Analysis of Farmers' Income Differences Using The Cocoa-Patchouli Intercropping System And The Cocoa Monoculture System In Puduria Jaya Village Buke Sub District South Konawe District

This study aims to determine the differences in farming income for the cropping system of the patchouli cacao intercropping system and the cocoa monoculture system in the Puduria Jaya Village Buke Sub District South Konawe District. This research was conducted in Puduria Jaya Village Buke Sub District, South Konawe District in 2019. The determination of research respondents was carried out by proportional stratified random sampling. Methods of data analysis using income analysis and t-test. The results showed that the average income of patchouli intercropping farmers was IDR 16,172,200 / ha and the income of cocoa monoculture farmers was IDR 3,904,783 / ha. The income of patchouli cocoa intercropping farmers and cocoa monocultures shows a significant difference where the income of patchouli cacao intercropping patterns is greater than that of cocoa monocultures.

This study is an ex-post facto research which aims to find out the influence of the mastery of function words on reading ability of the seventh grade students of secondary school and to find out how the reading ability between students with adequate function words’ mastery and students with inadequate function words’ mastery is. The samples used in this research were two groups of students who have adequate and inadequate function words’ mastery. Each group consists of 30 students that is chosen by using stratified random sampling. In analysing the data, researcher used Independent Sample t-Test. The result shows that the mastery of function words significantly influences students’ reading ability. It is found that there is significant difference of students’ reading ability between students with adequate mastery in function words with those having inadequate mastery in function words. It is found that students with adequate function words’ mastery have better and higher ability in reading than students having inadequate function words’ mastery.

The objective of this research is to know the comparison of Superjohn varieties and varieties of Granola L in Pinasungkulan Utara Village, Modoinding District. The location of the study was determined purposively (purposive sampling), the determination of the number of samples taken by census (Saturated Sampling) for farmers varieties Granola L as much as 20 farmers and 20 farmers Superjohn varieties taken simple random (Simple Random Sampling). The method of analysis used in this research is the analysis of farm income and komaparatif analysis by using t-test two samples Independent Sample T-test. The results showed that the average income of farmers Superjohn varieties is Rp.70.062.947,00 lower than the average income obtained by farmers varieties Granola L Rp.87.029.058,00. It can be seen that the average income difference between the two varieties is Rp.16.960.111,00. Based on statistical test results with MINITAB Program, the calculation of income per hectare obtained significant value of P-Value of 0.01 at α 5% that is 0,01 < 0,05. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is tested for the fact that there is a significant difference between Superjohn varieties potato production income and Granola L varieties.

The present study made an attempt to know the study involvement of adolescent students in relation to their noise sensitivity. The present study consists sample of 274 students selected through stratified random sampling technique. Coefficient of correlation and t-test was applied for data analysis and hypothesis testing. Results revealed that there is no relationship between adolescent students study involvement and noise sensitivity. Findings also show that adolescent students’ study involvement depends on their noise sensitivity.

ABSTRAKCedera kepala masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang mengakibatkan dampak serius bagi penderitanya, trauma menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya kematian diseluruh dunia. Penyebab paling umum yang memicu terjadinya cedera kepala adalah kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor. Prevalensi cedera tertinggi berdasarkan karakteristik responden yaitu pada kelompok umur 15-24 tahun (11,7%). Minimnya kompetensi masyarakat dalam mencegah terjadinya cedera sekunder yang seringkali menyertai pasien dan justru menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan penanganan pertama pada cedera kepala terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Malang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan non equivalent control groupdesign. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 responden dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil analisis uji independent t test menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada variabel pengetahuan (0,017) antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan. Perlunya pelatihan pada masyarakat agar dapat mengenali kebutuhan dan memberikan perawatan awal yang tepat pada korban trauma akut dan memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat kepada ambulans.Kata Kunci : cedera kepala, pelatihan pertolongan pertama, siswa SMAABSTRACTHead injuries still a health problem that has serious consequences for the sufferer, where trauma is the leading cause of death. The most common cause is a motor vehicle accident. The highest prevalence of injury is in the age group 15-24 years (11.7%). The lack of community competence in preventing secondary injury that often accompanies the patient and is the main cause of death. This study aim to analyze the effect of head injuries first aid to increase knowledge in students of SMA Negeri 6 Malang. The method in this research was quasy experimental. The samples was 52 respondents using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The result of independent t test showed that there was significant difference in knowledge variable (0,017). The need for training in common people to recognize the needs and provide appropriate early care to victims of acute trauma and can provide more accurate information to the ambulance.Keywords: head injuries, first aid training, high school students

This research paper is an attempt to study the level of anxiety, stress and depression among flood affected people in Kashmir valley. This study is based on sample of 100 subjects divided into two equal groups (male and female) selected through sample random sampling. The level of anxiety, stress and depression were measured by anxiety, depression and stress scale (ADSS-BSPSA) developed by Pallavi Bhatnagar et al., Department of Psychology Lucknow University. Mean, S.D, SED and t-test were applied for data analysis. The results reveal that the significant difference was found between the male and female subjects in respect to anxiety, stress and depression scores. Significant difference was found at 0.05 and 0.01 levels respectively.

The present study designed to investigate the Impact of Education in the Perception of Muslim People about Instant Triple Talaq Law. The main objectives of the study were to compare mean scores of perceptions of educated and uneducated Muslim people about Instant Triple Talaq Law, to compare mean scores of perceptions of educated male and educated female Muslim people about Instant Triple Talaq Law, and to compare mean scores of perceptions of uneducated male and uneducated female Muslim people about Instant Triples Talaq Law. For this study, 100 Muslim people were selected from Bargarh district, Odisha through stratified random sampling. A Causal comparative method was employed by the researcher. The investigator prepared a Perception Scale for collecting data. The ‘t’ test revealed that a significant difference was found in the mean scores of perceptions between educated and uneducated Muslim people towards instant triple talaq law. The findings also reveal that no significant mean difference was found between educated male and educated female and uneducated male and uneducated female Muslim people in perceiving the impact of education about Instant Triple Talaq Law.

The present study was aimed to investigate the sports competition anxiety among netball players for this purpose the investigator collect data from 50 netball players divided in two groups (30 males and 20 females). Further these two groups were divided into two more groups’ senior and junior players. Data was collected through Random sampling method by applying sports competition anxiety test developed by Marten 1977. For data analysis t-test was applied. Results revealed that there is no significant difference found between mean scores of sports competition anxiety among male and female netball players also insignificant difference were found among senior and junior players in respect to sports competition anxiety. Further findings show that male and senior players have high levels of sports competition anxiety than female and junior netball players.

The cardinal object of the present study was to investigate the adjustment of the B.Sc and M.Sc students. The present study consisted sample of 400 students subjects (200 boys and 200 girls), selected through random sampling technique from Rajkot city of Gujarat state. Data was collected with the help of K. G. Desai adjustment inventory. For data analysis and hypothesis testing Mean, SD, and t-test was applied. Results revealed that there is a significant difference between boys and girls students with respect to their adjustment.

This study aims to reveal the achievement motivation of the athlete's long jump ability. This is so motivated by the observations of the athlete's long jump performance is still not in accordance with reality. Achievement of an athlete long jump is still lower than the previous year and tends to decline. One reason is the low motivation of athlete achievement. This phenomenon is an attraction for writers to examine related to the optimization of achievement motivation to improve the performance of long jump athletes. This type of research is quasi-experiment. Sampling is done by purposive random sampling. The sample size was 32 people out of 58 athletes. Achievement motivation data obtained through the use of instruments in the form of a questionnaire. Validity analysis is to test using product-moment correlation SPSS version 20.00 and data analysis with T-Test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in ability of long jump athletes with high achievement motivation compared to low achievement motivation.
