This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which consisted of purchasing staff and F&B Manager. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques are used through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Based on the results of research conducted, it was found several things related to the management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods, namely: purchase requests, supplier selection, purchase orders, receipt of goods, and recording of purchase transactions whose entire process must pay attention to several management functions including planning, organizing, directing and monitoring so that the management of the skyline restaurant operational goods procurement runs well and there is no loss for employees or hotels. This study aims to describe the mistakes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya in solving the limit problem of algebraic functions and their causative factors. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are tests and interviews. The research instrument was a question sheet and interview guidelines. The questions used are in the form of a description consisting of 5 questions. Before being used, the questions were reviewed by 3 raters, namely 2 mathematics education lecturers and 1 mathematics teacher. From the results of the study it was concluded that all questions could be used. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by observing persistence and triangulation of sources. Then the collected data were analyzed using data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the errors made by students on the limit of algebraic functions were: (1) Conceptual errors: (a) errors in understanding the concept of limits which consist of formulas, theorems and definitions of limits. (b) the use of formulas, theorems and definitions of limits that are inconsistent with the conditions for the application of the formula; 2) Procedural errors: (a) errors in calculations, (b) inability to write work steps regularly. (c) errors in applying rules, principles or formulas. (d) the inability of students to manipulate algebraic forms based on applicable properties or principles. As for the factors causing students in this study in terms of internal factors of students.

The school principal has been unable to carry out his duties as a supervisor optimally, Objective of this research is to find out why the head of the School is not optimal in carrying out duties as supervis or . Determination of the subject using purposive sampling technique. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and verification / drawing conclusions, while checking the validity of the data is done by extending observations , observation accuracy, and triangulation. The findings in this study indicate that the principal considers the teacher to have professional competence obtained from his education, the principal considers that the implementation of supervision is not so important, and the principal himself does not know about optimal supervision. The conclusion is that the principal has not performed his duties as a supervisor optimally because the principal thinks the teacher already has professional competence obtained from his education so that the implementation of supervision is not so important. The principal should make a class visit to observe the learning process directly, then conduct individual talks to solve the problems faced by the teacher, and the principal programmatically conducts learning simulations for the teacher to observe.

This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. Muslim-oriented tourism has raised international interest, leading to the need to deepen and expand current research into the long-defeated relationship between Islam and geographic tourism. Indonesia was among Muslim-dominated countries encouraging tourism and improving its capacity to host mainly Western visitors. This study explores the feasibility of developing ecological tourism in rural areas – one of Indonesia's leading destinations – about the possibility of building a tourism industry closer to the needs of Muslim customers and more compatible with Islamic beliefs. The study employed qualitative approach. Data analysis performed using an interactive approach which consist of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. This study shows four potentialities for religious education visits: pilgrimage simulation route, Muslim swimming pools, prayer building, and archery venue. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors include accessibility, distance, alliances, and formal structures.  SWOT analysis resulted into four strategies that might be useful guideline for the local government in promoting the halal eco-tourism in the rural areas.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The population in this study were all undergraduate students of the Muhammadiyah University of Palopo for all the subjects taught by the author. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique which is only aimed at students who take courses that are taught by the author in several majors, one of which is the accounting department. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out online by students using Google Form. The questionnaire used was adapted from the practical course service satisfaction questionnaire issued by the Center for Learning Development and Education Quality Assurance (P4MP) Bengkalis State Polytechnic, where the questionnaire consisted of three aspects of assessment namely (a) aspects of teaching and learning, (b) aspects of competence lecturers, and (c) infrastructure aspects. From the results of the analysis, the results obtained for the teaching and learning aspects of the majority (110 or as many as 68%) of students thought that online learning could be accessed well, besides the results of manual calculations using the Ms. application. Office Excel obtained an average result for the teaching and learning aspects of 3.28
