The researcher used the semi-experimental design to verify the validity of the two instruments they were presented to a group of specialized consultants. The stability coefficient was then calculated using Cronbach Alpha, where the stability value of the self-awareness scale was 0.81 and tension scale was 0.90. The mean and standard deviations were calculated and the Shapiro-Wilk test was used to examine the normal distribution probability of the variables of self-awareness and tension. The results revealed in the non-moderate distribution of individual responses to the two variables. The Mann-Whitney test, the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and the Spearman Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient test were used. The results showed differences between the experimental and control groups in the post-test of self-awareness and stress measures and for group members this is an indication of the effectiveness of the psychodrama -based counseling program in improving self-awareness and reducing stress among tenth grade students in Qalqilia city and the absence of differences in experimental group members between the tribal and remote testing methods of self-awareness and differences in group members for testing between the two pre-test and post- test of stress. The researcher recommends that self-awareness and stress in the adolescent group should be addressed through the psychodrama -based counseling programs.

Each group was given acupressure and ginger drink in the morning and evening during menstruation from day one to day two. Respondents were assessed for pain before and after the intervention was given. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test contained Sig data (p <0.05). The Wilcoxon test has a p-value of 0.002 (p <0.05), which means that acupressure is effective in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that ginger is effective against reducing pain intensity. menstruation / dysmenorrhea, there is a p-value of 0.034 (p <0.05), which means that there is a difference in the effectiveness of acupressure and ginger drink in reducing the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea. There is an effectiveness of giving acupressure, ginger drink, and there is a difference in giving acupressure and ginger drink on the intensity of menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea on young women. It is hoped that the school will provide ginger drinks and acupressure measures to young women who experience menstrual pain / dysmenorrhea so that they can participate in learning activities at school.

Indonesia is the largest Muslim population country in the world, so the market demand for halal products is enormous. However, in fact, there are not many business actors who submit and have halal certificates, especially in small and medium enterprises. This problem can be due to lack of information and sufficient understanding to apply for a halal certificate. The aim of the research is to give technical guidance for preparing halal certification process. The manual method is used to provide training on the halal guarantee system for the preparation of the halal assurance system (HAS). The workshop began with a pre-test and then the presentation of halal assurance system material, the guidance on how to prepare and discussion. All the activities were done by online (WhatsApp group and zoom meeting). The training ended with the post-test to assess the improvement of knowledge of the. To analyze the difference, we used a paired T-test statistical method. The result of this research shows an increasing understanding of participants (p<0,05) through the comparison between before and after training. These activities conclude that the practice of technical guidance for facing halal certification is beneficial for small and medium enterprises in improving knowledge and capability of the halal certification process.

The learning assessment centre helps managers define learning objectives based on feedback in a group of peers. This study tested the hypothesis that the centre empowers managers to cope with change. Statistical methodology for a pre-test, post-test design using ordinal (Likert) data is also reviewed. Middle managers from a bank undergoing major reorganisation were divided into two matched groups. The experimental group spent three days in a learning assessment centre designed to give them self-insight and an understanding of the bank's requirements during the transformation. The control group received no treatment. Both groups were measured before and after the centre on a self-report measure and completed a peer assessment questionnaire completed by subordinates. Fifty-eight managers completed both pre-test and post-test measures. Whilst the subordinates of the control group reported a drop in their managers' empowerment, the subordinates of the experimental group reported a substantial improvement in their managers' empowerment. The difference between the groups was significant for five of the six areas measured. The difference between the self-reported performance of the two groups of managers was significant for only one area. These findings suggest that the learning centre could provide a solution to companies faced with the potentially destructive impact of major transition on management effectiveness.

Abstract Background and Aims Both dapagliflozin (DPG) and empagliflozin (EPG) are highly selective sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors that inhibit glucose reabsorption and increase its excretion in urine. Previously, DPG was limited to patients with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) ≥ 60 mL/min/1.73 m2, while EPG can be used for those with an eGFR ≥ 45 mL/min/1.73 m2. Therefore DPG was switched to EPG in many patients when eGFR decreased. However, the clinical efficacy and safety of these switches are not clear. In this study, we compared the efficacy and renal safety between patients switching from DPG to EPG and those continuing DPG in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Method This retrospective observational study included patients with T2DM who were treated with DPG for more than 6 months. This study included patients who switched to EPG and those who continued using DPG. All other hypoglycemic drugs were maintained at the same dosage before and after the study period. The primary outcome measure was the change in hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) level after 6 months. The EPG group was evaluated for whether the hypoglycemic effect remain effective after drug switching. Patients with HbA1c levels at or lower than the baseline value after 6 months were defined as effective and patients with levels higher than the baseline were defined as invalid. Safety was evaluated by comparing the difference of eGFR between the baseline value and six months after treatment. Results This study included 169 patients. Among them, 72 patients continued DPG and 97 patients switched to EPG. HbA1c level decreased significantly only in EPG group. In EPG group, 59 patients belong to the effective group (60.8%) and 38 patients were invalid (39.2%). There was no significant change in eGFR after treatment in both groups. Ten patients in DPG group develop adverse reactions (three patients felt uncomfortable and seven patients had urinary tract symptoms), but all continued treatment. In EPG group, five patients lacked follow-up records during the study period and it was difficult to determine whether the patient’s willingness to continue treatment was affected by adverse reactions. Conclusion Our study showed that switching from DPG to EPG in patients with T2DM was effective for blood glucose maintenance and caused no significant changes in renal function. In addition, no severe drug-related adverse reactions were found.

The first part of this article shows that research in the history of technical communication has increased in quantity and sophistication over the last 20 years. Scholarship that describes how to teach with that information, however, has not followed, even though teaching the history of the field is a need recognized by several scholars. The article provides and defends four guidelines as a foundation to study ways to incorporate history into classroom lessons: 1) maintain a continued research interest in teaching history; 2) limit to technical rather than scientific discourse; 3) focus on English-language texts; and 4) focus on American texts, authors, and practices. The second part of the essay works within the guidelines to show a lesson that contrasts technical texts by Benjamin Franklin and Herbert Hoover. The lesson can help students see the difference in technical writing before and after the Industrial Revolution, a difference that mirrors their own transition from the university to the workforce.
