This paper discusses about educational communication, particularly in teaching and learning process. Teaching and learning is a dymanic educative interaction process between educators and educatees. Building communication in teaching and learning constitutes an important medium to realize an effective teaching and learning. Effective communication has significant impact on the successful goal achievement. Communication can be said as effective when there is two-way flow of information between communicator and communicant, and this information is equally responded to as expected by both of them. An effective communication is characterized by a good interpersonal relationship. When an effective communication takes place between teachers and educatees during teaching and learning, then it is a successful teaching and learning process. Communication in teaching and learning is highly complex in nature since it involves paedagogical, psychological, and didactical aspects. The paedagogical aspect refers to the fact that teaching and learning take place in an educational environment. Therefore, teachers are demanded to accompany their students to successfully learn and accomplish their competences. The psychological aspect refers to the fact tha students have varied development extents and these require varied materials to be taught, including various varieties in learning, ranging from learning concepts, learning attitudes and learning motoric skills. Finally, the didactic aspect refers to the operational stage of student classroom management in attending the teaching and learning activity. Teaching and learning are said to be effective when the teaching and learning process produces good products, be it the products of instructional effect and nurturant effect. The product of nurturant effect has wider impact as outcome; this nurturant effect is thought as more important as compared to the instructional effect.

This paper aims to reflect an effort to identify the problems associated with the educational learning process, as well as its function to express some inherent considerations to the most effective forms of the classroom management. Mentioned in this discussion are ways of management for various categories of students, not only from an intellectual level, but also by their behavior. Also, in the elaboration of this theme I was considering that in addition to other development directions of the country, an important place is occupied by the education of the younger generation in our school environments and especially in adopting the methods of teaching and learning management with a view to enable this generation to be competitive in the European labor market. This, of course, can be achieved by giving this generation the best values of behavior, cultural level, professional level and ethics one of an European family which we belong to, not just geographically. On such foundations, we have tried to develop this study, always improving the reality of the prolonged transition in the field of children’s education. Likewise, we have considered the factors that have left their mark on the structure, cultural level and general education level of children, such as high demographic turnover associated with migration from rural and urban areas, in the capacity of our educational institutions to cope with new situations etc. In the conclusions of this study is shown that there is required a substantial reform even in the pro-university educational system to ensure a significant improvement in the behavior of children, relations between them and the sound quality of their preparation. Used literature for this purpose has not been lacking, due to the fact that such problems are usually treated by different scholars. Likewise, we found it appropriate to use the ideas and issues discussed by the foreign literature that deals directly with classroom management problems. All the following treatise is intended to reflect the way of an effective classroom management.

Classroom actions rely, among other things, on teaching habits and traditions. Previous research has clarified three different teaching traditions in science education: the academic tradition builds on the idea that simply the products and methods of science are worth teaching; the applied tradition focuses on students’ ability to use scientific knowledge and skills in their everyday life; and the moral tradition opens up a relationship between science and society, focusing on students’ decision making concerning socio scientific issues. The aim of this paper is to identify and discuss similarities and differences between the science curricula in Sweden, France and Western Switzerland in terms of teaching traditions. The study considers the following dimensions in the analysis: (1) the goals of science education as presented in the initial recommendations of the curricula; (2) the organization and division of the core contents; and (3) the learning outcomes expected from the students in terms of concepts, skills and/or scientific literacy requirements. Although the three traditions are taken into account within the various initial recommendations, the place they occupy in the content to be taught is different in each case. In the Swedish curriculum, our analyses show that the three traditions are embedded in the initial recommendations and in the expected outcomes. On the other hand, in the Western-Swiss and French curricula, the three traditions are embedded in the initial recommendations but only academic tradition can be found in the expected outcomes. Therefore, the Swedish curriculum seems to be more consistent regarding teaching traditions. This may have some consequences on teaching and learning practices, which will be discussed in the article. Moreover, our analyses enable us to put forward definitions of teaching tradition.
