The present community service program aims to provide understanding and assistance in product development and business finance plan. The target audience of this program is Lakso Sriwijaya. The activity ranges from providing information on developing a long-term practical and durable lakso business to providing assistance in developing the business finance plan. Accounting information is a tool used by users of accounting information for decision making, especially business people. The training given resulted in enhanced professionalism and better business management. Management that focuses on development in business financial planning tends to generate more statutory accounting information, budget and additional income from its business.

Collaborations between academia and industry are growing in scope, duration, and sophistication. The best collaborations recognize the unique strengths and skill sets of both parties and are structured to leverage what each party does best. In many cases, these collaborations develop into long-term relationships, and it is important to develop the systems and structures needed to support these relationships to ensure that they meet the needs of both sides. Successful collaborations require the formulation of a governance structure to facilitate communication, decision-making, assessment of progress, and the inevitable changes of direction that accompany product development. This panel explored the pragmatic aspects of successfully structuring collaborations and managing the relationships after the deal is done. Several dominant themes associated with successful collaborative relationships emerged from the discussion, and these will be explored in this article.

Abstract The article is a review of completed research on developed and implemented innovative and technologically advanced technical systems. According to the Industry 4.0 concept they can have a significant impact on the efficiency of production processes and product development. In this perspective, the key aspect seems to be maintenance management of technical systems, realized both in the operate phase as well as during service and repair works. There were discussed research results of authors and developed application solutions supporting decision-making processes, in terms of three main periods of realization of exploitation processes: short, medium and long-term.

Desa Betokan merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar, mengingat desa Betokan adalah desa penghasil buah jambu dan belimbing terbesar di Kabupaten Demak. Buah jambu dan belimbing sendiri merupakan buah khas kota Demak. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar pelaku usaha penjual jambu dan belimbing yang ada di Desa Betokan tersebut masih terkendala dalam hal manajemen usaha terutama dalam hal pemasaran dan pengembangan produk. Sehingga kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan guna meningkatkan Ekonomi kreatif� berbasis Digital masyarakat di Desa Betokan dari usaha yang telah dimiliki sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan warga desa Betokan. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain penyampaian materi penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masysrakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat antusias dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan yang dilakukan, terlebih pada saat penyampaian materi dan praktik pembuatan akun media sosial dan juga akun E-commerce seperti akun facebook, instagram, dan juga shopee. Terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini, masyarakat selaku konsumen banyak yang beralih dari pembelian secara langsung (offline) ke pembelian online. Dari adanya akun media sosial dan e-commerce ini juga pelaku usaha dapat lebih mengembangkan pasar yang ada.Betokan is one of the villages that has great potential, considering that Betokan is the largest producer of guava and star fruit in Demak Regency. Guava and star fruit are the typical fruits of Demak city. Even so, most of the guava and starfruit selling business actors in Betokan are still constrained in terms of business management, especially in terms of marketing and product development. So that community service activities were carried out to improve the community-based digital creative economy in Betokan, Demak from the business that has been owned so that it can increase the income and welfare of Betokan villagers. Methods used in this community service included the delivery of extension materials, questions and answers and discussions, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the public is enthusiastic about the implementation of the counseling carried out, especially when delivering material and practices for creating social media accounts and also e-commerce accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and shopee accounts. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like now, many people as consumers have switched from direct (offline) purchases to online purchases. From the existence of social media and e-commerce accounts, business actors can further develop existing markets.

                                                         AbstrakKegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat dari Lembaga Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Pembinaan Pengelolaan Manajemen Usaha dan E-Marketing pada Pelaku Usaha Industri Mikro Pengrajin Sepatu di Kecamatan Medan Denai.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pengrajin Sepatu yang akan menjadi Mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Jondy Shoes dan Whindy Shoes. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 8 (delapan) bulan dengan target luaran utama adalah publikasi jurnal ilmiah pengabdian masyarakat, memperoleh ijin usaha, mempunyai website dann peningkatan wawasan dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini adalah  pendekatan partisipatif, pendekatan kognitif, pendekatan afektif dan pendekatan keterampilan dan tahapan tahapan yang digunakan adalah persiapan, investigasi, transformasi. Incubation, verification, implementation, evaluasi, pengembangan secara bertahap yang dimulai dengan Plan, do, action, check. Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

Purpose Personal finance influences everything we buy and is a key driver of all economies. It has attracted significant research attention, mostly grounded in rational economics. However, it has not received adequate research attention in the consumer behavior literature. This study aims to address this gap by looking at some of the consumer-centric antecedents of short- and long-term personal financial planning, i.e. self-other orientation, cognitive style and time orientation. Design/methodology/approach A self-administered survey was used to collect data from full time employees. Hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analyses. Findings Both short- and long-term financial planning are positively associated with non-impulsive and analytical decision-making styles; whereas self and other orientation are only associated with short-term financial planning. Intuitive decision-making is not associated to either short- or long-term financial planning. Research limitations/implications While analytical and long-term orientation are still important for personal finance, in the short run, consumers are also driven by self and other orientation. Practical implications The results are relevant for both products and services that have long-term and short-term financial implications for consumers. Originality/value This study explores financial planning decision-making from a consumer behavior perspective, and addresses a gap in consumer behavior literature.

This activity is expected to help government performance in providing information on food and cosmetics that are safe to the community, especially mothers, so that the highest degree of public health can be realized. One of them was carried out by the Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya through the Community Service program. This activity is expected to help government performance in providing information on food and cosmetics that are safe to the community, especially mothers so that the highest degree of public health can be realized. The Aisyiyah Regional Administrators of Palangka Raya work on average outside the home as employees, teachers, private sector, and others. Households as the smallest community base need to get good guidance and primary attention, because national development relies on the success of human development, where the factors that influence one of them is the availability of safe and quality food. The method of implementing activities uses methods of counseling/awareness and education, as well as inspection simulations on Food Additives and cosmetics that do not meet the requirements. The purpose of this activity is to protect the family against Food Additives and cosmetics that do not meet health requirements. The family is the smallest community that plays a major role in determining the decision-making in nutritional intake every day and what cosmetics can be used by their families are housewives, so education and coaching for mothers is absolutely necessary.

SOCIAL INTERACTION OF THE STUDENTS ON GROUP 52 OF KKN-TT FOR EMPOWERMENT EFFORTS OF THE COMMUNITY POTENCY IN CIBEBER I VILLAGE, LEUWILIANG, BOGOR.Group 52 of KKN-TT was one of the groups in the community service program held by the Bogor Ibn Khadun University in the City of Bogor. The Group 52 of KKN-TT activity was devoted to communities in Cibeber I Village, Leuwiliang, Bogor with three main programs and three supporting programs. The main programs cover the fields of formal and non-formal teaching, health and environment, and religion, while supporting programs include the economic field, the use of information technology, and relations in society. The six fields in the work program consist of fifteen types of planned and scheduled activities. Fifteen types of activities are a form of social interaction between students on Group 52 of KKN-TT and community in a potency of empower of the community. The achievement of all activities ranges from 80% to 100% with a number of impacts on the community, in the form of long-term benefits.

This Community Service Program aims to empower the people of Cileuksa Village to improve the community's economy through MSMEs. Cileuksa Village is one of the villages in Sukajaya District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. In the village of Cileuksa there is also a lack of awareness in managerial business management and tax aspects of MSMEs. Success in managing a business is largely determined by the expertise of business actors in obtaining sources of capital and procedures for managing finances, plus knowledge in terms of regulations such as taxation and related rules in the MSME business sector, such as MSME taxes and regulations regarding goods for consumption must be fulfilled and implemented. Limited knowledge is one of the challenges that must be faced by rural communities in managing their business, so that village MSME businesses can run, it is necessary to have socialization on how to obtain and manage MSME capital and know taxation.

Every family has family financial management & acts as a manager, how each family will manage finances will be different, and usually the family finances will be fully regulated by the Housewife (wife). This research tries to reveal the role of teachers in Makassar Public Vocational School on how informants apply household accounting and manage their finances in the household on 4 (four) important things, namely: budgeting, recording, decision making and long-term planning. This study provides findings from a phenomenological study of accounting in the household. This study aims to uncover family financial planning oriented to explore financial management in the families of teachers in Makassar Public Vocational Schools. The focus of discussion and observation is sought to answer the problem of teachers' understanding of the budget in family financial planning. The qualitative method used in this research uses the theoretical basis for the study of phenomenology. The results of the study it can be concluded that the importance of the role of accounting in the household to be able to plan every budget in the household, recording, decision making and long-term planning in the household. This will have a very good impact on controlling the financial cycle and to avoid misunderstandings between husband and wife, as well as the need for long-term decision making and planning in managing family finances better and more precisely.
