<p class="Abstract">Synthesis of magnesium aluminate spinel powder (MgAl2O4, abbreviated as MA) were prepared by the liquid mixing method. The synthesis of MA involved Mg powders with various weight compositions (4.8; 10; 20; 30; 40; and 60%) and Al powders (95.2; 90; 80; 70; 60 and 40%) as the raw materials, which were independently dissolved in 37% HCl to form MgCl2 and AlCl3 solutions. Both solutions were then mixed and stirred for 5 hours and dried to a temperature of about 100-105°C to produce powders with different weight compositions. Each powder resulted from drying was characterized using DTA-TGA, and then calcined at 650 °C; 750 °C and 850 °C for 1 hour. The calcined powder was characterized by XRD to qualitative and quantitative analyses using Rietica. It was found that MA samples contained only MgAl2O4 and MgO as the impurity phase. The relative weight fraction of MgAl2O4 increased up to 99% for 95.2 wt% Al. Using an extrapolative approach to determine the Mg-to-Al composition, nearly pure MA, as high as 99%, was achieved at 95.2% Al and 4.8% Mg.</p>

Recent scientific studies have shown that involving children in music activities influences their mental, emotional, and social development; music is, thus, being used increasingly for medical and therapeutic purposes. In order to discover whether some elements of particular methods of music therapy can be applied in music teaching in primary schools, we conducted a qualitative research in which the participants were third-year elementary school pupils in Osijek. To collect the data, we used a systematic observation procedure. Data analysis involved both qualitative and quantitative analyses. The research results show that the introduction of elements of certain methods of music therapy is possible and that pupils are happy to participate in all the activities carried out. In doing so, pupils demonstrate imagination, creativity, independence at work, and willingness to cooperate.

This research aims to analyze the procurement process of raw materials that correspond to six rights (time, place, quality, quantity, type, and price), klanting agroindustry profit, and marketing mix with 7P (product, price, promotion, place, people (human resources), process, and physical evidence). This research uses the case study method at Klanting Agrondustry in Gantimulyo Village Pekalongan District. The location was chosen purposively considering that the village is a klanting production center in East Lampung Regency. Data of this research were collected from December 2019 to January 2020.  The method data analysis used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative. The results of this research indicated that the procurement of raw materials has not fulfilled all the six components precisely, because it does not match reality expected by agroindustry owners on components on time, the right type, right quality, and right quantity. On the right place and right price component, it is accordance with the agroindustry owner's expectations, because the location of raw materials is close to the agroindustry, and the price is low. The advantages of agroindustry are good, because it shows a positive advantage. That advantage obtained in one month at Mekar Sari Agroindustry amounting to IDR4,933,709.57, Mitra Tani Agroindustry amounting to IDR3,854,706.64, and Mitra Lestari Agroindustry IDR2,907,475.87. The agroindustry marketing strategy has implemented components of the 7P marketing mix, only the promotional components are missing applied optimally. Key words: agroindustry, klanting, marketing mix, performance

Impaired credit can cause the disturbance of the continuity of business activities circulation in a Bank and in the end it can cause the disturbance of banking financial liquidity. When a Bank liquidity decreases, it can decrease its credibility level that it can affect people/customer/investor’s trust who will invest in the Bank. Based on this background, the researchers were interested in the problem that encouraged them to do a research entitled “The Efforts on the Recovery of Loss Credit in Banking Institution” This research applied Constructivism Paradigm with descriptive and prescriptive as the nature. The source of data was library study. The data analysis method used by the researchers was descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed that  in the efforts of the recovery of loss credit, there were three (3) main activities done: through the parties’ agreement as the best way for both parties to recover it, the saving of the loss credit and/or the recovery through legal way. The purpose of recovering the loss credit was to save the bank funds invested in the form of loss credit by paying attention to the debtor’s business condition which still had good prospect. It was hoped that the saving could recover the quality of the credit from “loss” collectability to “doubtful”. From “doubtful” to “bad” , from ‘substandard” to “pass”.
