Persepsi Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo terhadap Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Daring Saat Pandemi Covid-19

This research is a qualitative descriptive study which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The population in this study were all undergraduate students of the Muhammadiyah University of Palopo for all the subjects taught by the author. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique which is only aimed at students who take courses that are taught by the author in several majors, one of which is the accounting department. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out online by students using Google Form. The questionnaire used was adapted from the practical course service satisfaction questionnaire issued by the Center for Learning Development and Education Quality Assurance (P4MP) Bengkalis State Polytechnic, where the questionnaire consisted of three aspects of assessment namely (a) aspects of teaching and learning, (b) aspects of competence lecturers, and (c) infrastructure aspects. From the results of the analysis, the results obtained for the teaching and learning aspects of the majority (110 or as many as 68%) of students thought that online learning could be accessed well, besides the results of manual calculations using the Ms. application. Office Excel obtained an average result for the teaching and learning aspects of 3.28

The purpose of this reserch is to find the service in public service mall to the satisfaction of the people of Sumenep regency. The research was qualitative descriptive study with observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. It used random sampling. The data were then analyzed with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this study showed that the public service mall of Sumenep district in providing service to the community has implemented five dimensions of service quality, which consists of: tangibel, realiability, responsiviness, assurance, and Emphaty. Based on the findings it can be concluded that service provided by the public service mall Sumenep district is already good, so that people who use the service is satisfied with the service they receive

The purpose of this study is to determine the accountability in terms of planning, management, and accountability of village funds in Panggungharjo Village, Sewon District, Bantul Regency. In addition, it is also to find out the development and empowerment of potential communities in Panggungharjo Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study through methods of data collection, data reduction and data presentation. Village fund planning is carried out together with the APBDes report and submission of the RAPDes from the village to the district. Management is carried out through meetings between the village head, village secretary, financial division, and development division. The accountability of village fund management is submitted with the APBDes report by the Village Head to the District Head. It then is forwarded from the District Head to the Head Regency of Bantul based on the existed regulation. Developing the potency of the community in Panggungharjo Village includes the establishment of activity units such as BUMDes Panggung Lestari, Bapel JSM, SADEPA, Bumi Panggung and Pakarti.

In learning Maharah al-Istima, a lecturer at a college in Palangka Raya uses films from Youtube. Learning to listen to a foreign language cannot separated from problems, but students try to find solutions. This qualitative descriptive study aims to explore the use of films from Youtube in Maharah al-Istima's learning, listening problems and their solutions. The data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques, and the data were analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the lecturer used movies from Youtube offline and online by collecting, selecting, verifying credibility and evaluating the quality of the film. This activity trains students to listen to Arabic and increase their knowledge so that the results of listening of the students are good. The problems faced by students while learning to listen are the fast Arabic pronunciation, the lack of clarity in conversations and the difficulty in vocabulary. Students solve the first problem by playing back, focusing on listening or using dictionaries and other learning strategies. For the second problem, the students overcome them by focusing and understanding the context of the sentences, using a dictionary or other learning strategies. For the third problem, the solution is to train hearing, using a dictionary and reading frequently. The implication of this study is that multimedia communication can help improve the student's listening ability in both offline and online learning.

This study aims to determine the Discipline Character Education Learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Located at RA Islamiyah Bulaklo. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been collected is checked for validity by source triangulation and technical triangulation. Analyzed with interactive analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions. Research informants are the head of the foundation, principal, teachers, and guardians of students. The results showed that by giving Id Cards, students could line up neatly, put shoes and bags in their place according to the order on the Identity card which made students more disciplined and patiently waiting for their turn. From this study, it can be concluded that in the implementation of character education for early childhood (4-5 years) at RA Islamiyah Bulaklo in implementing character education using habituation activities starting from the child entering the gate until going home from school. For habituation activities such as marching, praying, memorizing Asmaul Husna, washing hands, and so on, by giving understanding to children, always be patient waiting for their turn according to the number on the Identity Card.

Abstrak: Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah para guru dan peserta didik di SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner melalui google form, berisikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan tentang berbagai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, serta dokumen-dokumen terkait. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru sekaligus mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaaan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Abstract: This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the principal's efforts in improving teacher discipline in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Sources of data in this study were teachers and students at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Collecting data using interview techniques and distributing questionnaires via google form, containing questions about the various efforts made by school principals to improve teacher discipline in carrying out online learning, as well as related documents. Data analysis was carried out through stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of this research data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the various efforts made by the principal were effective in improving teacher discipline as well as overcoming various obstacles faced in implementing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir.

This research is motivated by the results of observations made by researchers related to the development of SSB achievements of the 14 year age group in the annual sub-district, from the number of SSB groups aged 14 years that are formed in this annual sub-district, the problem in this study is that the contribution of athletes is very less than each. SSB, and funding sources are still lacking. In this study using qualitative descriptive naturalistic methods. The population in this study was SSB in the annual sub-districts while the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research that have been carried out are that, 1) the establishment of SSB as a sub-district aims to provide a platform for channeling football talent, 2) organizational management is carried out in moderation, 3) athlete nurseries are good, 4) coaches are good 5) the implementation of the training program is good, 6) the funding is quite good, 7) the facilities and infrastructure owned are sufficient, 8) the achievement is good. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the coaching of achievements in the annual districts has been going well. The suggestions given by the researchers were 1) the management should be more serious in managing the SSB organization, 2) the funding process must run well, the management and management must allocate funds as well as possible. Keywords: Analysis, Achievement Development, SSB, Age 14 Years Abstrak Penelitian dilatarbelakangi dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terkait dengan pembinaan prestasi SSB kelompok umur 14 tahun se-kecamatan Tahunan, dari banyaknya SSB kelompok umur 14 tahun yang terbentuk se-kecamatan Tahunan ini, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kontribusi atlet yang sangat kurang dari setiap SSB, dan sumber pendanaan masih kurang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif naturalistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SSB se-kecamatan Tahunan sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data dengan teknik triangulasi. Analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa, 1) pendirian SSB se-kecamatan bertujuan untuk memberikan wadah untuk menyalurkan bakat sepakbola, 2) pengelolaan organisasi dijalankan seadanya, 3) pembibitan atlet sudah baik, 4) pelatih sudah baik. 5) pelaksanaan program latihan sudah baik, 6) pendanaan cukup baik,7) sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki sudah cukup memadai,8) prestasi baik,. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pembinaan prestasi se-kecamatan Tahunan sudah berjalan baik. Saran yang peneliti berikan, 1) hendaknya pengurus lebih serius dalam melakukan pengelolaan organisasi SSB, 2) proses pendanaan harus berjalan dengan baik, pengurus maupun manajemen harus mealokasikan dana sebaik mungkin. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the Customer-Driven Service Standards of Citizen Charter in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. This research is a qualitative descriptive study located Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. The informants in this study were the Head of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Head of Planning and Reporting, Planning and Reporting Staff, Civil Servants in Kabupaten Sidoarjo Government. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique of analyzing data uses an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that customer-driven service standards are indicated by the formulation of service standards in accordance with the vision and mission of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo and informed through the official website of the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

<p class="apa">The study examined ‘Students’ Involvement in Social Networking and attitudes towards its Integration into Teaching. The study was carried out in the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. The population of the study consisted of 17,618 undergraduate students enrolled into full time degree programmes in the University of Uyo for 2014/2015 academic session. The design of the study was survey design with ex-post facto approach. Random sampling technique was used to select 1730 students from the 12 faculties in the University. The instrument used for the study was ‘Students’ Social Networking and Attitude Questionnaire which was validated by an expert in curriculum studies and an expert in measurement and evaluation in the University of Uyo. Cronbach’s Alpha Statistical method was used to determine the reliability coefficient of .70 for the instrument. Two research questions and two null hypotheses tested at .05 level of significance guided the study. Mean and Standard Deviation were used to answer research questions; Independent t-test and Analysis of Variance were used to test the hypotheses. The results show that there is significant difference in involvement of university undergraduate students in Social Networking based on course of study, level (year) of study and age. Female undergraduate students’ involvement in social networking is higher than that of their male counterparts; but male undergraduate students showed a higher positive attitude towards integration of social networking into teaching and learning.</p>

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the use of libraries in Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Elementary School Yogyakarta, including the presence of students in the library, student activities in the library, book collections in the library and services in the library. This study included qualitative descriptive research. Research subjects of principals, librarians, teachers and students. The object of this research is the use of school libraries. The validity of the data in this study uses data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Hubermen models which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the library at SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta in its utilization was very good. The use of the library is realized so that the library becomes the most important part of its existence in the school environment. In the use of libraries in SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta is seen from a complete collection of books, high numbers of student visits to libraries, utilization of library space for activities in teaching and learning processes, libraries are comfortable places for students to do assignments and libraries are a solution for students to borrow books when needing references when learning is taking place. In the use of the library, students are also helped by a good library service. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, petugas perpustakaan, guru dan siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan trianggulasi sumber data dan trianggulasi teknik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubermen yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta dalam pemanfaatannya sangat baik. Pemanfaatan perpustakaan diwujudkan agar perpustakaan menjadi bagian terpenting keberadaannya dalam lingkungan sekolah. Dalam Pemanfaatan perpustakaan di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarata dilihat dari koleksi buku yang lengkap, tingginya angka kunjungan siswa ke perpustakaan, pemanfaatan ruang perpustakaan untuk kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, perpustakaan menjadi tempat yang nyaman bagi siswa untuk mengerjakan tugas dan perpustakaan menjadi solusi bagi siswa untuk meminjam buku ketika membutuhkan referensi ketika pembelajaran sedang berangsung. Dalam pemanfaatan perpustakaan, siswa juga terbantu dengan pelayaan perpustakaan yang baik.Kata kunci: Pemanfaatan perpustakaan, SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan.
