Communication is the means to clarify expectations and to coordinate the tasks responsibility that allow the people to achieve the objectives of the organization to be more efficient and effective. Communication is the exchange of information between the sender and the receiver in which the process of information and the meaning of the message is delivered well. Most of the tasks responsibility that is done by a team works on interdependent and mutually connected to each other of the organization’s member. Therefore, the effectiveness of communication plays an important role in determining whether there is a profit or loss in the process of communication. An organization is a group of people who work in interdependence through communication. In organizational activity, there is the process of delivering and receiving the messages to run the organization’s performance. It means that the role of communication is very influential in behavioral freedom during the coordination process of an organization. This research deals with the notion of communication, communication function, model of communication, communication barriers, and how to improve the communication process. The purpose of this research was to know and to describe the role of communication in behavioral freedom during the coordination process of an organization. This research was a descriptive research. The results of this research showed that the development behavioral freedom during the coordination process of an organization needed to be dynamic during the working performance to achieve the goal; one of them was to understand and perform the communication process properly. Some of the obstacles in communication, according to Robbins and Judge, were the process of filtering, selective perception, information overload, emotions, language, silence, communication apprehension, gender differences, etc. Those obstacles could be solved by interpersonal communication, strategies and skills to communicate described in this paper, so that the organization could run well reaching the desired goal.

In the era of Society 5.0, the role of communication technology was further enhanced so that it made it easier for humans in various aspects, such as economic, social, cultural, educational, health, business, and so on. However, the sophistication of information and communication technology causes interpersonal to interact less rarely face to face and face to face because it is more comfortable interacting through cyberspace through social media. This research was conducted to illustrate how social communication from understanding anxiety in the digital age. In conducting interactions, each individual can experience communication fears where individuals tend to experience anxiety because too much information is received. The group can be one of the very positive spheres of communication. The object of this research is Basmala members, who have various backgrounds as members of Islamic spiritual groups who uphold religious values. This research uses a qualitative research method with an ethnomethodology type that looks at how the disclosure of reality in people's lives and how individuals receive, learn, apply information provided in the community. Basmala is an Islamic spiritual organization whose members are students. As a religious organization where the culture and activities of the organization also have characteristics that can lead to the basic rules of religion that are expected to familiarize its members to deal with differences in the communication process to overcome the causes of communication apprehension

BUMDesa activities are inseparable from community empowerment which aims to accommodate all community activities in the economic sector and as an alternative to poverty alleviation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the processes and factors supporting the empowerment of village communities carried out by BUMDesa Tirta Mandiri so that they get many achievements. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research design. The research results show that the success of Ponggok Village is not obtained instantly but through a series of community empowerment processes. The role of the village government is very influential in the success of BUMDesa because it is not tired of conducting literacy studies by cooperating with academics and consultants. Various innovations were also developed to be able to compete and keep up with the times, therefore other village-level economic institutions such as Pokdarwis Wanua Tirta and UKM Nila Murni are collaborating with them to be more active in empowering the people of Ponggok Village.Keywords: BUMDesa, Community Empowerment, Ponggok Village

The interpersonal communication of beggars involves the beggars’ interaction with their donors, and interaction among beggars. This communication incorporates symbols that have been given meaning, both verbal and non-verbal. This study aims to determine the motives that encourage someone to become a beggar in Banda Aceh, the effectiveness of the city government’s policy in handling the begging activities and to find out the process of interpersonal communication of the beggars. This study applies the descriptive qualitative method with phenomenology approach, to describe the meaning of some people’s lives. The research subjects are the beggars who are willing and able to provide the required information in-depth. The result shows that the interpersonal communication process among the beggars and the beggars with the donors are conducted through symbolic interaction by using language and symbols, and role-play performance creating condition and atmosphere which gave certain meanings. The communities performing such interactions had the ability to utilise symbols to create an impression that attracted the attention of donors. The actions raised people’s sympathy who will give charities to them in any expected feedback. The understanding of this issue is important for the realization of the implementation of the regulation but still maintaining the aspirations of the citizens who uphold Islamic values, the concept of giving to the people in need.

The subject of this article is the role of mas in art culture of the Silver Age as a peculiar era of the “Russian Renaissance”. The term was introduced by N. A. Berdyaev and is present in a number of hisp philosophical writings. The object of this research is the Silber Age, perceived by the author as a somewhat mythological concept. Within the history of Russian culture “Golden Age” is attributed to the time of Pushkin, while “Silver Age” is a period of the bloom of modernism at the turn of XIX-XX centuries, when creative revival coincided in the visual and scenic arts, literature, music, science, and social life. The goal of this work consists in the analysis of dynamics and interconnection between artistic pursuits of the era of Russian modernism and the role of mask in this process The research results testify to the fact that in the Silver Age art prevails the cult of mask as a so-called challenge, protest against reality, which defined its special role in the works of painters, theatrical designers, symbolist poets, avant-garde filmmakers, whose experiments were aimed at determination of the new forms of relationships between art and the public. The relevance of study is substantiated by “interchange” of eras: new trends in development of sociocultural sphere of turn of XX-XXI centuries, when mask came into the people’s everyday life, and the image (persona) becomes an intrinsic part of communication process.

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of information overload on intention to make unusual purchases through perceived severity in the people of Bandung during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types and causality. Sampling uses non probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method to 100 respondents of Bandung city with a population of 2,510,103.00 people. Analysis of research data using tenik descriptive analysis and path analysis. The conclusion of the study shows variable information overload and perceived severity fall into the category of very high and variable intention to make unusual purchases fall into the high category. In addition, variable information overload had a significant effect on perceived severity of 46.92%. Information overload significantly affects intention to make unusual purchases by 6.25%. Perceived severity significantly affects intention to make unusual purchases by 19.80%. Information overload affects indirectly the intention to make unusual purchases through perceived severity of 30.48%.

Abstract: Interpersonal Communication Strategy for Trainers and Players in Improving the Achievement of UPI Bandung Futsal Team. Interpersonal communication is communication that has a large effect in terms of changing the attitudes and thoughts of others, especially individuals. This is because, usually the parties involved in the communication meet directly, do not use the media in delivering the message so that there is no distance that separates the communicator from the communicant. The diversity of the UPI Bandung Futsal Club players led to the need for an appropriate communication in a training situation and at the time of evaluation after the training of the players. Interpersonal communication is considered necessary to be used and controlled by a trainer in communicating to players during training in the field as well as interactions outside the field. UPI Bandung Futsal Club has three training programs, including strategy training, physical training, and agility training. Good communication will facilitate the process of sending the intended message from the coach, so that if what is instructed from the three training programs by the trainer then performed well by the player. The author chooses the effectiveness of Interpersonal communication between the trainer and the UPI Bandung Futsal Club player, because researchers are interested in the background of the different tribes of players and the players who are women. In addition, an increase in achievement adds to the interest of researchers to find out more about interpersonal communication at the UPI Bandung Futsal Club in improving achievementThis study aims to describe and analyze How Interpersonal Communication Strategies for Trainers and Players Improve UPI Bandung Futsal Team Achievement (Qualitative Study of Teams Putri UPI futsal Bandung). Communication problems are one of the most important for every organization because it is a tool that binds all management functions within the organization. The effectiveness of internal communication at Sari Ater Hotel & Resort is very central to the survival of an organization and the performance organizaton’s of a hotel that can be seen from the communication hierarchy in vertical, diagional and horizontal communication. The concept of internal communication refers to the opinions of Ronald Adler and George Rodman, who argued that in the process of internal communication occurs through vertical communication process, horizontal communication and diagonal communication. The method used in this research is sirvey with descriptive research type with quantitative approach. This method is suitable because it only provides an overview of research related to the role of internal communication effectiveness in improving employee performance Sari Ater Hotel & Resort. This study aims to determine the role of the village government in improving the welfare of the people of Bulili Village, Duhiadaa District, Pohuwato Regency. The research approach uses descriptive research. Informants were the village head, village head, BPD chairman, LPM Chair, village treasurer and Bulili village community leaders. The results showed that the Bulili Village Government in improving community welfare carried out three programs such as: 1) an increase in agricultural production programs planning assistance that would improve the economy of Bulili villagers such as providing rice seeds, corn seeds, tractor assistance, hansplayer assistance (tengki), assistance fertilizer, and PNPM assistance, 2) program to increase livestock production, namely the collaboration of district governments, sub-district governments and village governments in the form of providing assistance for productive superior cow and productive goat seeds to cattle farmers in the Bulili village community formed by Bulili village government . 3) development of village livestock agribusiness, which is to form a group of livestock farmers who are given the assistance of productive cow and goat seeds to each group to be managed.

<p><em>Makepung art is an art and cultural attraction, prajuru Pakraman village is very concerned with the artistic traditions such as makepung in Jembrana Regency so that ways are sought to maintain the preservation of the makepung art. This is intended to maintain and preserve the existence of makepung which has become a characteristic of Jembrana Regency and bring a lot of income to Pakraman Baluk Village as well as increase income for the community. Based on this background, three problems can be formulated, namely (1) What is the persuasive communication process of Pakraman Village Prajuru in the preservation of Makepung art? (2) What factors inhibit persuasive communication of Pakraman Village Prajuru in preservation of Makepung art in Pakraman Baluk Village, Negara District, Jembrana Regency? (3) What efforts have been made in the persuasive communication of Pakraman Village teachers in the preservation of makepung art? The research objective is the general purpose to be able to contribute ideas about how the persuasive communication process of Pakraman village prajuru in preservation of makepung art in Pakraman Baluk Village, Negara District, Jembrana Regency. This study found that the process of persuasive communication from prajuru as a communicator, to influence, in achieving the objectives achieved by communication using. Factors that hinder persuasive communication of Pakraman village teachers are mechanical and semantic disturbances of interest, interest, prajuru motivation. The results of the study (1) The implementation of interpersonal communication between Madrasah principals and teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Alhuda has been carried out regularly and continuously.(2) The supporting factors for the implementation of interpersonal communication at Madrasah Aliyah Alhuda include: a good communication climate between the head of the Madrasah and the teacher, the available communication media and the loyalty and dedication of each teacher. (3) Efforts made to overcome interpersonal communication difficulties in Madrasah Aliyah Alhuda include: continuous efforts from the head of Madrasah to create a relaxed atmosphere with teachers, the head of Madrasah prioritizes accepting teachers (not yet PNS) who are fully capable of teaching at school.
