This study aims to design and create a media application for learning the Quran that can be used on Android smartphones by reading and listening to the reading of letters according to their meaning and can immediately be practiced using voice speech. The system development method used is the waterfall method. This application is built on the Android platform and implements voice recognition. Voice recognition algorithm used is devide and conquer to convert sound into discrete form so that synchronization of speech recognition time occurs. The application test results obtained suitability between the algorithm and the design of the application that has been made in accordance with the design objectives. Keywords: tahsin, interactive, android, voice recognation

LD3320 is a high-performance speech recognition module which is made in ICR company. It can achieve non-specific voice recognition feature of a limited vocabulary. The chip does not require the user for record training, with a identify dynamically editable key words list, we just need to put the key words in the chip, which can take effect immediately in the next recognition. The design on the basis of Android platform, combined with non-specific speech recognition module, Bluetooth technology enables voice control hardware, design of a set of older self-aid devices.

Voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of choosing leaders. The village head election process in Indonesia still uses conventional voting methods, namely using ballot paper media in the election process. Voting that is carried out conventionally has several obstacles, including the lack of guaranteeing the authenticity of voters' votes, so that people think the results of voting results are often manipulated. In addition conventional selection is deemed inaccurate and time-consuming and costly. In this study the aim of this research is to design an information system e-voting that can be used for the Election of the Village Head of Cemandi, Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java, where by using this system the election process becomes easier by ensuring the accuracy of the vote count. This system development method uses the model of software engineering waterfall. The test results blackbox show that the functions of the features in the system are running well. Based on the UAT test, the system received an average percentage rate of 86%.

Plagiarism is a crime that often occurs in the academic world, plagiarism occurs because of theft of other people's work that is illegally recognized as if the work is his own. N-gram is an algorithm by cutting as many characters as N-characters in a sentence or word. While the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm is a string search algorithm, this algorithm is used to maintain information that is used to carry out the number of shifts whenever there is no matched patency in the text. The purpose of this study is to create a system to measure the comparison of the accuracy of the N-gram algorithm with a website-based KMP on a thesis abstract document. This research uses the waterfall system development method which has stages, namely analysis, design, coding, and testing. The KMP test results are better than N-gram where kmp has an average percentage of 3.8% while the N-gram 3.5% results are obtained from an average of 10 trials and 5 documents tested.

Technological developments in the communication and information  area can changes the lifestyle of the human become the digital lifestyle. Digitalization on the aspects of life can provide convenience for humans. Like the household appliances that can be controlled by a smartphone. In 2015 Nugraha build a light management system with android smartphone via bluetooth media. In addition, the lights are also can be controlled automatically by time and light (LDR). The disadvantages of this system are the lights that can not be used remotely and can not give notice to the home owner about the status “on or off” of the light.  This research aims  to design a multicontrol system to control the light with several media follows : bluetooth, voice, light (LDR), timer, website and SMS as notification of light status. System development method in this research using Waterfall method. The test results using bluetooth, light(LDR), voice, and timer provide a fast response with average less than 2 seconds.

Speech recognition technology is one of the hottest and the most promising new information technologies in the world. This paper studied the voice pretreatment and extractions of MFCC characteristic parameters, constructed speech keywords recognition algorithm with the core of the VQ model and the HMM model, using MATLAB to complete the training and simulation of algorithm, FPGA-based voice recognition technology, and the simulation and implementation of its hardware and software. It laid the foundation for the realization of speech recognition and control based FPGA.

In making the information system of diploma companion certificate (SKPI) BAAK Campus X there was a pile up of files to overcome these problems, so a certificate of companion certificate information system (SKPI) was made on Campus X based on website.. The System Development Method used in this thesis is the Prototype Method while the tool used in the development of the thesis system is Flowchart, FOD, CD, DFD, Relationship Tables and table structure as well as Making a system using the PHP Programming language and MySQL database management system Beta test results show that 67% of respondents said that this system fulfills 9 criteria for a good website. 100% of respondents (BAAK administrators) said that this system helped BAAK work. (FZ).

<p><em>Indonesia is country rich in cultural diversity, one of which is regional languages. In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2009 article 1 paragraph 6, what is meant by regional languages is the language used for generations by Indonesian citizens in regional areas in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. There are many regional languages in Indonesia, one of which is Lampung. however, the reduction in Lampung language speakers can cause the Lampung language to disappear. With the help of technology, especially Android, it can help to increase interest in Lampung language, especially in Lampung adolescents. this research will develop an Indonesian translator application to the Lampung dialect A on the Android Platform. The application is named Cawa Lampung. the translation process is carried out by the system with word translation. Every word is carried out the stemming process using the Nazief Adriani stemming method. The system development method used is eXtreme Programming. Dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 24 tahun 2009 pasal 1 ayat ke 6, yang dimaksud bahasa daerah adalah bahasa yang digunakan secara turun-temurun oleh warga negara Indonesia di daerah daerah di wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Ada banyak bahasa daerah di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah bahasa lampung.  namun berkurangnya penutur bahasa lampung dapat mengakibatkan bahasa daerah lampung akan hilang. Dengan bantuan teknologi terutama Android, dapat membantu meningkatkan lagi minat berbahasa lampung terutama pada remaja lampung. penelitian ini akan mengembangkan aplikasi translator bahasa Indonesia ke Bahasa Lampung dialek A pada Platform Android. Aplikasi diberi nama Cawa Lampung. proses terjemahan dilakukan oleh sistem dengan terjemahan kata perkata. Setiap kata dilakukan proses stemming dengan mengunakan metode stemming Nazief Adriani. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu eXtreme Programming. After about 50 years of development, speech recognition technology has been able to achieve large vocabulary, non-specific human continuous speech recognition system. On account of Chinese pronunciation features, we research the small vocabulary, non-specific Chinese speech recognition based on continuous Hidden Markov Model approach. With comparing the datasets of VQ/DTW, VQ/DHMM, CHMM state-1 recognition algorithm and CHMM state-2 recognition algorithm, the results of our experiment show that: (1) CHMM state-2 branch method performs primely in reduction of the recognition time; and (2) the recognition accuracy is improved eventually.

E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. In the development of modules applied Dynamic System Development Method. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. In this study a prototype has been produced for the sales module on agricultural e-commerce that is being developed

Представлены результаты разработки цифрового изолятора на основе интегрального микротрансформатора в специализированном корпусе, выполненном по технологии низкотемпературной совместно обжигаемой керамики (LTCC). Согласно результатам измерений тестовых образцов максимальная скорость передачи данных разработанного цифрового изолятора - не менее 30 Мбит/с. The paper presents the results of the development of a digital insulator based on an integral microtransformer in a specialized package made in technology of low-temperature co-fired ceramics. The isolator is a microassembly consisting of a transceiver chip and an integrated transformer. According to the test results, the maximum data rate speed of the developed digital insulator is not less than 30 Mbit/s.
