This study aims to find out empirically whether there is a relationship between facilitative parenting and adolescent self-disclosure. The hypothesis used is that there is a positive relationship between facilitative parenting and adolescent self-disclosure. Where the higher the level of concern, the higher the level of self-disclosure of adolescents when they are high and concern is low, the lower the self-disclosure of adolescents. The research subjects were students living with their parents, female and male and aged 15-18 years. The number of research subjects was 82 people, consisting of 35 women and 27 men. The adolescent self-disclosure scale that based on the theory of Buhrmester & Prager in Bauminger (2008). Parenting scale based on theory and Grolnick (2009). Method of data analysis using product moment correlation technique. The results of the analysis have a normal data distribution with a linear correlation. While the correlation coefficient between maternal parenting and adolescent self-disclosure to mothers is 0.494 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an effective contribution of 0.244. While the father's self-disclosure analysis obtained the results of 0.727 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an effective contribution of 0.529

This study aimed to determine the relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning. The hypotesis proposed that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning, assuming that the higher parental social support, the higher the self regulated learning and vice versa. The research subjects in this study were 147 students of class X-XI Padang Bulan GKPI Senior High School in Medan. Data was obtained from a scale to measure parental social support and self regulated learning. The calculation was carried out through an analysis prerequisite test (assumption test) which consists of normality test and linearity test. Data was analyzed by using Product Person Moment correlation through SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.572 with p of 0.000 (p <0.005). This result showed that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning. Based on the result, it can be concluded that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning. In the other words, the hypothesis was accepted.

The population in this study was the 2014 PMI KSR students who were still active in the organization. The research subjects used Purposif sampling technique. Sampling technique with certain considerations. Measuring instrument used is the self-regulation skla researchers collated based on the theory proposed in 2014 and Procrastination Purnawasari the researchers collated based on the theory proposed by Gufron 2010. Data analysis methods were used to test the hypothesis in this research is by using correlation product moment(person)which shows that r = -0,378 with a value of p = 0.016, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the relationship between self-regulation and the 2014 KSR PMI student procrastination at Padang State University. Means the research hypothesis is accepted. The effective contribution of the self-regulation variable with the 2014 PMR KSR student academic procrastination in Padang is 14%.

This study aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction with organizational commitment. The research subjects were 30 employees of the faculty of economics. The research data were obtained using a scale of organizational commitment, a scale of transformational leadership, and a scale of job satisfaction. Based on the results of data analysis with multiple regression, it is known that the value of F regression = 24.063 with p = 0.000 (p <0.001) which indicates that there is a very significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction with organizational commitment. Thus, the hypothesis "There is a relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction with organizational commitment" is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.641 which means the effective contribution of both predictors of transformational leadership and job satisfaction to the organizational commitment criterion is 64.1% while the remaining 35.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research.

This research aims to examine the relationship between the intelligence of adversity and self efficacy with learning motivation. The research subjects were 70 students of SMA Negeri 6 Banda Aceh.Sampling technique in this study by using purposive sampling technique. Measurers used in this study are the scale 0f adversity quetion, the scale of self efficacy and the scale of learning motivation. Data in multiple regression analysis showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between intelligence of adversity and self efficacy with learning motivation. This is shown by the coefficient of Freg = 62,364; Rx12y = 0.807 and p 0.001. The effective contribution percentage of both independent variables (adversity and self efficacy) to learning motivation was 65.1%. From these results we have known that there was still 34.9% contribution from other factors in motivation to learn.

Anxiety problems in natural semester students who finish the thesis need to be overcome. Disclosing personal information to others to complete the final assignment performed by the student is an intentional or accidental act in action. This Self-disclosure is a process of making students be known by others who generate knowledge between themselves and others. The purpose of this research is to explain the self-disclosure and anxiety relationship of students in completing the final task, moreover, will be a teacher so that it can control anxiety in him. Where the research subjects of 110 PGSD students widya gama mahakam Samarinda university with sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling. Self-disclosure students are in the moderate category with an average of 114.15 and student anxiety in completing the thesis is in the medium category with an average of 93.53. The results showed that the correlation coefficient was rxy=-0.192. The correlation value indicates a negative direction which means that the lower self-disclosure then, the higher the student's anxiety in composing the thesis. It can also be said that the higher the self-disclosure, the lower the student's anxiety in composing the thesis.

This chapter spells out the complex interrelationship between the divine self-revelation, the tradition that transmits the prophetic and apostolic experience of that revelation, and the writing of the inspired Scriptures. Primarily, revelation involves the self-disclosure of the previously and mysteriously unknown God. Secondarily, it brings the communication of hitherto unknown truths about God. Revelation is a past, foundational reality (completed with the missions of the Son and Holy Spirit), a present experience, and a future hope. Responding with faith to divine revelation, the Old Testament (prophetic) and then New Testament (apostolic) witnesses initiated the living tradition from which came the inspired Scriptures. Tradition continues to transmit, interpret, and apply the Scriptures in the life of the Church.
