This study aims to know feasibility device authentic assessment based Kurikulum 2013 developed in the subject IPA/Biologi in the Junior High School at class VII (seven). The research is research and development using Borg and Gall model. Stage research methodology consisting of : (1) validation of evaluation learning expert, (2) validation of material learning biology expert, (3) individual trial, (4) small group trial, and (5) large group trial. The subject trial consisting of two evaluation learning expert, two material learning biology expert, one teacher for individual trial, three teacher for small group trial, and six teacher for large group trial. Value about the quality of the product development is collected by questionnaire and analyzed with quantitative analysis techniques deskriptive. The result showed: (1) evaluation learning experts are very well qualifications (89,65%), (2) material learning biology expert are very well qualifications (94%), (3) individual trials are in very well qualifications (89,72%), (5) small group trials are in very well qualifications (93,72%), and (6) large group trial are in very good qualifications (97,32%). Based on data analysis It was concluded that the average for validation of evaluation expert, material learning biologu expert, individual trial, small group trial, dan large group trial are very well qualification (91,%).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika untuk sekolah menengah pertama yaitu kurikulum Silabus, Rencana Pembelajaran dan Lembar Kerja Siswa 2013 tentang statistik dan probabilitas dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan oleh Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi oleh Sugiyono (2008) melalui langkah-langkah: (1) potensi dan masalah; (2) pengumpulan data; (3) desain produk; (4) validasi desain; (5) revisi desain; (6) uji coba kelompok kecil; (7) revisi produk; (8) uji coba kelompok besar; (9) revisi produk. Pada tahap potensi dan masalah, para peneliti melakukan analisis potensi dan masalah. Kemudian, peneliti mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan sebagai referensi untuk desain perangkat pembelajaran matematika yang akan dikembangkan. Desain perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi oleh tiga validator dan direvisi berdasarkan saran validator. Hasil perancangan perangkat pembelajaran kemudian diujicobakan dalam uji coba kelompok kecil yang subjeknya 8 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru. Setelah dicoba dalam uji coba kelompok kecil, kemudian direvisi berdasarkan kuesioner dari siswa yang mengikuti uji coba kelompok kecil. Setelah itu, para peneliti melakukan uji coba dalam kelompok besar yang subjeknya adalah 39 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru, direvisi lagi dan disempurnakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan diskusi data, perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan valid yang nilai untuk Silabus adalah 3,39, rata-rata nilai untuk 5 Rencana Pelajaran adalah 3,41. Nilai rata-rata untuk 5 Lembar Kerja Siswa adalah 3,34. Lembar Kerja Siswa yang telah dikembangkan adalah persyaratan praktis yang memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan oleh siswa sekolah menengah pertama.   This research aimed to develop mathematics learning device for junior high school that are Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Students Worksheet curriculum 2013 on statistics and probability by used problem based learning model. This research use development model by Borg and Gall modified by Sugiyono (2008) through the steps : (1) potentials and problems; (2) data collection; (3) design product; (4) validation of design; (5) revision of design; (6) small group trial; (7) revision of product; (8) large group trial; (9) revision of product. At potentials and problems stage, the researchers conducted analysis of potentials and problems. Then, researchers collect the necessary data as reference to design of mathematics learning device that will be developed. Design of learning device that had been developed then validated by three validators and revised based on validator suggestion. The result of learning device design and then try out in small group trial which subjects are 8 students of VII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru. After try out in small group trial, then it revised based on questionnaire from the students who take the small group trial. After that, the researchers conducted try out in large group trial which subjects are 39 students of VII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru, revised again and refined. Based on result of data analysis and discussion, learning device that had been developed is valid which value for Syllabus is 3,39, the average of value for 5 Lesson Plan are 3,41. The average of value for 5 Students Worksheet are 3,34. Students Worksheet that had been developed is qualify practical requirement to used by students of junior high school.

The main objective of this research is developing a medium for assisting passing over as a volleyball learning media. This research was conducted at FIK State University of Medan in 2021. Research at FIK UNIMED Medan will be carried out from February 9 to March 4, 2021. The type of research used is research and development, a small trial sample of 6 students and a large trial of 10 students as well as media, sports and language experts. In small group trialsvalidated by 3 experts, where the percentage of validity reaches 82% - 94.11% with valid criteria can be used. In large group trials the percentage of validity reaches 90% - 98.88%with valid criteria can be used.The small group trial sample of 6 PKO FIK UNIMED students reached 80% with valid criteria, and the large group trial sample of 10 PKO FIK UNIMED students reached 88% with valid criteria. From the test of the effectiveness and efficiency of the passing over aids with learning media experts, it reached 98.18% with valid criteria for use and sports experts reached 96.36% with valid criteria for use. On the basis of the data obtained, the development of the passing-over aids media product is deemed feasible to be developed as one of the learning media aids in volleyball game material.

The development of physical education for large ball material for 7th grade junior high school researchers used a multimedia development model developed by Lee &amp; Owen. The results of the study on the validation of physical education learning experts obtained a percentage of 76.12% is quite valid, quite effective, quite complete, can be used but need minor improvements. The results of the research on material expert validation obtained a percentage of 94.70% very valid. While the overall average of media expert validation obtained a percentage of 94.38% is very valid. For small group trials conducted by distributing questionnaires to 20 students of Lumajang Middle School 5. The results of small group trials found that the average percentage of 94.63% was very valid. The large group trial was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 90 students of SMP Negeri 1 Lumajang, SMP 1 Sukodono and SMP Negeri 5 Lumajang. The results of a large group trial found that the average percentage of 90.02% was very valid. Overall, the research and development products are very valid and can be used as learning media.</p><p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani materi bola besar untuk SMP kelas VII. Pengembangan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani materi bola besar untuk SMP kelas VII, peneliti menggunakan model pengembangan multimedia yang dikembangkan oleh Lee &amp; Owen. Hasil penelitian pada validasi ahli pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani diperoleh persentase 76,12% cukup valid, cukup efektif, cukup tuntas, dapat digunakan namun perlu perbaikan kecil. Hasil dari penelitian pada validasi ahli materi diperoleh persentase 94,70% sangat valid. Rata-rata keseluruhan dari validasi ahli media diperoleh persentase 94,38% sangat valid. Uji coba kelompok kecil dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 20 siswa SMP Negeri 5 Lumajang. Hasil dari uji coba kelompok kecil didapat persentase rata-rata sebesar 94,63% sangat valid. Uji coba kelompok besar dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 90 siswa SMP Negeri 1 Lumajang, SMP Negeri 1 Sukodono dan SMP Negeri 5 Lumajang. Hasil dari uji coba kelompok besar didapat persentase rata-rata sebesar 90,02% sangat valid. Abstract: Products developed in the form of Student Worksheet (LKS) mathematics on the number material for SMP class VII with problem based learning model. The development model used is the ADDIE model consists of several stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation was done by 2 material experts, design experts and media experts. The Student Working Sheet (LKS) developed was tested in 3 stages, one to one learner with 3 subjects, small group trial try-out) with the subject of 6 students, field trial (field try-out) with the subject of 36 students. The results showed that the Student Worksheet (LKS) problem based on problem based learning based on the assessment: 1) the material experts obtained the average total of 3.98 included in the category of "Good" and if the percentage get 80% value so that included in the category " Valid ". 2) design experts obtained an average total of 4.00 which is included in the category of "Good" and in percent get the value of 80% so that included in the category "Valid". 3) media experts obtained an average total of 4.83 which is included in the category of "Very Good" and in percent score 97% so that included in the category of "Very Valid". Student assessments were conducted in 3 stages: 1) individual trials obtained an average total of 4.55 that belonged to the category of "Very Good" and in percent score of 91% so that included "Very Valid" category, 2) small group trial obtained total average of 4.65 which belongs to the category of "Very Good" and in percent get 93% value so that the category "Very Valid", 3) field trial obtained the average total 4.64 which belongs to the category "Very Good" and in percent score of 92% so it belongs to the category of "Very Valid". Thus, Student Worksheet (LKS) based on problem based learning on the number material in class VII is declared valid and practical so feasible to be used in the learning process by teachers and junior high school students especially material number.Keywords: Development, Student Worksheet (LKS), Problem Based Learning, ADDIE.

The main objective of this research is development of media for smash training aids as a volleyball learning media. This research was conducted at FIK State University of Medan in 2021. Research at FIK Unimed Medan will be carried out from February 9 to March 4, 2021. The type of research used is research development (Research and Development), a small trial sample of 6 students and a large trial of 10 students as well as media, sports and language experts. In small group trials of 3 lecturers, and large group trials of 3 lecturers, reaching 94.23% with valid criteria can be used. Sports experts of 92.5% with valid criteria can be used. The small group trial sample of 6 PKO FIK Unimed students reached 95.23% with very effective criteria, and a large group trial sample of 10 PKO FIK Unimed Medan students reaching 87.33% with a very effective rate. Then from the test of the effectiveness and efficiency of the smash aids it reached 98% with valid criteria for use and 96% with valid criteria for use. On the basis of the data obtained, the development of the Smash assistive media product was declared feasible to be developed as one of the learning media in game material volleyball.

The purpose of this research are : 1) knowing the process of developing interactive with using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media, 2) knowing the effectiveness of interactive learning with using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media, 3). knowing the ability of students' mathematical understanding after using the Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media. The type of research is Research and Development (R & D) with One-Group Pretest-Posttest. The research was conducted at Mardi Waluya 2 Sukabumi Junior High School in the 2018/2019 semester event. The writer take the population of this study is on VII class. The sample used simple random sampling and for the instruments used were validation questionnaires media and tests. Data analysis techniques are using the Likert scale for validation questionnaires media, using the T test to determine effectiveness, and N-Gain to determine the increase in students' mathematical understanding skills. Interactive learning media are valued by media experts and material experts, with the results obtained that are valid so that they can be used in learning. The results of the effectiveness test are Thit (8.78)> T table (1,699) with a significant level used which is 5%. With high criteria of N-Gain test results are 75.61. Based on the results of these studies, interactive learning with using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional media can be effective in learning and can improve students' of mathematical understanding skills.

This study aims to determine the appropriate steps in carrying out academic supervision so as to be able to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially in the learning process which in turn will affect the improvement of the quality of education.The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research subjects of the principal and teacher. The school principal with his academic supervision measures, while the Kunto Darussalam Elementary School 017 teacher as an object as well as the subject in providing academic supervision treatment. Data collection techniques through class supervision with stages of supervising teachers in the learning process and observation of classroom learning, to record important events related to research, especially at the time of the processlearning takes place.Data analysis techniques that guide data processing using a percentage (%) of achievement with 100 constants. And to see the interpertation using score interpertation criteria to strengthen the interpretation in conclusions as follows: 80% - 100% (Very Good), 66% - 79 % (Good), 56% - 65% (Enough), and 40% - 55% (Less).The results showed that the ability of teachers in the implementation of the learning process experienced an increase in the percentage at each stage, from the first cycle reached an average of 63% (sufficient) and in the second cycle reached an average of 68% (good). There is an increase in teacher's ability by 5% from cycle I. In detail there is a significant increase in the initial condition of the school when compared to the final condition in the second cycle. The accuracy of teachers entering the class increased by 48%, the use of learning media increased by 32%, varied methods increased by 31%, and learning strategies increased by 36%.

This research examines the management of extracurricular education early childhood. It is backed by that implementation of extracurricular activities on early childhood education face varieties of constraints in management. Therefore, extracurricular activities, early childhood education is supposed to be managed thoughtfully. The management of extracurricular activities are good and true will effect positively to the quality of early childhood education. The qualitative research methodology is library research. Method of data collection by collecting reference books the subject matter and book supporters. Data analysis techniques are content analysis. Results of the study show that the extracurricular management, early childhood education is implemented through the following four stages: (1) plan a needs analysis, types, background, goals, budget, materials, assessment tools, schedule, facilities and infrastructure, output criteria instructors, (2) organize the Division of duties, authority and responsibilities of the personnel of extracurricular activities, (3) carry out extracurricular activities appropriate planning and organizing, and (4) evaluate extracurricular activities.

This endeed of  research is to describe the place of the kolintang music ensemble to accompany the singin of the flag ceremony at SMP Sw. St. Paulus Sidikalang. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is flag ceremony. The research focussed on the role of Kolintang music ensemble as song chanting. The data of the final research was obtained from the observations of the flag-raising activities, interview with teachers, student adan kolintang’s players in junior high school and take a documentation. Data were analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data validity is obtained through data triangulation, observer triangulation, theory triangulation and method triangulation. The purpose of this research is to know and descriebing  kolintang music. Example, in this research is by using numbered data such as document, archieves, interview results, observation result or also by interviewing more thn one subject that is consideret to have a different point of view.The result showed that : (1) In accompaniying singing at the flag-ceremony, students used the basic notes G, C and F. (2) the tecnic to performed kolintang    were not wheeled with a kolintang played general. (3). After carrying out their duties as chanting accompaniment in the ceremony, students who performed kolintang first practice on kolintang extracurricular activities. (4) in the process of playing kolintang, each player must have a strong feeling so that the technic kolintang is harmonious. Keywords : Descriptive Study, Ensemble, Kolintang music

This research was conducted at PT Best Profit Medan. The research treatment was carried out by adjusting the schedule during work holidays. The time of this research was carried out from October 2020 to November 2020. Subjects or users targeted in research on the development of the snake and ladder game on physical fitness for employees of PT Best Profit Medan. The issues in the small group in this study were 20 employees of PT Best Profit Medan, and the subjects in the large group in this study were 40 employees of PT Best Profit Medan. The research subjects were taken based on the purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: 1) for women in healthy body condition and not in a state of pregnancy, 2) for men whose body condition was healthy and did not suffer from internal diseases. This research method is a development method. The study results are small group product trials. From the value obtained, it is known that the empirical score obtained is 78.87% (Appropriate to Use), so it can be stated that the snake and ladder game product is effective. Large group trial, the results above are the results of the questionnaire distributed to the experts attached in the attachment and then calculated. The acquisition of the expert revision in the small group trial is 98.44% (Very Appropriate to Use), but in extensive group trial studies, it has been no revisions from experts.
