Fast food is one type of food that is prepared and served quickly. In this research, the writer wants to know whether halal labeling, consumer awareness and behavioral intention influences fast food buying decisions. This research used quantitative method. The data in this study are primary data. Technique of determining the sample using proportional random sampling technique with a sample size is 83 students from Islamic Economics and Business Faculty IAIN Kudus Sharia Economics Major in class of 2015 and 2016. Data analysis techniques using linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that the variable halal labeling has significant influence on fast food buying decision, consumer awareness variable have significantly influenced the fast food buying decision and variable behavior intention has no effect which is not significant to the fast food buying decision. This study aimed to determine and analyze whether internal communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees. The population in this study was all Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees, amounting to 50 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique with 50 respondents that used primary data obtained through questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees, work discipline had a positive and significant impact on the performance of Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees, and internal communication and work discipline together had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Health Office employees. Lubuk Linggau City and internal communication are the most dominant variables affecting the performance of Lubuk Linggau City Health Office employees. It is hoped that internal communication at the Lubuk Linggau City Health Office can continue to evaluate to achieve effective internal communication, and work discipline can be maintained to maintain the institution's stability and harmony.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer perceptions and preferences on the purchase decision of fried chicken fast food on d'besto in the Siteba branch city of Padang. The variables in this study are Perception (X1), Consumer Preference (X2) and Purchase Decision (Y). The sample used was 92 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the perception variables had a positive and significant effect (0.037 <0.05) on purchasing decisions. Consumer preference variables have a positive and significant effect (0.000 <0.05) on purchasing decisions. It is expected that the next researcher will be able to use research as a reference which will provide a comparison in conducting further research and useful for d'besto.

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) behavior on agent work performance (2) the influence of communication on the work performance of agents (3) the influence of behavior and communication simultaneously on the work performance of agents at PT. Allianz Insurance Merauke Branch. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling where all populations were sampled, namely 63 customers. Data analysis techniques used to solve the problems in this study were using multiple linear regression analysis. For significant tests with r test and test f. The results showed that the behavior had a positive and significant effect on agent work performance, communication had a positive and significant effect on the agent's work performance and behavior and communication also had a positive and significant effect on the agent's work performance.   Keywords: Behavior, Communication, Work Performance.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence factors of dining atmosphere of a restaurant towards satisfaction and behavioral intention. This study uses object restaurant which has a Mediterranean theme in the city of Surabaya. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents who have bought and dine in the Mediterranean restaurant. The analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear analysis. The sampling technique of this research is convenience sampling. The results showed that there is an effect of a restaurant’s dining atmosphere towards satisfaction and behavioral intention. Variables of dining satisfaction affect the intention of behavior as well. In this study multiple linear regression tests were carried out for the four atmosphere dimensions of restaurants. It was found that the dimensions of facility aesthetics of restaurant’s atmosphere did not significantly influence dining satisfaction and behavioral intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on the disclosure of fraud with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using the statistical test t. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software version 17.0 for windowS. The results of this study indicate that investigative audit techniques have a significant effect on disclosure of fraud. While the auditor's experience and auditor professionalism have no effect on disclosure of fraud. Moderate regression analysis shows that spiritual intelligence can moderate investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on disclosure of fraud

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>
