Tanjung Bumi batik has a rich variety of motifs, patterns, and colors that can describe the character of the coastal population, especially Madura Island. The purpose of this study was to determine whether product innovation and Facebook media marketing had an effect on buying interest in batik. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, and analyzed with IBM SPSS 2.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the product innovation variable (X1) is worth 0.608, which shows a value of 0.000 0.05, this indicates that the product innovation variable has a significant effect on buying interest. The Facebook media marketing variable (X2) has a value of 0.424, which shows a value of 0.000 0.05, it shows that the Facebook media marketing variable has a significant effect on buying interest. Based on testing the value of Ftable 2.41 Fcount of 483.646 with a significance of 0.000 0.05, this shows that Product Innovation and Facebook Media Marketing have a simultaneous or joint effect on buying interest.

In attracting international class students, IIB Darmajaya tries its best to give all the best to meet student satisfaction. English is an obligation for international class students in every given course, and they must graduate from that course. This study aims to determine the factors that determine the satisfaction of international class students of IIB Darmajaya and to determine what factors are the most dominant in the satisfaction of international class students. The population in this study were active students of IIB Darmajaya. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis show the essential attributes, namely regarding students having problems, lecturers/employees can solve problems, the department always finds out what students need. Students feel safe with the final grades of lectures. In general, the student satisfaction index in the international class for the attributes tested is in the reasonably satisfying criteria.

Abstrak: Peneitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana peran ukuran perusahaan dan kepemilikan institusional mempengaruhi tax avoidance yang dimoderasi oleh variabel profitabilitas. Populasi sebagai objek riset ini menggunakan seluruh perusahaan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel yang digunakan sebagai objek penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling teknik purposive sampling yaitu perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang infrastructure, utilities, and transportation yang listing di BEI pada periode waktu 2014—2018. Kriteria yang ditetapkan peneliti adalah perusahaan yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance sementara kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance. Profitabilitas terbukti dapat memperkuat pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap tax avoidance. Implikasi dari hasil riset ini dapat memberikan masukan dan pengetahuan bagi Perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan dan menyelesaikan tindakan tax avoidance yang akan dan sudah dilakukan perusahaan dan bagi manajemen perusahaan dapat memikirkan strategi yang sesuai untuk mengalokasikan biaya di dalam perusahaan untuk meminimalkan tax avoidance. Abstract: This research has the aim of seeing how the role of Company Size and Institutional Ownership affects Tax Avoidance which is moderated by the Profitability variable. The population as the object of this research uses all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample used as the research object was obtained using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling technique, namely companies engaged in the infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sectors listed on the IDX in the 2014-2018 time period. The criteria set by the researcher are companies that do not meet the predetermined criteria, not used in this study. The results of this study indicate that company size has an effect on tax avoidance while institutional ownership has no effect on tax avoidance. Profitability is proven to strengthen the influence of company size and institutional ownership on tax avoidance. The implication of the results of this research can provide input and knowledge for the company in making decisions and resolving tax avoidance actions that the company will and have taken and for company management to think about appropriate strategies to allocate costs within the company to minimize tax avoidance.

There is knowledge about the analysis of the influence of sales store atmosphere and sales promotion on impulse buying and positive emotion in Matahari Department Store Yogyakarta. Non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique using Matahari Department Store consumers as many as 100 consumers as respondents. The questionnaire which is the instrument in this study was analyzed using SPSS 25. The researcher took the result that positive emotion was not positively influenced by sales promotion. Positive emotion is positively influenced by store atmosphere. Impulse buying is not positively influenced by sales promotion. Impulsive buying is also not positively influenced by the store atmosphere. Meanwhile, impulsive buying is significantly influenced by the positive emotion variable. ABSTRACT Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh berbagai dimensi kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan domestik, serta menganalisis tingkat probabilitas pengaruh dimensi kualitas layanan tersebut  terhadap kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan wisatawan setelah berkunjung ke desa wisata kabupaten Sleman. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang dipilih menggunakan metoda non-probability sampling, dengan teknik accidental sampling. Dimensi kualitas layanan sebagai variabel independen meliputi wujud fisik, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati, sedangkan kepuasan wisatawan sebagai variabel dependen meliputi kepuasan atas kualitas layanan, kepuasan atas kualitas menyeluruh dan minat kunjungan ulang.  Sedangkan  pengukuran variable kualitas layanan menggunakan skala Likert dengan nilai antara 1 sampai dengan 5 sedangkan variable kepuasan bersifat kategorial menggunakan skala nominal. Adapun metode analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dimensi jaminan dan empati berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan atas kualitas layanan dan kualitas menyeluruh, sedangkan dimensi wujud fisik, keandalan dan ketanggapan tidak berpengaruh. Kepuasan dalam bentuk minat melakukan kunjungan ulang, tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh seluruh dimensi kualitas layanan. Keywords: wujud fisik,, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati dan kepuasan.  ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of various dimensions of service quality on domestic tourist satisfaction, and analyze the probability level of the dimensions influence of service quality on tourist satisfaction and dissatisfaction after visiting the Sleman regency tourism village. Data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to selected respondents using a non-probability sampling method, with accidental sampling technique. The dimensions of service quality as an independent variable include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, while tourist satisfaction as the dependent variable includes satisfaction with service quality, satisfaction with overall quality and interest in repeat visits. While the measurement of service quality variables using a Likert scale with a value between 1 to 5 while the satisfaction variable is categorical using a nominal scale. The data analysis method uses logistic regression. The results of data analysis showed that the dimensions of assurance and empathy have a significant effect on satisfaction with service quality and overall quality, while the dimensions of physical appearance, reliability and responsiveness have no effect. Satisfaction in the form of an interest in a repeat visit is not significantly influenced by all dimensions of service quality. Keywords - tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether Entrepreneurship Skills, Market Orientation, Sales Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Competence have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field. The population in this study is SMEs in the culinary sector. The sample used in this study were 50 respondens who owned MSMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Overall the results of this study are that Entrepreneurship Skills have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Market Orientation has no effect on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19, Sales Orientation has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Entrepreneurship Competence has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to look at the infl uence of motivation, behavior and understanding of community decisions in choosing islamic banking, this study uses non-probability sampling technique through purposive sampling method with a sample of 84 people, not all populations can be sampled with certain considerations. the results of this study that motivation has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks, behavior has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks and understanding has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks both partially and simultaneously. Based on the coeffi cient of determination, it can be concluded that motivation, behavior, and understanding infl uence community decisions by 0.471 or 47.1%, while the remaining 52.9% is infl uenced by other variables not included in this study.

This study was to determine the reduction in the degree of diaper rash with olive oil spread. Problems that are often found onthe baby's skin are diaper rash and are associated with external irritants such as dirt, material from diapers, urine, microorganisms, and friction caused by diapers and recur. The incidence of diaper rash in Indonesia reaches 7-35% which afflicts boys and girls under three years old. Non-pharmacological therapy in diaper rash, which is to eliminate or reduce skin moisture and friction by replacing diapers according to capacity, applying olive oil that contains antioxidants in high amounts of vitamin E (α-tocopherol) and phenolic compounds.The design of this study was quasi-experimental, with a sample of 22 infants divided into 2 groups, each with 11 diapers rashes smeared with olive oil and 11 other infants using only cloth diapers that were changed every time they were wet, finished chapter and tub. The population in this study were children aged 0-24 months who experienced diaper rash. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Analysis with Wilcoxon statistical tests.The results of the study showed a significant difference between the spread of olive oil and the use of cloth diapers on the degree of diaper rash with a significant number of 0.007 at p 0.05.

This study used an associative quantitative method that measured the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The purpose of this research was to determine the significance of the gadget reviews by YouTubers, word of mouth, and product features on the buyers’ interest in Samsung smartphone product. The method used in this study was non-probability sampling method which used the purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained through a questionnaire in the form of google form which was distributed to 100 people. The result showed that; the gadget reviews by YouTubers had no effect on the buyers’ interest where the significance level was 0,068, word of mouth had an effect on the buyers’ interest and it was significant where the significance level was 0,019, and product features also had a significant effect on the buyers’ interest where the significance level was 0,001.Keywords :Gadget Reviews by Youtubers, Word of Mouth, Product Features, Buying Interest

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shopping experience on buying interest, and to know the role of satisfaction in mediating the effect of shopping experience and on the interest in buying back. The study was conducted at Zara Beachwalk with a sample of 95 people who are consumers of Zara's fashion products. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Zara fashion products at Beachwalk. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that shopping experience and satisfaction variables had a positive and significant effect on interest in repurchasing. The results of this study also indicate that the satisfaction variable mediates the influence of shopping experience on partial repurchase interests. The advice that can be given to the management of Zara's fashion products at Beachwalk is that management must be able to create a good shopping experience for consumers so that the satisfaction felt when shopping will increase and consumer buying interest will be high. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of brand awareness in mediating the effect of celebrity endorser towards purchase intention on Adidas Yeezy shoe products. This research was conducted in the Province of Bali with a sample of 60 respondents using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data was analysed using path analysis and Sobel test. Study result showed that celebrity endorser have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness and purchase intention; brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; and brand awareness can significantly mediate the influence of celebrity endorser on purchase intention. The result of this study indicates that good brand awareness and celebrity endorser can influence the purchase intention of Adidas Yeezy shoe products.
