This study aims to know: (1) the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on gender; (2) the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative research, using a survey method with a research design: a retrospective causal-comparative. The population in this study was Indonesian volleyball players attending the 18th Asian Games 2018 event in Indonesia numbering 28 Indonesian players, consisting of 14 male and 14 female players, with an average age of 25 years old for males and 20 years old for females. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used parametric inferential statistics by using the independent t-test for gender difference and one-way Anova for position difference, with a significance level of 0.05. Results show that: (1) there is a significant difference in the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on gender, with the Sig. value 0.007 < 0.05; (2) there is no significant difference in the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position, with the Sig. value 0.930 > 0.05.

This study aims to know: (1) the psychological skill characteristics of male and female Indonesian volleyball players; (2) the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative research, using a survey method with a research design: a retrospective causal-comparative. Results show that: (1) the psychological skill characteristics of male and female Indonesian volleyball players attending the 2018 Asian Games XVIII event as whole are in the high and medium category, with each average value of 142.92 for males and 126,9  for females; (2) there is no significance difference in the psychological skill characteristics of Indonesian volleyball players reviewed based on position, with the Sig. value 0.930> 0.05;

Abstract: Many elements that affect the mastery of dribbling skills, such as agility andspeed. Agility and dribbling speed can be improved by skipping plyometrics workout andside hop. The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of skipping exercise andhop side of the soccer player dribbling skills U16-17 in SSB PSDM Blitar. This researchmethod using quasi-experimental research design. This quasi-experimental design usedin two groups of subjects namely the skipping and side hop with the conventional group.The dribbling test were used as a research instrument. The data analysis technique usedis the analysis of variants (one-way ANOVA). The subjects were soccer player U16-17SSB PSDM totaling 24 players. Results from this study have been analyzed by usinganalysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) with significance level of 0.05. Of the testobtained crieteria (F) 7,30 > 4,30 on results posstest skipping and side hop group, thenfor the conventional group obtained criteria (F) 0.16 < 4.30 for difference between groupsand skipping and side hop with a conventional group acquired criteria (F) amounted to23.32 > 4.30. The conclusion of the research is, skipping exercise and side hop gives abetter effect than conventional exercise to increase soccer player dribbling skills U16-17SSB PSDM Blitar.Key words: experiment, skipping and side hop, dribblingAbstrak: Menggiring bola merupakan salah satu teknik dasar sepakbola yang wajibdikuasai oleh semua pemain sepakbola. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari gaya mengajar komando dengan gaya inklusi dan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap keterampilan dasar forehand tenis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian experimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel terdiri dari 48 Mahasiswa putra program studi olahraga yang sesuai dengan kreterian mampu melakukan pukulan forehand, kemudian dilakukan tes Koordinasi mata-tangan, selanjutnya diurutkan berdasarkan skor tertinggi dan terendah diambil 27% kelompok atas dan 27% kelompok bawah, masing-masing dibagi menjadi empat kelompok, masing-masing terdiri dari 12 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis varians dua jalur (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya komando memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar dari pada gaya Inklusi, (2) terdapat interaksi antara gaya mengajar dan koordinasi mata-tangan, (3) pada koordinasi mata-tangan tinggi, gaya komando memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada gaya inklusi, dan (4) pada koordinasi mata-tangan rendah, tidak terjadi perbedaan pengaruh yang berarti antara gaya komando dengan gaya inklusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya mengajar dan koordinasi mata-tangan berpengatuh terhadap keterampilan forehand tenis lapangan.The Effects of Teaching Style and Hand-Eye Coordination on Basic Forehand Tennis SkillsAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of command teaching style with inclusion style and eye-hand coordination on the basic skills of tennis forehand. This research is an experimental research with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The sample consisted of 48 male students of sports studies programs that are in accordance with criteria capable of making a forehand, then conducted a hand-eye coordination test, then sorted by the highest and lowest scores taken 27% of the upper group and 27% of the lower group, each divided into four groups, each consisting of 12 students. Data analysis technique used two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and then followed by Tukey's test at the significance level α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that (1) the command style gives a greater influence than the Inclusion style, (2) there is an interaction between teaching style and eye-hand coordination, (3) on high eye-hand coordination, the command style gives more influence greater than the inclusion style, and (4) in low hand-eye coordination, there is no significant difference in influence between the command style and the inclusion style. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the teaching style and eye-hand coordination are subject to field tennis forehand skills.

This study aims to determine the extent of the difference in effect between knee tuck jump and half squat jump training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games. By using the field experiment method. The population used is male students of Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO with a sample of 60 people taken by Proposive random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the t-test at 95% significance level. The results showed that; (1) There is a significant effect of knee tuck jump training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven to = 13,446> tt = 2,045. There is a significant effect of half squat jump training on the ability of the Kedeng smash in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven to = 10.478> tt = 2.045. There is a significant difference in effect between training on the ability to smash kedeng in sepaktakraw games on Southeast Sulawesi SMANKO students, proven, to = 9,970> tt = 2,000.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of self-talk and Imagery relaxation exercises on the concentration and accuracy of 3point shoot in basketball. The method used in this study was an experimental design with two groups pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were 12 young basketball athletes with 6 male and 6 female with purposive sampling, who were divided into two groups of experimental groups with match subject ordinal pairing (MSOP) based on the ranking of tembakan 3 angka accuracy. The instrument used is a modification of the AAHPRED basketball skill test speed spot shoot (3 point accuracy shot) and concentration grid. The data analysis technique used is  paired t test with significance level ? = 0.05. The results of this study showed (1) there is  a significant difference in the effect of exercise between self talk and Imagery relaxation exercises on concentration with each having an increase of 27.71% (self talk) and 10.97% (imagery relaxation), (2) there os significant differences  effect between self-talk and Imagery relaxation exercises in increase of  the accuracy of  tembakan 3 angka with each increase 38.61% (self talk) and 20.88% (imagery relaxation). Exercise using self talk has better benefits in increasing concentration and accuracy of tembakan 3 angka accuracy.Keyword :Self talk, imagery relaxation, concentration, tembakan 3 angka

This study aims to analyze differences in post types, post periods, and promotions on online engagement on Little Stu's Instagram account. The design in this study is a descriptive research design with historical data types carried out during the period July 2020 - September 2020. The data collection method is from the insta story screen shot uploaded by Little Stu's Instagram account then recorded manually in a periodic time. The population in this study were Little Stu's Instagram account followers who saw the insta story as a viewer and gave comments on the insta story's content. The number of insta story samples selected was 906 posts. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Kruskal-Wallis test or commonly referred to as the non-parametric one-way ANOVA test where the Kruskal-Wallis test is a ranking-based test that can be used to see any statistically significant differences between two or more groups that have characteristics continuous or ordinal processed using SPSS. The results showed that there were significant differences between the types of posts on the number of viewers and comments, there was a significant difference between the period of posts on the number of viewers and comments, there was no significant difference between promotions on the number of viewers but there was a significant difference between promotions and the number of comments. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan tipe post, periode post, dan promosi terhadap online engagement di akun Instagram Little Stu. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis data historis yang dilakukan selama periode Juli 2020 – September 2020. Cara pengumpulan datanya adalah dari screen shot insta story yang diunggah akun Instagram Little Stu kemudian dicatat secara manual dalam waktu berkala. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah followers akun Instagram Little Stu yang melihat insta story sebagai viewer dan memberikan komentar atas konten insta story tersebut. Jumlah sampel insta story yang dipilih adalah sebanyak 906 post. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji Kruskal -Wallis atau biasa disebut dengan uji ANOVA satu arah non parametrik dimana uji Kruskal-Wallis adalah uji berbasis peringkat yang dapat digunakan untuk melihat adanya perbedaan signifikan secara statistik antara dua kelompok atau lebih yang memiliki sifat kontinu atau ordinal yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tipe post terhadap jumlah viewer dan komentar, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara periode post terhadap jumlah viewer dan komentasr, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara promosi terhadap jumlah viewer tetapi ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara promosi terhadap jumlah komentar.

This research aims at investigating the influence of e-WOM and product quality on buying interest through the customers’ trust. This research used a quantitative research design with survey method. This research employed descriptive and verification research methods. A path analysis was conducted to analyze the interval data in this research. The result of data analysis and hypothesis testing revealed that e-WOM and product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on the customers’ trust in online shops, product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, while e-WOM, product quality, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on buying interests in online shops, product quality had an influence on buying interests in online shops, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops.

Islamic boarding school is a religious, educational institution with its characteristics and is different from other educational institutions. Education in Islamic boarding schools includes Islamic education, da’wah, community development, and additional similar education. This research aimed to determine the relationship between Self-Control with Discipline Behavior to students memorizing the Al-Qur’an at Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Purwokerto-Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research methods. The instrument used to collect data is the Self-Control scale and the Discipline Behavior scale. The population in the study was 80 students. Researchers use the entire population, so it is called population research. The data analysis technique uses product-moment correlation. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for Windows Program. The results of the research data show that there is a relationship between Self-Control and Discipline Behavior in students who memorize the Qur’an at Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Purwokerto-Indonesia has a correlation of 0.695 and a significance level of p<0.01. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between Self-Control and Discipline Behavior.

This study aims to obtain information about the influence of organizational culture and job stress on contra productive behavior of public elementary school teachers in Pulo Gadung sub-district. This research is an Associative quantitative research. The research was conducted using a survey method with the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the path analysis technique. The population in this study was 688 respondents, and a sample of 253 respondents were selected using random sampling. The research is focused on two aspects that determine contra productive behavior; organizational culture and job stress. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on contra productive behavior, (2) there is a direct effect of job stress on contra productive behavior, (3) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on job stress.

This study aims to empirically determine the description of organizational commitment to MTs Al-Islamiyah Karang Anyar teachers. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling technique and got 43 samples. The research instrument used was the organizational commitment scale. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and comparative models. The data analysis technique used is the one sample t-test. Researchers hypothesized that married teachers would tend to have higher organizational commitment than unmarried teachers. The results showed that the organizational commitment of the teachers was generally high. In accordance with the proposed hypothesis, it is said that there is a difference in organizational commitment between teachers who are married and teachers who are not married. The t-test results obtained were p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant difference. The empirical mean of married teachers are 100.06 and unmarried teachers are 90.54.
