Abstract Communication is central to everything that activities performed daily to the public, ranging from office, education, relationships, sales and others. Many problems-problems concerning the group will be able to be traced, in the event that there is poor communication due to congestion and communication barriers, or because there is no communication at all. In writing this essay will discuss the problem of how communication patterns of teachers and pupils in schools. The focus in this study is the pattern of communication between teacher and student in the classroom at the Extraordinary Elementary School. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. Communication patterns of teachers and pupils in UPS Al-Junaidiyah Biru at Bone Meulaboh is the teacher-student, student-teacher and student-student. This is because the number of students that a little, then take the initiative to collect student teacher in the classroom so that the teacher could total in giving attention to students when teaching and learning process. The pupils so feel free to ask or materials that are less obvious yet well understood and can be used to place teachers outpouring students. Keywords: communication patterns, Teachers, Students, PP. The research aims to develop teacher and student handbooks for realistic mathematics lessons for elementary schools. The development of this handbook is based on the reality in the field where the handbook of teachers and students especially the subjects using the 2013 curriculum still do not exist, and in daily learning activities teachers and students still use books that use themes. This research uses development research (Developmental Research). The subjects of this study were grade V students of SD Negeri 163085, H.A Bilal Tebingtinggi City and SD Negeri 106162, Medan Estate District, Deliserdang Regency. In the initial stage, observations were made during the learning process at the two schools and continued with interviews with students and teachers. From the results of these observations and interviews a primary school realistic mathematics teacher and student handbook was prepared. Furthermore, the realistic elementary school mathematics teacher and student handbook is validated by a team that aims to see and assess the quality of the realistic elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook in order to arrange an effective handbook that will be used by teachers and students in learning. The validation results show that realistic mathematics teacher and student handbooks are developed in both categories and can be used in teaching and learning. The media book test was conducted on grade V students of SD Negeri 163085 Tebingtinggi city and SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate Deliserdang Regency. The trial results show that the elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook is effective and can help facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts at the elementary school level. This can be seen from the number of students who can reach the KKM from the two schools is increasing. For SD Negeri 163085 HA Bilal, Tebingtinggi City, if at the time of the pre-test only 1 student (3%) was able to reach the KKM, then after being given the learning process using a teacher and student handbook developed the number of students who could reach the KKM increased to 24 students (82.7%) while those under the KKM were only (17.3%) or 5 students. The same thing was seen in SD Negeri 106162, Medanestate Subdistrict, Deliserdang Regency. If at the time of the Pre-test only 2 students (6.6%) had scored above the KKM, after the post-test there was an increase in students who achieved the KKM score of 25 students (83.3%). This study focuses on an organizational development especially for an elementary school in which try to stabilize and adopt the changes of teaching and learning processes in relate to pandemic Covid 19 since it has been prevailing one year ago. Through Communicative Constitution of Organization (CCO) approach, it stressed on how elementary school as organization develop and adapt toward the uncertainty situation affected by pandemic covid 19. There are four locations which represent communication events in organization. First, membership negotiation, portraits how member of organization interact each other. Second, self- structuring, reflects how organization norms and culture were internalized within member of organization. Third, activity coordination- the way assignment was conducted and accomplished. It is an important thing in determine organization being successful. And finally, position of institution determines organization to the public. All has important roles to shape and develop organization being success.

This research aimed to review the professionalism of teachers in the face of the learning characters of elementary school students. In the learning process, a teacher's role was critical. Thus, teachers need to be professional in managing learning in the classroom in terms of media management, models and learning resources. This study used mixed methods approach between qualitative and quantitative. This research used online poll instruments and spread to 24 respondents. Respondents were taken from teachers at the elementary school level. The steps in this study were (1) the formulation of the problem (2) looking for the theory foundation, (3) the poll instrument formulation, (4) the distribution of polls, (5) data presentation and (6) drawing conclusions and suggestions. The results revealed that the elementary school teacher had a variety of methods and action in the learning such as the use of discussion, demonstration, lecturing and problem solving methods with a variety of specific reasons. The character of learners became the first consideration on implementing the variety of methods and action. So, the learning process tended to become more varied. The expectation of this research could capture teacher’s performance and give basis to improve the teachers’ profesionalism in the classrooms teaching and learning process.

The objectives of this research are to analyze the type of violation and flouting the maxim of teacher-student interaction in the English teaching and learning process in MA Hasyim Asy’ari Bangsri and also find the most frequently produced between violation and flouting of the maxim. This research used the descriptive qualitative method. The data was obtained from the conversation between the teacher and students during the teaching and learning process and analyzed by categorizing utterances based on the violation and flouting maxim theory of the Cooperative Principle. The data were collected through the observation then analyzed by using the technique which is suggested by Miles and Huberman that consists of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion or data verification. The result of the research showed that there are four types of maxims that are violated by the teacher and students. These are the maxim of quantity 11 (50%), the maxim of quality 5 (22.73%), the maxim of relation 1 (4.54%), and the maxim of manner 5 (22.73%). The dominant violation was the maxim of quantity with 11 occurrences. Based on the findings, there are three types of flouting maxims in which the most of flouting maxim that is occurred was the maxim of relation. They are divided into 1 (14.29%) maxim of quantity, 2 (28.57%) maxim of quality, and 4 (57.14%) maxims of relation. In conclusion, the most produced between the violation and flouting was the violation of maxim with 22 (75.86%) of total occurrences. Meanwhile, the proportion of flouting maxim was 7 (24.14%).

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jam belajar Penjasorkes kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), penelitian ini secara obyektif atau apa adanya dengan subyek siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan berjumlah 15 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu : (1) perencanaan,  (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa pada saat proses belajar-mengajar berlangsung. Adapun hasil pengamatan terhadap siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition pada siklus I adalah sebesar 55% dari keseluruhan pengamatan terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85%. Sedangkan hasil pengamatan terhadap guru pada siklus I sebesar 65% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang sangat berarti dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran games and competition pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan.Kata Kunci : Proses Belajar Mengajar, Bola Voli, Games and competition.AbstackThis study aims to determine the improvement of teaching and learning process of Ball Games through Learning Methods of Games and competition In Grade V Students of Elementary school 14 Lebong Selatan. This research was conducted at the learning hour of class V of SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), this research is objective or what it is with the subject of grade V students of SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan totaling 15 people. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The type of data collected is qualitative data in the form of observation of teacher and student activity during the teaching-learning process. The results of observation of the students in the learning process Teaching Ball Volleyball Through Learning Methods Games and competition in the first cycle is 55% of the overall observation of the teaching and learning process. In the second cycle increased to 85%. While the results of observations of teachers in the first cycle of 65% and increased in cycle II to 90%. So it can be concluded that there is a very significant improvement in the application of learning methods of games and competition on students of grade V Elementary school 14 Lebong Selatan.Keywords: Volleyball, Games and competition, Teaching and Learning Proces

Project-based learning offers an engaging instructional method to make learners active constructors of knowledge. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of learning in two project-based learning of construction through model making in architecture using a case study and by designing. Model making is an innovative and time-consuming approach in teaching construction as this approach rely heavily on student-teacher partnership mimicking the studio learning. Learning construction through model making needs students to take an active role and to be ‘in-charge' of their learning and learning process. The study employs a survey to 78 participants of undergraduate architecture students. The results of this study demonstrated architecture students learn construction effectively using the model making method. This project-based learning allows students to have construction knowledge to consider buildability in their architecture design studio. The result can be used to improve teaching and learning of construction in architectural education.

The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic witnessed a significant consumption of digital contents. Teaching and learning activities, including at the State Elementary School, Pamulang, Barat, shifted to online domains. Whatsapp was consequently the initial means of engaging the students, but eventually appeared relatively monotonous and boring. This community service intends to provide a quality learning resource on the creation of video contents, using Filmora and Youtube applications. Ultimately, the overall goal is to produce highly creative and innovative teachers. These materials were delivered using sound or captivating animations. Consequently, teachers were sufficiently equipped to generate interesting videos that potentially increase students’ interest and interaction during the online learning process.

The changes in curriculum KTSP 2006 to the curriculum 2013, had a signifficant impact in the field of education in Indonesia. The signifficant of difference is on its implementation. Implementation of curriculum 2013 for elementary school trough an intregrated learning. The implications for implementation of several components, including teacher, student, materials and learning resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as the selection of instructional methods. The purpose of this writing is to see how the role of instructional audio media in implementation of curriculum 2013 through an integrated thematic learning. Results of review the role of audio instructional media in the implementation of the curriculum 2013 trough an integrated thematic learning are: (1) the use of audio instructional in integrated thematic learning can make the learning process become more ideal, (2) an audio instructional media, can become tools or instructional materials for teacher, to explain the difficult materials, giving concentrate and build a classroom atmosphere, and (3) an audio instructional media in an integrated theme for students of being learning materials to access or repeat information submitted in learning so that it is possible to catch up on some subject matter.Abstrak:Perubahan kurikulum KTSP tahun 2006 menjadi kurikulum 2013, memberikan dampak yang signi kan di bidang pendidikan di Indonesia. Perbedaan yang siginifikan adalah pada implementasinya. Implementasi kurikulum 2013 untuk Sekolah Dasar melalui pembelajaran tematik terpadu. Implementasi tersebut berimplikasi pada beberapa komponen, diantaranya pendidik, peserta didik, materi dan sumber belajar, sarana dan prasarana serta pemilihan metode pembelajaran. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengkaji peran media audio pembelajaran dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 melalui pembelajaran tema terpadu. Hasil kajian peran media audio dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 melalui pembelajaran tema terpadu diantaranya adalah: (1) penggunaan media audio dalam pembelajaran tema terpadu dapat menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih ideal, (2) media audio pembelajaran, bagi pendidik dapat menjadi alat bantu atau bahan ajar untuk menjelaskan materi-materi sulit, memberikan contoh konkrit serta membangun suasana kelas, dan (3) media audio pembelajaran dalam tema terpadu bagi peserta didik menjadi bahan belajar untuk mengakses atau mengulang kembali informasi yang disampaikan dalam pembelajaran sehingga dimungkinkan dapat mengejar ketertinggalan pada materi pelajaran tertentu.

In the elementary school curriculum know 2013 revision 2017 now the process of teaching and learning is based on themes, namely a teaching and learning process that has teaching materials related to the problem, and local needs that are used as themes or titles in the learning process in study groups. As a leading Islamic school SD Muhammadiyah 8 Tulangan Sidoarjo in every teaching and learning process teachers are required to always associate all teaching material with the Qur'an. The problem is that the support of open tools that can quickly find references to verses of the Qur'an related to a particular theme does not yet exist, so that the teaching and learning process becomes ineffective. To overcome this problem the author provides a program solution. This program will provide solutions that are expected to solve partner problems. The main method used is to use a tool in the form of a web-based thematic application, which is an application that can find references to Ayat Al-Qur'an related to a particular theme. In this application, users simply enter the theme to be discussed, the reference letters and verses and their meanings will appear. With this application, it is expected that teachers can quickly find references to each theme in each teaching material while making time efficiency.

The school committee is a partner of the principal who has a role as a giver of consideration, as a supporter, as a supervisor, and as a mediator. All of these roles cannot stand alone but have a relationship between one role and another. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. The purpose of the article is to find out activities related to the objectives of the research. The subjects in this study were school committees, principals, teachers, and students' guardians. The results of the article are that the condition of facilities and infrastructure at the Karang Jaya 1 public elementary school is generally adequate, although there is still a shortage of supporting media such as projectors, the teaching and learning process is still not available.
