In attracting international class students, IIB Darmajaya tries its best to give all the best to meet student satisfaction. English is an obligation for international class students in every given course, and they must graduate from that course. This study aims to determine the factors that determine the satisfaction of international class students of IIB Darmajaya and to determine what factors are the most dominant in the satisfaction of international class students. The population in this study were active students of IIB Darmajaya. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis show the essential attributes, namely regarding students having problems, lecturers/employees can solve problems, the department always finds out what students need. Students feel safe with the final grades of lectures. In general, the student satisfaction index in the international class for the attributes tested is in the reasonably satisfying criteria.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen di kantin Rumah Kayu, Institut Teknologi Sumatera. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Metode sampling secara purposif dilakukan dengan jumlah 94 responden, sebagian besar adalah mahasiswa. Atribut yang paling penting berdasarkan persepsi konsumen adalah keamanan dan kebersihan makanan dan minuman yang disajikan, sedangkan atribut yang memiliki performa paling baik adalah variasi menu. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa harga produk, kesesuaian harga dan kualitas, kesesuaian harga dan kuantitas, area makan yang nyaman dan menarik secara visual, dan kecepatan penyajian merupakan atribut-atribut yang memiliki prioritas tinggi untuk diintervensi. Hasil analisis CSI menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen adalah 72,33% dan dikategorikan sebagai ‘memuaskan’. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan beberapa atribut diperlukan sesuai dengan prioritas yang disarankan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. ABSTRACT: The objective of this study was to investigate the level of customer satisfaction in Rumah Kayu cafetaria at Institut Teknologi Sumatera. The study was conducted by using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Sampling method by purposive sampling was carried out with 94 respondents, mostly were students. The most important attribute from cafeteria customer perception was safeness and cleanliness of food and drink served, whereas the top performance attribute was menu variation. The results of IPA analysis showed that product price, price-quality fairness, price-quantity fairness, dining area comfortability and visual attractiveness, and quick serving were identified as high priorities for intervention. Finding based on CSI analysis showed that the level of customer satisfaction was 72.33% and categorized as ‘satisfied’. Therefore, improvement of some attributes required in accordance with priorities that have been generated by this study in order to improve customer satisfaction. Non-financial performance is performance that shows a growth company. Companies can find out the success rate of their company by using non-financial performance analysis. The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is an influence between transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness on the company’s non-financial performance. The method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and obtained through a questionnaire with a number of respondents as many as 40. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the hypothesis of transparancy and accountability has no significant effect on non-financial performance, while the hypothesis of responsibility, independency and fairness have a positive and significant effect on non-financial performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of perceived quality and brand image on brand loyalty towards Reebok shoes brand equity. The population of this study is people who have used Reebok shoes, while the study sample is 80 people determined using non-probability sampling method specifically purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of the analysis, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, and brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on brand equity. To build brand equity, Reebok should focus on customer brand loyalty by paying attention to their customers’ perceived quality and image of the brand. Tanjung Bumi batik has a rich variety of motifs, patterns, and colors that can describe the character of the coastal population, especially Madura Island. The purpose of this study was to determine whether product innovation and Facebook media marketing had an effect on buying interest in batik. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, and analyzed with IBM SPSS 2.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the product innovation variable (X1) is worth 0.608, which shows a value of 0.000 0.05, this indicates that the product innovation variable has a significant effect on buying interest. The Facebook media marketing variable (X2) has a value of 0.424, which shows a value of 0.000 0.05, it shows that the Facebook media marketing variable has a significant effect on buying interest. Based on testing the value of Ftable 2.41 Fcount of 483.646 with a significance of 0.000 0.05, this shows that Product Innovation and Facebook Media Marketing have a simultaneous or joint effect on buying interest.

Abstrak: Peneitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana peran ukuran perusahaan dan kepemilikan institusional mempengaruhi tax avoidance yang dimoderasi oleh variabel profitabilitas. Populasi sebagai objek riset ini menggunakan seluruh perusahaan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel yang digunakan sebagai objek penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling teknik purposive sampling yaitu perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang infrastructure, utilities, and transportation yang listing di BEI pada periode waktu 2014—2018. Kriteria yang ditetapkan peneliti adalah perusahaan yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance sementara kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance. Profitabilitas terbukti dapat memperkuat pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap tax avoidance. Implikasi dari hasil riset ini dapat memberikan masukan dan pengetahuan bagi Perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan dan menyelesaikan tindakan tax avoidance yang akan dan sudah dilakukan perusahaan dan bagi manajemen perusahaan dapat memikirkan strategi yang sesuai untuk mengalokasikan biaya di dalam perusahaan untuk meminimalkan tax avoidance. Abstract: This research has the aim of seeing how the role of Company Size and Institutional Ownership affects Tax Avoidance which is moderated by the Profitability variable. The population as the object of this research uses all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample used as the research object was obtained using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling technique, namely companies engaged in the infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sectors listed on the IDX in the 2014-2018 time period. The criteria set by the researcher are companies that do not meet the predetermined criteria, not used in this study. The results of this study indicate that company size has an effect on tax avoidance while institutional ownership has no effect on tax avoidance. Profitability is proven to strengthen the influence of company size and institutional ownership on tax avoidance. The implication of the results of this research can provide input and knowledge for the company in making decisions and resolving tax avoidance actions that the company will and have taken and for company management to think about appropriate strategies to allocate costs within the company to minimize tax avoidance.

There is knowledge about the analysis of the influence of sales store atmosphere and sales promotion on impulse buying and positive emotion in Matahari Department Store Yogyakarta. Non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique using Matahari Department Store consumers as many as 100 consumers as respondents. The questionnaire which is the instrument in this study was analyzed using SPSS 25. The researcher took the result that positive emotion was not positively influenced by sales promotion. Positive emotion is positively influenced by store atmosphere. Impulse buying is not positively influenced by sales promotion. Impulsive buying is also not positively influenced by the store atmosphere. Meanwhile, impulsive buying is significantly influenced by the positive emotion variable. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Entrepreneurship Skills, Market Orientation, Sales Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Competence have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field. The population in this study is SMEs in the culinary sector. The sample used in this study were 50 respondens who owned MSMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Overall the results of this study are that Entrepreneurship Skills have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Market Orientation has no effect on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19, Sales Orientation has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Entrepreneurship Competence has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to look at the infl uence of motivation, behavior and understanding of community decisions in choosing islamic banking, this study uses non-probability sampling technique through purposive sampling method with a sample of 84 people, not all populations can be sampled with certain considerations. the results of this study that motivation has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks, behavior has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks and understanding has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks both partially and simultaneously. Based on the coeffi cient of determination, it can be concluded that motivation, behavior, and understanding infl uence community decisions by 0.471 or 47.1%, while the remaining 52.9% is infl uenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstrack: Nurse’s performance is a quality and quantity work result accomplished by a nurse in fulfilling her duties according to her responsibilities in providing nursing care to the patient overall. There is some factors that influence the nurse performance,one of the factor is leadership style. The research purpose is to identify the leadership style og head room to the nurse and nurse performance to the patient and to analyze whether there is any relation of leadership style of head room with nurse performance in inpatient room of GMIM Pancaran Kasih Hospital Manado. The research design used is descriptive analysis method through cross-sectional. The sample consists of 61 respondents obtained by using non random sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The result of the research significant result was obtained at ρ-value=1,000 >(0,05). The condusion is that there is no relation between leadership style of head room with nurse performance in inpatient room of GMIM Pancaran Kasih Hospital Manado.Keywords: Head office leadership style, nurse performanceAbstrak: Kinerja perawat adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang perawat dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien secara menyeluruh. Ada berapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat salah satunya yaitu gaya kepemimpinan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan pada perawat dan kinerja perawat pada pasien serta menganalisis Apakah Ada Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Ruangan Dengan Kinerja Perawat Diruang Rawat Inap RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Desain penelitian yang digunakan Deskriptif Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel berjumlah 61 responden yang didapat dengan menggunakan tehnik non random sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai signifikan p-value = 1,000 > (0,05) Kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat diruang rawat inap RSU GMIM Panacaran Kasih Manado.Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Ruangan, Kinerja Perawat

Kualitas pelayanan jasa merupakan hal yang penting untuk mempertahankan konsumen lama dan menarik konsumen baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen Grab di Kota Bandung dan melihat indikator atau faktor apa saja yang harus dipertahankan, dikurangi, ditambahkan dan diperbaiki. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 385 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deksriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Dari hasil analisis menurut tanggapan resonden berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan dapat dikategorikan sangat penting namun tanggapan responden berdasarkan kinerja dikategorikan baik dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen termasuk dalam kategori “Concern of Cause” artinya tidak cukup puas. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah memprioritaskan perbaikan dalam kenyamanan pelanggan.
