AbstrakKelurahan Deli Tua Barat yang terletak di Kecamatan Deli Tua mempunyai kelompok Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang perlu diperhatikan untuk kesinambungan kehidapan mereka, serta untuk memperbaiki taraf hidup mereka. Tujuan dari kegiatan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini untuk melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi dan juga untuk membantu mitra mencari solusi dalam menghadapi segala permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dalam mengembangkan usahanya khususnya dalam hal pengelolaan dan manajemen usaha, pembuatan kuliner yang terbuat dari hasil kuliner di Kecamatan Deli tua seperti : pengolahan tapai menjadi aneka cake, bolu dan donat Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan Program BOPTN ini adalah pendidikan, pelatihan produksi, manajemen usaha, penyuluhan, serta dilakukan program pendampingan.Hasil kegiatan yang sudah dicapai, yaitu: 1) Adanya produk baru berupa cake, bolu dan donat berbahan dasar tape. 2) Adanya alat bantu produksi berupa mixer, oven, dan ampia. 3) Kelompok PKH memiliki desain kemasan produk baru.Diharapkan dengan adanya Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini akan terbentuk usaha masyarakat yang mandiri secara ekonomi dan tentunya akanmemberikan kontribusi yang positif terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungannya.Kata Kunci : Produktif, Pendampingan, Aneka CakeAbstractKelurahan Deli Tua Barat located in Kecamatan Deli Tua has a Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) group that needs to be considered for their continuous existence, and to improve their standard of living. Diversifikasi penggunaan kain lurik diantaranya digunakan sebagai selendang, baju, tas, dan sandal. Desain tas lurik yang beredar dipasaran saat ini masih terbatas pada beberapa desain serta belum dikemas dengan baik. Keeksklusifan tas yang berbahan lurik jika dipadukan dengan kemewahan kulit dengan sentuhan akhir pada pengemasan akan menghasilkan sebuah produk yang berdaya jual internasional. Kegiatan program pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan pemasaran melalui vaiasi desain tas, kemasan produk, dan label produk. Objek pada kegiatan ini adalah SKIS Craft, yang mempunyai usaha di bidang kerajinan lurik, dan Kancil Collection yang mempunyai usaha di bidang kerajinan kulit. Permasalahan pada kedua mitra ini hampir sama, yaitu tentang desain tas yang masih terbatas, serta pengemasan produk yang menarik, sehingga produk mitra kurang dikenal di masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan meliputi tahap: 1) observasi ke lokasi mitra untuk menggali informasi selengkap mungkin, 2) identifikasi permasalahan mitra, 3) solusi permasalahan mitra dan 4) menghasilkan luaran sesuai dengan target kegiatan. Solusi yang ditawarkan antara lain adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang desain tas dan pengemasan produk agar lebih menarik. Hasil kegiatan berupa jasa pelatihan tentang pembuatan kemasan produk serta pembuatan label untuk produk mitra. Diversification of lurik in fashion design are used as scarves, clothes, bags and sandals. Lurik’s designs on the market today are still limited to several designs and have not been packaged properly. Exclusivity lurik bags if combined with luxury leather given the touch of a packaging will produce a international product. This community service program activity is aimed at marketing development through product packaging design and product labelling. The object of this activity is SKIS Craft, which has business in lurik crafts, and Kancil Collection which has business in leather craft. The problems in these two partners are almost identical, namely the lack of quality marketing and the packaging of attractive products, so that the partner products are less well known in the community. The implementation methods used include: 1) observation to the partner site to explore as much information as possible, 2) identify partner problems, 3) partner problem solutions and 4) generate outcomes in accordance with the target activities. The solutions offered include providing training on product design and packaging to make it more attractive. The results of activities in the form of training services on the manufacture of product packaging and labelling for partner products.

Product design become more important thing for traditional snack producers, especially jajan pasar, which is the term for traditional snack in the Semarang and Central Java Region. The design of packaging and digital advertising is also a supporting tool in marketing of jajan pasar. The development of creativity and product packaging innovation is the key to achieving success for the business being run. Product packaging is a way for consumers to judge a product both in the terms of benefits, aesthetics and quality of the product. The unique product design is an added value in marketing of jajan pasar through digital advertising. Jajan pasar are the potency of Gajahmungkur, but this potential is not supported by packaging design and digital advertising in expanding marketing. Seeing this problem, the communication science lecturer cooperated with Karang Taruna Gajahmungkur to create a public service program about the importance of digital advertising supported by a unique packaging design to increase the marketing of jajan pasar in the Gajahmungkur. Public service activities regarding packaging design and digital advertising are expected to be able to help the people of Gajahmungkur in marketing jajan pasar product so that they can improve the prosperity of Gajahmungkur communities

                                                         AbstrakKegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat dari Lembaga Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Pembinaan Pengelolaan Manajemen Usaha dan E-Marketing pada Pelaku Usaha Industri Mikro Pengrajin Sepatu di Kecamatan Medan Denai.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pengrajin Sepatu yang akan menjadi Mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Jondy Shoes dan Whindy Shoes. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 8 (delapan) bulan dengan target luaran utama adalah publikasi jurnal ilmiah pengabdian masyarakat, memperoleh ijin usaha, mempunyai website dann peningkatan wawasan dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini adalah  pendekatan partisipatif, pendekatan kognitif, pendekatan afektif dan pendekatan keterampilan dan tahapan tahapan yang digunakan adalah persiapan, investigasi, transformasi. Incubation, verification, implementation, evaluasi, pengembangan secara bertahap yang dimulai dengan Plan, do, action, check. Selanjutnya para mitra sudah mempunyai email dan webblog sebagai sarana promosi usaha yang mitra jalankan dan sudah memiliki izin usaha dan telah terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi Kota medan. Kata Kunci: manajemen usaha, e-marketing                                                        AbstractThe activities of the public service program of the community service Society or LP2M Univesity of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara aims to perform the construction Management Business Management and E-Marketing in Micro Industry Trade Craftsmen shoes in Medan Denai. Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

Sari Ne Lemon in East Denpasar is an UKM that is active in lemon cultivation. The lemon plantation owned by Sari Ne Lemon is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Although the lemon plantation is currently still in the village of Petang, the production and sales center is located in East Denpasar. Initially the results of the cultivation of lemon plantations were only in the form of lemons that had not undergone further processing. Currently, Sari Ne Lemon has developed lemon juice into packaged lemon juice. In its effort to develop lemon juice products, Sari Ne Lemon encountered difficulties in terms of packaging and marketing. The packaging owned by Sari Ne Lemon is still very simple, namely lemon juice is packaged and sold in plastic bottles. Therefore, the resulting product has not been able to compete in the industrial market. This service activity aims to find and implement solutions to the problems experienced by partners. Packaging that is only in the form of plastic bottles without labels will be changed into 2 types of packaging, namely labeled plastic bottle packaging and labeled plastic press glass packaging. With the activities of making branding and training on packaging of processed lemon juice products, it will produce products that have higher competitiveness and selling value. UKM Sari Ne Lemon has been helped by the successful development of their new product packaging through packaging design and implementation in 14 oz glass cups and small plastic bottles.

Kadu Agung Village is a mountainous region, the natural wealth of which is agricultural and plantation commodities. The particular one of them is melinjo fruits reaching 60 tons of yield per year. People commonly consume melinjo's leaves as well as the seeds for their daily diets. They cook the leaves for vegetable soup and process the seeds, named tangkil, to be melinjo chips but they waste the fruit skins, kulit tangkil, It is out of question that during harvest season, tons of melinjo skins are dumped  in Kadu Agung. Based on this fact, the community service program will carry out a training food diversification to process melinjo skins, kulit tangkil,  into a new product that is crackers, named Kerupuk Kulit Tangkil (Kerikil).  The method of this activity used is pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. The results of this study are melinjo skin cracker products with good packaging to lift up their selling value. and the improvement of the economy in Kadu Agung of Gunung Sari, Serang.

Sukamakmur Village is a village located in Ajung District, Jember Regency with residents making a living as farmers and cultivating freshwater fish. The location of Sukamakmur Village is very prospective for freshwater fish cultivation because of its strategic location in getting water, and the type of fish being cultivated is catfish. In the last period, most of the people who cultivate catfish have gone out of business due to increasing feed prices while the selling value of catfish is unable to cover. The purpose of this community service program is to increase the standard of living and welfare of the people of Sukamakmur Village through the cultivation of freshwater crayfish as a substitute for catfish commodities. The method used for service program activities is through socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation approaches. The results of the activity show that the community is enthusiastic in implementing freshwater crayfish cultivation because the cultivation method is very easy and requires low costs. Another result obtained is that the community can start new businesses, especially those that have gone out of business due to catfish cultivation so that they can bounce back in increasing their income

One of the duties of a lecturer is to perform a tri dharma of universities by carrying out community service activities. Community service activities are actually to improve the ability of citizens in the management, especially in the process of product packaging and marketing of umkm products, especially bean umpets that have variants of flavor. 1) This training starts from the manufacture of packaging, packaging loga, to packing according to standards and not forgetting from the marketing side we train especially marketing by using social media as well as the participants are proficient in running it, (2) Improving the welfare of the para through the improvement of skills obtained in this training so that every economic actor can improve his business results through modern packaging and extensive marketing through social media. The achievement of the training objectives is done through lecture methods as a theory, then mentoring, demonstration, exercises (tutorials), and Q&A. After the training activities are carried out monitoring or evaluation by the committee (lecturers and students) to see the progress of their business progress or not. Based on the questionnaire results from some residents who were participants, the training of packaging and marketing of peanut products online and offline community service is running lancer by the expected target. This training program can provide skills in making competitive product packaging and do product marketing, especially online through social media, both Facebook media, what up, and others. Obstacles that arise at the training stage can be overcome well through mentoring methods. Criticism and suggestions can be submitted from the results of this community service program, for the participants are expected to have the spirit and motivation in developing the business of bean umpet. For education, practitioners are expected always to be able to help and accompany the participants who have a business of bean umpet in sukasari village both theory and practice so that the need continues to grow and develop. For lppm campus through community service (P2M) should always motivate and become a facilitator of the service program in order to continue to run and develop as it should

The present community service program aims to provide understanding and assistance in product development and business finance plan. The target audience of this program is Lakso Sriwijaya. The activity ranges from providing information on developing a long-term practical and durable lakso business to providing assistance in developing the business finance plan. Accounting information is a tool used by users of accounting information for decision making, especially business people. The training given resulted in enhanced professionalism and better business management. Management that focuses on development in business financial planning tends to generate more statutory accounting information, budget and additional income from its business.

AbstractGrated chips business developed by Mr. Bakri and Mrs. Armawati in Sukadamai Village Pulo Bandring District is still less developed and needs to be assisted. The process of grated chips production is still constrained by the low skills or innovation of processed products made from cassava produced. The two partners only make the grate, while the competition for this business continues to increase. Each day the chips grated production of these partners business can produce a total of 60 kg / day or 56 packs of grated chips. Beside that, there is still modern markets demand or cake shops that can not be fulfilled due to the lack of knowledge of partners about innovative products based on cassava and packaging design. In relation to the problems faced by both partners, Pak Bakri and Mrs. Armawati, then in the program of dedication to the community in accordance with the agreement of both partners have been planned and realized the existence of training and production simulation by making new products in the form of emping based sweet potato that can be produced by these two partners with total 90 kg / day or 120 packs/day using a cassava grinder. It also planned the procurement of packaging design tools to assist marketing programs in the fulfillment consumer demand of modern market or cake shops. The purpose of all these activities is to maintain the continuity of business or continuity of grated chips business developed by Mr. Bakri and Mrs. Armawati in Sukadamai Village Pulo Bandring sub-district. The success rate of this devotion program to community has been completed, such as: 1. There is a new product that can be produced by the business of Mr. Bakri and Mrs. Armawati, 2.
