This study aims to analyze empirically the influence of lifestyle and learning motivation on Civic Education achievement of SMAN 1 Kec. Salimpaung Kabupaten Tanah Datar students. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were all students of SMAN 1 Kec. Salimpaung Kabupaten Tanah Datar. The sample was chosen randomly as many as 23 students in class XII. The data used in the study are primary data derived from randomly distributed questionnaires. This study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21 software. The results of the study indicate that lifestyle variables (X1) have a significant positive effect on student learning achievement (Y). Learning motivation variable (X2) has no significant effect on student learning achievement.

Student achievement can be regarded as indicators of the success of a learning process, which is a measure of success for teachers to conduct the necessary improvements. This study aimstodetermine the effect ofteaching methodthatis appliedandindependent learningon student achievement. The research method is quantitative by using multiple regression analysis. The respondents are students of class XII Madrasah Aliyah in Kudus, the number of sample is 187 students from 17 schools. The results of the study revealed that teachers’ teaching method and student learning independence affect learning achievement of 56.9%. Teacher’steaching style and student learning independence significant positive effect on learning achievement with a significance level less than 1%.

Abstract: This research aims to know and prove how much influence the brand image and perceived quality of La Tulipe Cosmetic to Purchase Decision in Padang City. This research is a causal type of research, using primary data obtained through questionnaires and using multiple regression analysis. The population observed as a sample was 100 female respondents aged 20 - 59 years in Padang City. Data (samples) Analysis using SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) brand image and perceived quality significantly together influence the decision to purchase cosmetic product La Tulipe. 2) brand image has no significant effect on the purchase decision of La Tulipe cosmetic products in Padang City. 3) perceived quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.Keyword: Purchasing Decision, Brand Image, Perceived Quality

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Penelitian ini didesain dalam bentuk pendekatan Mixed Methods yang mengkombinasikan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif (Sequantial Explanatory). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS Versi 23,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar yang signifikan positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika.   This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes. This research is designed in the form of a Mixed Methods approach that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis (Sequantial Explanatory). The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes.

This study aims to show the positive effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, the positive influence of classroom management on learning outcomes, the positive influence of project based learning (PBL) implementation on learning outcomes in Civic Education lessons in class VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive analysis method that involved the entire population, namely 26 respondents in class VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. Data was collected using a survey method in the form of a closed questionnaire and a test in the form of a rubric. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, with inferential statistics, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS version 3.0. This study shows that (a) learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; (b) classroom management has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; c) PBL implementation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in Civic Education learning.

ABSTRAKPertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator yang digunakan dalam  menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi dapat membuat kesejahteraan masyarakat menjadi semakin baik. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat diartikan sebagai perkembangan kegiatan dalam perekonomian yang menyebabkan barang dan jasa yang diproduksi dalam masyarakat bertambah (Sukirno, 2010).  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh PAD, DAU dan DAK terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Tomohon. Desentralisi berarti penyerahan urusan pemerintah dari pemerintah daerah tingkat atas kepada daerah (kuncoro, 2006). Semakin tinggi PAD yang diperoleh suatu daerah maka akan semakin tinggi pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut.  Menurut Brata (2004) yang dikutip oleh Adi dan Harianto (2007) menyatakan bahwa terdapat dua komponen penerimaan daerah yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yaitu PAD serta sumbangan dan bantuan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi khusus berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ABSTRACTEconomic growth is one of the indicators used in determining the success of development. High economic growth can make people's welfare even better Economic growth can be defined as the development of activities in the economy that cause goods and services produced in the community increases (Sukirno, 2010).  The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK on economic growth in Tomohon City. Decentralization means the handover of government affairs from upper level regional governments to regions (kuncoro, 2006). The higher the PAD obtained by a region, the higher the economic growth in the region. According Brata (2004) cited by Adi and Harianto (2007) states that there are two components of local revenue that significantly positive effect on regional economic growth that is PAD and donations and assistance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of applying e-filing and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance. Compliance costs as moderating variable that moderate relations between application e-filing and knowledge taxation on the taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is taxpayers in Padang city. The number off samples used was 100 respondents with the sampling method using purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results obtained are the application of e-filing has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, knowledge of taxation does not affect taxpayer compliance, compliance costs proved to moderate the relationship between the implementation of e-filing and taxpayer compliance, and the cost of compliance was not proven to moderate the knowledge relationship of taxation with taxpayer compliance

<p>This study aims to: (a) record the improvement of student achievement by applying the Active Knowledge Sharing Learning method; and (b) understand the effect of student learning motivation by applying the Active Knowledge Sharing Learning method. This research used class action research in three rounds. Each round consists of design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The onjectt of this research is student of the XII-IPA-1 Class at SMA Negeri 2 Madiun City in Academic Year 2019/2020. The data obtained by using formative test and observation.  Results of the study reveal that the student learning achievement had increased from cycle I to cycle III, are cycle I (69.66%), cycle II (74.53%), and cycle III (83.09%). This study concluded that applying the Active Knowledge Sharing Learning method has a positive effect on the achievement and learning motivation for student.</p>

Jakarta Islamic Index is an index comprised of stocks that meet various criteria sharia. Islamic stocks beta is a measure of the risk of the shares belonging to sharia. This study aims to examine and determine the influence of fundamental factors to Islamic stock beta. Object of this research is the company that makes the Jakarta Islamic Index years 2011-2013, with purposive sampling technique gained 12 companies as the study sample. The independent variabel in this study is dividend payout ratio (DPR), financial leverage (FL) and profitability. This research using multiple regression analysis to test the hypotesis. Result showed that the variables dividen payout ratio has no effect on beta Islamic stock. Variable financial leverage and profitability variables significant positive effect on beta Islamic stock. Simultaneous dividen payout ratio, financial leverage and profitability significantly to the beta having an Islamic stock

This study aims to examine the effect of Tamara savings productsmand promotions on customer decisions to save at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA.The variables used in this study are the dependent variable namely customer decisions (Y) and the independent variable consisting of the product (X1), promotions(X2). The type of data used in this study is quantitative  data. The accumulated data used in this study are  primary data from quenstionnaires and use purposive sampling techinique, data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, R test using the SPSS 16 program, The population in this study are customers at KSPPS BAITUL MAAL WAT-TAMWIL (BMT) EL-USWAH DHARMASRAYA, the sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents, the results showed that the product had a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save, the promotion of Tamara savings had a significant positive effect on kep the customer delegate saves, products and promotion of Tamara savings collectively have a significant positive effect on customer decisions to save.
