This study aims to reveal the achievement motivation of the athlete's long jump ability. This is so motivated by the observations of the athlete's long jump performance is still not in accordance with reality. Achievement of an athlete long jump is still lower than the previous year and tends to decline. One reason is the low motivation of athlete achievement. This phenomenon is an attraction for writers to examine related to the optimization of achievement motivation to improve the performance of long jump athletes. This type of research is quasi-experiment. Sampling is done by purposive random sampling. The sample size was 32 people out of 58 athletes. Achievement motivation data obtained through the use of instruments in the form of a questionnaire. Validity analysis is to test using product-moment correlation SPSS version 20.00 and data analysis with T-Test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in ability of long jump athletes with high achievement motivation compared to low achievement motivation.

This research aims to know the effect of leadership, competence and motivation on employees performance. The sample size of this research is 63 employees out of 167 employees of PT Tunas Mandiri Migas. The sampling method used is random sampling. The data gathering technique applied is questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The result of this study shows that leadership, competence and motivation simultaneously influence the employees performance. The result also shows that partially leadership and competence influence the employees performance. Whereas motivation partially does not influence the employees performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 63 karyawan dari 167 karyawan PT Tunas Mandiri Migas. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan motivasi secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan secara parsial kepemimpinan dan kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan motivasi secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

This study aimed to reveal: (1) the effect of PBL on the achievement motivation; (2) the effect of PjBL on the achievement motivation; and (3) differences of achievement motivation between the group taught using PBL and the group taught using PjBL. This study was a quasi experiment with the nonequivalent commparison group design. The population was grade V students of SD Negeri Lempuyangwangi in academic year 2016/2017. The data analysis used t-test and Univariate Analysis of Variance at the significant levelof 5%. The result are as follows: (1) PBL improved positively and significantly on theachievement motivation; (2) PjBL improved positively and significantly on theachievement motivation; and (3) there is a significant difference on theachievement motivation between the group taught using PBL and that taught using PjBL.

This study aims to determine the differences in farming income for the cropping system of the patchouli cacao intercropping system and the cocoa monoculture system in the Puduria Jaya Village Buke Sub District South Konawe District. This research was conducted in Puduria Jaya Village Buke Sub District, South Konawe District in 2019. The determination of research respondents was carried out by proportional stratified random sampling. Methods of data analysis using income analysis and t-test. The results showed that the average income of patchouli intercropping farmers was IDR 16,172,200 / ha and the income of cocoa monoculture farmers was IDR 3,904,783 / ha. The income of patchouli cocoa intercropping farmers and cocoa monocultures shows a significant difference where the income of patchouli cacao intercropping patterns is greater than that of cocoa monocultures.

This research paper is an attempt to study the level of anxiety, stress and depression among flood affected people in Kashmir valley. This study is based on sample of 100 subjects divided into two equal groups (male and female) selected through sample random sampling. The level of anxiety, stress and depression were measured by anxiety, depression and stress scale (ADSS-BSPSA) developed by Pallavi Bhatnagar et al., Department of Psychology Lucknow University. Mean, S.D, SED and t-test were applied for data analysis. The results reveal that the significant difference was found between the male and female subjects in respect to anxiety, stress and depression scores. Significant difference was found at 0.05 and 0.01 levels respectively.

AbstractLow athlete’s long jump performance and training that use are not systematic. This study aims to decide the effect of plyometric training on athlete performance. This study was a quasi-experiment comprising 32 athletes taken using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument with the long jump test is under the standard of the Indonesian Athletics Association (PASI), and the data analysis uses t-test. Based on data analysis; there were significant differences in athlete performance before and after being given plyometric training. This study recommends that athletes’ long jump performance be better, one of  using Plyometric Exercises.

Based on the researcher’s observation on the field, it seems that the ability of students of SMK Teknologi Riau in long jump is still low, and many students don’t have good enough techniques of long jump itself, besides that, the training method that is used is not appropriate yet. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of circuit training method towards the students’ long jump ability at SMK Teknologi Riau. This type of this research is Experimental using T-test, the population of this research in class XI of SMK Teknologi Riau consist of 11 male students. The result of data analysis shows that : (1) There are different of result of long jump ability in circuit method (Thitung = 4.75 > Ttabel = 1.812),. So that is why Thitung bigger than Ttable its mean there is significant effect in using circuit method towards Long Jump of SMK Teknologi Riau students.

The present study was aimed to investigate the sports competition anxiety among netball players for this purpose the investigator collect data from 50 netball players divided in two groups (30 males and 20 females). Further these two groups were divided into two more groups’ senior and junior players. Data was collected through Random sampling method by applying sports competition anxiety test developed by Marten 1977. For data analysis t-test was applied. Results revealed that there is no significant difference found between mean scores of sports competition anxiety among male and female netball players also insignificant difference were found among senior and junior players in respect to sports competition anxiety. Further findings show that male and senior players have high levels of sports competition anxiety than female and junior netball players.

The cardinal object of the present study was to investigate the adjustment of the B.Sc and M.Sc students. The present study consisted sample of 400 students subjects (200 boys and 200 girls), selected through random sampling technique from Rajkot city of Gujarat state. Data was collected with the help of K. G. Desai adjustment inventory. For data analysis and hypothesis testing Mean, SD, and t-test was applied. Results revealed that there is a significant difference between boys and girls students with respect to their adjustment.

In order to investigate the awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated Courses among the higher secondary students, a sample size of 309 higher secondary students were selected by adopting a simple random sampling technique from the Tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu. Awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses were assessed with the help of ‘Scale on Awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses’. A descriptive survey method was adopted for the study and the data obtained from the survey was analyzed using percentage analysis, t-test, and F-test. The findings of the study depicted that there is a low level of awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses among the higher secondary students. Moreover, there is no significant difference in awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses among the higher secondary students with regard to gender and locality of the students. But it is found that there is significant difference in awareness of B.A/B.Sc.Ed integrated courses among the higher secondary students with regard to their age group.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p> </p><p><em>CONVENTIONAL AND MULTIMEDIA BASED LEARNING A (Comparation Study In In MTs. Al-Muttaqin Plemahan Kediri).</em> The interaction during learning process is influenced by the circumstances, the effectiveness of learning media is the example. This research is to test the theory of two motivation factors that put forward by the Herzberg.  He  states that the motivation of the person in doing something influenced by two factors namely intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. This theory is then made the basis development the theory of motivation to learn that the students learning achievement motivation is influenced by those two factors components. In addition in this research also focus testing the effectiveness of learning media that put forward by Edgar Dale known with <em>Dale</em> <em>'</em> <em>s Cone of Experience. </em>This study use a quantitative research using mixed approach method. Data collection is done by questionnaires and documentation, interview and observation. The sampling is determined by the technique of random sampling. Analysis of statistical data with the t-test independent formula. the results of the analysis comparison with t-test, independent data shows that there is a significant difference between motivation and student learning achievements between the learning using multimedia computer and conventional methods so that it can be concluded that the motivation and achievement of student learning using multimedia computer is better than using conventional methods in Al-Muttaqin Plemahan Kediri Secondary Schools.</p><p><strong>Key Words:  <em>Multimedia, Learning, Motivation, Achievement</em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Interaksi yang terjadi selama proses belajar juga dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan belajarnya, di antaranyaadalahefektifitas media pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji teori motivasi dua faktor yang dikemukakan oleh Herzberg.  Teori Herzberg  menyatakan bahwa motivasi seseorang dalam melakukan sesuatu dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yakni faktor instrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik. Teori ini kemudian juga dijadikan landasan dalam pengembangan teori motivasi belajar, bahwa motivasi prestasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor instrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini juga memfokuskan pengujian teori tantang efektifitas media pembelajaran yang dikemukakan oleh Edgar Dale yang dikenal dengan<em> Dale</em><em>’</em><em>s Cone of Experience. </em>Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan mixed method. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket, dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data statistik dengan rumus t-test independent. hasil analisis komparasi dengan t-test independen, data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa antara pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia komputer dan metode konvensional, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi dan Prestasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan multimedia komputer lebih baik dari pada dengan menggunakan metode konvensional di MTs.
