Banana peel waste utilization as organic manure and its application has been made to the land kale plant growth (Ipomea reptans Poir). This paper aims to describe how to manufacture liquid organic fertilizer from the waste banana skin, determine the total nitrogen content of liquid organic fertilizer and the effect of liquid organic fertilizer waste banana skin on plant growth kale land (Ipomea reptans Poir). The method used was experimental at the stage of making a liquid organic fertilizer waste banana peel in fermentation, the determination of total nitrogen content and the application of the organic liquid fertilizer waste banana skin using a randomized block design (RBD) with 4 treatments include P0 (0 mL); P1 (20 mL); P2 (40 mL); and P3 (60 mL).The parameters measured were plant height (cm), the number of leaves (leaf) and wet weight (g). The growth data of the swamp cabbage land (Ipomea reptans poir) were analyzed by using the statistical test analysis of variance (ANOVA) then followed by Duncan test with significance level of 5%. The results showed that levels of total nitrogen of the organic liquid fertilizer waste was 0.032% and the application of the organic liquid fertilizer of banana peel waste on the growth of swamp cabbange land (Ipomea reptans poir) influence on plant height (cm) and wet weight (g) but have no effect on the number of leaves (leaf). Treatment P2 (40 mL) showed the best result for the average plant height (cm), the number of leaves (leaf) and wet weight (g) of the swamp cabbage land (Ipomea reptans poir).

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian  mikoriza dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dari limbah kulit pisang terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kopi arabika varietas Ateng Keumala. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan perkebunan kopi milik petani di kampung Beranun Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Bener Meriah dari bulan Juni sampai September 2018.  Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 2 x 4 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 24 satuan percobaan dan uji F yang signifikan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata jujur taraf  5% . Faktor pertama  adalah pemberian mikoriza dengan 2 taraf yaitu kontrol (M0) dan 10 g/tanaman (M1). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang dengan 4 taraf yaitu kontrol, 2%, 4% dan 6% ml/L. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter pangkal batang, panjang akar, berat berangkasan basah, dan berat berangkasan kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, pemberian mikoriza tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 60 HSPT, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter pangkal batang, panjang akar, berat berangkasan basah, dan berat berangkasan kering. Perlakuan terbaik di jumpai pada konsentrasi pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang 4% ml/L. Hasil Results penelitian research menunjukan showing bahwa , pemberian mikoriza tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. that , the administration of mycorrhizae did not significantly affect all observed parameters. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 60 HSPT, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter pangkal batang, panjang akar, berat berangkasan basah, dan berat berangkasan kering. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer had a significant effect on the parameters of plant age 60 diafter day transflanting, but did not significantly affect the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem base diameter, root length, wet weight, and dry weight. Perlakuan terbaik di jumpai pada konsentrasi pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang 40 % ml/l ( P 2 ) . The best treatment was found at a concentration of  4%  ml / L of banana peel liquid organic fertilizer . There were significant interactions on the number of leaves aged 30 diafter day transflanting.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair terhadap tinggi, berat basah, berat kering, dan jumlah daun tanaman sawi. Pupuk cair organik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari proses fermentasi Eichhornia crassipes. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu, kontrol air atau tanpa perlakuan pupuk organik cair, perlakuan dengan NPK, dengan pupuk organik cair 10%, pupuk organik cair 20%, 30% dan 40%. Parameter yang diamati tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah dan berat kering tanaman sawi. Tinggi tanaman tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan dengan pupuk organik cair 40%, dan kontrol air pada parameter tinggi taman menunjukkan hasil yang beda nyata kepada semua perlakuan. JumLah daun paling banyak terdapat pada perlakuan dengan NPK dan pupuk organik cair 40%. Berat basah dan berat kering yang paling berat terdapat pada pupuk organik cair 40% dengan berat masing-masing 154,93 g dan 44,1 g. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah dan berat kering tanaman sawi.This study aimed to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer to height, fresh weight, dry weight, and number of leaves of mustard. Organic liquid fertilizer used in this study is derived from the fermentation process Eichhornia crassipes. The treatments were given, namely, control of the untreated water or liquid organic fertilizer, NPK treatment, with 10% liquid organic fertilizer, liquid organic fertilizer 20%, 30% and 40%. The parameters observed plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of mustard. The highest plant height are on treatment with 40% liquid organic fertilizer, and water control at high parameters park showed a significant difference to all treatments. Number of leaves are most numerous in the treatment with NPK and liquid organic fertilizer 40%. Wet weight and dry weight are most severe in 40% organic liquid fertilizer each weighing 154.93 g and 44.1 g. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that the liquid organic fertilizer can increase plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of mustard.

PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) is a substance that helps plant growth with the help of rhizosphere microorganisms. PGPR propagation can be done with liquid media. This PGPR propagation needs to be done because this substance has many benefits for agricultural cultivation. The application of PGPR to the test plant, namely the pakcoy plant, proved that there was an effect of giving PGPR to the plant. Observations on the test plants were carried out by observing several observation variables such as plant height, root length, number of leaves, wet weight and dry weight. The results of these observations showed that the effect on the test plants was seen in the variables of root length, wet weight, and dry weight. Meanwhile, the variable plant height and number of leaves did not show a visible difference.

Effect of NASA Liquid Organic Fertilizer and Compost Fertilizer on Kenaf Plant Growth (Hibiscus cannabinus L). This study aims to determine the effect of NASA POC, compost fertilizer and the interaction of NASA POC and compost fertilizer on kenaf plants. This research was carried out at East Borneo Samarinda Indonesia. with a time of ± 4 months, starting from June to September 2016. The design of the study uses factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 2 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment consists of 2 factors. The first factor is the administration of NASA POC consisting of 4 levels, namely: j0: Control (without treatment), j1: POC with a concentration of 10 ml / liter of water, j2: POC with a concentration of 15 ml / liter of water, j3: POC with a concentration of 20 ml / liter of water. The second factor is Compost fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely: k0: Without the provision of Compost Fertilizer, k1: Composting 500 gram / polybag, k2: Composting Fertilizer 700 grams / polybag, k3: Composting 800 grams / polybag. From the analysis of variance showed that the effect of giving NASA POC (J), compost (K) and the interaction of NASA POC and compost (JK) did not affect the parameters of plant height 30 DAP, 60 DAP and 90 DAP, stem diameter 30 DAP, 60 DAP and 90 DAP, number of leaves 30 DAP, 60 DAP and 90 DAP, leaf area 30 DAP, 60 DAP and 90 DAP.

Cacao is one of the predominant plantation in Indonesia so that the production should be improved constantly. The purpose of this researce was to obtain data on the growth of cacao seedlings (Theobroma cacao L.) by applying rabbit cage liquid organic fertilizer and composting baglog waste with different doses. This research was carried out at the Medan Area faculty of agriculture experiment area located on the street PBSI No.1 Medan Estate. The research was conducted  from  July to  November  2018.  Using  Factorial  Randomized  Group Desing (RGD) with two replications. The first factor tested was rabbit cage liquid organic fertilizer namely U0= without POC, U1= consentration 5% (50 ml POC/liter), U2= consentration 10% (100 ml POC/liter), U3= consentration 15% (150 ml POC/liter). The second   factor is baglog waste compost which is L0= without compost baglog waste, L1= 20% baglog compost waste (600g) + 80% top soil (2.400g), L2= 40% baglog compost waste (1.200g) + 60% top soil (1.800g), L3= 60% baglog compost waste (1.800g) + 40% top soil (1.200g). The results showed that administration of baglog waste compost can increase growth ( plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter and canopy wet weight) of cocoa seedlings

<p>Green mustard plants (Brassica rapa var. Parachinensis L.) are plants that have a source of vitamins and minerals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the concentration of rice grinder and liquid organic fertilizer on the vegetative growth of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.), to determine the effect of a mixture of Giving POC with plant growth on mustard plants and to determine the effect of a combination of POC and planting media mixture on the growth of mustard plants. This research was conducted in February to May 2020, Jalan Ekarasmi gg. ekanusa in the Kelurahan Gedung Johor, Medan Johor District, Medan City with a height of ± 30 m above sea level using a Random Factorial design consisting of 2 factors and 3 replications. The results showed that the POC concentration did not show a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, wet weight and chlorophyll of mustard plants, but visually the highest results were obtained at P2 treatment (30 cc / L water ) followed by P1 (15 cc / L water) and the lowest in P0 treatment (without POC), the planting media mixture showed a very significant effect on plant height at 7 and 14 HST and had no significant effect on all other observation variables. The highest yield was obtained in the treatment of M0 (Top Soil Soil) followed by M1 (Top Soil and Rice Husk Mixture) and M3 (Top Soil and Rice bran Mixture) and the lowest in M2 (Top Soil and Bran Soil) mixture, POC and the planting media mixture showed a very significant effect on the plant height variable at 14 HST and the amount of chlorophyll at harvest and had no significant effect on other variables. The best results were obtained on M3 P2 (Top Soil and Rice bran Mixture; P2 (POC concentration of 30 cc / L water).)</p><pre><em>Keywords: leftover rice mill, liquid organic fertilizer, mustard plant, vegetable pesticide.</em></pre>

The main roles of plant growth was nutrition. This research aims to determine the concentration of nutrients that can provide the best growth and yield on various mustard. The research method  used is a factorial Complete Randomized Design (RBD) with three replications and then analyzed using the Least Significant Difference test (LSD) at a level of 5%. The treatment of vegetable types is as follows: S1 = mustard pakchoy, S2 = mustard samhong, S3 = mustard pagoda, S4 = mustard pakchoy mini. Treatment with nutrition is the AB mix fertilizerzs number of leaves solution as follows: N1 = 1000 ppm, N2 = 1200 ppm, N3 = 1400 ppm, N4 = 1600 ppm, N5 = 1800 ppm. The results showed that plant height, number of leaves, leaf width and wet weight of the pagoda and mini pakchoy plants were not significantly different at 1000 ppm, 1200 ppm, 1400 ppm, 1600 ppm and 1800 ppm. Number of leaves of pakchoy significantly different at 1400 ppm. While the number of leaves and leaf width of samhong plants were not significantly different at each treatment, but were significantly different from plant height at 1600 ppm and significantly different from the wet weight at 1400 ppm

This study aims to examine the effect of concentration of liquid organic fertilizer supermes on various spacing to the growth and yield of onion. The experiment was conducted in Dusun Telaga Kodok, Hitu Lama Village, Leihitu Barat District, Central Maluku District, from March to April 2017. The experiment used was a Randomized Block Design with three replications. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer supermes consists of: 0, 2, 4, 6 mL/L water. Plant ing distance consists of: 10 × 15 cm, 15 × 15 cm and 20 × 15 cm. Varieties used were varieties of Bima Brebes. Parameters measured were plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers, root length, wet weight and dry weight of tubers. During the experiment, rainfall and rainy days were quite high at the research location. This condition causes the crop to be harvested at 41 HST because it is attacked by ground caterpillar, mosaic disease and purple spots. The application of liquid organic fertilizer has not shown any significant effect to the growth and yield parameters of shallot crop. Planting distance of 15 × 15 cm shows the effect on plant height and number of leaves at 35 HST, tuber weight and tuber dry weight and there is a significant interaction on the leaf number at 35 HST with concentration of 4 mL/L water and Planting Distance 15 × 15 cm. Keywords: liquid organic fertilizer, planting distance, red onion   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk organik cair supermes pada berbagai jarak tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Dusun Telaga Kodok, Desa Hitu Lama Kecamatan Leihitu Barat, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, dari bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2017. Jarak tanam terdiri dari 10 ×15 cm, 15 × 15 cm, dan 20 × 15 cm. Varietas yang digunakan adalah varietas Bima Brebes. Paramater yang diukur adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, panjang akar, bobot basah dan bobot kering umbi. Selama percobaan berlangsung curah hujan dan hari hujan cukup tinggi terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Kondisi ini menyebabkan tanaman dipanen pada umur 41 HST karena diserang oleh hama ulat tanah, penyakit mozaik dan bercak ungu. Pemberian pupuk organik cair belum memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap parameter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah. Jarak tanaman 15 × 15 cm berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun pada 35 HST, bobot basah umbi dan bobot kering umbi serta adanya interaksi perlakuan yang nyata terhadap jumlah daun pada umur 35 HST dengan konsentrasi 4 mL/L air dan jarak tanam 15 × 15 cm. Abstrak Pupuk organik bentuk cair berbahan urin dari ternak adalah salah satu alternatif pupuk ramah lingkungan yang dapat meningkatkan produksi dan pertumbuhan pakcoy. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti terdorong melaksanakan kajian dengan tujuan mengetahui dampak pemberian pupuk organik cair berbahan urin ternak terhadap perkembangan tumbuhan pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Percobaan lima perlakuan memakai Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang merupakan pemberian tipe pupuk organik cair hasil ternak urin kambing, urin sapi dan urin kelinci, pupuk kimia AB Mix sebagai pembanding dan tanpa pemupukan (kontrol). Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap tinggi tanaman, kuantitas daun, berat kering dan berat basah panen. Data  dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS serta diuji  Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil kajian yaitu pada semua pupuk organik cair terjadi peningkatan kandungan unsur P, penurunan unsur K dan pH setelah difermentasi pH berkisar 6,85–8,45 dan sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Pertanian No. 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011 tentang pupuk organik, pupuk hayati, dan pembenah tanah. Pupuk organik cair berbahan urin ternak mampu meningkatkan jumlah daun dan tinggi tanaman pakcoy yang secara sig nifikan berbeda dibandingkan pupuk kimia.  Aplikasi pupuk organik cair urin kambing menghasilkan berat kering dan berat basah panen pakcoy yang serupa dengan pupuk kimia.  AbstractLiquid organic fertilizer made from urine from livestock is an alternative to environmentally friendly fertilizers that can increase pakcoy production and growth. Based on this, researchers are interested in conducting research to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer made from livestock urine on the growth of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). The experiment was carried out with five treatments using a completely randomized design (CRD), namely the application of liquid organic fertilizer from goat urine, cow urine and rabbit urine, chemical fertilizer AB Mix as a comparison, and without fertilization (control). Observations were made on plant height, a number of leaves, dry weight and wet weight of harvest. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and further tested with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results of the study were that in all liquid organic fertilizers there was an increase in the content of P elements, a decrease in K elements, and pH after fermentation. 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011 concerning organic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and soil enhancers. Liquid organic fertilizer made from livestock urine is able to increase the number of leaves and plant height of pakcoy which is significantly different from chemical fertilizers. The application of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer resulted in the same dry weight and wet weight of pakcoy harvest as chemical fertilizers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan yang menguji Perbandingan pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman cabai merah (capsicum Annuum L.) akibat Pemberian Komposisi PGPR (Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria) yang perbeda. Pertumbuhan tanaman diukur berdasarkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, volume akar, berat basah dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa PGPR dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, volume akar, berat basah dan berat kering tanaman cabe.Tinggi tanaman terbaik setelah diperlakuan selama 28 hari adalah dengan pemberian PGPR disertai dengan pemberian pupuk kandang dengan tinggi (24.44 cm), yang diikuti oleh pemberian PGPR + kompos dengan tinggi (22.04 cm), dan pemberian PGPR + NPK dengan tnggi tanaman 19.68 cm . Volume akar akan lebih tinggi bila diberikan PGPR yang ditambah dengan pupuk kandang , atau kompos maupun NPK, tetapi tdak berbeda hasilnya bila hanya diberikan PGPR saja. Jumlah daun dapat ditingkatkan bila diberikan PGPR yang ditambah dengan pupuk kandang, atau kompos maupun NPK. Pemberian PGPR + NPK tidak memberikan jumlah daun yang berbeda dengan pemberian PGPR saja.Berat basah akan meningkat bila diberikan PGPR saja maupun ditambah dengan pemberian pupuk kandang, atau kompos maupun NPK. PGPR ditambah dengan pupuk kandang maupun kompos memberikan dampak yang sama terhadap berat basah.Berat kering akan meningkat bila diberikan PGPR saja maupun ditambah dengan pemberian pupuk kandang, atau kompos maupun NPK. PGPR ditambah dengan pupuk kandang maupun kompos memberikan dampak yang sama terhadap berat basahThis study aimed to examine the comparison of vegetative growth of red chili (capsicum Annuum L.) due to the administration of different PGPR (Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria) Composition. Plant growth was measured based on plant height, number of leaves, root volume, wet weight and dry weight of the plant. The results showed that PGPR can increase plant height, number of leaves, root volume, wet weight and dry weight of chilli plants. The best plant height after being treated for 28 days is by giving PGPR accompanied by administering manure with height (24.44 cm), followed by by giving PGPR + compost with a height (22.04 cm), and giving PGPR + NPK with a plant height of 19.68 cm. Root volume will be higher if given PGPR added with manure, or compost or NPK, but the results are not different if only given PGPR. The number of leaves can be increased if given PGPR added with manure, or compost or NPK. Provision of PGPR + NPK does not provide a number of leaves that are different from the administration of PGPR alone.
