Abstract: Guidance and Counseling Teaching profession is a profession with dignity and requiring scientific competence and qualifications. Many emerging negative perception, even from students of guidance and counseling to the profession of guidance and counseling. The problem in this research is formulated as follows: "What are the perceptions students of Guidance and Counselling, University of Muhammadiyah Metro the teaching profession Counseling?". The goal is to find out how students' perceptions of Guidance and Counselling, University of Muhammadiyah Metro the teaching profession Guidance and Counseling. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The population is students of guidance and counseling, the sample totaled 175 students. Instruments used in the form of Likert scale. The data analysis technique used percentages. The results showed that students' perceptions BK UM Metro is at a very high category to the teaching profession Guidance and Counseling. Suggestions put forward are: Based on these results, the researchers gave some suggestions are as follows: 1) for lecturers to add hours of practicum BK for students, and provide student guidance and counseling opportunities to interact more with teacher guidance and counseling directly in schools, and 2) the students are expected to apply to run a positive perception of the teaching profession Counseling well.Keywords: Perception, Student, Guidance and Counseling

The purpose of this study is to describe the altruistic behavior of student guidance and counseling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is the students majoring in guidance and counseling at IAIN Batusangkar. Sampling with a purposive sampling technique, namely 7 semester 74 students. The results of this study indicate that only a small proportion of students possess altruistic behavior at high and very high classifications. While altruistic behavior in the aspect of wanting to give, empathy, volunteering, helping others, prioritizing others, and feeling the results are good for those who are helped and helped are in the medium classification.

Parenting is a process in the family, the interaction of parents and children. The family is where a child is born, the first place a child gets an education, consisting of father, mother and child. The family also became the main central place of character education formation of children. Family education is the fundamental or foundation of subsequent children's education. In the society of the nobility and in general people Sasak known to have the motto of Lomboq Mirah Sasak Adi meaning Lomboq straight meaning. Mirah is a true gem, an elegant precious metal that is very expensive. Sasak comes from sa'sa 'sa'i, sopo, seke' which means one. Adi means something that is very high value. Therefore, the true (mule jati) "straight road" is a very noble path, a very high value, as the only path to be followed by the sasak. and the road is a straight path (siratulmustakim) commanded by Allah SWT contained in the Qur'an and Al Hadith. In the process of learning guidance and counseling teachers are teachers who are tasked to provide guidance to students who are problematic and who are not problematic if considered important by the teacher guidance and counseling, therefore the role of teachers guidance and counseling in the learning process is needed, because learners have problems are diverse

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi usaha tani buah naga terhadap tingkat pendapatan keluarga di Nagari Aripan Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak Kabupaten Solok berdasarkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam usaha tani buah naga di Nagari Aripan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah masyarakat yang bertanam buah naga dengan jumlah sampel 32 KK. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan angket atau kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi usaha tani buah naga terhadap pendapatan total rumah tangga adalah sebesar 52,81%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil usaha tani buah naga merupakan sumber pendapatan yang memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar. Pendapatan usaha tani buah naga digunakan petani untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Faktor pendukung usaha tani buah naga di Nagari Aripan Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak Kabupaten Solok adalah harga buah naga sangat tinggi di pasaran dan tenaga kerja mudah diperoleh di Nagari Aripan. Sementara itu faktor penghambat usaha tani buah naga di Nagari Aripan Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak Kabupaten Solok adalah modal usaha masih terbatas, keterbatasan pengetahuan, kurangnya informasi budidaya buah naga dari Dinas Pertanian. Kata kunci : Kontribusi, Pendapatan keluarga petani buah naga, Faktor pendukung dan penghambat usaha tani. Abstract This study aims to determine the contribution of dragon fruit farming to the farmer income level of family income in Nagari Aripan Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak, Solok Regency based on supporting and inhibiting factors in dragon fruit farming in Nagari Aripan. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The research sample was the community who planted dragon fruit with a sample of 32 families. Data collection techniques used on the research are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis technique used percentage formula. The results of this study can be concluded that the contribution of dragon fruit farming to total household income is 52.81%. This shows that dragon fruit farming is a source of income which contributes quite large. The income of dragon fruit farming used by farmers to meet family needs. Supporting factors of dragon fruit farming in Nagari Aripan Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak Solok Regency is the price of dragon fruit is very high in the market and labor is easily obtained in Nagari Aripan. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor of dragon fruit farming in Nagari Aripan Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak Solok Regency is limited business capital, limited knowledge, lack of information on dragon fruit cultivation from the Department of Agriculture. This research was aimed to know (1) The level of relevance between competence productive subjects given vocational Migas Cepu with the work of the student in the implementation of industry work practices. (2) The work of students obtained during the conduct of industrial work practices (3) The intensity of the work of the student in the implementation of industry work practices.Research was conducted in SMK Migas Cepu with research subjects TKR class XII students of the school year 2014/2015, amounting to 67 students. Data collection on subjects productive competence in a manner of documentation and data on student employment obtained using a questionnaire. The validity of items obtained by calculating the formula product moment. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis with percentages.Based on the analysis of data it can be concluded that: (1) the degree of relevance of competence subjects prakerin productive in the implementation of 91% (very relevant) with details of Vocational Competency Basic relevance to the work of 96% (very relevant), and the relevance of Vocational Competency by 87% (very relevant). (2) the work of the student in the implementation of industry work practices is the implementation of competency productive subjects with an average Vocational Competency Basic implementations of 3.3 (very high) and the implementation of Vocational Competency an average of 2.8 (low). (3) There are 6 very low intensity of work performed in the workshop students prakerin Non ATPM, and 4 very low intensity work done in the workshop students prakerin ATPM and Non ATPM.

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama.   Kata kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Kerjasama, Sepakbola, Usia Dini   ABSTRACT                 This study aims to find out how far the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league of Indonesia Junior Soccer League. The research was conducted from March to May 2018 located at Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Bogor District. The method used in this research is survey method, that is by using questionnaire forming character of cooperation. The population in this study is the parents or guardians of the participants of the Indonesia Junior Soccer League tournament which amounted to 1000 people. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people.               This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 0,66 and reliability equal to 0,84. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage.                The results showed that the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league Indonesia Junior Soccer League is in the category of low or bad as many as 16 people (4.35%) on the formation of cooperation character, as many as 192 people (52.17%) have knowledge of being or enough to form the character of cooperation, as many as 147 people (39.95%) have a high knowledge or good on the formation of character cooperation and as many as 13 people (3.53%) have a very high knowledge or excellent on the formation of the character of cooperation trak Keywords: Partner Character, Teamplay, Football, Early Age Birds

This study originated from research findings and interviews with several people teacher guidance and counseling in SMP South Coastal District which revealed that the performance of teacher guidance and counseling have not described a success made in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, one of them in implementing the guidance and counseling program in schools. The success of guidance and counseling teacher performance can be affected byfactors. Some of these factors is the work motivation and school work climate. There fore, researcher wanted to describe: (1) the performance of guidance and counseling teachers, work motivation, and school work climate, (2) the contribution of work motivation on guidance and counseling teacher performance, (3) contribution of school work climate to the guidance and counseling teacher  performance, and (4) the contribution of work motivation and school work climate on guidance and counseling teacher performance. This study was quantitative research with correlational method. The population research were all counseling teachers at SMP Payakumbuh City whose S.1 guidance and counseling educational background totaling 40 people, the sample were 40 people were selected by total sampling technique. The instrument that was used in this research was the Likert scale. Data were analyzed with simple regression and multiple regression. The findings showed that: (1) in average, the performance of teachers' guidance and counseling are in good enough category, the work motivatio non high category, and school work climate are in good enough, (2) there is contribution of work motivation on teacher performance guidance and counseling 20.8% (r= 0.457. significance 0.003), (3) contribution of school work climate on guidance and counseling teacher performance amounted to 10.72% (r= 0.327, significance 0.039), and 4) there is a contribution of work motivation and school work climate together on teacher performance guidance and counseling were 27% (R= 0.520, significance 0.003). The study results representan input forguidance and counseling teacher, and teachers further enhance employe school work climate and performancein performing their duties and responsibilities as teacher guidance and counseling in school.

<p class="AbstractTitle">Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengetahui tingkat <em>interpersonal communication skill </em>mahasiswa calon konselor. Studi ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa skala <em>Interpersonal Communication Skill </em>(ICS). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 105 mahasiswa baru Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Kota Yogyakarta yang diambil melalui teknik random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, dimana pengelompokkan kriteria dihitung menggunakan rumus standar deviasi dan mean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 14,29% mahasiswa berada pada kriteria <em>interpersonal communication skill</em> sangat tinggi, 23,81% mahasiswa berada pada kriteria <em>interpersonal communication skill</em> tinggi, 37,14% mahasiswa berada pada kriteria <em>interpersonal communication skill</em> sedang, 20% mahasiswa berada pada kriteria s<em>interpersonal communication skill</em> rendah, dan 4,76% siswa berada pada kriteria <em>interpersonal communication skill</em> sangat rendah. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam upaya mengembangkan <em>interpersonal communication skill </em>mahasiswa calon konselor.<br /><em><br />Abstract</em><br />The purpose of this study is to determine the interpersonal communication skill level of the counselor candidate students. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with data collection instrument in the form of Interpersonal Communication Skill (ICS) scale. The subjects of the study were 105 students of Guidance and Counseling Study Program in one of the universities in Yogyakarta City which was taken by random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, where the criteria were calculated using standard deviation and mean formulas. The results showed that as many as 14.29% of students are in the criteria of interpersonal communication skill is very high, 23.81% of students are in interpersonal communication skill criteria high, 37.14% of students are on interpersonal communication skill criteria are, 20% sinterpersonal communication skills criteria are low, and 4.76% of students are in very low interpersonal communication skill criteria. The results of this study can be used as a reference in an effort to develop interpersonal communication skill prospective student counselor</p>

Abstract social competence is one’s capability in communicating and intreraction in order to create good coordination with theenvirontment. The school counselors are expected to have a good term with the school environment whether it is inside or outside the school. However, based on the pre-observation, this is not really applicable. There are no good cooperation between the school counselors and the school environment. This study was conducted to describe the social competence of school counselors based on internal collaboration in the work place, the role in the organization and guidance activity and inter-professional collaboration. This study was categorized as quantitative-descriptive research. The subject of 71 school counselors at Senior High School in Padang with bachelor degree title in guidance and counseling major. The result of the study revealed that the social competence of the school counselors was considered good. Keyword: social competence, guidace and counseling teacher/school counselor

This research was aimed to know the financial performance of the Central Tapanuli regency government in 2016-2018. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research used secondary data in form of Financial Report of Central Tapanuli regency in 2016-2018. The analysis technique in this study calculates and analyzes the ratio of the decentralization level, regional financial dependence and effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Central Tapanuli Tengah Regional Government is generally said to be quite good, although the degree ratio is still relatively low, financial dependence on the Central / Provincial Government is still very high and the receipt of Regional Original Revenue does not reach the budgeted target. Central Tapanuli Regency Government to update the data of regional taxpayers, explore the potential of new sources of local revenue, and increase the socialization of tax benefits and user fees.

<p class="normal">Efikasi diri dapat diartikan sebagai penilaian seseorang tentang kemampuan-kemampuan yang dimiliki individu dalam mencapai sesuatu yang telah ditargetkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara deskriptif tentang efikasi diri pada siswa, khususnya kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul sejumlah 282 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>simple random sampling</em>. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan statistik diskriptif berupa frekuensi dan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri siswa  kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul cenderung menunjukkan kategori sedang. Dari 142 siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 9 siswa (6,34%), efikasi diri dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 35 siswa (24,65%), efikasi diri dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 62 siswa (43,66%), efikasi diri dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 26 siswa (18,31%) dan efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 10 siswa (7,04%). Seyogyanya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa.</p><p class="normal"> </p><em>Self-efficacy can be interpreted as someone's assessment of the abilities that individuals have in achieving something that has been targeted. This study aims to provide a descriptive explanation of self-efficacy in students, especially grade VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The subjects used in this study were eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul totaling 282 students. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is using descriptive statistics in the form of frequency and percentage. Based on the analysis and discussion, the results showed that the self-efficacy of eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul tended to show moderate categories. Based on 142 class VIII students there were students who had self-efficacy in the very low category as many as 9 students (6.34%), self-efficacy in the low category as many as 35 students (24.65%), self-efficacy in the medium category of 62 students (43 , 66%), self-efficacy in the high category as many as 26 students (18.31%) and self-efficacy in the very high category as many as 10 students (7.04%). The results of this study should be a guide for teachers guidance and counseling as an effort to help improve student self-efficacy</em>
