This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of the light vehicle engineering training participants which was thought to be caused by the less conducive climate for the light vehicle engineering training participants' class at the Padang Vocational Training Center. This study aims to see an overview of the class climate of the training participants, to see an overview of the learning outcomes of the training participants, and to see the relationship between the Class Climate and the Learning Outcomes of the Light Vehicle Engineering Training Participants at the Padang Job Training Center.This research is a correlational study that uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were participants in the light vehicle engineering training class 2020. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the tools used were a written list of questions. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula.The results of this study indicate that: (1) The climate of the training participants' class was categorized as very unfavorable; (2) The learning outcomes of the light vehicle engineering training participants are categorized as low; (3) There is a significant relationship between the classroom climate and the learning outcomes of participants in light vehicle engineering training at the Padang Vocational Training Center. The suggestion of this research is that it is hoped that the instructor will improve the classroom climate in light vehicle engineering training. This study aims to reveal an overview of the application of andragogical principles in training, the learning outcomes of the training participants to sew clothes, and reveal the relationship between the application of andragogical principles and the learning outcomes of the training participants to sew clothes based on the initial observations that the author has made, located at Balai Work Training (BLK) in Padang. The results of the observations show that the high learning outcomes of the training participants are thought to be caused by the application of andragogical principles to the sewing training. This type of research is a correlational study that uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the training participants in sewing clothes for the January-March period this year. The sampling technique is saturated sampling and the sample is the whole population. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the tools used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the application of andragogical principles in sewing good clothes; 2) the learning outcomes of the training participants to sew clothes are classified as good; 3) there is a significant relationship between the application of andragogical principles and learning outcomes in sewing training at the Vocational Training Center (BLK) in Padang. The suggestion of this research is that it is hoped that the instructor can deepen knowledge in teaching adults so that the results obtained are more optimal. This study aims to improve the timeliness of students in collecting assignments on google form for the online method of Light Vehicle Engineering Chassis Maintenance on the subject of Diagnosing Automatic Transmission Damage for Class XII odd semester SMK Wiworotomo Purwokerto Pelajar 2020/2021. The data obtained include data on student learning outcomes tests for each cycle, data from observations of teacher activities and data from observations of student activities. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that by maximizing the WA group class before and after learning can improve the timeliness of students in doing assignments on the google form material Diagnosing Automatic Transmission Damage Class XII TKRO SMK Wiworotomo Purwokerto Academic Year 2020/2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan waktu siswa dalam mengumpulakn tugas pada google form mata pelajaran Pemeliharaan Sasis Pemindah Tenaga Teknik Kendaraan Ringan metode daring pada materi Mendiagnosis Kerusakan transmisi Otomtais Kelas XII semester gasal SMK Wiworotomo Purwokerto Pelajaran 2020/2021. Data yang diperoleh antara lain tentang data tes hasil belajar siswa setiap siklusnya, data hasil observasi aktifitas guru dan data hasil observasi aktifitas siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan memaksimalkan WA group kelas sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan ketepatan waktu siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas di google form materi Mendiagnosa Kerusakan Transmisi Otomatis Kelas XII TKRO SMK Wiworotomo Purwokerto Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021.

With the questionnaire data collection techniques and documentation of learning outcomes.The validity of the items obtained from the product moment correlation. About the reliability obtained with the formula stated alpha and reliable. Before the data were analyzed first tested the prerequisite analysis of the normality test, linearity, and multicollinearity test. Analysis using partial correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.Based on the analysis of the results obtained the following results : ( 1 ) There is a positive and significant correlation Motivation Learning ( X1 ) with the learning outcomes Eye Basic Training Electrical Engineering ( Y ) ; ( 2 ) There is a positive and significant relationship of Parents Socioeconomic Status ( X2 ) with learning outcomes Eye Basic Training Electrical Engineering ( Y ) ; ( 3 ) There is a positive and significant correlation Motivation Learning ( X1 ) and Socio-Economic Status of Parents ( X2 ) together to learn Eye Basic Training Electrical Engineering ( Y ) .

Research purpose (1) to find out the correlation between learning motivation with the learning result of electrical automotive of students class XI Light Vehicle Engineering of SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta in the Academic Years 2013/2014, (2) to find out the correlation between the way of learn and the learning result of automotive electrical of students class XI Light Vehicle Engineering SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta in the Academic Years 2013/ 2014, (3) to find out the correlation between the learning motivation and the way of learning with the learning result of electrical automotive class XI of students class XI Light Vehicle Engineering SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta in the Academic Years 2013/ 2014.This research’s type is correlational and classified as ex post facto research. The population of this research is 97 students, the sampling technique used is saturated sample and population research. Data collection technique used is questionnaires and documentation technique. The Validity of each questions item acquired from the correlation of product moment. The reliability of the question is acquired  with alpha formula. The data analysis technique used is simple regression and a double regression that previously conducted with prerequisite test analysis that are normality test, multi-correlation test, and linearity test.From the analysis result acquired the following research result: (1) there is positive correlation and significant between the motivation learning (X1) and learning result of automotive electrical (Y); there is positive correlation and significant between the way of learn (X2) and learning result of automotive electrical (Y); (3) there is positive correlation and significant among learning motivation (X1) and the way of learn (X2) with learning result of automotive electrical.

This study aims to develop a learning model of Youtube-Based Learning to facilitate the learning habits of digital-age students. This research used the research and development method. The research steps were analysis of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, limited implementation test, revisions, implementation tests, revisions, and mass production. Subject research was the students of class XI of Light Vehicle Engineering at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen. Research data collection used closed questionnaire, open questionnaire, and integrated with interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used the effect size test. The results showed that the validity of Youtube-Based Learning included in the very feasible category to apply. The contribution given by Youtube-Based Learning on student learning outcomes was 58%. Other results showed that students and teachers gave positive responses to the learning model of Youtube-Based Learning.

ABSTRACTLembang Vocational Training Center (Balai Latihan Kerja/BLK Lembang) is a government vocational training institution in charge of organizing vocational training in agriculture/agribusiness for the community, especially job seekers. The challenge faced by BLK Lembang is to create agricultural entrepreneurs expected to reduce 1.8 million unemployed in West Java (BPS, 2017). This study aims to investigate the innovations undertaken by BLK Lembang in creating agricultural entrepreneurs through agricultural vocational training. The study was conducted from November to December 2017 at BLK Lembang using qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through secondary data, observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to several key informants. The results of this study showed that BLK Lembang has performed innovations in its vocational training system in order to create agricultural entrepreneurs that include: vision and planning, demonstration and training facilities, capacity building for instructor, training program development, training contents development, utilization of material practice, On Job Training Program, and networking. In the future, BLK Lembang will take opportunities for innovation in management and work culture, human resources, training programs, membership, facilities and partnership to improve its training system and quality in order to create more agricultural entrepreneurs. Keywords: agricultural entrepreneur, agricultural innovation system, agricultural vocational training ABSTRACTBalai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Lembang adalah lembaga pelatihan kerja pemerintah yang bertugas menyelenggarakan pelatihan kerja di bidang pertanian/ agribisnis bagi masyarakat, terutama pencari kerja. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh BLK Lembang adalah menciptakan wirausaha pertanian yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi 1,8 juta penganggur di Jawa Barat (BPS, 2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi yang dilakukan oleh BLK Lembang dalam menciptakan wirausaha pertanian melalui pelatihan kerja bidang pertanian. Penelitian dilakukan dari November hingga Desember 2017 di BLK Lembang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui data sekunder, observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) kepada beberapa informan kunci. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BLK Lembang telah melakukan inovasi dalam sistem pelatihan kerjanya untuk menciptakan wirausaha pertanian yang meliputi: visi dan perencanaan, fasilitas peraga dan pelatihan, pengembangan kapasitas untuk instruktur, pengembangan program pelatihan, pengembangan materi pelatihan, pemanfaatan bahan latihan, Program On-Job Training dan jaringan kerja sama. Di masa mendatang, BLK Lembang akan memanfaatkan peluang-peluang untuk inovasi dalam aspek manajemen dan budaya kerja, sumber daya manusia, program pelatihan, kepesertaan, fasilitas, dan jaringan kerja sama untuk meningkatkan sistem dan kualitas pelatihan dalam rangka menciptakan lebih banyak wirausaha pertanian.  Kata kunci: wirausaha pertanian, sistem inovasi pertanian, pelatihan kerja pertanian

The purpose of this study is to knowing: (1) can the application of inquiry learning methods increases learning motivation of measuring tool; and (2) can the application of inquiry learning methods increases learning achievement of measuring tool of Light Vehicle Engineering of Al-Mujahidin NW Kumbung East Lombok.This study included a Classroom Action Research. Subject of This research is Light Vehicle Engineering in 10th class of SMK Al-Mujahidin NW Kumbung which amounts to 18 students. While the object of this research is motivation of learning and achievement of measuring tool subjects. Data collection technique in this study uses the technique of questionnaires and tests. The Istrumen in this study uses the syllabus, lesson plans, questionnaires, tests and observation sheet. And than the data analysis technique uses descriptive and quantitative analysis to determine the percentage of student achievement.The results of this research showed that: (1) the application of inquiry learning methods on measuring tool subject can increases learning motivation, indicated with an average of Students learning motivation in 1st cycle 61.22, on the 2nd cycle 76.33, and on the 3rd cycle 90.17; And (2) the application of inquiry learning methods can increases student learning achievement on measuring tool subjects. this research showed that an increase in the average value of 49.44 in 1st cycle into 78.88 in the 2nd cycle and into 85.55 on the 3rd cycle before the action.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis engine stand terhadap hasil belajar mesin konversi energi siswa kelas X Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Singraja, pada kelas X TKR yang berjumlah 66 orang yang terbagi menjadi dua kelas. Kelas X TKR 3 (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas X TKR 2 (kelas kontrol). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes hasil belajar tipe pilihan ganda sebanyak 30 butir dengan lima pilihan. Data hasil tes dianalisis dengan uji analisis statistik berbantuan SPSS 16.0 for windows berupa uji kesamaan rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest kedua kelas. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis engine stand menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar mesin konversi energi pada siswa. Hal ini berdasarkan output pair 2 diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar mesin konversi energi siswa kelas X TKR untuk pretest kelas kontrol dengan posttest kelas kontrol. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata hasil belajar mesin konversi energi pada siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis engine stand sebesar 83.42, sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mesin konversi energi tanpa media pembelajaran berbasis engine stand sebesar 60.88 dengan selisih 22.54. Kata-kata kunci:  media pembelajaran berbasis engine stand, hasil belajar siswa. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of engine stand based learning media on the learning outcomes of energy conversion machine students in Class X Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR). This research was conducted at Singraja State Vocational School 3, in class X TKR totaling 66 people divided into two classes. Class X TKR 3 (experimental class) and class X TKR 2 (control class). The instrument used in this study was in the form of a 30 choice multiple choice type of learning outcomes test with five choices. The test result data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 for windows statistical analysis test in the form of a similarity test of the pretest and posttest scores of the two classes. The results of the study concluded that engine stand based learning media showed an influence on learning outcomes of energy conversion machine on students. This is based on the results of the SPSS 16.0 t-test for Windows, the value based on pair 2 the Sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) of 0,000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in the average learning outcomes of machine energy conversion of class X TKR students for the control class pretest and the control class posttest. This can be seen from the average energy conversion machine learning outcomes of students who use engine stand based learning media at 83.42, while the average learning outcomes of energy conversion machine students without engine stand based learning media is at 60.88 with a difference of 22.54. Key words: engine stand based learning media, student learning outcomes.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatan keaktifan belajar siswa; dan (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar kelistrikan kendaraan ringan siswa kelas XI TKR. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari 3 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: (1) Perencanaan tindakan; (2) Pelaksanaan tindakan; (3) Observasi; dan (4) Refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI TKR 1 SMK Giripuro Sumpiuh yang berjumlah 42 siswa, objek penelitian adalah keaktifan dan hasil belajar sistem kelistrikan kendaraan ringan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar kelistrikan kendaraan ringan siswa kelas XI TKR 1 SMK Giripuro Sumpiuh. Peningkatan keaktifan belajar dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata keaktifan siklus I sebesar 52,38%, siklus II sebesar 64,29%, dan 74,79% pada siklus 3, persentase keaktifan siklus I ke siklus II meningkat sebesar 11,19%, dan siklus II ke siklus III meningkat sebesar 10,50%. Peningkatan hasil belajar dilihat dari nilai ratarata siklus I sebesar 47,62%, siklus II sebesar 64,29%, dan 88,10% pada siklus III, persentase peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 16,67%, dan siklus II ke siklus III meningkat sebesar 23,81%. This study aims to: (1) improve the students’ learning activeness; and (2) increase the students’ learning outcomes of light vehicles electricity system of grade XI students of Light Vehicle Engineering. This study is a Classroom Action Research/Penelitian Tindakan Kelas consisting of 3 cycles in which each cycle comprises four stages: (1) Action planning; (2) Implementation of action; (3) Observation; and (4) Reflection. The subjects of the study were 42 students of grade XI of Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) 1 class in Giripuro Sumpiuh Vocational High School. Meanwhile, the research object was the students’ activeness and learning outcomes of the light vehicles electrical system. Data analysis technique used was quantitative analysis. The result shows that the application of discovery learning model can improve the students’ activeness and learning outcomes of light vehicles electrical system of grade XI students of Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) 1 class in Giripuro Sumpiuh Vocational High School. The improvement of the learning activeness can be seen from the average of the activeness of cycle I of 52.38%, cycle II of 64.29%, and cycle III of 74.79%, with the percentage of activeness in cycle I to cycle II increases by 11.19% and in cycle II to cycle III increases by 10.50%. The increase of learning outcomes is seen from the average score of cycle I of 47.62%, cycle II of 64.29%, and cycle III of 88.10%, with the percentage of the increase in students’ learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II increases by 16.67%, and cycle II to cycle III increased by 23.81%.
