Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan KTP Elektronik (KTP-el) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori evaluasi kebijakan dari William N. Dunn yang terdiri dari enam variabel, yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan, responsivitas, dan perataan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa evaluasi kebijakan KTP Elektronik (KTP-el) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi sudah berjalan dengan baik jika dilihat dari sisi efektivitas, perataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Namun dari sisi efisiensi dan kecukupan belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini menjadi penghambat keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan program KTP-el di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi.   Abstract This study aims to evaluate the policy of Electronic KTP (KTP-el) in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukabumi City. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This study uses the policy evaluation theory of William N. Dunn which consists of six variables, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, and leveling. Based on the results of the study note that the evaluation of the Electronic KTP (KTP-el) policy at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukabumi City has been going well when viewed in terms of effectiveness, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy. However, in terms of efficiency and adequacy, it has not gone well, this has become an obstacle to the success of the implementation of the KTP-el program at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sukabumi City.

This study aims to find out and describe the process of implementing the UPZ implementation policy evaluation at Padjadjaran University: Factors that have constrained the evaluation of UPZ policies at Padjadjaran University: and the implications of the constraints on the existence of UPZ Padjadjaran University. This study uses a policy evaluation theory from William. N. Dunn who said that policy evaluation is influenced by six dimensions. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method. Techniques for collecting data through interviews, observation, and literature. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the policy evaluation of the Central Baznas Regulation Number 2 of 2016 had not yet run optimally. This is because there are still among Muzaki who have potentially not participated in the UPZ Unpad and mustahik who have not all felt satisfied with the service and provision of infaq and charity zakat funds. The implementation of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bekasi Regency has not been optimal. If public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration are seen from the implementation of the principles of Good Governance, such as aspects of accountability, transparency, and participation, they are still not optimal. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Observation data collection techniques and interviews with several informants related to research. The results of the study, which led to the implementation of the principles of Good Governance in population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Service, have not run optimally, judging from the accountability of the mismatch between implementation and operational standards (SOP), as well as unclear service completion, not timely in providing services to the community. When viewed from the transparency aspect of the lack of availability regarding population administration services, the Department of Population and Civil Registration has not maximally used the official website in providing information to the public. And from the last aspect, namely participation, the community has not been fully involved in providing criticism and suggestions and the community is not involved in evaluating services. This study aims to determine the sentence structure of Arabic and Indonesian terms in Surah Al-Baqarah, their similarities and differences, and their implications for translation. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were documentation and triangulation studies. From the results of this study, researchers found 190 the number of shar'iyah in surah Al-Baqarah with various sentence structures. Then, some similarities and differences in the structure between the sentence terms in Arabic and Indonesian, as well as the implications of this study, the researcher found a tendency to translate adawat syarṭ on the translation of the Ministry of Religion and Al-Mishbah.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the factors behind the rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and to calculate the income contribution of rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk on the income of farmer's family. This research was conducted in Marga Baru Village Muara Lakitan District Musirawas Regency. In February Up to April 2017. The research method used is survey method, for Sampling Method used by Purposive Sampling method. Data Collection Methods used Interview method directly to the respondents who have been determined by using the quisionary aids that have been prepared before and secondary data. Data processing is done using descriptive method with qualitative approach and for second problem using formula systematically. From the research results showed that the factors of income and land factors that lie behind the rubber farmers work on the Division of Sei Lakitan Pom PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and income contribution of rubber farmers work at Sei Lakitan Pom Division PT.PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk by 73 percent to family income.

This research was conducted by the author with the aim know employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency seen in aspects on aspects inputs(input), process (process), outputs (output), outcomes (results), benefits (benefits), and impacts (impact). The research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation using the interactive model. The results of this study indicate the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency is considered to be carried out well, this is indicated by the success of the objectives that have been planned by the Sorong Regency regional government by ensuring all inputs, starting from reliable and competent human resources for all their duties and functions, the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure and adequacy of the budget. From the main tasks and functions, and work programs can be realized maximally and provide benefits and positive impacts for the needs of community services and also increase regional development. The performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency which is considered good is also inseparable from the work process of employees being able to utilize all resources optimally,

ABSTRACTUrban green open space (RTHKP) is an important component in each City Regency. The green space owned by Cimahi reaches 13.60% from a minimum of 30%. One of the RTH in Cimahi City is in the Cimahi City Government Office Complex with an area of 11,115m2. RTH assets are used for parks, motorbike parking lots for guests and the ASN of Cimahi City Government and the rest are still unregulated open green space. The purpose of this study is to describe and define existing problems. The research method in this case study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques used include scientific observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of evaluating the quality of RTH assets in the Cimahi City Government office complex are the surrounding communities and visitors need green open space with vegetation, facilities that are complete and attractive. RTH yang dimiliki kota Cimahi baru mencapai 13,60% dari minimal 30%. Satu di antara RTH yang ada di Kota Cimahi berada di Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kota Cimahi dengan luas lahan 11.115m2. Aset RTH tersebut digunakan untuk taman, tempat parkir sepeda motor para tamu maupun ASN Pemkot Cimahi dan sisanya masih menjadi RTH yang tidak tertata. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendefinisikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian studi kasus ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu meliputi observasi ilmiah, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari evaluasi kualitas aset RTH di komplek perkantoran Pemerintah Kota Cimahi adalah masyarakat sekitar dan pengunjung membutuhkan RTH dengan vegetasi, fasilitas dan sarana yang lengkap dan menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peran orangtua dan wali kelas dalam pembentukan afektif siswa dan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi orang tua dan wali kelas di Sd negeri Nusa harapan permai kota Makassar.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dalam penelitian ini berupa data dari hasil wawancara dengan informan dan dan hasil observasi/pengamatan, pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pedoman wawancara dengan orangtua dan wali kelas dan lembar observasi afektif siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudah ada peran orangtua dengan cara mengasuh dan mendidik anak, bekerjasama dengan wali kelas, kendala yang dihadapi orangtua adalah karena kesibukan dalam bekerja sehingga sulit dalam membagi waktu dalam mendidik anak sedangkan kendala guru adalah masih banyak siswa yang malas dan masih ada orangtua yang tidak memperdulikan kesiapan anak ke Sekolah.   The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents and homeroom teachers in the affective formation of students and to determine the obstacles faced by parents and homeroom teachers in SD Negeri Nusa Harapan Permai, Makassar City. This type of research is qualitative research. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data in this study are in the form of data from interviews with informants and observations. Data collection uses interview guidelines with parents and homeroom teachers and student affective observation sheets. The results show that there is already a role of parents by caring for and educating children, in collaboration with homeroom teachers, the obstacles faced by parents are due to busy work so that it is difficult to manage time in educating children, while the teachers' obstacles are that there are still many students who are lazy and there are still parents who do not care about children's readiness to go to school.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

This research was conducted to analyze the accounting policy for excise tape inventory which is implemented in the KPPBC Type Madya Cukai Kediri. The research method used is through a qualitative approach. To support this research, data collection methods were carried out which included literature studies and field studies related to the supply of excise stamps for the 2019. The results of the study can be concluded that KPPBC TMC Kediri has recognized and recorded excise inventory accounting by applying accrual basis and as a whole is in accordance with the regulations of government accounting standards, but there is an acknowledgment of inventory excise stamps in KPPBC TMC Kediri which is not yet in accordance with PMK Number 224/PMK.05/2016. Furthermore, KPPBC TMC Kediri has implemented the SAKTI application to support its accounting business processes. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa kebijakan akuntansi persediaan pita cukai yang diimplementasikan di KPPBC Tipe Madya Cukai Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mendukung penelitian tersebut, dilakukan metode pengumpulan data yang mencakup studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan terkait persediaan pita cukai TA 2019. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa KPPBC TMC Kediri telah melakukan pengakuan dan pencatatan akuntansi persediaan  cukai dengan penerapan basis akrual dan secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan peraturan standar akuntansi pemerintahan, namun terdapat salah satu pengakuan persediaan pita cukai di KPPBC TMC Kediri yang belum sesuai dengan PMK Nomor 224/PMK.05/2016. Selanjutnya,  KPPBC TMC Kediri telah mengimplementasikan aplikasi SAKTI untuk menunjang proses bisnis akuntansinya.
