The article discusses the meanings of life and value priorities of the post- Soviet society. The author argues that, at present, there are symptoms of a global ideological crisis in the world, that the West does not have its own vision of where and how to move on and has no understanding of the future. Unfortunately, most of the post-Soviet countries do not have such vision as well. In these conditions, there are mistrust, confusion, paradoxical manifestation of human consciousness. The main meanings that determine our life-world are: the desire of citizens for social justice and social security, the desire to figure out and understand the basic values of modern society, how honestly and equally the authorities act toward their fellow citizens, and to what extent they reflect their interests. The meanings of life, which are the answers to the challenges of the time, are embodied in the cultural code of each nation, state. The growth points of new values, which will become the basis for the future sustainable development of a new civilization, have yet to be discovered in the systemic transformative changes of the culture. In this process, the emergence of a new system of values that governs human life is inevitable. However, modern technology brings new troubles to humans. It has provided wide opportunities for informational violence and public consciousness manipulation. Nowadays, the scenario that is implemented in Western consumer societies claims to be the dominant scenario. Meanwhile, today there is no country in the world that is a role model, there is no ideal that others would like to borrow. Most post-Soviet states failed to advance their societies to more decent levels of economic development, to meet the challenges of the modern information age, and to provide the population with new high living standards. Therefore, in conditions of growing confrontation, we should realistically understand the world and be ready to implement changes that will ensure sustainable development of the state and society without losing our national identity.

The article explores formation of new ideals and values that has become a key task of the European community after overcoming totalitarianism. Many researchers of that time were looking for methods to prevent atomization and establish democracy, and one of the methods was communicative philosophy. This approach helped to shape the main narratives that still shape the politics of Western Europe. However, Brexit, the international economic crisis of 2008-2011, the COVID-19 pandemic are Black Swans that each time set the tone for the mood of society and determine the meanings of narratives on social networks (virtual and real). The communicative-network transformation of society is capable of materializing the discourse around new problems of the world in order to prevent a moral split. The virtual dimension of our everyday life acquires key roles in the dissemination of thoughts and shaping the mood of society. This transformation creates new threats to liberal values that were formed long before the “state in the smartphone”. Focusing attention on the modern conditions of human life will help to better understand its political behavior and ways to create better conditions for democracy in modern society.

The 21st century is characterized as the century of globalization, the integration of cultures, which, of course, leaves its mark on the development of cognitive linguistics. Linguistics as a science of language, reflects all the changes that occur in the thinking and speech behavior of modern society. Cognitive linguistics makes it possible to identify and trace the logical foundations of the emergence and development of the human language as a general cultural phenomenon of human life and its features within the framework of a national culture. Cognitive studies in the language bring people together with different levels of development, culture and religious affiliation, which is necessary in the high-tech age, as they promote tolerance, religious tolerance and mutual respect. The article analyzes the mythological and religious texts of different peoples and faiths in order to identify one of C. Jung’s archetypes. It is a collective unconscious modeling function of certain words. Three centuries ago R. Descartes called such archetypes “the alphabet of human thoughts”. Then this expression was partially used in the late 1650s by the mathematician Blaise Pascal, and later applied in the works of G. Leibniz at the end of the 17th century. It is noteworthy that Descartes, Pascal, C. Jung and some other famous scholars were among the first in linguistics and the history of philosophical teachings to point out the importance of studying the symbolic primitives of thought in linguistic culture. They believed that such archetypes, thanks to symbolism, are part of the general linguistic picture of the world. At the same time the analysis was carried out, confirming one of the main provisions of modern cognitive linguistics about the interplay of language and culture, the originality of the linguistic picture of the world put forward in the Middle Ages by E. B. de Condillac, later proclaimed by W. von Humbolt, and underlying Sapir-Wharf’s theory of linguistic relativity. Not trying to “grasp the immensity”, the author of the article did not set a goal to indicate the use of the tokens “bull” and “cow” in different ancient languages. For example, in Asia and the East they acquire individual meaning in the group of Semitic languages (Arabic, etc.) or Turkic-speaking (Turkish, etc.). They are beyond the scope of our study. Comparisons and comparisons of these lexemes only in Russian and Hindi and a group of Indonesian languages come into view. Some other isolated parallels relate to the so-called “background information”. The study relies on a systematic analysis of the famous anthropologist K. Levy-Strauss and on the analogy method, widely used by linguists, culturologists, and anthropologists.

At present there is more than half of the world population who is currently using the Internet, due to which it seems relevant to develop not only technical, but also humanitarian and metaphysical views and theories that can serve the basis for the analysis of this phenomenon. The aim of these areas of studies should be rethinking of the role and place of man in the structure of modern society, as well as the role and place of the society in human life. The methodology for these processes comprehension lies in the plane of ontology, social philosophy and anthropology, based on the integration of the latter with cybernetics and mathematics, synergetics and mathematical modeling. Systemic and historical methods are inevitably capable of synthesizing the results of such a methodological approach, leading to the appearance of neologisms, the explication of new notions that most adequately reflect the essence of modern processes. The article illustrates a number of phenomena that should be studied with the aim of forming a person not as an object, but as a subject of global digital communication.

Turkey, which has a certain status due to its special geographic and geopolitical position, once again faces a choice of further development path. A country that positions itself on the world stage as a connecting link between the regions of East and West today, at the end of two hundred years of Westernization, is again putting forward the thesis of the sacred foundations of social life — the spiritual values of Islam. The situation is complicated by the fact that over the past decade, phenomena (extremism, terrorism, Islamophobia) have become widespread throughout the world, which in the minds of modern society are associated with the internal problems of Islam

Rasulullah saw. had informed muslims about the occurrences that will befall mankind on their way to the end of time, including the evil disasters that will hit the earth, kill, and destroy the human being. As a muslim, there is no word except that we believe in the occurrences and phases of the journey towards the end of the time. This study aimed to explain one of the occurrences of the journey towards the end of time that befall the world and mankind today, which is one of the deadly infectious outbreaks so-called coronavirus or covid-19, which has destroyed many people, imprisoned people in cities and countries, and caused various disasters and havocs as the result of the outbreak. The research method used was library research which was through a literature review related to the research. The results showed that the information of the journey towards the end of time would appear one by one in the range of human life, how they live, so thus Allah swt. shows them the meaning of the age they lived in. The worse human life is, the more Allah swt. show the badness of that era to the point where it is rampant engulfing the world and mankind, even though among those times are pious people, whether in an Islamic country or groups. Muslims are encouraged to follow the Shari'a when an epidemic strikes a country, namely: 1) not entering a country affected by disaster; 2) close the container where the water is; 3) pray a lot and recite; and 4) living in the city of Medina; stay indoors. Finally, the effects of the plague at the end of time are: 1) the number of sudden deaths; and 2) humans are isolated.
