AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskrepansi terkait Program Pendidikan Pembentukan Bintara Polri dan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya diskrepansi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluatif dengan model diskrepansi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Kepala SPN dan Tenaga Pendidik di SPN Singaraja. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan wawancara sebagai tindak lanjut untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya diskrepansi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) diskrepansi yang terjadi terkait variabel latar belakang Program Pendidikan Pembentukan Bintara Polri dengan sebesar 6,431 dengan kategori kecil; (2) diskrepansi yang terjadi terkait variabel masukan Program Pendidikan Pembentukan Bintara Polri sebesar 17,36 dengan kategori kecil; dan (3) diskrepansi yang terjadi terkait variabel pelaksanaan pembelajaran Program Pendidikan Pembentukan Bintara Polri sebesar 19,96 dengan kategori kecil; (4) diskrepansi yang terjadi terkait variabel lulusan dalam Program Pendidikan Pembentukan Bintara Polri sebesar 13,41, dengan kategori sangat kecil. Kata kunci: diskrepansi, evaluasi, Program Pendidikan Pembentukan Bintara Polri AbstractThis study aimed to determine the amount of discrepancies related to the implementation Education Program Formation of NCO officer and to determine the factors that hinder the occurrence of discrepancy. This research was an evaluative research with discrepancy model. The population of this research were headmaster and teachers at SPN Singaraja. The research sample were determined by using purposive random sampling technique. The data were collected by using learning observation sheet and interview as a follow-up to know the causative factor of discrepancy. The data of this research were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that: (1) the discrepancy that occurred related to the context variables of Education Program Formation of NCO officer is 16,43 with small category; (2) the discrepancy that occurred related to the input variables of Education Program Formation of NCO officer  is 17,36 with the small category; and (3) the discrepancy that occurred related to the process of Education Program Formation of NCO officer is 19,96 with a small category; (4) the discrepancy that occurred related to the output variables of learning Education Program Formation of NCO officer is 13,41 with a very small category. Keywords : discrepancy, evaluation, scien Education Program Formation of NCO officer

Infographics are visualizations of data, ideas, information or knowledge through charts, graphs, schedules, and others so that data, ideas, information or knowledge can be presented more than just text and have a visual impact that is quite strong and more interesting. The study was conducted at the Bandung Institute of Technology Library and was aimed to determine the role of infographic’s attractiveness, clarity, and ease of understanding in utilizing library services at the Bandung Institute of Technology Library. This study used a quantitative descriptive analysis method, and the population in this study was library visitors totaling 13,716 people. Samples were obtained using the random sampling technique with a total of 100 people. The results of this study indicated that infographics as a promotional medium played a role in library utilization with indicators namely infographic attractiveness, clarity, and ease of understanding. The conclusions are that infographics play a role as promotional media in library utilization: seen from the aspect of attraction, the presentation of content on infographics attract the attention of the reader with display of colors and images that attract the reader; from the aspect of clarity, the information presented is precisely the content on the infographics for readers with font and the suitability the image; from the aspect of ease of understanding, the reader easily understand the information contained in the infographics so the reader can interpret for the meaning the message in this infographics.

<p align="justify">The objectives in this research are describe influence of commitment and compensation in partially and simultaneous on the performance of employees of PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis. The populations in this research are the employee of PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains in Jakarta, while the sample using simple random sampling technique, which determines the sample, in order to obtain the total sample of 109 people. The results showed that the employee performance was predicted by commitment and compensation . In other words, commitment and compensation has been a role in increasing employee performance in the PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains in Jakarta. The results are proved that employee performance was simultaneous affected by commitment and compensation.</p>

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui diskrepansi pendekatan saintifik terkait implementasi pendekatan saintifik pada muatan pelajaran matematika tema organ tubuh manusia dan hewan kelas V SD di Kecamatan Denpasar Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan model diskrepansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru kelas V SD Negeri di Kecamatan Denpasar Barat yang terdiri dari 8 gugus dan terdapat 55 sekolah. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Multistage Random Sampling dalam 3 tahap. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner persepsi guru, lembar observasi pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik, dan dokumentasi untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskripyif kuantitatif dan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) diskrepansi yang terjadi terkait perencanaan pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik sebesar 32,28 tergolong kategori kecil; (2) diskrepansi yang terjadi terkait pelaksanaan pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik sebesar 32,79 tergolong kategori kecil; (3) diskrepansi yang terjadi terkait penilaian pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik sebesar 34,74 tergolong kategori kecil; (4) diskrepansi yang terjadi terkait implementasi pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik sebesar 33,27 tergolong kategori kecil; (5) persepsi guru tentang pendekatan saintifik sebesar 74,71 dengan kategori baik; (6) rata-rata nilai matematika tema organ tubuh manusia dan hewan sebesar 67 dengan kategori baik, dan; (7) tidak terdapat kontribusi antara kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran berpendekatan saintifik dengan hasil belajar matematika tema organ tubuh manusia dan hewan kelas V SD di Kecamatan Denpasar Barat, dengan kategori korelasi sangat rendah.Kata Kunci: evaluasi, diskrepansi, pendekatan saintifik AbstractThis study aims to determined the magnitude of discrepancy scientific approach on the mathematics subjects of human and animal organs theme at grade 5th elementary school in West Denpasar Sub-district. This research was evaluative research with discrepancy model. The population in this research was the grade 5th (fifth) teachers of elementary school in West Denpasar Sub-district which cinsist of 8 clusters and 55 school. The sample were determined by Multistage Random Sampling technique in three stages. Data were collected by using teacher perception questionnaire, observation sheet of the scientific approach, and documentation to find out the results of mathematics learning. Data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis technique and product moment correlation analysis. The result of this study indicated indicated (1) the discrepancy thatoccurs related to the learning plan of scientific approaches is about 32,28 with small category; (2) discrepancy that occurs related to implementation of science-based learning is about 32,79 with small category; (3) discrepancy related to the assessment of the scientific approach learning amouted to 34,74 in the small category; (4) the discrepancy that occured related to the implementation of science based learning approaches amouted to 33,27 to small category;  (5) the teachers perception abaout the scientific approach is 74,71 with good category; (6) the average mathematical value on the theme of human and animal organs of 67 in the medium category, and; (7) there is no contribution between the quality of management learning process of scientific approach with the result of mathematics learning on the theme human and animal organs in West Denpasar Sub-distric, with very low correlation categories. Keywords: Evaluation, discrepancy, scientific approach

ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis Kualitas Pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Bintara Di Sekolah Polisi Negara Polda Bali dengan model CSA-UCLA System Assesment (A), Program Planning (P), Program Implementation (P), Program Improvement (P),  dan Program Certification (P). Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Personil/pegawai Sekolah Polisi Negara Bali (Pendidik danTenaga Kependidikan) 140 orang dan Peserta Didik 92 orang di Sekolah Polisi Negara Polda Bali. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara.  Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif  kuantitatif dan diverifikasi dengan kuadran Glickman. Hasil penelitian dievaluasi dari dimensi A-P-P-P-P terhadap, 1) Personil/Pegawai SPN Polda Bali (Pendidik dan Tenaga kependidikan)  adalah T-R-T-T-T, 2) Peserta Didik yakni T-T-T-R-T  dimana T berarti Tinggi dan R berarti Rendah, sehingga menunjukkan bahwa  secara umum berjalan dengan baik dan berada pada kuadran II yaitu terkategori Baik. Respondents in this study were Member of the Bali Police Regional Police School (Educators and Education staff) are 140 people and 92 students at the Bali Police Regional Police School. The results of the study were evaluated from the dimensions of A-P-P-P-P to 1) Member of the Bali Police Regional Police School (Educators and Education staff)  are T-R-T-T-T, 2) Students are T-T-T-R-T where T means High and R means Low, thus indicating that generally it works well and is in quadrant II which is categorized Good. This research is a quasi-experimental study that aims to determine the effect of interactive video-assisted Blended Learning models on mathematical problem solving abilities. This research was conducted at SMPN 13 Serang City class VIII. The population in this study consisted of 10 classes VIII and taken 2 classes to be sampled. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling technique. The Blended Learning model used in this study isconventional learning in class by involving online resources and online activities which are not a requirement for students to follow. While the video used is a video adopted from one of the paid online learning rooms, Ruang Guru. Problem solving ability is measured using a test in the form of a valid and reliable question description. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis.

This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.

The purpose of this study was to determine added value from the processing of fresh catfish into shredded catfish at "Abon Ikan Lele Sejahtera" in Maruyung Village, Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The research method used is a case study and quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis in this study used Hayami’s method. This research was conducted in Bandung Regency from August 2021 until September 2021. The results show that the added value generated is 69,4%. It means the price of shredded catfish is increase 69% from the price of fresh catfish. The added value is classified as high but can be higher if the business owner reduced the cost of other input contributions.

This research was conducted in the city of Palangkaraya in Central Borneo and city of Banjarbaru in South Borneo in order to describe the perception of public, especially in the city of Palangkaraya and the city of Banjarbaru about the Impact of to-up mobile credit's by ATM to the SMEs mobile credit seller. The research was conducted by survey method and quantitative approach, while the sampling technique used was quota sampling and quantitative descriptive analysis performed. The results showed the less Impact of top-up by ATM to the SMEs credits seller, because top-up by ATM have certain customer segment. However, the top-up by ATM economically very positive impact for the people, eventhough its needs long time transistion of top-up SMEs to the ATM. According to the most people and SMEs need regulation and oversight to create more conductive business for SMEs Keywords : Impact, SMEs, Mobile top-up, Top Up Credit, ATM   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Palangkaraya Kalimantan Tengah dan kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat khususnya di kota Palangkaraya dan kota Banjarbaru tentang dampak isi ulang pulsa di ATM terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan analisa dilakukan secara deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi ulang pulsa seluler di persepsikan kurang berdampak terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler dikarenakan isi ulang pulsa di ATM maupun isi ulang pulsa di kios pulsa memiliki segmen pelanggannya masing-masing. Namun demikian dengan adanya isi ulang pulsa di ATM sangat berdampak positif secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat meskipun peralihannya dari kios pulsa ke ATM atau pola pembelian pulsa berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Menurut sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM penjual pulsa seluler bahwa perlu pengawasan dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif bagi UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. The use of banana plant sap as an incision remedy has been carried out through generations in Citatah Village, Cipatat District, West Bandung Regency, Indonesia. This study aimed to examine the ethnobotanical utilization of banana plant sap as an incision remedy. The research was conducted using the snowball sampling technique by the method of structured observation and interviews with 30 respondents. The followings were tools and materials used for the research, a set of stationery, cameras, voice recorders, and laptops. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that of the thirty respondents who knew the utilization of banana plant sap as wound remedy, only 60% were still using it. Parts of banana plants that were often used by the community was the banana plant shoots by 87% of the total respondents and banana leaf fronds by 13%. There was no specific type of banana used for this wound remedy. However, the type of banana most widely used by the community was ambon Banana (Musa paradisiaca var. sapientum) with a percentage of 20%, kulutuk/manggala banana (Musa balbisiana) 60%, and kepok Banana (Musa paradisiaca formatypica) 20%. Based on the results of the observation and interview, there were at least four benefits of using banana sap, namely preventing infection, sticking wounds, stopping bleeding, and drying the wound. While scientifically, this banana sap can be used as the wound remedy because it contains flavonoid compounds, saponins, triterpenoids, steroids, alkaloids, ascorbic acid, and tannins.

Agroforestry is a land use management system by combining agriculture and forestry and or husbandry to achieved yield optimalization (Indriyanto, 2006). Agroforestry systems with mixed garden pattern consist various types of plants that perform a different composition of plants so there are varied incomes from one place to another. This study aims to: (1) identifying the composition of agroforestry based on INP and its effect on income, (2) analyze the composition of the contribution of agroforestry products to total farm household income. Methods of data collection for species composition using purposive sampling while for the respondent farmers using stratified random sampling. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the largest contributes of the composition of plant in three zones, namely the upper, middle, and bottom obtained on the composition of IX which is located in the lower zone of Rp 23,127,404, -/ha/yr with highest INP of cocoa is 94.86%. The magnitude of the average farmer's total income from each source of income from agroforestry to Rp 36.992.171/ha/yr and non-agroforestry amounting to Rp 9.312.500/yr. The magnitude of the contribution of agroforestry systems to farmers' incomes Pesawaran Indah Villages of 91.44%, meaning that agroforestry provides a major contribution to the household income of farmers.  Key words : agroforestry, composition of plants, contribution of agroforestry
