This research aims at investigating the influence of e-WOM and product quality on buying interest through the customers’ trust. This research used a quantitative research design with survey method. This research employed descriptive and verification research methods. A path analysis was conducted to analyze the interval data in this research. The result of data analysis and hypothesis testing revealed that e-WOM and product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on the customers’ trust in online shops, product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, while e-WOM, product quality, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on buying interests in online shops, product quality had an influence on buying interests in online shops, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops.

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, advertisements, electronic words of mouth, and brand image on Oppo smartphone buying interests. This is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Papua, with sample of 105 respondents, determined by the non-probability sampling technique. The analytical method used is the validity test and the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis technique used is the hypothesis and the multiple linear regression. The results of this study partially indicate that (1) a product quality has no effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of -0.662 and the significant value of 0.536 > 0.05, (2) advertisements have no effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 1.067 and the significant value of 0.289 > 0.05, (3) electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 4.999 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, (4) and brand image has a positive effect on the Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 4.934 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that product quality, electronic word of mouth and brand image have a positive effect on the buying interest of Oppo smartphone with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.005

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of product quality and brand image on IndiHome customer satisfaction in Denpasar City, and to explain the effect of product quality, brand image and customer satisfaction on IndiHome customers' word of mouth communication in Denpasar City. The population in this study were all IndiHome customers in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that product quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on IndiHome customer satisfaction in Denpasar City, and product quality, brand image and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on IndiHome customers' word of mouth communication in Denpasar City.

The development and dynamics of marketing of banking services products help to grow the variables that facilitate the influence of word of mouth against the decision to save. One of it is the brand equity that is a set of assets that is associated with a brand that adds or reduces the value of the company in the views of customers. The purposes of the research are to determine the influence of word of mouth against the decision to save through Brand Equity on the customer of Syariah BRI Bank of Malang. The research used a quantitative approach with survey method. The population of the research was all customers of Savings at Syariah BRI Bank of Malang. Sampling technique used accidental sampling with the number of respondents as much as 100 respondents.  The dependent variable in the research was Savings Decision (Y), and the independent variable was Word of Mouth (X), with Brand Equity (M) as the mediation variable. Data analysis technique used Path Analysis. The research results indicated that the dimensions of word of mouth are Talkers, Topics, Taking Part and Tracking that directly influence against brand equity, and one dimension of word of mouth of tools have no effect against brand equity. Brand Equity directly influences the decision to save, all dimensions of word of mouth directly influence the decision to save, and Brand Equity can mediate the indirect influence of word of mouth against the savings decision

This study aims to know: (1) the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on gender; (2) the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative research, using a survey method with a research design: a retrospective causal-comparative. The population in this study was Indonesian volleyball players attending the 18th Asian Games 2018 event in Indonesia numbering 28 Indonesian players, consisting of 14 male and 14 female players, with an average age of 25 years old for males and 20 years old for females. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used parametric inferential statistics by using the independent t-test for gender difference and one-way Anova for position difference, with a significance level of 0.05. Results show that: (1) there is a significant difference in the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on gender, with the Sig. value 0.007 < 0.05; (2) there is no significant difference in the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position, with the Sig. value 0.930 > 0.05.

This book is an introduction to quantitative research design and data analysis presented in the context of music education scholarship. The book aims for readers to come away with a familiarity of prototypical research design possibilities as well as a fundamental understanding of data analysis techniques necessary for carrying out scientific inquiry. The book includes examples that demonstrate how the methodological and statistical concepts presented throughout can be applied to pertinent issues in music education. For the majority of Part I, the strategy is to present traditional design categories side by side with explanations of general analytical approaches for dealing with data yielded from each respective design type. Part II consists of chapters devoted to methodological and analytical approaches that have become common in related fields (e.g., psychology, sociology, general education research, educational policy) but are as yet not frequently exploited by music education researchers. Ultimately, this work is motivated by a desire to help scholars acquire the means to actualize their research curiosities and to contribute to the advancement of rigor in music education research throughout the profession at large.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of variable communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015, either partially or simultaneously. Type of this research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. In this study using survey methods explanation (explanatory survey method) is a survey that explains the variables under study and further analyze the influence between variables accompanied by hypothesis testing. This research was conducted by collecting qualitative data, which will then be presented in the form of numbers (quantified) to be tested in accordance with the design verification of data analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.421. There is significant influence between independent variables namely communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015.Keyword: Implementation RPJMD, Communication, Resources

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on brand image and customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Giant Citra Raya Tangerang. The population of this study is Giant Citra Raya customers which averages 2,070,823 / 12/30 = 5752 per day. The sample in this research using Slovin formula is 152 customers. Quantitative analysis method using path analysis, followed by determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent. Before further analyzed first tested the instrument and test the classical assumption. Analytical tool using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The result of the research shows that product quality and service quality are partially and simultaneously have positive and significant effect on brand image and customer satisfaction, and brand image has influence to customer satisfaction at Giant Citra Raya Tangerang.

This research is motivated by the existence of a phenomenon that occurs in the Bureau of Government and Cooperation of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province, which is an indication of the lack of optimal performance of employees. This is suspected to be a result of the lack of optimal employee competency. The method used in this study is Explanatory survey. This method does not only explain or describe empirical facts found in the field, but will also explain the effect analysis, both partially and simultaneously in this case the influence of Employee Competence on employee performance. The number of samples studied were 42 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study were carried out using path analysis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously employee competency has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Government Bureau and Cooperation of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province with a contribution of 60.4%, while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by other variables not examined

Teaching essay writing scenario in this technological era is also aimed on interactive multimedia integration; text and graphics that revolve around inquiry and constructive thinking. In thinking process itself, inquiries are considered fundamental to teachers in teaching essay writing. Hence, this research is conducted to study teacher's opinion on constructive thinking process that based on interactive multimedia integration; text and graphics. Quantitative research design that based survey method is used in accordance with the questionnaire. The samples are 33 Malay Language teachers in Bangsar Zone, Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur. The finding shows that there is a significant correlation between inquiry and constructive thinking, r = 2.01, the level of significant is < 0.05. It is advised that all Malay language teachers focus on the aspect inquiry and constructive thinking for teaching essay writing. The implication of this study is focused on impressive teaching sources. The interactive multimedia integration that is being studied should also focus on other integrated elements; graphic, audio, animation and video.

This research was aimed to determine the effect of quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism against the lecturer’s caring. The quantitative research approach using a survey method and technique of path analysis. The population was the lecturer of Bina Nusantara University and 166 lecturers were taken as samples and selected using stratified random sampling.  The result of data analysis showed that quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism have a direct positive effect on the lecturer’s caring. Quality management and organizational culture, have a direct positive effect on the professionalism and quality management, has a direct positive effect on the organizational culture. Therefore, to improve lecturer’s caring of Bina Nusantara University, the quality management, organizational culture, and professionalism should be improved.   Keywords: Quality management, organizational culture, professionalism, and lecturer’s                      caring.
