<p>Green mustard plants (Brassica rapa var. Parachinensis L.) are plants that have a source of vitamins and minerals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the concentration of rice grinder and liquid organic fertilizer on the vegetative growth of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.), to determine the effect of a mixture of Giving POC with plant growth on mustard plants and to determine the effect of a combination of POC and planting media mixture on the growth of mustard plants. This research was conducted in February to May 2020, Jalan Ekarasmi gg. ekanusa in the Kelurahan Gedung Johor, Medan Johor District, Medan City with a height of ± 30 m above sea level using a Random Factorial design consisting of 2 factors and 3 replications. The results showed that the POC concentration did not show a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, wet weight and chlorophyll of mustard plants, but visually the highest results were obtained at P2 treatment (30 cc / L water ) followed by P1 (15 cc / L water) and the lowest in P0 treatment (without POC), the planting media mixture showed a very significant effect on plant height at 7 and 14 HST and had no significant effect on all other observation variables. The highest yield was obtained in the treatment of M0 (Top Soil Soil) followed by M1 (Top Soil and Rice Husk Mixture) and M3 (Top Soil and Rice bran Mixture) and the lowest in M2 (Top Soil and Bran Soil) mixture, POC and the planting media mixture showed a very significant effect on the plant height variable at 14 HST and the amount of chlorophyll at harvest and had no significant effect on other variables. The best results were obtained on M3 P2 (Top Soil and Rice bran Mixture; P2 (POC concentration of 30 cc / L water).)</p><pre><em>Keywords: leftover rice mill, liquid organic fertilizer, mustard plant, vegetable pesticide.</em></pre>

Cacao is one of the predominant plantation in Indonesia so that the production should be improved constantly. The purpose of this researce was to obtain data on the growth of cacao seedlings (Theobroma cacao L.) by applying rabbit cage liquid organic fertilizer and composting baglog waste with different doses. This research was carried out at the Medan Area faculty of agriculture experiment area located on the street PBSI No.1 Medan Estate. The research was conducted  from  July to  November  2018.  Using  Factorial  Randomized  Group Desing (RGD) with two replications. The first factor tested was rabbit cage liquid organic fertilizer namely U0= without POC, U1= consentration 5% (50 ml POC/liter), U2= consentration 10% (100 ml POC/liter), U3= consentration 15% (150 ml POC/liter). The second   factor is baglog waste compost which is L0= without compost baglog waste, L1= 20% baglog compost waste (600g) + 80% top soil (2.400g), L2= 40% baglog compost waste (1.200g) + 60% top soil (1.800g), L3= 60% baglog compost waste (1.800g) + 40% top soil (1.200g). The results showed that administration of baglog waste compost can increase growth ( plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter and canopy wet weight) of cocoa seedlings

Odot elephant grass is a tropical forage forage that is easily developed, has high production and can be used as animal feed.This study aims to determine the effect of ameliorant types and organic fertilizer (Agrodyke) doses on the growth of odot elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) on peatlands. This study used a 3x3 factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications consisting of: (1) ameliorant type factor (A) consisting of 3 levels, namely: A1 =dolomite lime, A2 = Shellfish shell, A3 = Eggshell. (2) Agrodyke fertilizer dose factor (D) Consists of 3 levels, namely: D0 = 0 gram / plant, D1 = 10 gram / plant, D2 = 20 gram / plant. Observation parameters are the number of leaves, number of shoots, leaf length, plant height. The results of this study indicate that the type of ameliorant did not significantly affect the number of leaves, number of shoots, leaf length, and plant height at 2 MST, 4 MST, and 6 MST. Versatile fertilizer (Agrodyke) dosage significantly affected the number of leaves and plant height at 6 MST. But no significant effect on the number of leaves, number of shoots and plant height in 2 MST and 4 MST. Keywords: Peat, Ameliorant Species, Odot Elephant Grass, Agrodyke.

This study aims to examine the effect of concentration of liquid organic fertilizer supermes on various spacing to the growth and yield of onion. The experiment was conducted in Dusun Telaga Kodok, Hitu Lama Village, Leihitu Barat District, Central Maluku District, from March to April 2017. The experiment used was a Randomized Block Design with three replications. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer supermes consists of: 0, 2, 4, 6 mL/L water. Plant ing distance consists of: 10 × 15 cm, 15 × 15 cm and 20 × 15 cm. Varieties used were varieties of Bima Brebes. Parameters measured were plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers, root length, wet weight and dry weight of tubers. During the experiment, rainfall and rainy days were quite high at the research location. This condition causes the crop to be harvested at 41 HST because it is attacked by ground caterpillar, mosaic disease and purple spots. The application of liquid organic fertilizer has not shown any significant effect to the growth and yield parameters of shallot crop. Planting distance of 15 × 15 cm shows the effect on plant height and number of leaves at 35 HST, tuber weight and tuber dry weight and there is a significant interaction on the leaf number at 35 HST with concentration of 4 mL/L water and Planting Distance 15 × 15 cm. Keywords: liquid organic fertilizer, planting distance, red onion   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk organik cair supermes pada berbagai jarak tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Selama percobaan berlangsung curah hujan dan hari hujan cukup tinggi terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Kondisi ini menyebabkan tanaman dipanen pada umur 41 HST karena diserang oleh hama ulat tanah, penyakit mozaik dan bercak ungu. Pemberian pupuk organik cair belum memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap parameter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah. Jarak tanaman 15 × 15 cm berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun pada 35 HST, bobot basah umbi dan bobot kering umbi serta adanya interaksi perlakuan yang nyata terhadap jumlah daun pada umur 35 HST dengan konsentrasi 4 mL/L air dan jarak tanam 15 × 15 cm. Abstrak Pupuk organik bentuk cair berbahan urin dari ternak adalah salah satu alternatif pupuk ramah lingkungan yang dapat meningkatkan produksi dan pertumbuhan pakcoy. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti terdorong melaksanakan kajian dengan tujuan mengetahui dampak pemberian pupuk organik cair berbahan urin ternak terhadap perkembangan tumbuhan pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Percobaan lima perlakuan memakai Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang merupakan pemberian tipe pupuk organik cair hasil ternak urin kambing, urin sapi dan urin kelinci, pupuk kimia AB Mix sebagai pembanding dan tanpa pemupukan (kontrol). Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap tinggi tanaman, kuantitas daun, berat kering dan berat basah panen. Data  dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS serta diuji  Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil kajian yaitu pada semua pupuk organik cair terjadi peningkatan kandungan unsur P, penurunan unsur K dan pH setelah difermentasi pH berkisar 6,85–8,45 dan sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Pertanian No. 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011 tentang pupuk organik, pupuk hayati, dan pembenah tanah. Pupuk organik cair berbahan urin ternak mampu meningkatkan jumlah daun dan tinggi tanaman pakcoy yang secara sig nifikan berbeda dibandingkan pupuk kimia.  Aplikasi pupuk organik cair urin kambing menghasilkan berat kering dan berat basah panen pakcoy yang serupa dengan pupuk kimia.  AbstractLiquid organic fertilizer made from urine from livestock is an alternative to environmentally friendly fertilizers that can increase pakcoy production and growth. Based on this, researchers are interested in conducting research to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer made from livestock urine on the growth of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). The experiment was carried out with five treatments using a completely randomized design (CRD), namely the application of liquid organic fertilizer from goat urine, cow urine and rabbit urine, chemical fertilizer AB Mix as a comparison, and without fertilization (control). Observations were made on plant height, a number of leaves, dry weight and wet weight of harvest. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and further tested with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results of the study were that in all liquid organic fertilizers there was an increase in the content of P elements, a decrease in K elements, and pH after fermentation. 70/Permentan/SR.140/10/2011 concerning organic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and soil enhancers. Liquid organic fertilizer made from livestock urine is able to increase the number of leaves and plant height of pakcoy which is significantly different from chemical fertilizers. The application of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer resulted in the same dry weight and wet weight of pakcoy harvest as chemical fertilizers.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of which combination of fertilizer doses is best for the growth of Mustard Plant (Brassica juncea L.). And the research was conducted in Kelurahan Rurukan Tomohon Timur Subdistrict Tomohon City. Soil analysis was conducted in Soil Chemistry and Soil Fertility Department of Soil Agricultural Faculty of Sam Ratulangi University of Manado.This study used a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 7 treatment combinations and repeated as many as 4 (four) times to obtain 28 pot experiments. Each pot of the experiment contains 5 kg of soil.The results showed that soil mixture with various combinations of fertilizers had a significant effect on the height of the green mustard plant, the number of leaves of green mustard greens, and the fresh weight of the green mustard plant.The best combination of soil mixture with Urea, Sp36, and Compost fertilizer is 0.5 gram / pot Urea, 0.375 gram / pot Sp36, and 50 gram / pot compost.Keywords: urea fertilizer, Sp36 fertilizer, compost fertilizer

ABSTRACT Research on the Use of Multiple Types of Organic Materials with Different Application Times on Mustard (Brassica juncea L.) was conducted to study the effect of organic material source interaction and application time in improving the growth and yield of mustard and obtaining organic sources of materials and timing applications to improve growth and yield of mustard. Factorial research with two factors is designed using Group Random Design. The first factor was: source of organic material (A) consisted of: A1 = pig waste, A2 = cattle dung, A3 = rice straw. The second factor is application time (B) Time: B1 = 5 days before planting seedlings (SBTB), B2 = 10 days before planting seedlings (SBTB), B3 = 15 days before planting seedlings (SBTB) Each experimental unit is repeated three times there were 27 pot of experiments, the variables observed were: plant height, leaf number, leaf width, leaf length and weight of wet stratum. The data were analyzed using variance analysis and if there were difference followed by  Honest Real DifferenceTest at 5%. The results showed that effect of interaction between source of organic matter with different application time to the number of leaves, fresh weight, content of N, P, and K of soil after harvesting of mustard. Plant height and leaf length is singly affected by application time.  Source of organic material of cow dung and paddy straw at the time of application 10 and 15 days before planting seedlings give the best result on the number of leaves, fresh weight of mustard, N, P and K.Keywords: mustard, organic matter source, application time, organic fertilizer ABSTRAK Penelitian Penggunaan Beberapa Jenis Bahan Organik dengan Waktu Aplikasi yang Berbeda Pada Budidaya Tanaman Sawi (Brassica juncea L.) dilakukan untuk mempelajari pengaruh interaksi sumber bahan organik dan waktu aplikasi dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi serta memperoleh sumber bahan organik dan aplikasi waktu yang tepat dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi. Penelitian faktorial dengan dua faktor dirancang dengan menggunakan Group Random Design. Faktor pertama adalah: sumber bahan organik (A) terdiri dari: A1 = limbah babi, A2 = kotoran ternak, A3 = jerami padi. Faktor kedua adalah waktu aplikasi (B) Waktu: B1 = 5 hari sebelum penanaman bibit (SBTB), B2 = 10 hari sebelum penanaman bibit (SBTB), B3 = 15 hari sebelum penanaman bibit (SBTB) Setiap unit percobaan diulang sebanyak tiga kali Ada 27 pot percobaan, variabel yang diamati adalah: tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, panjang daun dan berat lapisan basah. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varians dan jika ada perbedaan yang diikuti oleh Jujur Real DifferenceTest sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh interaksi antara sumber bahan organik dengan waktu penerapan yang berbeda terhadap jumlah daun, bobot segar, kadar N, P, dan K tanah setelah pemanenan sawi. Tinggi tanaman dan panjang daun secara tunggal dipengaruhi oleh waktu aplikasi. Sumber bahan organik kotoran sapi dan jerami padi pada saat aplikasi 10 dan 15 hari sebelum penanaman bibit memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah daun, bobot segar sawi, N, P dan K.Keywords: tanaman sawi, sumber bahan organik, waktu aplikasi, pupuk organik

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian  mikoriza dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dari limbah kulit pisang terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kopi arabika varietas Ateng Keumala. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan perkebunan kopi milik petani di kampung Beranun Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Bener Meriah dari bulan Juni sampai September 2018.  Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 2 x 4 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 24 satuan percobaan dan uji F yang signifikan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata jujur taraf  5% . Faktor pertama  adalah pemberian mikoriza dengan 2 taraf yaitu kontrol (M0) dan 10 g/tanaman (M1). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang dengan 4 taraf yaitu kontrol, 2%, 4% dan 6% ml/L. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter pangkal batang, panjang akar, berat berangkasan basah, dan berat berangkasan kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, pemberian mikoriza tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 60 HSPT, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter pangkal batang, panjang akar, berat berangkasan basah, dan berat berangkasan kering. Perlakuan terbaik di jumpai pada konsentrasi pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang 4% ml/L. Hasil Results penelitian research menunjukan showing bahwa , pemberian mikoriza tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. that , the administration of mycorrhizae did not significantly affect all observed parameters. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 60 HSPT, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter pangkal batang, panjang akar, berat berangkasan basah, dan berat berangkasan kering. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer had a significant effect on the parameters of plant age 60 diafter day transflanting, but did not significantly affect the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem base diameter, root length, wet weight, and dry weight. Perlakuan terbaik di jumpai pada konsentrasi pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang 40 % ml/l ( P 2 ) . The best treatment was found at a concentration of  4%  ml / L of banana peel liquid organic fertilizer . There were significant interactions on the number of leaves aged 30 diafter day transflanting.

Banana peel waste utilization as organic manure and its application has been made to the land kale plant growth (Ipomea reptans Poir). This paper aims to describe how to manufacture liquid organic fertilizer from the waste banana skin, determine the total nitrogen content of liquid organic fertilizer and the effect of liquid organic fertilizer waste banana skin on plant growth kale land (Ipomea reptans Poir). The method used was experimental at the stage of making a liquid organic fertilizer waste banana peel in fermentation, the determination of total nitrogen content and the application of the organic liquid fertilizer waste banana skin using a randomized block design (RBD) with 4 treatments include P0 (0 mL); P1 (20 mL); P2 (40 mL); and P3 (60 mL).The parameters measured were plant height (cm), the number of leaves (leaf) and wet weight (g). The growth data of the swamp cabbage land (Ipomea reptans poir) were analyzed by using the statistical test analysis of variance (ANOVA) then followed by Duncan test with significance level of 5%. The results showed that levels of total nitrogen of the organic liquid fertilizer waste was 0.032% and the application of the organic liquid fertilizer of banana peel waste on the growth of swamp cabbange land (Ipomea reptans poir) influence on plant height (cm) and wet weight (g) but have no effect on the number of leaves (leaf). Treatment P2 (40 mL) showed the best result for the average plant height (cm), the number of leaves (leaf) and wet weight (g) of the swamp cabbage land (Ipomea reptans poir).

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer of banana stem on the growth and productivity of 3 types of mustard. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative with an experimental method. The study design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments and eight replications. Data collection by observation using observation sheets. The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) in one path and continued with LSD. Based on the results of the research, there are differences in the effect of giving Liquid Organic Fertilizer to banana stem on the plant height parameters of three types of mustard. The plant height parameters of chinese green cabbage, and collards meat are significantly different from those of green mustard. There are differences in the effect of giving Liquid Organic Fertilizer banana stem to the parameters of the number of leaves of three types of mustard. The parameters of the number of chinese green cabbage and green mustard leaves are significantly different from collards meat. There is a difference in the effect of Liquid Organic Fertilizer on banana stem on the wet weight parameters of three types of mustard. The parameters of wet weight of chinese green cabbage and green mustard are significantly different from collards meat. This study is entitled Concentration Test of Three Liquid Organic Fertilizer From Agricultural Waste on Growth and Yield of Arugula (Eruca Sativa) to test the concentration of three kinds of liquid organic fertilizer, sugarcane bagasse waste, banana peel and coconut fiber with a concentration of 50 ml/l, 100 ml/l, and, 150 ml/l. This study uses a single Randomized Complete Design (CRD) method consisting of 10 treatments that are repeated 3 times, consisting of K0, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, the results of this study were analyzed with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5%, the parameters observed were: plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, root length, fresh weightof biomass, and dry weight of biomass. The results of the study show that: (1) Giving treatment (K3), liquid organic fertilizer of banana peels with a concentration of 150 ml/l, provides interaction with parameters of observation of leaf width, root length and dry weight of biomass arugula plants, but they need to increase the concentration of organic fertilizer liquid to assist the growth process with observations of plant height parameters, number of leaves, leaf length and fresh weigh of biomass. (2) Provision of treatment with 150 ml/l concentration is the best treatment for the parameters of observation of leaf width, length of root and dry weight of biomass, but the administration of 150 ml/l concentration is not sufficient for plant nutrient requirements so there is no interaction with the growth process of plant height, number of leaves, length of leaves and fresh weight of biomass. (3) The highest dry weight of biomass in the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer from banana peel waste with a concentration of 150 ml/l, weighing 4.32 g or an increase of 20% compared to the control.
