The purpose of this research was to know the significant difference of knowledge competence of PPKn group of students which were taught by Open Ended learning model based on project assessment with group of students taught by conventional learning in fourth grades of SD Gugus I Gianyar Sub District Academic Year 2017/2018. This research was a quasi-experimental study with non-equivalent group design. Population in this research were all fourth graders of SD Gugus I Gianyar Sub District Academic Year 2017/2018 which amounted to 343 people. Determination of the sample in this reseach used random sampling technique with existing class scramble, then to determin of both of experimental and control groups were drawed so the fourth grade Melati SD Negeri 2 Gianyar as 36 students as experimental class and fourth grade A SD Negeri 1 Gianyar as much 44 students as a control class group. The student's knowledge competence data were collected with an ordinary double-choice objective test instrument of 30 validated questions. The gain score normalization value of fourth grades Melati under the average of 15 people and which reached an average of 21 people while the gain score normalization value of fourth grades A which were below the average of 21 people and who reached an average of 23 people. The result of t-test analysis shows tcalculate = 2,494> ttable (ɑ = 0,05, dk = 78) = 1,991 so H0 was rejected and Ha accepted. In accordance with these results can be concluded Open Ended learning model based on project assessment affect the competence of knowledge PPKn fourth graders of SD Gugus I Gianyar Sub District Academic Year 2017/2018. For researchers who have similarities of variables, the results of this research can be used as a relevant research. Keywords: open ended, project assessment, PPKn

The study aimed to determine the significant difference of knowledge competence in Social Science to group of students taught by Picture and Picture learning model based the Character and group of students taught by conventional learning in grade IV SD Gugus III Kuta Utara, academic year of 2017/2018. This study was a quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study was the whole grade IV SD Gugus III Kuta Utara which consist of 15 classes and 506 students from 7 schools. The sample was obtained by random sampling. The sample in this study were the students of grade IVA SD No. 1 Kerobokan Kaja as experiment group and fourth grade students of SD No. 2 Kerobokan Kaja as control group. The data collected were knowledge competence in Social Sience data and analyzed using t test. The result of data analysis obtained by tc = 4,103 at 5% significance level and dk = 62 obtained tt value = 2,000 so tc = 4,103 > tt = 2,000, H0 rejected. This means that there is a significant difference of knowledge competence in Social Science of students who are taught using Picture and Picture learning model based on the Character and students who are taught using conventional learning. The mean value gain normalize score in the group that was taught using Picture and Picture learning model based the Character was  1=0,50 > 2= 0,34 The mean value gain normalize score in the group that was taught using conventional learning , so the conclusion of this study is the Picture and Picture learning model based the Character effect to knowledge competence in Social Sience of fourth grade students SD Gugus III Kuta Utara in academic year 2017/2018.

Biology is a science that has fundamental dimensions. Biology studies about living things. One of the things learned in Biology is the concept of Animalia. Inquiry learning model based on the cooperative script. The research referred to quasi-experimental research by applying inquiry learning model based on Cooperative Script in X MIPA 5 class as an experimental class and STAD learning model in X MIPA 1 class as a control class conducted at SMAN 1 Arjasa, Jember in the even semester of 2018/2019 academic year. The inquiry learning model based on cooperative script aimed to improve students' learning achievement. The result of data were analyzed  by using covariance analysis (ANAKOVA) which showed that the inquiry learning model based on cooperative script had a significant effect of p = 0,000 with the results of 49.95 in the control class and 54.12 in the experimental class on students' cognitive of grade X at SMAN 1 Arjasa, Jember. The test results of the independent sample t-test implemented in the invertebrate concept had a significant difference to psychomotor students at p = 0,000 with the results of 80.40 in the experimental class and 67.67 in the control class which revealed that from the results obtained both included in the good category.

The objectives of this research are to investigate whether there is difference of influence student learning result after application of cooperative script learning model assisted mind map with direct instruction learning model on the subject of Program Linear class X of SMA Plus Al-Amanah Balongsumber Dander Bojonegoro in the academic year of 2014/2015. This study is a quasi-experimental study using a study design of post-test - only control design. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this research is class X-B as an experimental class and class X-C  as the control class. Data mathematics learning result obtained using the technique of tests, and the tests used in the form of an objective test. Data were analyzed by an independent comparative statistical t-test. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: there is a significant difference between students' mathematics learning result that learned through the cooperative scriptlearning model assisted mind map with the students that learned through direct instruction learning. This suggests there are differences in the effect of the cooperative script learning model assisted mind map with direct learning model mathematics instruction on learning result of students on the subject of Program Linear second semester of class X SMA Plus Al-Amanah Bojonegoro.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the think pair share learning model with a  problem based learning approach is effective based on students' self-efficacy. This research is a quantitative research in the form of quasi-experimental research using a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of the study was the students of X MIPA class of MAN Salatiga in the academic year 2018/2019, the sample was determined using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data was collected using a self-efficacy questionnaire consisting of 20 statements. The results of the study show that: (1) the results of the independent sample t test mean students' self-efficacy obtained a value of 0.035, (2) the average N-Gain score of self-efficacy of students who learned by using the think pair share model with a problem based learning approach of 0.36 while the average N-Gain score of self-efficacy of students who get conventional learning is only 0.23. Thus it can be concluded that the think pair share learning model with a problem based learning approach is effective based on the self-efficacy of X MIPA class of MAN Salatiga students in the academic year 2018/2019.

This study aimed at determining the significant effect of science knowledge competence between groups of students who are taught by using inquary learning model which assisted by animated media with groups of students who are taught through conventional learning in fourth grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika academic year 2017/2018. This study was a quasi experimental research with non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was all fourth grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika which amounted to 266 students. The sample was determined by random sampling technique so that there would be fourth grade of SD Negeri 3 Pedungan as experiment group which amounted to 45 people and fouth grade B of SD Negeri 13 Pedungan as control group which amounted to 30 people. The data collection in this research was done by the test method and the instrument used in the form of ordinary double choice objective test. Data of knowledge competence was analyzed by t-test polled variance. The analysis result indicated that there was a significant effect of science knowledge competence between group of students which was taught by using inquary learning model which assisted by animated media with group of students that was taught by using conventional learning in fourth grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika academic year 2017/2018. Thus, it can be concluded that Inquiry Learning Model which assisted by animated media have a significant effect on science knowledge competence of fourth grade students of SD Gugus Dewi Sartika academic year 2017/2018, and the Inquiry Learning Model which assisted by animated media can be used in studying science so as to create the kind of learning. Keywords : Inquiry, Animation , Science Knowledge Competence

This study aims to determine the significant effect of the knowledge competency of Bahasa Indonesia between the group of students who were studied through cooperative script learning model with strip story media with the group of students who were not studied through cooperative script learning model with strip story media on the fourth grade of students gugus IV Kuta Selatan academic year 2017/2018. This type of study is a quasi experiment with nonquivalent control group research design. The population of study is the fourth grade of students Gugus IV Kuta Selatan academic year 2017/2018 in total 416 students. The sample is determined by random sampling technique. The sample of study is the students of class IVA SD No. 10 Jimbaran as experimental group and the students of class IVA SD No. 4 Jimbaran as control group. The mastery data of the knowledge competency of Bahasa Indonesia is collected by the instrument in form of 23 questions of multiple-choice objective test which is validated. The mastery data of the knowledge competency of Bahasa Indonesia is analyzed by t-test. The result of the analysis shows that there is a significant influence on the mastery of the knowledge competency of Bahasa Indonesia between the group of students who were studied through cooperative script learning model with strip story media with the group of students who were not studied through cooperative script learning model with strip story media on the fourth grade of students gugus IV Kuta Selatan academic year 2017/2018. It is proved by thitung = and at the significant level 5% ( =0,05) with dk = (35+30) – 2 = 63 obtained ttabel = 2,000. Based on test criteria thitung = > ttabel (α=0,05) = 2,000. As well as average score of the mastery of knowledge competency of Bahasa Indonesia of experimental students X1= 0,46 > X2= 0,20 the average score of the mastery of knowledge competency of Bahasa Indonesia of control group students. Thus it can be concluded that cooperative script learning with story strip media influence on the mastery of the knowledge competency of Bahasa Indonesia on the fourth grade of students in SD Gugus IV Kuta Selatan academic year 2017/2018.

This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of cooperative learning model of the Think Pair Share type observed from interpersonal intelligence toward Mathematical competency on the fourth grade at SDN Moh. Hatta in academic year of 2018/2019. This study was a quasi-experimental design with 2 x 2 factorial design. The population of this study were 244 students on the fourth grade of SDN Moh. Hatta in academic year of 2018/2019. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sample.The data were collected using test and non-test methods. The data were analysed using 2-lane variance analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is obtained that (1) FA hitung = 7,002 > F tabel (α = 0,05; 1;76))= 3,967. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. It signifies that “there is a significant difference in Mathematical competency between group of students who are taught through cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share type and group of students who are taught using conventional learning”, (2) FB hitung = 0,041 <  F tabel (α = 0,05; 1;76)) = 3,967. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted. It means that “there is no significant difference in Mathematical competency between students who have high interpersonal intelligence and students who have low interpersonal intelligence”, (3) FAB hitung = 0,902  < F tabel (α = 0,05; 1;76))= 3,967. From the last results, the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted. It means that “there is no significant interaction between cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share type and interpersonal intelligence on Mathematical competency. The results of the treatment effectiveness calculation obtained the score of 14η2=0.083"> . Overall, it can be concluded that the application of the learning model has an influence on the Mathematical competency by 8,3%

The aims of this research is to know the significant influence learning model of Talking Chips based on lesson study towards the results of learning science of fourth grade students, group IV in Sukawati district, academic year 2017/2018. The design of this research is research of quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design program. The sample of this research is all of the fourth grade students, group IV in Sukawati district as many as 145 students. The sample of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 3 Batubulan Kangin as many as 40 students as experiment group and  the fourth grade students of SDN 2 Batubulan Kangin  as many as 40 students as control group. The data were collected by using objective test in multiple choice. The result of this research shows that the result of learning science by using learning model Talking Chips based on Lesson Study in the good category with average value 81,38 and the result of learning science by using conventional learning in the satisfactory category with average value 71. Based on the result of t-test analysis, there were obtained t value = 5,778 and t table = 1,991 so that t value= 5,778 > t table = 1,991 then Ho is rejected. It proves that there are significant difference in the results of learning science between group students which were taught by using learning model of Talking Chips based on Lesson study compared to the students which were taught by using conventional learning of fourth grade students, group IV in Sukawati district, academic year 2017/2018. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of learning model Talking Chips based on Lesson study, influence the result of learning science of fourth grade students, group IV in Sukawati district, academic year 2017/2018.

This study aims to determine the significant difference to the results of science learning between fourth graders Elementary School Gugus Ir. Soekarno South Denpasar academic year 2016/2017 which was taught by using SAVI model of assisted living environment and fourth grade students of SD Gugus Ir. Soekarno South Denpasar academic year 2016/2017 which was taught by conventional learning. This type of research is quasi experiment (quasi experiment).. Student learning outcomes data obtained through the test, the test used is the usual double-choice test, after obtaining the data of students' science learning outcomes then analyzed by t-test. Based on the significant level of 5% and dk = 74 (n1 + n2-2 = 37 + 39 - 2 = 74) obtained by ttable of 2.00 while tcount 3.49 (tcount = 3.49> ttable = 2.00). The average grade of the experimental class is 74.05 and the control class is 67.48. Thus, there is a significant difference to the results of science learning between fourth graders Elementary School Gugus Ir. Soekarno South Denpasar academic year 2016/2017 which was taught by SAVI model of environment-assisted learning and fourth grade students of SD Gugus Ir. Soekarno South Denpasar academic year 2016/2017 which was taught by conventional learning.

ABSTRACT Study aimed to analyze the effect of discovery learning model toward student’s higher order thinking skill. The type of this research was quasi experimental, with experiment class used discovery learning and control class used conventional learning. The population was all of the tenth class of SMA Raksana Medan academic year 2014/1015 which consist of seven classes. Sample was taken with a simple random sampling technique. The data in higher order thinking skill was collected by essay tests. Data analyzed with t test. The result of the study showed that there was positive effect of discovery learning model toward student’s higher order thinking skill in experiment class or given by discovery model. It proved from posttest result in experiment class was higher than control class or there was significant difference of post test score, although in higher order thinking level, both of class still in less level, but student who given discovery learning had higher value than control class.   Keyword : Conventional Learning; Discovery Learning Model; Higher Order Thinking Skill
