The growing demand for tourism products in rural settlements is one of the prevailing tendencies in the world. A very important segment of tourism in villages is dealing with this activity within farms. In some villages of Dragacevo, segments of tourism based on the rural environment, rural economy and culture have a long tradition. Their development started in the eighties and it continues today, but this phenomenon is little known from a scientific point of view. Therefore, it is necessary to search the characteristics of households engaged in rural tourism in Dragacevo. Obtained results provide a better understanding of their functioning, but also present the connection between tourism and socio-economic structure, production potentials and other characteristics and transformations of households and villages. Research in this area is the prerequisite of routing directions for further development of tourism in villages.

The paper analyses tourism potential and rural tourism of the Municipality of Andrijevica. Existing tourism and recreation supply is not sufficiently developed and affirmed nor organized and connected both within the scope of the Municipality and with the neighbouring municipalities. One of the prerequisites for tourism development might be good transport infrastructure. However, in the territory of the Municipality of Andrijevica is not adequate. On the territory of the Municipality of Andrijevica, natural and anthropogenic values are distinguished group deployment and characteristics of complexity and complementarily. Natural values are particularly come to the fore, if we know that modern tourism trends emphasize the value of untouched nature. Marketing affirmation of the Municipality of Andrijevica is one of the most important processes that represent a momentum for its tourism development. In this sense, all kinds of tourism propaganda must be enhanced, which affirmed the value of tourism (for example the eco-pasture Štavna), which would lead to a more comprehensive tourism development that would provide a profitable economic performance. Particularly it is very important to encourage and support rapid development of economic activities in rural areas and development of human resources. Furthermore, the economic progress and independence rural settlements of the Municipality of Andrijevica must be improved in accordance with the ecological principles and sustainable development in rural development. In finding a new identity and direction of development of the rural economy, the Municipality of Andrijevica must accept new trends in Europe and the countries that have been through a period of transition, in terms of adapting and complementing so far the role of villages and rural areas within diversified supply and the introduction of tourism as one the essential activities. The relevance of this topic is that the current situation in the world is characterized by globalization - a rapid increase in the intensity of economic, political, cultural contacts between countries of all regions of the world and increased interdependence between them. Constructive international interaction is necessary for the further development of human society: the problems of poverty, security, and the environment can be solved only if fruitful cooperation is achieved among all members of the world community. This is also relevant for Russia - especially in terms of security, strengthening mutually beneficial economic and cultural ties.

Besides Spatial Plan of Serbia, the fundamental social prerequisite to the constitution of a rational network of villages of different centrality (functional and hierarchic level) is the elaboration of a strategy of rural development of Serbia. This ought to define the main long-term targets of rural development, prerequisites and conditions for their realization, the role of villages and rural economy in economic and general social development, as well as the long-term expectations with regard to the development of villages and transformation of traditional peasantry into a modern, market-oriented type, etc. From that point of view, the above scientific basis for examining the current rural situation, primarily its spatial-demographic and functional aspects, and rural development - so far and in future, within the context of selecting rural centers to constitute centers of potential development of smaller groups of settlements and territories, which practically means of Serbia as a whole with its network of hierarchically structured settlements - urban and rural, in which certain rural settlements function as bearers, initiators and regulators of development and positive transformation of economic and geographical environment. This type of scientific research has become the main development issue in the light of evident shortage of new, systematized and accurately formulated knowledge about villages, rural development and future prospects of villages in Serbia. Long years of meticulous research of our villages have provided a basis for activation and rational utilization of abundant natural, human (demographic), and material (productive) resources, which may be put to a multiple use within the context of developing a fully market-oriented economy. The degree of our success shall depend on the potentials and general economic interests at all social levels - local, subregional, regional and state (federal and republican). It shall, however, primarily depend on the size of social investment in scientific research, which shall reflect global social needs and particular economic and political interests. As noted earlier, there are both needs and interests to develop rural planning as an integral part of spatial planning, which is an asserted part of the general system of planning in Serbia.

The article discusses the development of rural tourism. Attention is drawn to the forms and methods of promoting services in this sphere of tourism, which is especially important during a period of growing relevance of domestic tourism and a change in the paradigm of recreation. The authors point out that the promotion of rural tourism should be associated not only with the search for technical methods of promotion, but also with a change in the socio-cultural paradigm of perception of rural tourism as a sphere of organization of recreation and recreation. The authors attach great importance to rural tourism as a business sector capable of exerting a positive influence on the rural economy in the conditions of a general crisis in rural areas and the degradation of rural settlements. Today as never before conservation of rural space as economically active and socially sustainable is the most important task. This is especially true for the Altai Territory. The agrarian-industrial region is experiencing serious economic and social problems related both to changes in the structure of the regional economy and degradation of rural areas. One of the tools tactive for optimizing the state of rural areas in the Altai Region can be rural tourism, which is actively developing and requires high attention from both science and government agencies, the sphere of activity.

The article presents a synergetic interpretation of the nature, mechanism, and role of the Covid-19 pandemic as a fluctuation that has undergone nucleation in the global system. The choice of methodological bases of our research is due to the fact that synergetics is considered today one of the new promising ways to understand the processes taking place in society, in social systems at the turning points of their development. We assume that this Covid-19 pandemic became the critical fluctuation that quickly spread throughout the world. Today, the global system is in a state of imbalance, in which old connections and structures have been destroyed or are being destroyed, and new ones have not yet been formed. As a result, it fell into the bifurcation zone, where further development becomes unpredictable. The modern world is facing another challenge of history. Therefore, today it is extremely important to determine the range of possible attractors of further evolution of the global system and, at the same time, those that are achievable and favorable to humanity. From a philosophical point of view, we can talk about being that appears before our eyes, about the birth of a new reality in which we have to live. It was found that the synergetic methodology involves the creation (consciously) of the necessary conditions for the introduction into the system of the desired fluctuation with signs of a new desired quality, and promote its nucleation. This will lead to the formation of new organizational integrity and the transition to a new evolutionary channel of development. That is why today, various conspiracy theories about the origin of the Covid-19 pandemic are actively spreading. The attitude to them is ambiguous. However, several facts force us to analyze them and draw appropriate conclusions carefully. It is noted that the lack of reliable information does not yet allow us to give an unambiguous answer about the nature of this fluctuation. However, there is no doubt that it has become a powerful factor in forming a new reality, a bifurcation transition to a new – and, so far, not clearly defined – attractor of the evolution of the global system.

The article examines the epistemological roots of conservative ideology, development trends and further prospects in political reform not only in modern Russia, but also in other countries. The author focuses on the “world” and Russian conservatism. In the course of the study, the author illustrates what opportunities and limitations a conservative ideology can have in political reform not only in modern Russia, but also in the world. In conclusion, it is concluded that the prospect of a conservative trend in the world is wide enough. To avoid immigration and to control the development of technology in society, it is necessary to adhere to a conservative policy. Conservatism is a consolidating ideology. It is no coincidence that the author cites as an example the understanding of conservative ideology by the French due to the fact that Russia has its own vision of the ideology of conservatism. If we say that conservatism seeks to preserve something and respects tradition, we must bear in mind that traditions in different societies, which form some kind of moral imperatives, cannot be a single phenomenon due to different historical destinies and differing religious views. Considered from the point of view of religion, Muslim and Christian conservatism will be somewhat confrontational on some issues. The purpose of the work was to consider issues related to the role, evolution and prospects of conservative ideology in the political reform of modern countries. The author focuses on Russia and France. To achieve this goal, the method of in-depth interviews with experts on how they understand conservatism was chosen. Already today, conservatism is quite diverse. It is quite possible that in the future it will transform even more and acquire new reflections.

Through narratives and critical interrogations of classroom interactions, I sketch an argument for a co-constitutive relationship between qualitative research and pedagogy that imagines a more reflexive and socially just world. Through story, one comes to see an interplay between one's own experiences, one's own desires and one's community — I seek to focus that potential into an embodied pedagogy that highlights power and, as a result, holds all of us accountable for our own situated-ness in systems of power in ways that grant us potential places from which to enact change. Key in this discussion is a careful analytical point of view for seeing the world and a set of practices that work to imagine new ways of talking back.
