This score is including in the category of average. 2) The average score of qowā’id ability of the students is 42.74 which is including in the category of average. 3) The average score of the kitabah ability of the students is 64.81 which is including in the average category. 4) The result of r calculation referring to the Correlation Coefficient (R) regression formula shows the value of 0.800. The value significance obtained is (0.000). Thus, it could be interpreted that between the mastery of mufradat and qowā’id simultaneously with the ability to write Arabic of the students shows a positive and significant correlational relationship. Step by step a person's needs will be obtained, if they are self-motivated. Motivation can arise from within or outside of the self (environment) which is the driving factor towards the goal to be achieved. Motivation that exists in someone is a driving force that will realize a behavior in order to achieve the goals of his satisfaction. Communication has been very important in all aspects of life. Communication is an individual supporting factor to achieve the desired needs. In this study the independent variables are Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), and Lecture Environment (X3) variables. While the dependent variable is the Decision of Choosing (Y).The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya Medan, and the unit of observation is the 2017/2018 Academic Year Student. In this study population 284 students will be taken to the 2017/2018 Academic Year. The sample technique used in the study is Non- probability sampling, namely Purposive Sampling and using the Slovin formula obtained as many as 166 students. The partial results of the study indicate that the Motivation variable partially has a significant effect on the decision of students in the 2017/2018 Academic Year in choosing to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan as evidenced from tcount 2.950 > ttable 1.974 and sig value. 0.004 < 0.05. Communication variables partially have no significant effect on student's decision in 2017/2018 Academic Year choosing to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan as evidenced from tcount 0.883 < ttable 1.974 and sig value. 0.379 > 0.05. Lecture Environment Variables partially have a significant effect on the decision of students / i 2017/2018 Academic Year choose to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan which is proven from tcount 2.769< ttable 1.974 and sig value. 0.006 < 0.05. Motivation, Communication, and Environment Lecture variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision of students / i 2017/2018 Academic Year choosing to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan as evidenced from the Fcount value > Ftable ie 5.867 > 2.266 and sig value 0.001< 0.05. The decision decision variable is influenced by the Motivation, Communication, and Lecture Environment variables by 8.1%, while the remaining 91.9% is explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside the model such as promotion, price, location, and others that were not discussed in this study.

The aim of this study is to determine the level of students’ ability to retell the contents of short stories by using Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) methods and the level of students’ ability in knowing the ability to retell the contents of short stories with the expository method and knowing the effect of SFE methods on the ability to retell the contents of short stories in class VIII students of SMPN 1 Cigeulis, Pandeglang District, Academic Year 2018/2019. This study used an experimental method and was conducted at SMPN 1 Cigeulis Pandeglang District Academic Year 2018/2019 by taking the eighth-grade students in academic year 2018/2019. The sample technique uses purposive sampling, namely class VIII A as an experimental class and class VIII B as a control class. Based on the results of data processing, it was obtained an illustration that the ability to retell the contents of short stories using the Student facilitator end explaining method in class VIII of SMPN 1 Cigeulis Pandeglang District in academic year 2018/2019 was very good. These results show that the average ability is 63.6 while students who get above the average score is 72.2% and those who score below the average of 34.4% of the highest score of 80, and the lowest score of 45. While the ability to retell the contents of short stories using the expository method is still lacking, it is shown that the average learning outcomes are 53.1 while students get above the average is 73.3% and those who get a score below average 30% from the highest score of 70 and the lowest value of 35. From the calculation of statistics obtained the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) with a significant level of 5% that is t count greater t table 7.332. It shows that there are differences in the ability to retell the contents of short stories that use the SFE methods to obtain higher learning outcomes when compared to using the expository method.

The aim of the study is to investigate the learning objectives and teacher practices in the preschool curriculum implemented in the 2013-2014 academic year in terms of the revised Bloom’s taxonomy. Case study design of the qualitative research methods is used in the study. In collecting research data, convenience sampling method of purposive sampling is used. For this purpose, planned classroom practices of five teachers in a private primary school were observed, and then the same teachers were interviewed. Additionally, the learning objectives of the preschool curriculum in 2013 are examined. Teacher observation and interview forms are used to collect the data. Descriptive content analysis is conducted using “QSR NVivo 10” and “Microsoft Excel 2010” software in the analysis of the research data. The study results indicate that learning objectives in the preschool curriculum were gathered at the knowledge level, that teacher practices supported this finding, but that the results obtained in the interviews did not support this finding.

This article analyzes the ways in which Jesus’ questions in Matthew’s gospel align with the categories of Bloom’s taxonomy, and how Jesus’ audience influenced the questions he asked. Results indicate Jesus asked the religious leaders higher-level questions more often than the disciples, who received a greater number of lower-level questions. These differences inform how teachers construct questions that help students learn. Recommendations are made for educators who construct questions that account for students’ preparation, students’ motivation, the value of silence, and the difficulty of questions.
