                                                         AbstrakKegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat dari Lembaga Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Pembinaan Pengelolaan Manajemen Usaha dan E-Marketing pada Pelaku Usaha Industri Mikro Pengrajin Sepatu di Kecamatan Medan Denai.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pengrajin Sepatu yang akan menjadi Mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Jondy Shoes dan Whindy Shoes. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 8 (delapan) bulan dengan target luaran utama adalah publikasi jurnal ilmiah pengabdian masyarakat, memperoleh ijin usaha, mempunyai website dann peningkatan wawasan dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini adalah  pendekatan partisipatif, pendekatan kognitif, pendekatan afektif dan pendekatan keterampilan dan tahapan tahapan yang digunakan adalah persiapan, investigasi, transformasi. Incubation, verification, implementation, evaluasi, pengembangan secara bertahap yang dimulai dengan Plan, do, action, check. Selanjutnya para mitra sudah mempunyai email dan webblog sebagai sarana promosi usaha yang mitra jalankan dan sudah memiliki izin usaha dan telah terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi Kota medan. Kata Kunci: manajemen usaha, e-marketing                                                        AbstractThe activities of the public service program of the community service Society or LP2M Univesity of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara aims to perform the construction Management Business Management and E-Marketing in Micro Industry Trade Craftsmen shoes in Medan Denai. Desa Betokan merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar, mengingat desa Betokan adalah desa penghasil buah jambu dan belimbing terbesar di Kabupaten Demak. Buah jambu dan belimbing sendiri merupakan buah khas kota Demak. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar pelaku usaha penjual jambu dan belimbing yang ada di Desa Betokan tersebut masih terkendala dalam hal manajemen usaha terutama dalam hal pemasaran dan pengembangan produk. Sehingga kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan guna meningkatkan Ekonomi kreatif� berbasis Digital masyarakat di Desa Betokan dari usaha yang telah dimiliki sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan warga desa Betokan. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain penyampaian materi penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masysrakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat antusias dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan yang dilakukan, terlebih pada saat penyampaian materi dan praktik pembuatan akun media sosial dan juga akun E-commerce seperti akun facebook, instagram, dan juga shopee. Terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini, masyarakat selaku konsumen banyak yang beralih dari pembelian secara langsung (offline) ke pembelian online. Dari adanya akun media sosial dan e-commerce ini juga pelaku usaha dapat lebih mengembangkan pasar yang ada.Betokan is one of the villages that has great potential, considering that Betokan is the largest producer of guava and star fruit in Demak Regency. Guava and star fruit are the typical fruits of Demak city. Even so, most of the guava and starfruit selling business actors in Betokan are still constrained in terms of business management, especially in terms of marketing and product development. So that community service activities were carried out to improve the community-based digital creative economy in Betokan, Demak from the business that has been owned so that it can increase the income and welfare of Betokan villagers. Methods used in this community service included the delivery of extension materials, questions and answers and discussions, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the public is enthusiastic about the implementation of the counseling carried out, especially when delivering material and practices for creating social media accounts and also e-commerce accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and shopee accounts. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like now, many people as consumers have switched from direct (offline) purchases to online purchases. From the existence of social media and e-commerce accounts, business actors can further develop existing markets.

Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

Submitting articles to the Online Journal System (OJS) has been seen as a difficult thing for the public. The proposed community service program is a community service program that aims to provide easy solutions for the community to publish research results. The public can take advantage of technology to publish works through the Open Journal System (OJS). Based on the background of the proposer team and the experience of the proposer team, hereby, the team proposes a community service program with the theme "Tutorial Submit Articles on the Online Journal System (OJS)". The training will provide material and practical presentation. The results of these activities are expected to provide benefits for academics and other researchers to publish their work.

This community service program is carried out in Mulyajaya Village, Lasalimu Selatan District, Buton Regency. Some of the main problems that become a problem in Mulyajaya Village, Lasalimu Selatan District, Buton Regency, are the not yet optimal knowledge of the community regarding Environmental Sanitation and the lack of optimal socialization to the public about how to create and improve a healthy environment. The results of this PKM activity can be described through the role of social capital as a form of local knowledge, it can be used as a means of socializing the importance of environmental awareness. The process of increasing community knowledge about environmental improvement is carried out through three discussions namely socialization, mentoring and planning for making garbage cans and making latrines.

ABSTRAKPandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) masih menjadi ancaman bagi masyarakat dunia termasuk Indonesia. Peningkatan kasus belum memperlihatkan adanya penurunan angka penyebaran virus. Pemerintah dalam menanggapi krisis kesehatan telah melakukan beberapa kebijakan untuk menekan penyebaran infeksi COVID-19. Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) menjadi salah satu kebijakan baru yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah dalam merespon situasi pandemi. AKB bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat melaksanakan protokol kesehatan ketika terpaksa beraktivitas di luar rumah dalam masa pandemi COVID-19. Upaya preventif dan promosi ini harus disebarluaskan kepada setiap masyarakat agar semakin banyak masyarakat menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan sosialisasi secara daring melalui media sosial menjadi metode yang ditempuh dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di masa pandemi COVID-19. Tingginya intensitas penggunaan media sosial menjadi media paling efektif dalam penyebaran edukasi mengenai AKB. ABSTRACTPandemic Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is still a threat to the global community, including Indonesia. The increase in cases has not shown a decrease in the spread of the virus. The government in response to the health crisis has implemented several policies to reduce the spread of COVID-19 infection. Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) or adapting to new habits is one of the new policies issued by the government as a response in a pandemic situation. The AKB aims for the public to implement health protocols when they have to do activities outside the home during the COVID-19 pandemic. These preventive and promotional moves should be disseminated to every community so there would be more people who can implement health protocols. Social media is one of the most effective platforms used for this community service program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The high amount of people using social media during this time is the most effective media in disseminating education about AKB.

The present community service program aims to provide understanding and assistance in product development and business finance plan. The target audience of this program is Lakso Sriwijaya. The activity ranges from providing information on developing a long-term practical and durable lakso business to providing assistance in developing the business finance plan. Accounting information is a tool used by users of accounting information for decision making, especially business people. The training given resulted in enhanced professionalism and better business management. Management that focuses on development in business financial planning tends to generate more statutory accounting information, budget and additional income from its business.

<p class="Body" align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Stroke merupakan ancaman kesehatan yang dapat disebabkan berbagai faktor diantaranya tekanan sistol dan diastol, gula darah, asam urat dan kolestrol darah di atas normal. Sangat disayangkan pada umumnya ibu rumah tangga tidak memahami dan kurang perhatian terhadap kondisi kesehatannya khususnya kualitas makanan yang dikonsumsi. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan penyuluhan mengenai cara menghindari stroke dan pemeriksaan kesehatan diperlukan oleh para wanita. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kondisi kesehatan berupa pemeriksaan darah dan penyuluhan terhadap wanita berusia 30 tahun ke atas yang selanjutnya dikelompokkan 2 kelompok. Kelompok pertama adalah wanita yang berusia 30-50 tahun dan kelompok kedua di atas 50 tahun. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di salah satu RT di Lampiri, Pondok Kelapa, Jakarta Timur. Hasil pemeriksaan pada pertemuan pertama menunjukkan bahwa tekanan darah sistol wanita usia 30-50 tahun be</em><em>rbeda nyata dengan yang berusia &gt; 50 tahun (p&lt;0,</em><em>05) yaitu 147,00/90,11 mmHg dan 155,1429/84.4286 mmHg. Asam urat, kolestrol dan gula darah sebelum penyuluhan menunjukkan batasan angka normal, kecuali gula darah wanita di atas usia 50 tahun. Wawasan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat pada pertemuan adalah tentang makanan sehat dan gaya hidup untuk melindungi ancaman stroke. Pengukuran tekanan sistol pada pertemuan 2 menunjukkan penurunan yaitu dari 140,9655/82,68 mm Hg menjadi 134,1500/81,30 mm Hg. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian masyarakat tersebut adalah penyuluhan dan deteksi kesehatan perlu dilanjutkan secara periodik</em><em>.</em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci<em>: Asam urat, Diastol, Gula darah, Kolestrol, Pengabdian masyarakat, Sistol, Stroke</em></strong></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Stroke is a health threat that was caused by several factors such as systole and diastole pressure, blood glucose, uric acid above normal. However usually housewives not aware of their health especially the quality of their food were consumed. Counseling how to avoid from stroke and detected health housewife are important. The goals of the public service were to offer the preventive strategy from stroke protection. The Methodology was a survey of health condition especially blood pressure, cholesterol, uric acid, and blood glucose and health care counseling to women more than 30 years old which divided into two groups. First group was women 30-50 years old dan the second group more than 50 years old. The public service program conducted in one of RT in Lampiri Pondok Kelapa East Jakarta. The result indicated in the first meeting systole of the women 30-50 years old were higher and significantly different with &gt; 50 years old (p 0,05), there were 147,00/90,11 mm Hg and 155,1429/84,4286 mm Hg. Uric acid, cholesterol, and blood glucose before counseling showed normal in women 30-50 years old and abnormal in &gt; 50 years old women. The topic of counseling was healthy food and lifestyle to preventive the stroke attack. The second meeting systole showed decreasing from 140,9655/82,68 mm Hg to 134,1500/81,30 mm Hg. This Community Service Program aims to empower the people of Cileuksa Village to improve the community's economy through MSMEs. Cileuksa Village is one of the villages in Sukajaya District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. In the village of Cileuksa there is also a lack of awareness in managerial business management and tax aspects of MSMEs. Success in managing a business is largely determined by the expertise of business actors in obtaining sources of capital and procedures for managing finances, plus knowledge in terms of regulations such as taxation and related rules in the MSME business sector, such as MSME taxes and regulations regarding goods for consumption must be fulfilled and implemented. Limited knowledge is one of the challenges that must be faced by rural communities in managing their business, so that village MSME businesses can run, it is necessary to have socialization on how to obtain and manage MSME capital and know taxation.

This Community Service activities are carried out using the substantive developing database approach to assertions - accounting management assertions of intangible assets recorded in the State - Owned Financial Management Information System (SIMAK BMN) of the Public Service Agency of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The substantive developing database carried out includes assertions - occurrence assertions, completeness, valuation, right and obligation and disclosure. The results of the substantive developing will be used as follow-up material from the recommendations of the findings of the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Audit Agency to the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Technology and Higher Education where the Public Service Agency of Universitas Negeri Jakarta is one of the entities that sampling BPK RI. The Community Service activity is also an alternative discussion to be a guideline for the existence of a research gap in the implementation of the PSAK (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) Number 19 concerning intangible assets that adopt the basis of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) where financial reports on assets become reliable, must be assessed based on fair value. PSAK 19 regulates the appraisal time to be carried out at the latest 3 years and at the latest every 5 years. This is where a phenomenon occurs, where if the appraisal is carried out in the 5th year while the amortization period of the intangible asset has been completed before 5 years, then the audit cannot be carried out based on the audit management assertions and make the asset the subject of audit findings potentially affecting audit opinion if material.Participants were given training on tips for managing a procurement of intangible fixed assets, both in the context of procurement by the university or by other units in certain circumstances, and systematically recording the SIMAK BMN UNJ after first carrying out asset reconciliation regular with the accounting and reporting section.

Jember is a district with the geographical conditions of mountains, agriculture, and plantations. The connection between these three characteristics gave birth to a diversity of arts, languages, tourism, and culinary. Utilization of the agricultural sector, especially in the Ajung sub-district, there are people in this area who rely heavily on natural resources, especially in agricultural and plantation resources. This beneficial natural potential makes the people in Ajung Subdistrict, especially in Pancakarya Village, much to build a home industry for processing agricultural products in the form of tape industry. The problem faced by partners is the lack of familiarity of products that are widely owned, thus causing the partner's economy to not be optimal. This problem is the basis of the service program proposed by the proponent to strive to increase the marketing of tape chips. Based on the specific targets to be achieved, the main purpose of the community service activities proposed is to strengthen the brand image of the chips product through audio-visual advertising. The method of implementing this service program is adjusted to the standard operating procedure for making audiovisual works consisting of stages: 1) pre-production consisting of idea-finding, planning, and preparation; 2) production; and 3) post-production. The results of audio-visual advertising of tape chips are expected to be a promotional media for products owned by Koplak Food Homemade Industry so that they can be widely known to the public and build brand image products for tape chips.
