This study aims to determine the distribution system, efficiency, and accuracy of the distribution of Beras Sejahtera (RASTRA) and Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai (BPNT) programs in Yukum Jaya Village, Terbanggi Besar Sub-district, Central Lampung Regency.  The attributes used in this study are right on target, right on amount, right on time, right on price, right on administration, right on quality consisting of color, aroma, rice cleanliness, and condition of eggs.  The study uses a survey method involving 33 recipients of Rastra program and 31 recipients of BPNT program.  The first and second objectives are analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis.  The third objective is analyzed using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).  The study shows that the distribution system of Rastra and BPNT are included in the semi-direct distribution category.  The distribution efficiency of the Rastra program is 0..06 and the BPNT program is 0.04 which means that the distribution of rice in the two programs are efficient.  The CSI of Rastra score is 54.36% or in quite proper category and BPNT is 68.94% or proper category.  IPA analysis shows that the most suitable attribute of Rastra is the right on price attribute and for BPNT is the right on amount atrribute.Key words: accurate, BPNT, CSI, efficiency, Rastra

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of tourists who visit and enjoy tour packages as a product of the tourism village of Paksebali, Klungkung, Bali. Data were collected by interviewing, observing, and distributing questionnaires to 100 tourists (incidental sampling). Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques through Index Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The result of the study is the tourists are satisfied. The indicators considered important by tourists are the friendliness of tour guides and the performance that exceeds their expectations. Indicator considered less important by tourists are the procedures for serving food and beverages, and the price suitability for tour packages. An indicator considered less important by tourists and felt too excessive is the cleanliness of the village environment. The tourists also hope that the tour time will be extended so they can be more involved in community activities.

This study aims to identify the problems faced and develop strategies in the development of MSMEs in Tegal City especially in the Trade Sector as one of the comparative and competitive leading sectors and to support regional development based on the potential of the resources owned by Tegal City. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Qualitative descriptive analysis in this study provides a review obtained through questionnaires and interviews to then be analyzed in the form of a SWOT matrix. While the quantitative descriptive analysis in this study relates to the results of interpretations of qualitative data that are processed in the form of weights and ratings to come up with the right strategy in developing MSMEs in Tegal City. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that there are problems in every aspect discussed including aspects of Capital, Production, Technology, Marketing, HR, Bureaucracy, Facilities and Target, as well as Social and Economic. While the right strategy carried out in an effort to develop MSMEs in the Trade Sector in Tegal City is the SO (Strength Opportunities) strategy.

This research aims to analyze the mechanism of food granary in supporting household food availability, performance of food granary institution, and factors that affect the performance of the food granary in Ambarawa Subdistrict Pringsewu Regency.  The location was determined purposively with consideration that Ambarawa Subdistrict is one district which has a lot of active food granary institutions.  Data were collected in September 2016.  The samples were determined proportionately randomly, as many as 30 active food granaries in Ambarawa village, Ambarawa Barat village, and Sumber Agung village.  This research used a survey method, and the data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis.  The results showed that the mechanism of food granary was realized by saving and borrowing of unhusk rice.  The members of food granary can borrow as much as 100 – 1,000 kilograms of rice per year.  They borrow rice at the time of scarcity before harvest time, and save rice after harvest time.  The results showed that the performance of 46.67 percent of food granaries are categorized in a low level and 53.33 percent in medium level.  Factors that affect the performance of food granary in Ambarawa Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency, are the age of food granary, the number of members, and the kind of food granary. The connectivity of a region is an indicator the growth of service centers. Community service is carried out with a team from PT. Maluku and North Maluku Regional Development Bank Central Maluku Branch during 2018. Data were collected in 18 districts in Central Maluku Regency through the Rapid Survey Method for regional potential and socio-economic dynamics of the community. Central Maluku Regency BPS data support 2018 is a complementary input in the centrality analysis. The data were processed using quantitative descriptive analysis using Guttman scale/Marshall Centrality Index and spatial analysis tools using ArcmapGIS 10.3.1 software, to obtain a map of the regional service center. Central Maluku Regency is an archipelago, having district clusters spread over Seram Island, Ambon, Lease Islands and Banda. The district cluster is divided into 4 regions with the highest level of regional service being in Amahei District (11.14) and the lowest in Nusa Laut (2.50). Economic growth in sub-districts in the archipelago experienced a positive trend, concentrated on Ambon Island and Banda Islands, while the Lease Islands centrality index was in the lower middle category.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the low student storytelling skills. This study aims to describe storytelling skills using discovery learning and pop up book media models. This research technique uses classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles and used the research design of Kemmis & McTaggart. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research conducted at Purbadana 2 Elementary School showed that learning using discovery learning assisted with pop up book media went well. The results of the knowledge skills in the first cycle reached an average of 3.1 with a percentage of completeness of 46%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were still included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle, the average was 3.9 with a percentage of completeness of 84%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were included in the criteria of good. Based on the results of the study, the application of the discovery learning learning model assisted by pop up book media can improve the skills of the fourth grade students in Purbadana 2 Elementary School.

This research aims to identify various forms of local wisdom in disaster mitigation in the Dempo volcano eruption and determine the level of community understanding of local wisdom in disaster management. This research uses the descriptive explanative method. The analysis used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study have identified several forms of local wisdom in disaster management in communities in the Dempo volcano. Cultural semiotics in the form of community advice and teachings, and the call to prayer when there is potential for eruption. Faunal semiotics in the form of the behaviour of various types of animals, vegetal semiotics in the condition of natural plants and cultivation, and physical semiotics in the form of natural signs. Public knowledge of local wisdom and disaster management is generally still low.

Concentration is how the child focuses on doing things so that the work can be done within a certain time. While weaving is arranged to sort the arranged sheets in the form of bamboo, paper, rattan, animal skin, or patchwork. This research is motivated by children on 5-6 years old who are still low concentration, especially on children's concentration skills and learning activities is limited to the children's work sheet. In this study the authors propose the problem formulation is whether the weaving patchwork activities can improve the concentration of children on 5-6 years old in Tunas Muda Kindergarten, Kersik Village, Marangkayu District - Kutai Kartanegara. This research used Class Action Research (PTK) in a participative collaborative that aims to improve the concentration of children through patchy weaving activities on children 5-6 years old in Tunas Muda Kindergarten, Kersik Village, Marangkayu District - Kutai Kartanegara. The subjects in this study are 8 children, consisting of 4 men and 4 women. The Object in this study is to increase the concentration of children through weaving patchwork activities. The method used in data collection in this study is observation and documentation, while the techniques and data analysis using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results can be seen from the observation of the development in each cycle that in the first cycle average of good value only by 79% and in the second cycle average of 87% with an increase of 8% so that the percentage increase in the concentration of children through children weaving patchwork activities exceed indicator of success is good. It can be concluded that with patchwork weaving activities can increase the concentration of children on 5-6 years old in Tunas Muda Kindergarten, Kersik Village, Marangkayu District Kutai Kartanegara, year of academic 2017/2018.

This study initially carried out mapping geodiversity along the Citarum River area and identified the potential for Citarum geotourism, mapping stakeholders in Citarum geotourism. Of the nine sectors (Upper Citarum Zone) of the Citarum River Area mapped, one village can represent the geotourism area, namely Cibeureum Village, Kertasari District, Bandung Regency. This research's research type is PAR (Participatory Action Research) with primary and secondary data collection. Meanwhile, data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods (mixed method), content analysis, map analysis, geodiversity analysis, and is equipped with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that community participation has yielded benefits for local communities. However, many things need to be provided to the community from various skills to benefit all parties, including maintaining geodiversity sustainability in the geotourism area.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the soundness and analyzes the factors that affect the soundness of BMT Syariah Cooperative Financial Services At-Taqwa and to find a formula the right strategy in the development of BMT Syariah Cooperative Financial Services At-Taqwa. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis of health assessment and qualitative description on service quality. The research proves that the level of health KJKS BMT At-Taqwa through computation eight aspects (six financial aspects and the two aspects of the non-financial) shows KJKS BMT At-Taqwa at the level reasonably healthy and is influenced by factors of seven financial ratios are on the effects on health of the Cooperative. In addition there is a five-part strategy that can be developed by BMT KJKS At-Taqwa ie services and the addition of customers, financing, dissemination and promotion, health cooperatives, blue print and build a cooperative networking.
