This study aims to determine how the effect of the Phyphox application on GIL based physics learning on students' creative thinking abilities. The sample of this research is students of class X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo through purposive sampling technique. This study uses the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The treatment was carried out through GIL based practicum activities on a simple pendulum assisted by Phyphox application. Data on students' creative thinking abilities were obtained using tests in the form of description questions. Data analysis technique using Paired Sample T-test. Based on data analysis, the average score of creative thinking ability has increased by 44%. Learning on simple pendulum materials assisted by Phyphox applications in five groups has an average acceleration due to gravity of 9,87 with an accuracy rate of 98,6%. The result is that GIL based physics learning assisted with the Phyphox application affects students' creative thinking abilities and produces accurate investigative data. Abstrak: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 8 Salatiga. Subjek penelitian terdiri 3 siswa yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil tes untuk mewakili tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) subjek yang termasuk dalam TKBK 4 (sangat kreatif), (2) subjek yang termasuk TKBK 3 (kreatif), (3) subjek yang termasuk TKBK 2 (cukup kreatif), (4) subjek yang termasuk dalam TKBK 1 (kurang kreatif), (5) subjek yang termasuk dalam TKBK 0 (tidak kreatif).Abstract:  The type of this research is done by qualitative descriptive that aims to analyze the level of creative thinking ability of the seventh grade students in SMP Negeri 8 Salatiga. The research subject is consisted of 3 students that are selected based on test results to represent the level of creative thinking ability. The sampling technique is done by purposive method. The research is done by test and interview. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) subjects that includes TKBK 4 (very creative), (2) subjects that includes TKBK 3 (creative), (3) that subjects includes TKBK 2 (creative enough), (4) subjects that includes TKBK 1 (less creative), (5) subjects that includes in TKBK 0 (not creative).

This study aims to empirically determine the description of organizational commitment to MTs Al-Islamiyah Karang Anyar teachers. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling technique and got 43 samples. The research instrument used was the organizational commitment scale. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and comparative models. The data analysis technique used is the one sample t-test. Researchers hypothesized that married teachers would tend to have higher organizational commitment than unmarried teachers. The results showed that the organizational commitment of the teachers was generally high. In accordance with the proposed hypothesis, it is said that there is a difference in organizational commitment between teachers who are married and teachers who are not married. The t-test results obtained were p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant difference. The empirical mean of married teachers are 100.06 and unmarried teachers are 90.54.

Has be done research about the effect of Problem Based Learning model on students’ creative thinking abilityin SMAS Katolik St. John Paul II maumere. This type of research is a quasi experiment with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling is done by nonprobability sampling technique, (class XI MIA 1 and class XI MIA), which is satueated sampling where all populations are sampled. The creative thinking ability of students in this study were collected with creative thinking ability test in the form of essay test consisted 10 items and observation sheets. The result showed that : 1) the average score of creative thinking ability from students who take learning using Problem Based Learning model are 73.80; 2) the average score of creative thinking ability from students who take learning with Expository Learning model are 65.97; 3) there are differences in creative thinking ability significantly between students who learn to use the Problem Based Learning model with students who learn to use Expository Learning model. Students who learned Problem Based Learning model show better think creative than who learned Expository Learning model. Thus, Proble, Based Learning model influences students creative thinking abilities.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of implementing the SICANTIK application in the One Stop Services Investment Office, Industry and Labor in the City of Bukittinggi. The SICANTIK application is an application that aims to provide services regarding licensing that are directly related to the community, and this is one of the government's efforts to provide quality public services to the community. This research is descriptive using qualitative methods. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. In data collection, research instruments were used in the form of field observations and interviews with several informants, then documentation study was used for documents in the study. The technique of testing the validity of the data used the triangulation method. While the data analysis technique is done by reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions from the research that has been carried out. The results of this study indicate that knowing the effectiveness of implementing the SICANTIK application in the One Stop Services Investment Office, Industry and Labor of the City of Bukittinggi is not effective enough.

<p><em>Based on researchers' observations of the phenomena that occur in students at SDN 44 Taratak, Koto XI Tarusan sub-district, the ability to dribble is relatively low. This problem is thought to be caused by several factors, one of which is the inadequate training method provided by the trainer. This study aims to explain the effect of play and training sequences on dribbling skills at SDN 44 Taratak, Koto XI Tarusan District. This research method is a quasi-experimental method. This research will be conducted in December 2018. The research site is in the field of SDN 44 Taratak, Koto XI Tarusan sub-district. The study population numbered 20 people. The sampling technique was taken with a total sampling to obtain a sample of 20 athletes. The dribbling test data is taken with the dribbling test. The data analysis technique is the t test formula. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) there is playing a significant effect on the ability to dribble. Increased dribbling ability is 7.73, from an average score of 34.00 in the pre test to 26.63 in the post test. (2) The training sequence has a significant influence on the ability to shake the ball. The influence exerted was 8.09 from 34.05 when the achievement was 25.96 during the post test. (3) With tcount (0.675)&gt; ttable (2.222), this means that the research hypothesis is not accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is no difference in the influence of the playing sequence and the training sequence on the ability to dribble. </em></p>

This study aimed  to describe mathematical reasoning in solving story problems of social arithmetic material based on the level of ability of grade VII students of MTs. Al-Madani academic year 2020/2021.  This study was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Madani Pelulan, Kuripan sub-district, West Lombok district. The selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique  was selected 6 students from grade VII of MTs. Al-Madani, consists of high-ability students,  medium-ability students, and low-ability students, 2 students each. Data collection was carried out by using the test method, documentation and interviews, the data analysis technique used was the qualitative data analysis technique  proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Based on the data analysis of the results written tests and interviews with research subjects, the average score of students' mathematical reasoning for high-ability subjects was 31.5, and the average score for medium-ability subjects was 20.5. The average score of mathematical reasoning for low-ability subjects was 10.5. High-ability subjects met the indicators of understanding the problem of performing mathematical manipulation, finding patterns to make generalizations. and draw conclusions. Medium-ability students met the indicators of understanding the problem. perform mathematical manipulations, and check the validity of an argument..  Low-ability subjects only met the indicators of understanding the problem.

This study aims to determine the ability of creative thinking high school students in physics learning, know the form of assessment of creative thinking abilities. The study was conducted at SMAN 6 Yogyakrata. This type of research is a survey with a cross-sectional method that is a survey conducted once and at a time. The subjects were the principals, teachers of physics from SMAN 6 Yogyakrata and 30 grade XI students. observations, interviews, and questionnaires were used as data collection techniques. The data analysis method used was the quantitative-qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the creative thinking ability of class XI MIA 1 students at SMAN 6 Yogyakarta can be said to be in the average and quite good category, although there are some students whose level of creative thinking ability is low. In addition, the form of assessment used by physics teachers has not been effective and accurate enough in assessing students 'creative thinking abilities. So it is recommended to use The Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) in physics learning because it has been proven to be accurate in assessing students' creative thinking abilities.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

The students’ low ability in absorbing the information they got in thelearning activity. Another factor was students’ self-concept which not quitegood. Students’ self-concept can be declared through their selfunderstanding, as well as their self-confidence toward their ability to solvetheir assignment or problem. This study was aimed to investigate the effectof learning style toward the mathematical creative thinking ability, toinvestigate the effect of self-concept toward mathematical creative thinkingability, and to investigate the effect of learning style and self-concept towardmathematical creative thinking ability. This study was one of the ex-postfacto with descriptive approach. Based on the aim of this study, this studyused regression analysis technique in the form of simple analysis regressionand double analysis regression. The result of this study showed that therewas an effect of learning style toward mathematical creative thinking ability,there was an effect of self-concept toward mathematical creative thinkingability, and there was an effect of learning style and self-concept towardmathematical creative thinking ability

Based on the observation of the writer it can be indicated that low level of ability of football player base of SSB SKB MuaraBungo. There are some factors caused this, such as exercise methods, physical conditions, nutritional status and infrastructure facilities. This study  aims to explain the influence of the self-inspection style and the convergent style of the dribbling ability of football. The population in this study is SSB players SKB MuaraBungo (U.13-U.15) which amounted to 75 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 30 samples.Moreover, the data of dribbling soccer capability is taken by the coach and the research team. The test instrument is dribbling test. Data analysis technique using t test. The result of data analysis shows that: 1) there is impact of self-check force toward dribbling ability of player SSB SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,132>ttable 2,145; 2) the impact of convergent style on dribbling ability of SSB players SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,613>ttable 2,145,3 ) self-check style is more effective than convergent style to increase dribbling ability of SSB SKB player with tcount of 7,132>ttable 2,145 for self check style and ttest result 7,613>ttable 2,145 for convergent style, which means there is difference between the two styles.
