literary approach. The data collection technique was carried out in a documentative manner. Meanwhile, the data analysis was carried out in an explanatory-hermeneutic manner. The research results mention homosexuality as an act that is not explicitly explained in the Al-Qur'an. Homosexuality occurs because of an innate instinct or life choice. Homosexual acts in the contemporary era cannot be attributed to the sexual violence that occurred in the story of the Prophet Lut AS. Where the people of the Prophet Lut AS committed sexual violence through intimidation and cruelty. Meanwhile, homosexual culture in contemporary culture refers to the sexual hedonist attitude of a person who is motivated by psychological, health, hedonism, economic, and technological pressure factors. Homosexuals cannot be punished cruelly according to Islamic sources. So with that, as fellow human beings, we still have to respect homosexual perpetrators according to human nature, and not respect their actions. In the minds of the community, every eviction creates anxiety. Because the place of residence embedded in the meaning and memory in it will be evicted. Unlike the case with the eviction of land (not settlements), which is active or not. Because the landowners in the village are mostly from outside the village (local people call the people of Jakarta). This study uses a qualitative approach that looks at the holistic picture of the object of research in explaining the social phenomena under study, namely the impact of evicting the construction of the Ciawi and Sukamahi reservoirs. The data collection technique used in this study is the RRA method, to accurately collect information in a limited time when decisions about rural development must be taken immediately. Basically, the RRA method is an intensive learning process to understand rural conditions, carried out repeatedly, and quickly. With the research approaches and methods used, this study produced several conclusions and recommendations, including, First, the Government must provide new residential land and with collective relocation. Second, the government must maintain socio-cultural, customs that are usually routinely carried out in the village, are maintained and also provide a place to build facilities for worship infrastructure, such as mosques, and table society of religion, even though the place for burial. Third, the government provides enough land (relocation sites) for the community, which can be used as a place of residence accompanied by sufficient land and in one location. Fourth, in each of its policies, the government pays attention to and is able to maintain the capital owned by the community, such as between social capital (networking). The government is not only limited to completing its duties and obligations, such as providing compensation, but its community unity (social capital) is not considered.

Today preaching activities through social media are very widespread and attract the attention of all parties. So that prachers are popular on social media whom can shifting the preachers conventionally popular among the people. Then came the social media such as Ustadz Abdul Somad, Adi Hidayat, and Evie Effendi. In this case, it is certainly interesting to examine da'wah communication activities through social media. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive which seeks to describe how da'wah communication activities through social media that have been going on so far. While the data collection technique uses library research that uses relevant books as primary and secondary data sources. This research produces a picture, that da'wah communication activities through social media are related to patterns of social interaction, persuasive patterns, and ethos factors or the attractiveness of da'wah activities through social media. If da'wah activities through social media want to be effective and interesting, then they must pay attention to these patterns well. This has been proven by Ustadz Abdul Somad, Adi Hidayat and Evie Effendi in his missionary communication activities through social media. Their da'wah activities are seen as effective and attractive, because they pay attention to patterns of social interaction, persuasive patterns, and ethos and attractiveness in the missionary activities.

ABSTRACTThis theses analyze the role of youth in handling forest and land fire disasters on the Ogan Ilir resilience. The research method used qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data collection technique in this study used observation, interview, and documentation. Then, data analysis technique in this research: 1) data reduction, 2) data categories, 3) data presentation, and 4) conclusions. The result showed that the roles of youth in overcome the forest and land fires disaster have three stages. First prevention, is done by socialization to students and coaching on self, people, and environment. Second countermeasure, is carried out by monitoring, keeping communication, and firefighting. Then the third after disaster, there is no disaster so the things done by this community. The role of youth, represented by Elite Arari Community have implications to all aspects of regional resilience; geographically, it emerges the awareness and concern to environment; on the demographical aspect it changes the community mindset, create conducive political situation, keeps the economic stability, maintains the social condition of the society and prevents conflicts, and rises up the sense of security for the people in Ogan Ilir region.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis implikasi peran pemuda Komunitas Elite Arari dalam penanggulangan bencana kebakaran hutan dan lahan terhadap ketahanan wilayah di Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan empat tahap yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini, yakni: 1) reduksi data, 2) kategori data, 3) penyajian data, dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Peran pemuda Komunitas Elite Arari dalam menanggulangi bencana kebakaran terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu tahap pra bencana, saat bencana, dan pasca bencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pemuda pada tahap pra bencana dilakukan dengan sosialisasi terhadap pelajar serta melakukan pembinaan terhadap diri sendiri, sesama, dan lingkungan. Sedangkan pada saat bencana peran dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan pemantauan dan komunikasi serta pemadaman kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Pada tahap pasca bencana tidak terdapat hal yang dilakukan. Peran pemuda dari Komunitas Elite Arari berimplikasi pada seluruh aspek ketahanan wilayah, pada aspek geografi mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, pada aspek demografi dengan merubah pola pikir masyarakat, menciptakan kondisi situasi politik yang kondusif, mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pereonomian yang kondusif, menjaga kondisi sosial masyarakat agat tidak terjadi konflik vertikal dan horizontal, serta mampu menciptakan rasa aman bagi masyarakat di wilayah Ogan Ilir.

Health is the basic right for everybody, therefore every citizen is entitled to get the health care. In enforcing the regulation for Jaringan Kesehatan Nasional (National Health Supports), it is heavily influenced by the foreign interests. Economically, this program does not reduce the people’s burdens, on the contrary, it will increase them. This means the health supports in which should place the government as the guarantor of the public health, but the people themselves that should pay for the health care. In the realization of the health support the are elements against the Syariah principles. Indonesian Muslim Religious Leaders (MUI) only say that the BPJS Kesehatan (Sosial Support Institution for Health) does not conform with the syariah. The society is asked to register and continue the participation in the program of Social Supports Institution for Health. The best solution is to enforce the mechanism which is in accordance with the syariah principles. The establishment of BPJS based on syariah has to be carried out in cooperation from the elements of Social Supports Institution (BPJS), Indonesian Muslim Religious (MUI), Financial Institution Authorities, National Social Supports Council, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Finance. Accordingly, the Social Supports Institution for Helath (BPJS Kesehatan) based on syariah principles could be obtained and could became the solution of the polemics in the society.

This research article focuses on the theme of violence and its representation by the characters of the novel “This Savage Song” by Victoria Schwab. How violence is transmitted through genes to next generations and to what extent socio- psycho factors are involved in it, has also been discussed. Similarly, in what manner violent events and deeds by the parents affect the psychology of children and how it inculcates aggressive behaviour in their minds has been studied. What role is played by the parents in grooming the personality of children and ultimately their decisions to choose the right or wrong way has been argued. In the light of the theory of Judith Harris, this research paper highlights all the phenomena involved: How the social hierarchy controls the behaviour. In addition, the aggressive approach of the people in their lives has been analyzed in the light of the study of second theorist Thomas W Blume. As the novel is a unique representation of supernatural characters, the monsters, which are the products of some cruel deeds, this research paper brings out different dimensions of human sufferings with respect to these supernatural beings. Moreover, the researcher also discusses that, in what manner the curse of violence creates an inevitable vicious cycle of cruel monsters that makes the life of the characters turbulent and miserable.

One manifestation of the important role of banking in a region, as implemented by PT Bank Sumut, Gunungsitoli Branch, is to distribute loans for investment, consumption and working capital for the people in the area. The purpose of providing credit for banks is the return of credit that earns interest and can increase income to finance activities and business continuity. From the results of research conducted with this data collection technique, it shows that PT Bank Sumut has a number of loans from 2009 to 2014 which each year rises. From this study, it is also known that the rate of credit repayment has a positive influence on the level of profitability.
