With the rapid development of the Internet, e-commerce business has gradually emerged. However, its logistics distribution route planning method has problems such as redundancy of logistics data, which cannot achieve centralized planning of distribution paths, resulting in low e-commerce logistics distribution efficiency and long distribution distances, higher cost. Therefore, in order to improve the ability of logistics distribution path planning, this paper designs an e-commerce logistics distribution path planning method based on improved genetic algorithm. Optimize the analysis of e-commerce logistics distribution nodes, establish a modern logistics distribution system, and optimize the total transportation time and transportation cost under the location model of the logistics distribution center. Using hybrid search algorithm and improved genetic algorithm parameters, an improved genetic algorithm distribution path planning model is established to select the optimal path of logistics distribution, and realize e-commerce logistics distribution path with high accuracy, low error and good convergence. planning. According to the experimental results, the method in this paper can effectively shorten the distance of e-commerce logistics distribution path, reduce the number of distribution vehicles, reduce distribution costs, improve distribution efficiency, and effectively achieve centralized planning of logistics distribution. Therefore, the e-commerce logistics distribution route planning method based on improved genetic algorithm has high practical application value.

How to achieve the continuous improvement of the environmental performance level of the power industry within the requirements of clean and low-carbon energy development is the fundamental requirement and inevitable choice for the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable development. From the perspective of environmental protection, based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method and the internal mechanism of power system production and supply, the power industry environmental efficiency evaluation index system was constructed, and the two-stage Network Slack-based Measure (NSBM) model considering undesired output was used to calculate China’s 30 provinces and municipalities from 1998 to 2019. The environmental efficiency is divided into two links: power generation efficiency and transmission and distribution efficiency. The study found that, within the research interval, the overall environmental efficiency of China’s 30 provinces is low, and the differences between provinces and cities are large, but they have gradually developed in a better direction after 2015. The power generation efficiency of the first link in most provinces and municipalities is higher than the transmission and distribution efficiency of the second link, and the low transmission and distribution efficiency is an important reason for the low comprehensive level of environmental efficiency. The overall evolution trend of environmental efficiency in the six regions of China is roughly the same, but the regional differences are obvious, showing a trend of “high in the southeast and low in the northwest”. The economic and natural resource differences in different provinces and cities in each region have led to varying degrees of redundancy in five aspects, including investment in power assets, installed power generation capacity, and length of transmission lines, which seriously affect the environmental efficiency of the power industry. This research attempts to open the “black box” of the environmental efficiency conversion process of the power industry, which can provide directions and strategic suggestions for the improvement of the efficiency of the power industry in China.

This study aims to determine the distribution system, efficiency, and accuracy of the distribution of Beras Sejahtera (RASTRA) and Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai (BPNT) programs in Yukum Jaya Village, Terbanggi Besar Sub-district, Central Lampung Regency.  The attributes used in this study are right on target, right on amount, right on time, right on price, right on administration, right on quality consisting of color, aroma, rice cleanliness, and condition of eggs.  The study uses a survey method involving 33 recipients of Rastra program and 31 recipients of BPNT program.  The first and second objectives are analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis.  The third objective is analyzed using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).  The study shows that the distribution system of Rastra and BPNT are included in the semi-direct distribution category.  The distribution efficiency of the Rastra program is 0..06 and the BPNT program is 0.04 which means that the distribution of rice in the two programs are efficient.  The CSI of Rastra score is 54.36% or in quite proper category and BPNT is 68.94% or proper category.  IPA analysis shows that the most suitable attribute of Rastra is the right on price attribute and for BPNT is the right on amount atrribute.Key words: accurate, BPNT, CSI, efficiency, Rastra

Marine fishery production safety has always been a livelihood issue of high concern to government departments at all levels in China. With the construction of marine informatization, a large number of fishing vessels have entered the Vessel Monitoring System (VMS). The massive, highly concurrent, and continuous track data generated by these vessels has posed great challenges to real-time data distribution. To cope with low distribution efficiency in the original data distribution system, this paper proposed a data distribution model based on the combination of network coding and UDP, which improves both reliability and efficiency of data distribution. In order to further enhance the efficiency of data distribution, a Codeword Distance Priority Protocol based on Buffer Map (CDPPBM) was added to the proposed model for the concentration of innovative codewords in the network, thereby increasing the effectiveness of data received by nodes. Experimental results show that the protocol proposed in this paper improves the data distribution efficiency by about 75% on average, compared with the LT code. The influence of data block size on network coded data distribution system is not involved in the previous work. Therefore, this paper discusses the Block to Piece Protocol (BPP) for large files, divides large files into fixed sizes equally, and distributes n data blocks multiple times to find the optimal piece size. The experimental results show that there is an optimal n for large files of different sizes, which can maximize the efficiency of data distribution.

This chapter describes the innovations in green energy generation and electric vehicles development in order to fulfill distribution and production sustainability needs by Grupo Bimbo, the largest bakery products company in the world. Grupo Bimbo, originated in Mexico, has one of the most extensive distribution systems in the entire globe. Although it has presence in 32 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa, most of its revenues come from sales in Mexico and the United States. This chapter studies Grupo Bimbo's corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and strategies to increase its distribution efficiency in Mexico, while contributing to alleviate global warming and carbon-reduction constraints by producing its own electric vehicles and power them with in-house wind-generated energy. As a result of these initiatives, carbon footprint reductions of 104,400 tons of CO2e (equivalent to reducing the daily usage of 25,000 cars for one year) were achieved in 2016 alone.

In recent years, thanks to the transformation and upgrading of domestic consumption and the continuous improvement of logistics network, the total freight volume of China’s part-load logistics market is also increasing, among which urban logistics network plays an important role in part-load logistics enterprises. Reasonable and perfect urban network is helpful to reduce the total cost of market logistics and improve distribution efficiency. This paper introduces the problems existing in part-load logistics, studies the urban logistics model of part-load logistics enterprises, introduces three ways of part-load transportation, and analyzes the urban logistics model of part-load logistics enterprises. At the end of this paper, the above contents are briefly summarized.
