This study aims to describe the types of difficulties and factors causing the undergraduate students of Mathematics Education to have difficulty to understand materials of 2nd Calculus. This research is descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative approach. The research instruments used were tests and interview guides. The data analysis techniques consisted of three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of his research are the types of difficulties faced by students of S1 Mathematics Education in understanding 2nd Calculus  lecture material, namely: Difficulties in the stage of understanding, Difficulties in the transformation phase, Difficulties in the process skills stage, Difficulties at the stage of writing answers / solutions and the factors that caused by intellectual factors, namely: students do not understand the integral concept of substitution, Students do not understand the concept of trigonometric comparisons, students do not understand how to make an integral substitution example and do the substitution substitution into an integral form whose solution is to be sought, students do not understand about decomposition in trigonometry and do not understand which one decomposes and which one decreases, students do not know the formulas commonly used in trigonometry.

This research was motivated by the readiness of teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum thematic learning at SD Negeri 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. The problem in the research is "how is the readiness of the teacher towards the implementation of the 2013 curriculum thematic learning in class I to IV SDN 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara?". The purpose to be achieved in this study is to describe the readiness of teachers in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning at SD Negeri 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. The method in this study is descriptive research that uses a qualitative approach, the subjects in this study were principals and teachers of Public Elementary School 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. The data in the research are all related instruments about the readiness of teachers in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning at SD Negeri 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. Sources of data obtained through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. Checking data by extending observations, increasing perseverance, triangulating data, peers, holding member checks. while the data analysis techniques go through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification / conclusion. The results of this study indicate that according to the observations I made to different teachers and classes 5 respondents were ready to carry out the 2013 curriculum thematic learning which can be seen from the range of scores that I have analyzed, namely 5 respondents get a range of scores A (Very Good) with scores between 90 ≤ A≤ 100 from the process of implementing learning and learning instruments. Become a researcher through observasil results from the assessment of learning devices and learning implementation instruments. This is to measure the readiness of teachers in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning at SD Negeri 04 Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara. Based on the results of this study, the suggestions that can be conveyed are that teachers are more able to increase the creativity of thematic learning with more challenging and maximum readiness in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning process so that it can run well.

This study describes the implementation of playing while learning children with the hook method and its implications for language development for early childhood at Roudhoh Depok tutoring. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were PAUD students and educators at the Roudhoh Learning Guidance, Depok. Methods of data collection with interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data analysis techniques from the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the implementation of playing while learning with the hook method is a learning method that is given to introduce letters and how to read without coercion but with games that use visual aids and systems. Not spell, but hooks, which combine two letters (consonants and vowels) read together. The implication for the development of linguistic intelligence in early childhood is that it can produce students who can develop linguistic intelligence according to standards.

The pronunciation of inappropriate words to exemplify, thus rendering the child devoid of good manners and word-tours, and often against parenthood, is because her parents are unspoiled when she speaks disrespectful and also against parental sayings becomes a phenomenon often encountered in society particularly in coastal communities. Family is very important in child education. The problem formula in this study is (1) How is the behaviour of children in the family? (2) What kind of factors affects the child's crisis of morality in the family? The purpose of the study is (1) to find out how child behaviour in the family is. This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

The Arab Spring

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

The problem in this study relates to the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures as well as direct and indirect expenditure in the Budget Realization Report (LRA) Garut district fiscal year 2013-2017. The aim of this study was to determine the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures, as well as direct and indirect expenditure on Budget Realization Report (BRR) Garut regency Fiscal Year 2013-2017. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation, documentation, interviews and triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study is an analysis model of Miles and Huberman which consists of three stages: 1) Reduction of data, 2) data, and 3) conclusion / verification. The result is the expenditures to Garut regency 2013-2017 fiscal year quite well.

Abstract.This research is motivated by the poor management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods due to the frequent situation of urgent goods but the user rarely directly engages in receiving goods, is not right in planning procurement of goods, organizational structure is not lived properly, and lack of communication in ordering goods. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling which consisted of purchasing staff and F&B Manager. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques are used through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Based on the results of research conducted, it was found several things related to the management of the procurement of skyline restaurant operational goods, namely: purchase requests, supplier selection, purchase orders, receipt of goods, and recording of purchase transactions whose entire process must pay attention to several management functions including planning, organizing, directing and monitoring so that the management of the skyline restaurant operational goods procurement runs well and there is no loss for employees or hotels. This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

The purpose of this research is to see the extent of the management of  Dendang Melayu tourism as one of the potential marine tourism in the city of Batam in terms of facilities and attractions. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this study qualitative data analysis is used by following the concept of Miles and Huberman with several stages, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion. The results of this study show that the management of Dendang Melayu tourism has undergone many changes as one of the potential for marine tourism in the city of Batam, although there are still some shortcomings. Dendang Melayu Tourism is far more interesting than before because of the tourism of Tanjung Penarik, but there are some things that must be addressed, namely the condition of the facilities that are still complained by the community and the attraction of Dendang Melayu tourism for tourists.

The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibiting factors and forms of empowerment of corn farmers by Stakeholders in nagari Kataping Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The backround of this research is that there are still many nagari Kataping communities who do not yet know how to process corn after harvest. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive type. The technique of this research is purposive sampling. The informants of this guidelines the form of structured questions and documentation. Data validity test in this study uses data source triangulation techniques because the comparison and back-checking of the degree of information obtained through different sources. Data analysis techniques throught three stages, namely the stage of data reduction, the stage of data presentation, and the stage of drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the forms of empowerment of corn farmers by Stakeholders and the inhibiting factors for the cultivation of corn farmers by Stakeholders in the nagari Kataping Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.
