This study aims to determine the significant influence of parental attention in the learning motivation of high-grade students in thematic learning at SD Muhammadiyah Gisting in the academic year 2020/2021 school year. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population was 205 students with a sample of 66 students. The study used probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection techniques were questionnaire and document study. The instrument was tested for the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was simple regression test. Results of the study show a positive and significant influence parents' attention in the learning motivation of high-grade students in thematic learning at SD Muhammadiyah Gisting in the academic year 2020/2021.

Students with high academic anxiety can cause a decrease in learning motivation. This situation will damage the learning achievement achieved by students. The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of cinematherapy on reducing student academic anxiety. This study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design experimental design. A total of 7 students in SMP Metro 1 were the subjects in this study. Subject selection uses a purposive sampling technique based on high academic anxiety criteria from the results of the academic anxiety scale score. The data analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon test. Statistical test results show that there is an effect of cinematherapy on the decrease in students' academic anxiety. The findings of this study prove that cinema is effective in reducing student academic anxiety at SMPN 1 in the city of Metro, Lampung.

This study discusses the influence of the quality of services consisting ofreliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as well as thelocation of BMT and variables are the most significant influence on thecustomer’s decision to save in BMT Sumber Mulia. The method used in thisstudy is a quantitative approach, with the amount of the sample was 30respondents. The sampling technique used accidential sampling by applyingis linear regression analysis, which previously conducted validity and reliability. Based on these results, we can conclude. First, there was a significant effect of the quality of service which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles on saving decisions. This is evident from the results of the t test with a value of t count > t table at the 5% significance level reliability (3.838 > 1.7011), responsiveness (2.121 > 1.7011), assurance (3.062 > 1.7011), empathy (4.760 > 1.7011), and tangibles (3.290 > 1.7011). There is a significant influence on the customer decision to save their money in BMT. Based on it location as the t test results are t count > t table (3.480 > 1.7011), with a significance level of 5%. Third, empathy variables are variables that provide the dominant influence on the customer’s decision to saving. It can be seen from the significance value (0.000) is more significant than other variables. Then proceed with the reliability variables with a significance value (0.001), the variable of location (0,002), tangibles (.003), assurance (0.005) and responsiveness with a significance value (0.043). This means that the willingness of employees and managers are more concerned with to draw customer attention on saving their money

This study aims to examine the effect of country of origin, perceived quality and brand on smartphone purchasing decisions. The subject of this study is a smartphone that is sold officially in Indonesian market. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the number of samples used amounting to 120 samples which were active users of smartphones. Validity and reliability test results show that the research instrumentsare valid and reliable. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 software. The results show that country of origin variables partially do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while perceived quality and brand variablespartially positive and significant influence purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, country of origin variables, perceived quality and brand have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Confidence is important to be possessed by students through the learning process, students who have low self-confidence will be less optimal in developing ability. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of gestalt counseling with the technique around to improve confidence in the learning process in students of class XI MIA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja academic year 2016/2017. This type of research is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. Samples of research were six students selected through purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a confident questionnaire that has been calculated the validity and reliability. The subjects from the study were students of class XI MIA 4 who had low self-esteem. Data analysis technique used is t-test statistical analysis technique. The results from the analysis, found that gestalt counseling with the technique of traveling can increase confidence. It is concluded from the analysis result, t count> table with significance level 5% (4, 38> 2, 015). The results from the analysis show that the hypothesis proposed in this study is acceptable. As the implication of this research is expected to be an alternative for counseling teachers in schools in improving student self-confidence.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of country of origin, brand image, and perceived quality of purchase interest in Yamaha V-Ixion motorbikes in Yogyakarta City, samples taken were 100 respondents using non-probability sampling methods with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is no significant influence between the country of origin variables on buying interest; (2) There is a significant influence between brand image variables on buying interest; (3) There is a significant influence between perceived quality variables on buying interest; and (4) country of origin, brand image, and perceived quality simultaneously influence buying interest.

This research is based on one of the problems that always become the main topic in the field of education that is the problem of learning achievement along with the factors that influence it, with the consideration that the learning achievement is an indicator of the quality and quantity of knowledge controlled by the students. This study aims to determine the effect of several factors that allegedly affect learning achievement such as interpersonal communication skills, learning motivation and library utilization. The type of this research is descriptive and associative research. The population of this study is the year students entering 2013-2015 majoring in economics education Faculty of Economics State University of Padang registered in the academic year of July - December 2017 amounting to 256 people, the sample number of 72 people. The sampling technique is done by Proportional Random Sampling. Questionnaire is used as a data collection tool. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. To test the hypothesis used F test and t test, using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that there is a significant influence between interpersonal communication skills, learning motivation and library utilization together towards student achievement. Based on the results of the study suggested for students to further improve the ability of interpersonal communication, learning motivation and better utilization of the library in learning in order to get a more optimal achievement. For Lecturers expected to pay more attention to the condition of students in learning and for parents are expected to pay attention to the development of their children so as to provide encouragement to the students to remain eager in learning in order to get a better learning achievement This is evidenced by the results of research stating that the value of Fcount = 3.787 and sig value 0,014 < a = 0,05. Keyword: Interpersonal Communication Skills, Learning Motivation, library utilization and learning achievement.

This study aims to determine whether the Pair Checks Cooperative model can improve the learning outcomes of students of class VIII in SMP Negeri 2 Tanah Java. The research model used is quantitative research. The population is all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Tanah Java by taking a purposive sampling technique, two classes were selected as the sample of this study, namely VIII IPS 1 class as an experimental class of 32 people and VIII IPS 2 as a control class of 32 people too. The instrument used was a social studies achievement test in the form of multiple choice. The data analysis technique used in this study is the t-test. In testing the hypotheses used the statistical test t test results obtained calculations tcount> t table at the level = 0.05 with dk 62 = = 32 + 32-2 = 62 ie (5.50> 1.99) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . In other words after the experiment was carried out there was a significant influence between the use of the Effect of Cooperative Learning Model Type Pair Checks Assisted by Problem Cards to Integrated Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tanah Java in Academic Year 2019/2020. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model Kooperatif Tipe Pair Checks dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tanah Jawa. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tanah Jawa dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposif sampling, dipilih dua kelas sebagai sampel penelitian ini, yaitu kelas VIII IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 32 orang dan VIII IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 32 orang juga. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar IPS berbentuk pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji-t. Dalam pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji statistik uji t hasil perhitungan tersebut diperoleh thitung > ttabel pada taraf  = 0,05 dengan dk 62 =     = 32+32-2=62 yakni ( 5,50>1,99) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan kata lain setelah eksperimen dilakukan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunakan Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Pair Checks Berbantuan Kartu Soal Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Terpadu Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tanah Jawa Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. This study aims to find out whether or not there is a significant influence of readiness and learning styles on students’ learning activeness in Islamic education learning at state elementary schools in the district of Bangkinang Kota. This is a correlational study employing a quantitative approach. The study population amounted to 1529 students, and the samples were 317 students. The sampling deployed the Slovin formula with an error degree of 5%. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The instruments used in this study had met the criteria of validity and reliability (r1 = 0.214 and r2 = 0.254). The results showed that there was a significant influence of learning readiness on students’ learning activeness; there was a significant influence of learning styles on students’ learning activeness; and there was a significant influence of learning readiness and learning styles on students’ learning activeness.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Effect of Teacher Behavior on Learning Motivation, Effects of Learning Motivation on the Values of Economic Subjects of Social Sciences Class XI in Padang Pure High School and the Effect of Economic Subject Values in Class XI IPS in Padang Pure High School on Teacher Behavior. The population in this study were the eleventh grade students of SMA Murni Padang Academic Year 2018/2019 totaling 19 students. Data collection with questionnaires or questionnaires. The trial of the research instrument with validity test and reliability test was carried out on 19 students in Pure Padang High School. The data analysis technique used was using the SPSS program ver. 22.0. The results of this study are: First, there is a positive and significant influence of Teacher Behavior on Learning Motivation of Social Sciences Class XI Students in Padang Pure High School Academic Year 2018/2019, meaning that the better the Teacher's Behavior in learning process will increase students' motivation. Secondly there is a positive and significant influence of Teacher Behavior on Economic Subject Values of Social Sciences Class XI Students at Murni Padang High School Academic Year 2018/2019, it can be interpreted that the better the Teacher's Behavior in the learning process will increase Economic Subject Value of Class XI IPS in Pure High School Padang. Third, there is a positive and significant influence of Student Learning Motivation on the Eye Value of Economic Pelajran Students in Social Sciences Class XI in Padang Pure High School Academic Year 2018/2019 which shows that the higher students' learning motivation will also increase the results of economic class XI IPS in Pure High School Padang Academic Year 2018/2019.Keywords: Teacher Behavior, Learning Motivation and Economic Subject Value

This study aims to determine the Effect of Socioeconomic Status of Parents Against Learning Motivation, Influence Motivation Learning Interest Continue Study to Higher Education and Influence of Parents' Socioeconomic Status on Interest Continue Study to Higher Education.                The population in this study is the students of class XII SMK National Padang Academic Year 2017/2018 amounted to 77 students. Intruments in this study used questionnaires. Trial of research instrument with validity test and reliability test conducted on 30 students at SMK Nusatama Padang. Data analysis technique used is path analysis technique using SPSS ver program. 16.0.                The results of this study show: First there is a positive influence and significant socioeconomic status of parents to the motivation of students learning class XII SMK National Padang Year 2017/2018, meaning the higher the level of socioeconomic status of parents then the student learning motivation also increases. Second there is a positive and significant influence on the socio-economic status of parents on the interest to continue studies to college students of class XII SMK Padang National Academic Year 2017/2018, it can be interpreted that the higher socioeconomic status of parents will increase the interest of students of SMK Nasional Padang to continue education to university Thirdly there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation toward the interest of continuing study to college students of class XII SMK National Padang Year 2017/2018 which shows that the higher the students' learning motivation, the higher the interest of students of SMK Nasional Padang to continuing education to college. Keywords: socioeconomic status of parents, motivation to study and interest in continuing study to public universities
